In some embodiments, the circuit board 22 may be fixed to the mounting frame 24 by clamping, fastening, or the like, and may also be fixed by using a wire clamp or the like, as long as the circuit board 22 can be detachably connected to the mounting frame 24.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the electrical control box 20 further includes a wire holder 25 electrically connected to the circuit board 22, and the wire holder 25 is disposed on the mounting frame 24 and close to the mounting/dismounting opening 21 a.
Specifically, the circuit board 22 and the wire holder 25 need to be connected to some connecting wires, such as a motor wire, a water pump wire, a sensor wire, an internal and external machine connecting wire, a signal wire, a power wire, etc., respectively, and therefore, the wire holder 25 is disposed at a position close to the dismounting opening 21a, which can facilitate the wiring of the maintainer.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the box body 21 has a first wire passing port 21b communicated with the accommodating cavity, the first wire passing port 21b is located on one side of the box body 21 close to the detaching port 21a, the mounting frame 24 has a second wire passing port 24e, and the second wire passing port 24e is located away from the first wire passing port 21b, that is, the second wire passing port 24e is also located on one side of the mounting frame 24 close to the detaching port 21a, which mainly prevents the mounting frame 24 from shielding the first wire passing port 21 b.
The connecting wire electrically connected with the circuit board 22 or the wire holder 25 can penetrate into the accommodating cavity through the first wire passing port 21b and the second wire passing port 24e to be electrically connected with the circuit board 22 or the wire holder 25, and the first wire passing port 21b and the second wire passing port 24e are arranged at positions close to the dismounting port 21a, so that the connecting wire can be more conveniently connected by a maintainer.
Further, in order to fix the connecting wires, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a wire fixing buckle 27 and a wire pressing clamp 28 may be disposed in the electrical control box 20, the wire fixing buckle 27 and the wire pressing clamp 28 are both disposed on the mounting frame 24 and close to the dismounting opening 21a, a part of the connecting wires, such as a motor wire, a water pump wire, a sensor wire, may be fixed by the wire fixing buckle 27, and the other connecting wires may be fixed by the wire pressing clamp 28.
In some embodiments, only the wire fixing clip 27 or the wire clip 28 may be provided, and all the connecting wires may be fixed by the wire fixing clip 27 or the wire clip 28.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 4 to 6, the mounting frame 24 has a mounting cavity, one side of the mounting cavity facing the mounting/dismounting opening 21a has an avoiding opening 24b avoiding the mounting/dismounting opening 21a, and both the circuit board 22 and the wire holder 25 are disposed in the mounting cavity, so that the circuit board 22 and the wire holder 25 can be better protected.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the wire holder 25 is disposed on one side of the circuit board 22, and an installation groove 24d communicated with the installation cavity is formed on an outer surface of the installation frame 24, for example, referring to fig. 5, the installation groove 24d may be communicated with the installation cavity through a third wire passing port 24f, and the installation groove 24d is located on one side of the wire holder 25 away from the avoiding port 24 b; the electric control box 20 comprises a capacitor 26, the capacitor 26 is arranged in the mounting groove 24d, that is, the capacitor 26 is not arranged in the mounting cavity, but is separately arranged in the mounting groove 24d formed on the outer surface of the mounting frame 24, and a connecting wire of the capacitor 26 can penetrate into the mounting cavity from the communication part of the mounting groove 24d and the mounting cavity to be electrically connected with the circuit board 22.
Generally speaking, the probability of damage to the capacitor 26 is lower, that is to say, generally speaking, need not overhaul the capacitor 26, therefore, can set up the connection terminal 25 in one side of circuit board 22 to set up the mounting groove 24d and deviate from the one side of dodging mouth 24b at the connection terminal 25, from this, when being convenient for the connection terminal 25 wiring, also be convenient for lay the capacitor 26, thereby can make the inner structure of automatically controlled box 20 can be compacter.
In some embodiments, the capacitor 26 may be mounted at other locations within the receiving cavity.
Further, please refer to fig. 2 and 5, the mounting frame 24 may also be detachably disposed in the accommodating cavity, for example, the mounting frame 24 may be fastened in the accommodating cavity by a fastening member such as a screw, and meanwhile, the mounting frame 24 may be taken out from the detaching opening 21a, that is, the detaching opening 21a has a relatively large size, during maintenance, the mounting frame 24 may be directly taken out from the detaching opening 21a, and after the maintenance is completed, the mounting frame 24 is disposed into the accommodating cavity from the detaching opening 21 a.
When the air duct machine according to the embodiment of the present application overhauls the circuit board 22 in the electric control box 20, generally, only the circuit board 22 needs to be taken out, and the mounting frame 24 does not need to be taken out, however, under some special circumstances, it may also need to overhaul other components (such as the capacitor 26 described in the above embodiment) which are mounted on the mounting frame 24 and are not convenient to directly take out the components from the dismounting hole 21a, therefore, the electric control box 20 is designed into a structural form that the mounting frame 24 can be dismounted and can be taken out from the dismounting hole 21a, and under some special circumstances, after the mounting frame 24 is directly taken out from the accommodating cavity, the components mounted on the mounting frame 24 are taken out again for overhaul, thereby, the electric control box 20 can meet various overhaul requirements.
In addition, a room temperature sensor is generally disposed on the ducted air conditioner, and in order to facilitate installation of the room temperature sensor, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 8, an installation plate 29 having an installation hole 29a may be further disposed on an outer surface of the box body 21, and the room temperature sensor is installed in the installation hole 29 a.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application are included in the protection scope of the present application.
