Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problem that the display device and the keyboard input device which are used together with the existing full-automatic medical imaging instrument are exposed and easily stained with dust to affect the use, please refer to fig. 1-5, the following preferred technical scheme is provided:
a full-automatic medical imaging instrument based on intelligent analysis and early warning of a neural network comprises a machine base 1 and a fixed seat 2 arranged on one side of the upper end of the machine base 1, wherein a supporting column 3 is arranged on the outer wall of a back plate of the fixed seat 2, an image component 4 is installed at the top of the supporting column 3, the image component 4 is suspended above the fixed seat 2, a door-shaped frame 5 is arranged at the top of the machine base 1 adjacent to the fixed seat 2, a folded tarpaulin 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the back plate of the door-shaped frame 5, a rotating table 7 is arranged at the upper end of the machine base 1 opposite to the top plate of the door-shaped frame 5, a fixed column 8 is arranged at the upper end of the rotating table 7, a developing device 9 is fixedly connected to the top of the fixed column 8, the developing device 9 is suspended in the inner cavity of the door-shaped frame 5, an installation groove 10 is formed in the side wall of the machine base 1 corresponding to the door-shaped frame 5, a movable clamping support plate 11 in the installation groove 10, and an instruction keyboard 12 is arranged at the upper end of the movable support plate 11, the instruction keyboard 12 is electrically connected with the display device 9 through a wire, an adjusting screw rod 13 penetrates through the outer wall of the movable supporting plate 11 close to one side of the display device 9, a worm wheel 14 is arranged on the outer wall of the tail end of the adjusting screw rod 13, a worm 15 is connected to the outer wall of one side of the worm wheel 14 in a meshed mode, the top end of the worm 15 penetrates through the top plate of the base 1 and is connected with the bottom of the rotating table 7, the lower end of the worm 15 penetrates and extends to the bottom of the base 1, the tail end of the worm is connected with the output end of the motor, and the motor is of a forward and reverse rotating structure.
Four corners of the back plate of the door-shaped frame 5 are respectively provided with a guide rod 22, the guide rods 22 penetrate through four corners of the pleated tarpaulin 6, an elastic component 23 is wound on the outer wall of the guide rod 22 outside the pleated tarpaulin 6, and when the elastic component 23 is in a normal relaxation state, the elastic component 23 pushes the pleated tarpaulin 6 to be attached to the outer wall of the back plate of the door-shaped frame 5.
When the movable supporting plate 11 is completely accommodated in the inner cavity of the mounting groove 10, the display screen of the imaging device 9 is arranged towards the folded tarpaulin 6, and the backboard of the imaging device 9 blocks the port of the door-shaped frame 5.
Specifically, after the development equipment 9 is used up, a motor is started to drive a rotary table 7 to rotate clockwise, the rotary table 7 drives the development equipment 9 to rotate clockwise through a fixed column 8 until a display screen of the development equipment is parallel to a folded tarpaulin 6, a back plate of the development equipment 9 seals a port of a door-shaped frame 5, the display screen on the development equipment 9 is isolated in a dustproof mode through the back plate of the development equipment 9, the door-shaped frame 5 and the folded tarpaulin 6, a worm 15 at the bottom of the rotary table 7 is meshed with a turbine 14 to drive an adjusting screw 13 to rotate synchronously when the development equipment 9 is rotatably stored, the adjusting screw 13 is meshed with a movable supporting plate 11 to drive the movable supporting plate 11 to carry an instruction keyboard 12 to automatically slide and store in an inner cavity of a mounting groove 10, the instruction keyboard 12 is isolated in a dustproof mode, otherwise, when the motor rotates anticlockwise, the display screen of the development equipment 9 is exposed at the port of the door-shaped frame 5, the movable supporting plate 11 carries the instruction keyboard 12 to automatically slide out of the mounting groove 10 for use, not only the dustproof isolation of the display screen of the display device 9 and the instruction keyboard 12 is realized, but also the synchronous automatic expansion and storage operation between the display screen and the instruction keyboard are realized, and the device is convenient and practical.
In order to improve the efficiency of the study of the imaging device 9 for displaying the image data of the sample taken from the patient, as shown in fig. 6, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
an analysis early warning system 91 is arranged in the development device 9, the analysis early warning system 91 comprises an MCU module 911 for controlling the operation of the device, a storage module 912 electrically connected with the MCU module 911, and a power module 913, the storage module 912 is used for storing image data shot by the image component 4, and the power module 913 provides energy for the operation of the device; the MCU module 911 is further electrically connected to a data processing module 914, which is used for sorting the image data received by the MCU module 911; the data processing module 914 is electrically connected to the image feature extraction module 915, and is configured to capture abnormal feature data of the image data; the image feature extraction module 915 is electrically connected with a neural network analysis module 916, and performs big data analysis on the extracted abnormal data by combining with image data through a neural network technology, and performs research analysis on the illness state of the patient to give a diagnosis; the neural network analysis module 916 is electrically connected to a display module 917 for displaying image data and an alarm module 918 for alarming when the patient is seriously ill.
Specifically, the MCU module 911 receives image data of a patient sample captured by the camera 43 and transmits the image data to the data processing module 914 for processing, the data processing module 914 transmits the image data to the image feature extraction module 915 after processing, the image feature extraction module 915 captures features of abnormal data in the image data by using worm technology, the image feature extraction module 915 transmits the abnormal feature data and the image data to the neural network analysis module 916, the neural network analysis module 916 performs big data analysis on the extracted abnormal data in combination with image data based on the neural network technology, performs big data comparison analysis on the patient's condition to give a diagnosis result, displays the diagnosis analysis while displaying the image data on the display screen of the display device 9 for reference analysis by a diagnostician, and immediately controls the alarm module 918 to alarm when the diagnosis determines that the patient is in a serious condition, the early warning is carried out on the doctor, the doctor is reminded to grasp the time to carry out research and analysis on the state of the patient, so that the patient can be timely and quickly treated correctly.
In order to solve the problems that the moving focusing of the existing fully automatic medical imaging instrument is difficult to control the time distance for measuring and photographing a sample, and the lens is easily damaged due to too large contact with the sample, please refer to fig. 1-3 and fig. 7-8, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
the upper end of the fixed seat 2 is uniformly provided with a limiting sliding groove 16, the limiting sliding groove 16 is movably clamped with a first movable plate 17, clamping plates 18 are respectively arranged at two side edges of the upper end of the first movable plate 17, a second movable plate 19 is movably clamped between side walls of the clamping plates 18, a carrying glass 20 is arranged at the upper end of the second movable plate 19, the first movable plate 17 and the second movable plate 19 are both pushed to translate through piston rods 21 arranged on the side walls, and the translation directions of the first movable plate 17 and the second movable plate 19 are perpendicular to each other.
The image component 4 comprises a casing 41 fixedly connected to the top of the supporting column 3, a hydraulic lifting rod 42 is arranged at the lower end of the top plate of the casing 41, the bottom of the hydraulic lifting rod 42 penetrates through and extends to the bottom of the casing 41, a camera 43 is fixedly connected to the tail end of the hydraulic lifting rod 43, a hanging rod 45 is arranged on the outer walls of two sides of the hydraulic lifting rod 42 at the adjacent position of the upper end of the camera 43 through a fixing rod 44, the lower end of the hanging rod 45 is movably connected to two sides of the upper end of a measuring ring 46, the measuring ring 46 is suspended below the camera 43 and is coaxially arranged with the camera 43, the top end of the hanging rod 45 extends to the inner cavity of the casing 41, an installation hanging plate 47 is fixedly connected to the top of the casing, first contacts 48 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the tail end of the installation hanging plate 47, and the adjacent first contacts 48 are connected through conducting wires.
An installation seat 412 is arranged on the inner wall of the casing 41 adjacent to the lower end of the first contact 48, a second contact 414 is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the installation seat 412 corresponding to the first contact 48 through a connecting spring 413, the second contact 414 is suspended below the first contact 48, and the second contact 414 is electrically connected with a warning lamp 415 arranged on the outer wall of the casing 41 through a lead.
When the first contact 48 and the second contact 414 are in contact with each other, the connection spring 413 is in a compressed state, the lower end of the camera 43 is flush with the bottom port of the measurement ring 46, a series circuit is formed between the warning lamp 415 and the first contact 48 and the second contact 414, and the warning lamp 415 emits light.
Specifically, when the hydraulic lifting rod 42 extends to drive the camera 43 at the bottom of the hydraulic lifting rod to be close to the upper end of the loading glass 20 to extract a sample, the bottom of the measuring ring 46 is firstly attached to the sample, along with the extension of the hydraulic lifting rod 42, the suspender 45 moves along with the extension of the lower part of the hydraulic lifting rod 42 under the fixation of the fixing rod 44, so that the mounting hanger plate 47 at the top of the hydraulic lifting rod moves down to be close to the second contact 414, finally the first contact 48 and the second contact 414 are driven to be attached, the circuit of the warning lamp 415 on the outer wall of the shell 41 is communicated, the alarm is given by the flashing of the warning lamp 415, the worker is reminded to timely prevent the hydraulic lifting rod 42 from continuing to extend, so that the bottom end of the camera 43 is prevented from exceeding the bottom port of the measuring ring 46 and is in excessive contact with the sample, thereby avoiding the sample from causing extrusion damage to the bottom lens of the camera 43, and improving the use safety of the camera 43.
In order to realize automatic inversion of the extracted samples, so that the camera 43 can shoot the extracted samples from different angles, thereby obtaining an omnidirectional image data, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, the following preferred technical solutions are provided:
