Abstract
本发明提供了一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂成分包括豆渣、蛋壳粉、碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量;本发明利用禽蛋废弃物干基质与湿豆渣一起发酵,解决了两种加工企业的废料处置问题;对于禽蛋生产和加工企业而言,发酵饲料添加剂可以循环用于上游蛋鸡、产蛋鹌鹑的喂养,实现了良好的生产循环。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及饲料添加剂的技术领域,具体为一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂。
背景技术
禽蛋大量消费的同时产生了大量的蛋壳,蛋壳的利用可以提高禽蛋产业的附加值,同时减少环境污染。鸡蛋壳中含有90%以上的碳酸钙,钙含量超过36%,这使得鸡蛋壳成为一种良好的钙源。鸡蛋壳中含有大量的无机钙,将这部分无机钙转化利用成为有机钙是现在研究的热门。有机酸钙比无机钙更容易被人体吸收,营养价值也更高。
制备有机钙的方法有高温煅烧法、直接中和法与微生物发酵法。高温煅烧法和直接中和法能耗大,钙转化率较低,工业化生产成本高。微生物发酵法耗能低、不易对环境产生污染、制备工艺条件简单,更适于用来制备有机钙。
苏亮以鼠李糖乳杆菌发酵鸡蛋壳改善豆粕饲料生物钙含量,在葡萄糖10%、玉米浆5%、含水量40%、接种量10%、蛋壳粉3%条件下,乳酸钙产率为56.66%。丁邦琴等人取5g鸡蛋壳粉碎、煅烧后得到的氧化钙粉末,缓慢加入1L的丙酸杆菌发酵液中,于35℃反应1h,得到8.56g丙酸钙,产率为85.8%。以上两种发酵法,都预先将蛋壳在马弗炉中高温煅烧成氧化钙再进行发酵处理,虽然增加了有机钙产率,但同时也增加了能耗。
发明内容
为了改善能耗大,钙转化率较低、对环境产生污染和制备工艺条件复杂的问题,本发明提供一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂。
本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂成分包括豆渣、蛋壳粉、碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量;其制备方法如下:
(1)筛选生产高产乳酸的菌株;分离能产生杀灭沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌等有害微生物的抗菌肽的芽孢杆菌;分离能降解豆制品废弃物中的抗营养因子的菌株;
(2)将豆渣、蛋壳粉搅拌均匀,并加入碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量混合均匀,发酵6天后,得到饲料添加剂;
(3)饲料添加剂通过40~60℃的温度进行烘干,使饲料含水量保证在11%-15%之间。
进一步的,所述碳源分别为淀粉、葡萄糖、淀粉、麦麸。
进一步的,所述豆渣和所述蛋壳粉的比例分别为92:8,所述枯草芽孢杆菌和所述植物乳杆菌的比例分别为1:1、1:2、2:1、2:3、3:2。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明利用禽蛋废弃物干基质与湿豆渣一起发酵,解决了两种加工企业的废料处置问题;对于禽蛋生产和加工企业而言,发酵饲料添加剂可以循环用于上游蛋鸡、产蛋鹌鹑的喂养,实现了良好的生产循环。

实施例一:
一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂成分包括豆渣、蛋壳粉、碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量;其制备方法如下:
(1)筛选生产高产乳酸的菌株;分离能产生杀灭沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌等有害微生物的抗菌肽的芽孢杆菌;分离能降解豆制品废弃物中的抗营养因子的菌株;
(2)将豆渣、蛋壳粉搅拌均匀,并加入碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量混合均匀,发酵6天后,得到饲料添加剂;
(3)饲料添加剂通过40~60℃的温度进行烘干,使饲料含水量保证在11%-15%之间。
优选的,所述碳源分别为淀粉、葡萄糖、淀粉、麦麸。
优选的,如图1所示,所述豆渣和所述蛋壳粉的比例分别为92:8,所述枯草芽孢杆菌和所述植物乳杆菌的比例分别为1:1、1:2、2:1、2:3、3:2;
其中豆渣和蛋壳按92:8比例混匀经固体生料发酵6天后,与未发酵的豆渣蛋壳粉相比,发酵料中的可溶性钙含量明显增加,且当枯草芽孢杆菌和植物乳杆菌比例为1:2时,可溶性钙含量最高达到9.64%。
上述结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的这种非实质改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其他场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂,其特征在于,该饲料添加剂成分包括豆渣、蛋壳粉、碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量;其制备方法如下:
(1)筛选生产高产乳酸的菌株;分离能产生杀灭沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌等有害微生物的抗菌肽的芽孢杆菌;分离能降解豆制品废弃物中的抗营养因子的菌株;
(2)将豆渣、蛋壳粉搅拌均匀,并加入碳源、枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、菌液接种量混合均匀,发酵6天后,得到饲料添加剂;
(3)饲料添加剂通过40~60℃的温度进行烘干,使饲料含水量保证在11%-15%之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋壳豆渣联合固体生料发酵生产功能饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述碳源分别为淀粉、葡萄糖、淀粉、麦麸。
