When the library is opened, the two door plates 2 are rotated to the left and the right to open the opening, when the door plates 2 are opened, the door plates 2 drive the lower protruding shafts 2b to rotate, the lower protruding shafts 2b drive the first belt wheels 10 to rotate, the first belt wheels 10 drive the second belt wheels 11 to rotate through the first driving belt 12, the second belt wheels 11 drive the first gear 9 to rotate through the first rotating shaft 8, and the driving toothed plates 5 meshed with the first gear 9 are driven to move forwards when the first gear 9 rotates; when the transmission toothed plate 5 moves forwards, on one hand, the transmission toothed plate 5 drives the step plate 29 to extend out of the third sliding groove 1f to be used as a step, on the other hand, the transmission toothed plate 5 drives the second gear 14 to rotate, the second gear 14 drives the fourth belt pulley 17 to rotate through the second rotating shaft 13, the fourth belt pulley 17 drives the third belt pulley 16 to rotate through the second transmission belt 18, the third belt pulley 16 drives the third rotating shaft 15 to rotate, the elliptical wheel 24 is driven to rotate to a first position when the third rotating shaft 15 rotates, the lamp panel 19 is abutted against the short shaft of the elliptical wheel 24 under the action of the first spring 23, the illuminating lamp 20 is positioned at the light emitting hole 3c and is electrified, and at the moment, the first sterilizing lamp 21 is powered off; in addition, when the second rotating shaft 13 rotates, the second rotating shaft 13 drives the screw rod 13a to rotate, and the screw rod 13a drives the table plate 25 to move upwards through the connecting plate 25a to block and power off the second germicidal lamp 27, and simultaneously cleans the surface of the second germicidal lamp 27. Therefore, the whole process of opening the door panel 2 can avoid the contact of the human body with ultraviolet rays, and can also prevent forgetting to turn off the ultraviolet germicidal lamp when the library is opened.
When the library is closed, the two door plates are reversely rotated for 180 degrees to close the opening, when the door plate 2 is closed, the door plate 2 drives the lower protruding shaft 2b to reversely rotate, the lower protruding shaft 2b drives the first belt pulley 10 to reversely rotate, the first belt pulley 10 drives the second belt pulley 11 to reversely rotate through the first driving belt 12, the second belt pulley 11 drives the first gear 9 to reversely rotate through the first rotating shaft 8, and the driving toothed plate 5 meshed with the first gear 9 is driven to reversely move when the first gear 9 rotates; when the transmission toothed plate 5 moves backwards, on one hand, the transmission toothed plate 5 drives the step plate 29 to retract into the third chute 1f, and soil or dust on the step plate 29 is pushed away from the step plate 29 by the lower convex plate 102, so that the step plate 29 is ensured to be clean; on the other hand, the transmission toothed plate 5 drives the second gear 14 to reversely rotate, the second gear 14 drives the fourth belt pulley 17 to reversely rotate through the second rotating shaft 13, the fourth belt pulley 17 drives the third belt pulley 16 to reversely rotate through the second transmission belt 18, the third belt pulley 16 drives the third rotating shaft 15 to reversely rotate, the elliptical wheel 24 is driven to rotate to the second position when the third rotating shaft 15 reversely rotates, the lamp panel 19 is abutted against the long shaft of the elliptical wheel 24 under the action of the first spring 23, the first sterilizing lamp 21 is positioned at the light outlet 3c and is electrified, and the illuminating lamp 20 is powered off at the moment; in addition, when the second rotating shaft 13 rotates reversely, the second rotating shaft 13 drives the screw rod 13a to rotate reversely, and the screw rod 13a drives the table plate 25 to move downwards through the connecting plate 25a so as to expose and turn on the second germicidal lamp 27. Therefore, the whole process of closing the door panel 2 can avoid the contact of the human body with the ultraviolet rays, and can also prevent forgetting to turn on the ultraviolet germicidal lamp when closing the library.
