in response to the starting of the alliance block chain, checking and monitoring an account management module unit, a data sharing unit and an intelligent contract management unit;
running an audit management module, acquiring a management account, and butting the audit management module with an audit block chain module;
configuring an audit edge computing node module, accessing data of an audit unit to the audit edge computing node module and acquiring an account;
and configuring the audit rule, and calling an intelligent contract of the audit rule to update through an audit management system.
In combination with the above processes, the method process of the present invention can be shown in fig. 3, and the specific process is as follows:
the user of the system comprises an audited unit (medical data provider), an auditing unit and an auditing rule making unit. The system adopts an authentication access mode, an audit administration unit uniformly issues an access account, and only an authorized user can access and check system data. The main operating modes are as follows:
the initial configuration process:
when a new audit service is to be developed, the following work needs to be completed first:
and (3) running an audit block chain platform: an audit administration unit needs to start an alliance block chain through an audit block chain platform node management system to ensure that an account management module, a data sharing interface and an intelligent contract management module run normally;
operating an audit management system: all units participating in auditing, including an auditing rule making unit, need to install an auditing management system, obtain a management account at an auditing administrative unit, and interface the auditing management system with an auditing block chain platform;
configuring an audit edge computing node: the audited unit needs to access the unit data system to the audit edge calculation node, and obtains an account at the audit administration unit to ensure that the audit block chain platform can be accessed;
configuring an audit rule: the medical professional knowledge base on which the medical audit is based, such as data of three categories of social medical insurance (basic medical insurance medicine category, diagnosis and treatment item category and medical service facility category), such as medical categories and audit rules, can be updated by calling an audit rule intelligent contract through an audit management system by an audit rule making unit. And when the intelligent contract on the audit block chain receives the updating request, automatically triggering an updating event. The audit edge node and the audit management system monitor the update event on the audit block chain platform and download the updated data and rules to the local for use and viewing through the data sharing module.
And (3) real-time auditing process:
creation and execution of audit projects: after creating an audit project, an audit unit needs to select a used audit rule and designate the audited unit and corresponding audit responsible personnel. The auditing responsible personnel establish a new auditing intelligent contract on an auditing block chain through a management tool and establish auditing parameters such as audited units, auditing time periods and auditing frequency. And after the audit intelligent contract is established, sending an audit request to an audit edge node of an audited unit. After the auditing edge node of the audited unit monitors the auditing request, the local intelligent medical auditing model is operated by confirming the digital signature, and the intelligent auditing is carried out on the input data according to the required rules and parameters. After the intelligent audit is completed, the audit edge node automatically generates an audit report and data fingerprints of the data, and sends the audit report and the data fingerprints to the block chain by calling an audit intelligent contract. The audit data can not be sent out from the audited unit, and the safety of the original data is ensured.
Auditing initial examination and rechecking: the audit management system can monitor the update event on the audit block chain, and after the audit edge node sends the intelligent audit result, the audit management system can automatically remind the audit responsible personnel to perform initial audit on the result. If the person in charge finds a problem, the person in charge can call an intelligent contract on the blockchain to send a rechecking requirement to the audited unit. After receiving the rechecking requirement, the audited unit can locally complete the complaint report through the audit data management system on the audit edge node and call the intelligent contract to complaint. And after receiving the complaint report, the audit responsible person can check the audit result again and complete the audit report. The auditing responsible person and the auditing unit can have multiple interactions, all can be called and finished through intelligent contracts on the block chain, and the process is public and transparent and cannot be tampered.
And (4) confirming an audit result: and after the audit leader finishes auditing the audit project, submitting a final audit result through the audit management system. The final audit report can be confirmed by the audit unit and the audit department in a digital signature mode, and the multi-party authentication and the falsification prevention of the final audit result are ensured.
And (4) checking an audit result:
when the audit result needs to be checked, the audit responsible person, the audit original data evidence and the chain record of the audit process can be obtained according to the intelligent contract address of the audit project on the chain. The integrity and non-tampering of the audit process and resulting data is verified by the digital fingerprinting of the timestamp and data of the stored records by multiple parties on the blockchain.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiments described in the present specification, the expression of the functional function in the program, the name of the function, and the like may be different. All equivalent or simple changes of the structure, the characteristics and the principle of the invention which are described in the patent conception of the invention are included in the protection scope of the patent of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based medical data real-time auditing system is characterized by comprising an auditing block chain module, an auditing edge calculation node module and an auditing management module;
the audit block chain module is used for supporting the data sharing function of the audit edge calculation node module and the audit management module;
the audit management module is used for managing audit rules and audit projects and executing related audit functions;
the audit edge calculation node module is used for being connected with an external medical data information system, performing data cleaning and format conversion on medical data, providing qualified input data for the intelligent medical audit model unit, and providing a medical professional knowledge base and an audit rule base; and intelligently auditing the medical data processed by the data cleaning unit according to the appointed auditing rule and the knowledge base to generate an intelligent auditing result, uploading the intelligent auditing result to the alliance block chain through the data sharing unit of the auditing block chain platform, and managing the data related to the auditing project.
2. The blockchain-based real-time medical data auditing system according to claim 1 where the auditing blockchain module includes a federation blockchain, a federation chain node management unit, an account management unit, an intelligent contract management unit, a data sharing unit and a data security unit;
multiple intelligent contracts are deployed in the alliance block chain, and an alliance link point management interface, a data uplink interface, a data monitoring interface, a deployment interface, a calling interface and a monitoring interface of the multiple intelligent contracts are provided;
the alliance link point management unit is used for establishing alliance link nodes in an alliance block chain and monitoring alliance link nodes in the alliance block chain;
the intelligent contract management unit is used for deploying an intelligent contract with an audit rule and the intelligent contract with the audit rule, selecting the used audit rule by calling the intelligent contract with the audit rule, and completing the processes of creating, primarily reviewing, rechecking and finally reviewing an audit project;
the data sharing unit is communicated with the link interface of the bottom layer alliance block through an API service mode and provides data sharing service for the audit edge computing node module and the audit management module;
the data security unit authenticates the integrity and the source of the data so as to realize the security of data storage and exchange.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the audit blockchain module further comprises the account management unit;
the account management unit is used for providing account management and authority management for an auditing unit accessed to the block chain of the alliance; mapping the account public key and the actual data of the auditing unit; different access rights are granted to the auditing units, and the authorized auditing units can call various intelligent contracts and access data on the block chain of the alliance.
4. The system according to claim 2, wherein the building of federation chain link points in a federation blockchain includes initiating a federation chain node, joining a federation chain node, and deleting a federation chain node;
and monitoring the alliance link nodes in the alliance block chain, monitoring the node state through a monitoring interface of the alliance block chain, and warning the node state abnormity.
5. The system according to claim 2, wherein the data sharing unit comprises a data uplink and a data downlink;
data uplink: uploading encrypted data, and butting with the block chain of the alliance in an API mode to meet the data submission requirement;
data downlinking: and a monitoring interface and a corresponding data downloading mode of data on the alliance block chain are connected with the alliance block chain in an API mode, so that the data acquisition requirement is met.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the audit edge calculation node module includes a data cleaning unit, an audit rule knowledge base unit, an intelligent medical audit model unit, and an audit project management unit;
the data cleaning unit is used for being connected with an external medical data information system, cleaning the medical data and converting the format of the medical data, and providing qualified input data for the intelligent medical audit model unit;
the audit rule knowledge base unit is used for providing a medical professional knowledge base and an audit rule base; the audit rules are configured in a self-defined manner, the rules in the audit management module and the edge computing node module are consistent through the data sharing unit of the audit block chain module, and the requirements of various functions of a rule management dictionary, a post rule configuration, a real-time rule configuration, a rule except configuration and an abnormal description configuration can be met;
the intelligent medical audit model unit intelligently audits the medical data processed by the data cleaning unit according to the appointed audit rule and the knowledge base and generates an intelligent audit result, and the intelligent audit result is uploaded to the alliance block chain through the data sharing unit of the audit block chain platform;
the audit project management unit: the method is used for managing audit project related data, including checking input data, audit rules, operation conditions of the intelligent medical audit model unit and interaction state with an audit block chain platform.

The blockchain-based real-time audit system of medical data of claim 6 wherein the medical professional knowledge base includes at least a drug knowledge base, a disease classification base, an inspection knowledge base and an inspection knowledge base; the audit rule base at least comprises medical insurance policy rules, medical insurance experience rules, price-of-things rules, reasonable medication rules, chronic disease rules and single disease category rules.
8. The block chain-based real-time medical data auditing system of claim 1, where the audit management module includes an audit rule management unit, an audit project management unit, an audit flow management unit and an audit result management unit;
an audit rule management unit: the intelligent contract management system is used for managing the audit rules, calling intelligent contracts to chain the audit rules for the audit edge nodes and the management system to use, and also can inquire the existing audit rules to ensure the integrity and the openness of the audit rules used in the audit;
an audit item management unit: the system comprises a data directory, a plurality of auditing items, a plurality of auditing rules and a plurality of responsible personnel, wherein the data directory is used for managing the auditing items, selecting the audited units, configuring the auditing rules and the basis used in the auditing items and distributing the responsible personnel for the auditing items;
an audit process management unit: the audit edge node module is used for recording the execution flow of the audit project to the chain and monitoring the related state update of the audit project, including the information change submitted by the audit edge node module, the change of the audit rule and the process progress of the audit project;
an audit result management unit: and the auditing process management unit is connected with the auditing process management unit, displays the submitted auditing result and sends an auditing request.

A medical data real-time auditing method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps: in response to receiving the audit items submitted by the audit units, creating new audit intelligent contracts on the alliance block chains and sending audit requests to the audit edge node units of the audited units;
after monitoring the audit request, the audit edge node unit confirms the digital signature, intelligently audits the input data according to rules and parameters through an intelligent medical audit model module, automatically generates an audit result and data fingerprints of the data after the audit is finished, and calls an audit intelligent contract to send the audit result and the data fingerprints to the alliance block chain;
the audit management module monitors an update event of the alliance block chain, performs initial audit after an audit result is monitored, and if the audit result is in question, calls an intelligent contract on the alliance block chain to send a recheck requirement and applies for complaints through the audit edge node module;
and after the audit is finished, submitting a final audit result through an audit management module, and confirming the audit report in a digital signature mode.
10. The method for real-time audit of blockchain-based medical data according to claim 9, further comprising the step of initializing configuration when a new audit transaction is performed, including:
in response to the starting of the alliance block chain, checking and monitoring an account management module unit, a data sharing unit and an intelligent contract management unit;

configuring an audit edge computing node module, accessing data of an audit unit to the audit edge computing node module and acquiring an account;
and configuring the audit rule, and calling an intelligent contract of the audit rule to update through an audit management system.
