An exemplary application of the blockchain network is described below, taking an example in which a plurality of service entities access the blockchain network to implement property management.

When receiving a transaction, the consensus node 210 in the blockchain network 200 verifies the digital certificate and the digital signature carried in the transaction, and after both are successfully verified, confirms whether the service agent 600 has a transaction right according to the identity information of the service agent 600 carried in the transaction, and the transaction fails due to any verification result of the digital signature and the right verification. After the rights verification is successful, consensus node 210 signs its digital signature (e.g., by encrypting a digest of the transaction using the private key of consensus node 210-1) and continues to broadcast in blockchain network 200.
After receiving the transaction successfully verified, the consensus node 210 in the blockchain network 200 fills the transaction into a new block and broadcasts the new block. When broadcasting a new block, the consensus node 210 in the block chain network 200 performs a consensus process on the new block, and if the consensus is successful, adds the new block to the tail of the block chain stored in the consensus node, updates the state database according to the transaction result, and executes the transaction in the new block: and for the transaction of the items meeting the screening conditions, the key value pair corresponding to the items meeting the screening conditions is inquired from the state database, and the transaction result is returned.
It is to be understood that the type of data that the business entity can query/update in the blockchain network 200 can be implemented by restricting the authority of a transaction that the business entity can initiate, for example, when the business entity 500 has the authority to initiate a maintenance schedule for querying a property, a business person of the business entity 500 can input a query request in the graphical interface 510-1 of the terminal 500-1, and generate a transaction for querying for a maintenance schedule by the property management platform 100 and broadcast the transaction to the blockchain network 200 to complete the transaction from the blockchain network 200.
When the service agent 600 has the right to initiate the maintenance appeal of the query service and view the maintenance accuracy of the service agent, the service personnel of the service agent 600 may input the request in the graphical interface 610-2 of the terminal 600-2, generate a transaction for querying for compliance with the request by the property management platform 100, and broadcast the transaction to the blockchain network 200 to complete the transaction from the blockchain network 200.
As an example of a block chain, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an optional structural schematic diagram of a block chain in a block chain network 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, a header of each block may include hash values of all transactions in the block and also include hash values of all transactions in a previous block, a record of a newly generated transaction is filled in the block and is added to a tail of the block chain after being identified by a common node in the block chain network, so as to form a chain growth, and a chain structure based on hash values among blocks ensures tamper resistance and forgery prevention of transactions in the block.
An exemplary functional architecture of a blockchain network provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described below, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an optional functional architecture of a blockchain network 200 provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the blockchain network 200 includes an application layer 201, a consensus layer 202, a network layer 203, a data layer 204, and a resource layer 205, and functions of each layer are described below.
The resource layer 205 encapsulates computing, storage, and communication resources that implement each node 210 in the blockchain network 200, such as computing, storage, and communication resources in computers, servers/clusters, and clouds, abstracts and provides a uniform interface to the data layer 204 to shield the underlying hardware implementing the resource layer 205 from differences.
The computing resources include various forms of processors such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).
The storage resources include various types of storage media such as various volatile memories and nonvolatile memories. The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM) or a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM). Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory.
The communication resources include various communication links for communication between various nodes 210 in the blockchain network 200, between the blockchain network 200 and the traffic body.
The computing resources and storage resources of the resource layer 205 may be mapped to various types of nodes 210 in the blockchain network 200, and the storage medium implementing an embodiment of the present invention stores executable instructions for implementing the property management method based on the blockchain network of an embodiment of the present invention, and once the executable instructions deployed to the nodes are executed, the underlying resources (e.g., various types of processors) implementing the nodes will implement the deployment of various types of nodes 210 in the blockchain network 200 and perform the functions of the various types of nodes, thereby implementing ledgers for transactions in business processes and various applications based on the ledgers.
By way of example, executable instructions may be written in any form of programming language, including compiled or interpreted languages, or declarative or procedural languages, in the form of software (including system programs and applications), software modules, scripts, plug-ins, and the like, and may be deployed in any form, including as a stand-alone program or as a module, component, or other unit suitable for use in a computing environment.
The data layer 204 encapsulates various data structures that implement the ledger, including blockchains implemented in files in a file system, state databases of the key-value type, and presence certificates (e.g., hash trees of transactions in blocks).
The network layer 203 encapsulates the functions of a Point-to-Point (P2P) network protocol, a data propagation mechanism and a data verification mechanism, an access authentication mechanism and service agent identity management.
Wherein, the P2P network protocol implements communication between each node 210 in the blockchain network 200, the data propagation mechanism ensures the propagation of the transaction in the blockchain network 200, and the data verification mechanism is used for implementing the reliability of data transmission between each node 210 based on cryptography methods (such as digital certificates, digital signatures, public/private key pairs); the access authentication mechanism is used for authenticating the identity of the service subject added into the block chain network 200 according to an actual service scene, and endowing the service subject with the authority of accessing the block chain network 200 when the authentication is passed; the business entity identity management is used to store the identity of the business entity that is allowed to access blockchain network 200, as well as the permissions (e.g., the types of transactions that can be initiated).
The consensus layer 202 encapsulates the functions of the mechanism for the nodes 210 in the blockchain network 200 to agree on a block (i.e., a consensus mechanism), transaction management, and ledger management. The consensus mechanism comprises consensus algorithms such as POS, POW and DPOS, and the pluggable consensus algorithm is supported.
The transaction management is configured to verify a digital signature carried in the transaction received by the node 210, verify identity information of the service entity, and determine whether the node has an authority to perform the transaction according to the identity information (read related information from the identity management of the service entity); for the service agents authorized to access the blockchain network 200, the service agents all have digital certificates issued by the certificate authority, and the service agents use private keys in their own digital certificates to digitally sign submitted transactions, so as to declare their own legal identities.
The ledger administration is used to maintain blockchains and state databases. For the block with the consensus, adding the block to the tail of the block chain; executing a transaction in the identified block, updating the key-value pair in the state database when the transaction comprises an update operation; and when the transaction comprises a query operation, querying the key-value pair in the state database, and returning a query result to the client of the business body. Supporting query operations for multiple dimensions of a state database, comprising: querying the chunk based on the chunk sequence number (e.g., hash value of the transaction); inquiring the transaction according to the transaction serial number; inquiring account data of a business main body according to an account (serial number) of the business main body; and inquiring the block chain in the channel according to the channel name.
The application layer 201 encapsulates various services that the blockchain network 200 can implement, including tracing, crediting, and verifying transactions.
An exemplary structure of the electronic device 30 constituting the property management platform 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is explained next. The property management platform 100 in the embodiment of the present invention may be deployed independently from the blockchain network 200, and the property management platform 100 is deployed in an electronic device, which may be implemented as various types of user terminals such as a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a set-top box, a mobile device (e.g., a mobile phone, a portable music player, a personal digital assistant, a dedicated messaging device, and a portable game device), or implemented as a server such as a cloud server, or a terminal in which different service entities can operate. An exemplary application when the electronic device is implemented as a terminal or a server will be described below.
The hardware structure of the electronic device 30 implementing the embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, and fig. 4 is an alternative hardware structure diagram of the electronic device 30 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, it can be understood that fig. 4 only shows an exemplary structure of the electronic device 30, and not a whole structure, and a part of the structure or the whole structure shown in fig. 4 may be implemented as required, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, an electronic device 30 provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: at least one processor 301, memory 302, a user interface 303, and at least one network interface 304. The various components in the electronic device 30 are coupled together by a bus system 305. It will be appreciated that the bus system 305 is used to enable communications among the components connected. The bus system 305 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled as bus system 305 in fig. 4.
The user interface 303 may include, among other things, a display, a keyboard, a mouse, a trackball, a click wheel, a key, a button, a touch pad, or a touch screen.
It will be appreciated that the memory 302 can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory.
The memory 302 in embodiments of the present invention is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the electronic device 30. Examples of such data include: any executable instructions for operating on the electronic device 30, such as a computer program, including an executable program and an operating system, may be included in the executable instructions, and the program implementing the blockchain network based article management method of the embodiment of the present invention may be included in the executable instructions.
The processor 301 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the article management method based on the blockchain network according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in the processor 301. The integrated logic circuit may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. Processor 301 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention.
Each step of the property management method based on the blockchain network provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be completed by a software module, the software module may be located in a storage medium, the storage medium is located in the memory 302, and the processor 301 executes the software module in the memory 302, and completes the steps of the property management method based on the blockchain network provided by the embodiment of the present invention by combining hardware thereof.
For example, as an example of a software module, the memory 302 may include the property management platform 100 based on the blockchain network provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which may be software in the form of a program, a plug-in, and the like, and includes a series of software modules, see fig. 5, and fig. 5 is an optional structural diagram of the property management platform 100 based on the blockchain network provided by the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the property management platform 100 based on the blockchain network includes a first receiving unit 41, a first storage unit 42, a second receiving unit 43, a second storage unit 44, an obtaining unit 45, a third receiving unit 46, and a responding unit 47, and functions of these units are logical, so that functions implemented by each software module may be arbitrarily combined or further split. It should be noted that, for the functions of each unit in the property management platform 100 based on the blockchain network provided by the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 5, the following description will be made.
Fig. 5 is a property management platform 100 based on a blockchain network according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:

In an optional embodiment, the request transaction information is multimedia information, and the blockchain network performs hash processing on the multimedia information to obtain a hash value corresponding to the multimedia information.
In an alternative embodiment, the multimedia data is image data, and the obtaining unit 45 is configured to obtain image characteristic information of the image data; the second receiving unit 43 is configured to receive the maintenance schedule information determined at least according to image feature information.
In an optional embodiment, the sending unit is configured to request, for the maintenance requester and the maintenance requester, an access right from the blockchain network;

In an optional embodiment, the platform further includes a fourth receiving unit, configured to receive evaluation information of the third party for the maintenance result information, and the sending unit is configured to send the evaluation information to a consensus node of the blockchain network, so that the consensus node performs consensus based on the maintenance result information and the evaluation information; wherein the maintenance result information is verified when the consensus passes.
In an alternative embodiment, the obtaining unit 45 is configured to generate the credential data; or, receiving the credential data allocated by the blockchain network for the maintenance schedule information.
It should be noted that, in the property management platform according to the embodiment of the present application, because the principle of solving the problem of the platform is similar to that of the property management method, the implementation process and the implementation principle of the property management platform can be described by referring to the implementation process and the implementation principle of the property management method of the present application, and repeated details are not repeated.
Fig. 6 is a first embodiment of the property management method based on the blockchain network provided in the present application, which is applied to a property management platform 100 based on the blockchain network (hereinafter, referred to as simply a platform for convenience of description), and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
s601, receiving user personal information and request item information uploaded by a first terminal corresponding to a maintenance requester, and storing the user personal information and the request item information into a block chain network;
in this step, the maintenance requester may be an object that requests the maintenance requester to perform maintenance. For property, the maintenance requester is the owner, and the maintenance party is the property company, unit or individual. The personal information of the user can be any information capable of representing the identity of the owner, such as the name, the home address, the mobile phone number, the identity card number and the like. The user personal information may also be an account number or a combination of an account number and a password used by the requesting party to log in to the platform. The request item information is any reasonable property item which can be requested by the owner to be maintained by the maintainer, such as water leakage in the house, electric leakage, corridor sanitation, wall skin falling and the like. That is, the owner uploads the maintenance requirement through the first terminal and uploads the identity information which can show which owner the owner belongs to, and the platform receives the information uploaded by the owner through the first terminal and stores the information into the block chain network.
S602, receiving maintenance plan information obtained by uploading request item information of the maintenance requester by a second terminal corresponding to a maintainer, and storing the maintenance plan information into the blockchain network;
in this step, the maintenance party formulates a maintenance plan (maintenance plan or scheme) according to the request item information uploaded by the requesting party, and uploads the formulated maintenance plan to the platform through the second terminal, and the platform stores the maintenance plan in the block chain.
S603, obtaining voucher data aiming at the maintenance plan information;
in this step, the credential data may be distributed by the blockchain network for the maintenance plan formulated by the maintainer, and the platform receives the credential data generated by the blockchain network. Alternatively, the credential data is platform generated. Preferably generated by a blockchain network. The credential data may be any identification data that can distinguish the owner's complaint from a maintenance plan developed to address the owner's such complaint property company. Such as a repair order number, a repair code, etc. The credential data may be used as a basis for querying a maintenance schedule and/or adjusting a maintenance plan.
S604, receiving a data query request, wherein the data query request carries the credential data;
s605, responding to the data query request, querying the block chain network, and receiving a query result returned by the block chain network.
In steps S604 to S605, the platform receives the query request, responds to the query request, queries the blockchain network according to the credential data, and receives a query result returned by the blockchain network.
In an application scenario where a main owner requests a property to maintain related items, the query may be to query a maintenance plan, a maintenance schedule to monitor the maintenance schedule, and/or query an adjustment condition of the maintenance plan to monitor whether the maintenance schedule is consistent with a negotiation result of both the main owner and the property.
In the scheme, the block chain technology is introduced, the request transaction information of a maintenance requester such as a proprietor and the information such as the maintenance scheme established by the maintenance requester such as a property for the request of the proprietor are stored in the block chain network, the security of the information uploaded by the two parties is ensured by utilizing the characteristics of non-falsification and non-revocable of the block chain network, and the responsibility of the property and the proprietor, which should be carried out by the stored data, can be tracked by the stored data for the information such as the request transaction information and the maintenance scheme stored in the block chain network, so that the behavior of the property and the proprietor, which is not used, and the independent behavior of the property and the proprietor can be avoided.
In addition, data can be inquired by the owner or the property through the voucher data, so that the inquiry efficiency can be effectively improved, the reliability of the data is high, and the fact that the owner pays or the property executes the maintenance scheme is ensured to be real and effective; the method and the device facilitate effective monitoring of respective behaviors of the two parties. The service level and consciousness of the property can be greatly improved, and the satisfaction degree of the owner is improved.
In an optional aspect of the embodiment of the present application, after obtaining credential data for the maintenance plan information, the method further includes: and adjusting the maintaining content information and/or the request item information at least once based on the voucher data to obtain an adjustment result, and storing the adjustment result in the block chain network. That is, for the maintenance plan formulated by the maintenance party, the request party may have an unsatisfactory condition, in which case the request party and the maintenance party may perform adjustment of the maintenance plan in a negotiated manner through the platform, and store the result of each adjustment in the blockchain network, or store the result negotiated by the last two parties. In order to facilitate the tracing of the adjustment process, it is preferable that the adjustment results of each time are stored in the block chain network, so that certain evidence guarantee can be provided for subsequent responsibility. And the flexibility of the maintenance process is reflected by the flexible adjustment of the platform, so that convenience is provided for both sides. In such a case where an adjustment is needed, when the platform receives a query request, the query request may be a query request for the adjustment result, and the adjustment result stored in the blockchain network is queried. The latest maintenance plan data can be provided for the inquiring party (the requesting party or the maintaining party), and the reliability of the data is high.
In an optional aspect of the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the maintenance schedule information, specifically before S604, as shown in fig. 7, the method further includes:
s604 a: and obtaining maintenance result information aiming at the maintenance plan information, associating the maintenance plan information and the maintenance result information based on the voucher data, and storing the maintenance plan information and the maintenance result information into the block chain network.
Accordingly, S604: receiving a data query request, wherein the data query request carries the credential data, and the data query request can be maintenance plan information, maintenance result information and/or request transaction information
S605, responding to the data query request, querying the block chain network, and receiving a query result returned by the block chain network.
In an alternative of the foregoing S604 a-S605, the platform receives maintenance result information uploaded by the second terminal corresponding to the maintainer. The maintenance result information can be any construction condition information in the construction process of the property according to the established or negotiated maintenance plan of the property and can also be the related information of the final construction completion. The second terminal uploads the maintenance result data to the platform by using the voucher data, and the platform associates the voucher data with the maintenance result information, namely, the voucher data is used for associating information such as maintenance plans and maintenance results belonging to the same owner appeal together. Thus, when the inquiry is made, the data desired to be inquired can be inquired by using the certificate data, such as supervision of the maintenance plan, which stage the maintenance plan is executed to (supervision of maintenance plan execution), and the like. The data security that both sides will inquire can be guaranteed to the characteristics that the data of utilizing the block chain network can not be tampered, can not be cancelled, and the requestor can supervise the construction, and the maintainer can upload construction progress information according to the actual construction condition, so just provides certain guarantee for the construction of maintenance plan.
In an optional aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the storing the user personal information, the request transaction information, and the maintenance schedule information in a blockchain network includes: sending the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information to the block chain; and the block chain network respectively carries out hash (hash) processing on the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information to obtain and store hash values corresponding to the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information. In the foregoing alternative, the platform sends the personal information and the request item information of the user uploaded by the requester, the maintenance plan information uploaded by the maintainer, the maintenance result information, and the adjustment result to the blockchain network, and the blockchain network processes each piece of received information as a transaction, for example, 256-bit hash encryption is performed on each piece of received information to ensure privacy of data. It can be understood that, because the block chain network adopts the encryption algorithm and adopts a certain data structure, such as the data structure of the merkel tree, for storage, the data of the block chain network is ensured not to be falsified. This feature determines that neither the requester nor the maintainer can privately modify the data in the embodiments of the present application.
In an optional solution of the embodiment of the present application, the request transaction information is multimedia information, and the blockchain network performs hash processing on the multimedia information to obtain a hash value corresponding to the multimedia information. The multimedia information may be image data, text data, or audio data. That is, the requester can take a picture of the object to be maintained to indicate which aspect(s) of maintenance he/she requests, express his/her request through the inputted text information, and express his/her request through the language expression. The multimedia information in the embodiment of the application is preferably image data.
In the case where the multimedia data is image data, the method further includes: obtaining image characteristic information of the image data; the receiving the maintenance schedule information includes: receiving the maintenance schedule information determined based at least on image feature information. In the preferred embodiment, when the requester expresses the items to be maintained through the image data, the platform extracts the image features of the uploaded image data, compares the extracted image features with information such as a region to be maintained (such as wall peeling), a size, a contour and a damage degree (wall peeling) of the region in the image, and if the extracted image features are consistent with information such as a position, a size, a contour and a damage degree of the region to be maintained, which is acquired by the maintainer, the maintenance requirement proposed by the requester is consistent with the actual maintenance condition, the acquired condition representing the region to be maintained is consistent with the actual condition, no artificial processing such as PS on the image exists, the proposed maintenance requirement is real, and the maintainer can make a maintenance plan according to the actual maintenance requirement. In the scheme, the authenticity of the appeal of the requesting party can be judged by the platform through extracting the image characteristic information, and then the maintenance plan is formulated according to the actual condition of the appeal, so that humanization and cheapness of property management can be greatly reflected.
In an optional aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: requesting access rights from the blockchain network for the maintenance requester and the maintenance requester; receiving public keys respectively distributed by the blockchain network for the maintenance requester and the maintainer, and acquiring digital certificates of the maintenance requester and the maintainer according to the public keys, and storing the user personal information and the request item information into the blockchain network under the condition that the digital certificate of the maintenance requester is verified; and storing the maintenance schedule information into the blockchain network under the condition that the digital certificate of the maintenance party passes the verification. In the alternative, the platform requests the access authority for the maintainer and the requester to the blockchain network, the blockchain network distributes public keys of business bodies of both sides to the blockchain network, and the platform signs the user identity information according to the public keys to obtain respective digital certificates of the requester and the maintainer. Under the condition that a maintainer and a requester request to log in the platform, the platform also needs to verify that the two parties present digital certificates, and only stores information uploaded by the two parties into the block chain network under the condition that the verification is passed. Therefore, the related information of the maintainer and the requester with reasonable identities can be stored in the block chain, and the malicious request or maintenance of a lawbreaker is avoided.
In an optional scheme of the embodiment of the present application, in a case where the platform receives the maintenance result information and sends the maintenance result information to the blockchain network for storage, the method further includes: receiving evaluation information aiming at the maintenance result information uploaded by a third terminal corresponding to a third party, and sending the evaluation information to a consensus node of the block chain network so that the consensus node performs consensus based on the maintenance result information and the evaluation information; wherein the maintenance result information is verified when the consensus passes. It will be appreciated that in this alternative embodiment, in the event that the platform receives the construction results, the requestor may also delegate a third party to verify or qualify or evaluate the maintenance plan implemented by the maintenance party. The platform receives evaluation information uploaded by a third terminal corresponding to a third party, sends the evaluation information to a consensus node of the block chain network, the consensus node judges whether the construction condition accords with each condition in the maintenance plan, the consensus node can consider that the construction condition is qualified under the condition that a certain construction condition in the maintenance plan accords with the negotiation result of the two expected parties, and the consensus node achieves consistency and passes consensus under the condition that a plurality of nodes in the consensus node consider that the construction condition is qualified, and the maintenance construction result of the maintenance party is qualified and passes verification. The scheme for realizing the acceptance of the third party by using the block chain technology can effectively realize the automatic acceptance of the construction condition, the third party only needs to upload an acceptance report, the acceptance result and the maintenance plan are automatically matched and identified by the consensus node, the manpower can be greatly reduced, the automatic confirmation of the automatic acceptance is realized, the labor is liberated, and the acceptance efficiency is also improved. In addition, the data stored in the block chain network cannot be tampered, the data is accurate, the data is high in feasibility, and the data is used for evaluating the acceptance condition, so that the accuracy of evaluation can be improved.
The property management method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present application will be further described with reference to fig. 8 to 10.
The application scenario will be described by taking the requested item information as the example of the falling off of the corridor wall skin and the property maintenance related treatment.
In the related art, there are several main problems in the aspect of property management: 1) even if the property and the owner communicate with each other, there is no clear written agreement, so once the responsibility problem occurs during the maintenance process or after the maintenance is completed, the responsibility can not be accurately traced. 2) The objection of some owners does not represent the opinion of most owners, but results in the failure of the service plan to continue to be implemented, which affects other owners with interest. 3) In the implementation process of the maintenance plan, if the contents of material purchase, labor cost, construction period, construction standard, acceptance standard and the like are inconsistent with the contents negotiated by the two parties, the successful construction can not be caused; and no effective three-party supervision means exists, so that the contents negotiated by the two parties are opaque and not disclosed particularly due to the cost expense generated by maintenance, a hidden box operation opportunity is generated for property management, and the legal rights and interests of owners can be possibly infringed. In view of the above problems, the following solutions in the embodiments of the present application can be solved.
Referring to FIG. 8:
s801: the method comprises the steps that an owner logs in a platform through a first terminal and uploads a shot image of the condition of an area needing to be maintained; the platform receives an image uploaded by a business owner through a first terminal and reads user personal information of the business owner;
here, the owner takes an image of an area to be repaired, and uploads the taken image to the platform by logging in the platform through the first terminal. The platform can take login information used by a proprietor during login, such as a mobile phone number, an identity card number and the like, as personal information of a user; personal information of the user such as a home address, a name, and the like associated with the login information may also be used as the user personal information.
It can be understood that, as business owners and property owners, prior registration is required before login (assuming that the authentication center and the property management platform are located in the same device), and the specific registration process is referred to the foregoing related description and will not be described again.
S802: the platform requests access authority for a maintainer and a requester to the blockchain network, and stores request item information of the owner and user personal information into the blockchain network under the condition that the platform judges that the digital certificate shown by the owner passes verification;
here, the blockchain network assigns a public key of the business owner to the requester, and the platform signs the identity information of the owner according to the public key to obtain a digital certificate of the owner, wherein the digital certificate can be associated with login information of the owner. In the case where the owner logs on to the platform, the digital certificate of the owner is authenticated. Thus, malicious login and request of a lawbreaker can be avoided. And if the verification is passed, sending the request item information of the owner and the personal information of the user to a block chain network, and carrying out hash encryption on the information and storing the information by the block chain network. It can be understood that the data to be stored in the blockchain network is stored in a hash encryption mode and a data structure mode of a Merkel tree, so that the data of the blockchain network is guaranteed not to be tampered, and the safety and the privacy of the data are improved.
S803: the property logs in the platform through a second terminal, the images collected from the field and the maintenance plan made according to the requirements of the owner are uploaded to the platform, and the platform verifies the digital certificate of the property;
specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the property obtains the appeal of the property owner through the broadcast function of the block chain network, and the property owner acquires an image on the spot where the property owner requests maintenance, and uploads the image to the platform through the second terminal. The platform is used for respectively carrying out feature extraction on the image acquired by the owner and the image acquired by the property owner, for example, information such as a region to be maintained (such as falling of a wall skin), the size of the region, the outline, the damage degree (falling degree of the wall skin) and the like is extracted, feature comparison is carried out, under the condition that the comparison is consistent, the appeal of the owner is determined to be a real appeal, no adulterated component exists, and a maintenance plan formulated according to actual conditions is uploaded to the platform. The extraction of the image features can be realized by a feature extraction server in the platform in fig. 9, and the specific implementation of the extraction of the image features by the feature server can adopt an artificial intelligence technology. For the identity authentication process of property, please refer to the above-mentioned duplicate part of the identity authentication process of owner, which is not described herein.
In the case where the platform verifies the property, S804 is performed.
In practical applications, the plan uploaded to the platform may be presented in text form or in image form. If the property is to be filled with documents such as construction cost, construction period, construction materials and the like, photographing is carried out, and the photographed images are uploaded to a platform to be used as a maintenance plan.
S804: the platform sends information uploaded by the property second terminal to the block chain network for storage, and the block chain network generates and stores a maintenance order number (certificate data);
in the step, for the information uploaded by the property through the second terminal, the block chain network is encrypted by using hash and stored in a data structure mode of a Merkel tree, so that the safety of data can be ensured. In addition, to facilitate subsequent lookup of data stored in the blockchain network and adjustment of maintenance plans, the blockchain network is assigned a unique maintenance order number. The platform associates the maintenance order number with the data uploaded to the platform by the owner and the property, so that the two parties can conveniently input the maintenance order number in the platform and inquire the data related to the appeal of the owner in the block chain. It will be appreciated that the repair order number may also be generated by the platform itself.
It can be understood that the maintenance order number is used as the unique code of the maintenance item, and needs to be written into the blockchain network together with the corresponding maintenance plan, and the detailed contents of the maintenance plan, including the contents of material use, labor cost, construction period, construction standard, acceptance standard and the like, can be queried through the unique code, so that the data in the whole process from the initiation of the maintenance service request until the completion of the maintenance service is not tampered.
S805: the platform initiates a voting notification by utilizing a broadcasting function of the block chain network;
here, the notification object may be only the owner who has initiated the request, or may be another owner who has a beneficial relationship with the request item. In which information of all owners of the same cell can be collected in advance and stored in the blockchain network. The property labels other owners who have beneficial relationships with the requested items so that the voting notice can be accurately delivered.
S806: the owner (including the owner who initiates the request and other owners who have the interest relationship of the requested items) who receives the voting notification logs in the platform, and inputs a request for inquiring the maintenance plan formulated by the property by using the maintenance order number;
s807: the platform receives modification opinions input by each owner and stores the modification opinions into a block chain network;
in the step, the owner who receives the voting notice logs in the platform by using the own login information, inputs a maintenance order number to request to check a maintenance plan formulated by the property, inquires the maintenance plan from the blockchain network by the platform under the condition that the identity verification of the owner by the platform is passed, and displays the maintenance plan which is mainly inquired by each business through respective first terminals. For the maintenance plan presented in the front, the owner can issue respective opinions through respective terminals, such as too long maintenance time, too high material purchasing cost, higher labor cost and the like in the maintenance plan. The platform receives the modification opinions of each owner and sends the modification opinions to be stored in the blockchain network.
S808: the platform receives a maintenance plan which is uploaded by the property through the second terminal and is newly formulated or adjusted according to the modification suggestion, and the maintenance plan is sent to the block chain network for storage;
s809: the owner who initiates the request and other owners who have beneficial relations to the requested items log in the platform through the first terminal, the maintenance order number is used for inquiring the newly formulated or adjusted maintenance plan, and the platform inquires the newly formulated or adjusted maintenance plan to the blockchain network.
In practical applications, there may or may not be an adjustment to the preliminary maintenance schedule established by the property. For the adjustment, the two parties may be able to agree only by one adjustment, or may be able to agree by multiple adjustments. S810 is performed assuming that the owner is satisfied with the property adjusted or newly created maintenance plan.
S810: the block chain network takes the voted owner as a virtual node, counts the voting result of the virtual node, passes through the maintenance plan on the principle that minority obeys majority, and stores the passed (adjusted or changed) maintenance plan into a block;
if the owner has the requirement of checking at any time, the owner can log in the platform by using the first terminal, the maintenance plan is inquired by using the maintenance order number, the platform inquires the data mainly seen by the owner in the block chain network and feeds back the data to the platform, and the data is presented to the owner through the first terminal.
In practical application, in the construction process of maintenance service, a property can be provided with a plurality of construction stages, and when each stage or stage is completed, the actual construction condition can be collected on site. And logging in the platform through the second terminal, inputting a maintenance order number, and sending the uploaded collected image to the block chain network for storage by the platform. Therefore, each stage in the construction process has certain image data as evidence, and the follow-up query on the construction condition can be facilitated. In addition, the materials used in each stage also need to be subjected to image acquisition, labor cost expenses need to be filled, the construction standard and the acceptance standard are confirmed by interest-related persons, then the pictures are also taken, and the shot contents are uploaded to the platform and stored in the block chain network. Therefore, the data which are stored according to the block chain network and reflect the construction period condition can be inquired, the owner can conveniently monitor the construction condition, the execution deviation and the dark box operation in the construction of the maintenance scheme are prevented, and the quality of maintenance service is guaranteed. If the maintenance plan needs to be modified in the maintenance process, voting notification needs to be initiated again according to the above S805 to S810, the maintenance scheme is changed, adjusted or re-established and voted for passing, the maintenance is continuously executed according to the changed maintenance scheme, and if the maintenance scheme does not pass, the property owner bears the increased cost after the change until the maintenance construction is finished according to the plan.
According to the scheme, the maintenance request, the property establishment or the adjustment of the maintenance plan are provided for the property owner, so that the application scene does not need to be negotiated on the same side of two parties, the negotiation and the query of related data can be realized through the property management platform, particularly, the expense generated by maintenance is more transparent and more public, and the problem that the legal rights and interests of the property owner can be possibly infringed due to the fact that the property owner generates the camera bellows operation is avoided. In the technical aspect, by introducing a block chain technology, information such as request transaction information of a maintenance requester, such as a proprietor, and maintenance schemes formulated or adjusted by a maintainer, such as a property owner, according to the request of the proprietor is stored in a block chain network, and the safety of the information is ensured by utilizing the characteristics of non-tampering and non-revocable of the block chain network. In addition, the information stored in the block chain network can not be falsified by either the owner or the property, and the property and the responsibility which the owner should have can be traced through the stored data, so that the non-operation of the property and the owner and the independent behavior of the property and the owner are avoided. In addition, through the maintenance order number, the owner or the property can inquire the maintenance plan, the inquiry efficiency can be effectively improved, the data reliability is high, and the respective behaviors of the owner and the property can be effectively monitored conveniently. The service level and consciousness of the property can be greatly improved, and the satisfaction degree of the owner is improved.
As shown in fig. 10, after the maintenance construction plan is completed, the owner may entrust a third party, such as an acceptance organization, to accept or evaluate, the acceptance organization may accept or evaluate the construction duration, labor cost, material usage, and the like one by one according to the actual construction conditions, and the acceptance result (evaluation information) is photographed and uploaded to the platform by the third terminal under the condition that the third terminal logs in the platform by using the maintenance order number. The platform sends these acceptance results into the blockchain network. And broadcasting the acceptance results through the block chain network, comparing the acceptance results of the third party presented in the image form with the actual construction conditions presented in the image form item by each common identification node, updating the acceptance state of the item to be qualified if the comparison result is consistent, and updating the acceptance state to be unqualified if the comparison result is failed. And each consensus node packs the acceptance check state judged by the consensus node into the blocks. And after the consensus node achieves consensus, packaging the blocks, judging according to a consensus mechanism, judging whether the packaged blocks accord with the consensus mechanism, finally judging that the construction of the property is qualified if the packaged blocks accord with the consensus mechanism, feeding back qualified information to the platform, and displaying the feedback information that the construction is qualified by at least one of the first terminal to the third terminal. Otherwise, the construction is judged to be unqualified, the unqualified information is fed back to the platform, at least one of the first terminal to the third terminal can display the feedback information that the construction is unqualified, and the property is prompted to conduct rework. The first terminal to the third terminal can be pre-installed with application software (APP) capable of logging in and using the platform, and data needing to be checked can be presented by the APP installed in the block chain network and the query results fed back by the block chain network. The APP can realize the calling of an image acquisition device such as a camera, and further realize the shooting of images; the statistics of owner voting can be realized, and the query of data stored in the block chain network can be realized through a display screen of the terminal.
Among the aforementioned scheme, this kind of scheme that utilizes block chain technique to realize third party's acceptance check can effectively realize the automation of construction conditions and accept, the third party only need upload the acceptance report can, carry out automatic matching discernment with the maintenance plan by the pair of recognition nodes, the manpower that can significantly reduce realizes the automatic affirmation of automatic acceptance check, has liberated the labour, has also improved the efficiency of acceptance check. In addition, the data stored in the block chain network cannot be tampered, the data is accurate, the data is high in feasibility, and the data is used for evaluating the acceptance condition, so that the accuracy of evaluation can be improved.
The requested item information uploaded by the owner, the maintenance schedule information uploaded by the property, and the acceptance information uploaded by the third party are presented in the form of images. In the acceptance stage, each node in the consensus nodes extracts the characteristics of the image data uploaded by the acceptance mechanism and the characteristic information of the image data uploaded by the property, for example, the information that the items to be maintained can be wall surface falling and the information representing expense in the image are extracted, and the two are compared according to the extracted information. In order to ensure the accuracy of extracting the image features, the image acquisition devices for acquiring images from the first terminal to the third terminal can be any reasonable camera such as a camera, for example, a camera capable of acquiring an AI (artificial intelligence) image, a binocular camera or a trinocular camera. If the camera of the AI image can be acquired, the consensus node also needs to extract image features by using an AI technology. Therefore, the accuracy of image feature extraction can be ensured, and the purpose of effectively judging whether construction is qualified is achieved. The scheme of checking and accepting by utilizing the platform and the block chain network can realize effective monitoring of the construction behavior of the property, and avoid the condition that the property is not used or cannot be used as a basis. The service level and consciousness of the property can be greatly improved, and the satisfaction degree of the owner is improved.
In the foregoing, the blockchain technology is combined with the AI technology of the image, and is applied to an application scene of property maintenance service and quality acceptance, and through the combination of identification of the intelligent image and standardization of the property maintenance service, it is ensured that each link in the property maintenance service process is open and transparent, and the service quality is ensured. In addition, the block chain technology is utilized to carry out secret transmission on the characteristic information, the maintenance plan information, the expense information, the time information and the acceptance information of the maintenance area (such as the wall surface of a corridor), and the correctness and the safety of data transmission are ensured through multi-end verification of the platform and the block chain.
It should be noted that the platform (property management platform) in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented alone, or may be embedded in a blockchain network. The first to third terminals may be respective mobile terminals of different service entities, or may be the same terminal. When the terminal is the same terminal, the terminal arranged in a fixed position such as a cell can be convenient for the operations of request, inquiry and the like of different service bodies at any time.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated units described above in the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be essentially implemented or portions thereof contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, and including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
The methods disclosed in the several method embodiments provided in the present application may be combined arbitrarily without conflict to obtain new method embodiments.
Features disclosed in several of the product embodiments provided in the present application may be combined in any combination to yield new product embodiments without conflict.

Claims (13)
1. A property management method based on a block chain network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving user personal information and request item information uploaded by a first terminal corresponding to a maintenance requester, and storing the user personal information and the request item information into a block chain network;
receiving maintenance plan information which is uploaded by a second terminal corresponding to a maintenance party and is obtained aiming at the request item information of the maintenance request party, and storing the maintenance plan information into the block chain network;
obtaining credential data for the maintenance plan information;
receiving a data query request, wherein the data query request carries the credential data;
responding to the data query request, querying the blockchain network, and receiving a query result returned by the blockchain network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining credential data for the maintenance plan information, the method comprises:
based on the voucher data, at least once adjusting the maintaining content information and/or the request item information to obtain an adjusting result, and storing the adjusting result into a block chain network;
correspondingly, the querying the blockchain network in response to the data query request includes:
and responding to the data query request, and querying the adjustment result stored in the blockchain network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the maintenance schedule information, the method further comprises:
and obtaining maintenance result information aiming at the maintenance plan information, associating the maintenance plan information and the maintenance result information based on the voucher data, and storing the maintenance plan information and the maintenance result information into the block chain network.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the storing the user personal information, the request transaction information, and the maintenance schedule information into a blockchain network comprises:
sending the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information to the block chain; and the block chain network respectively carries out hash processing on the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information to obtain and store hash values corresponding to the user personal information, the request item information and the maintenance plan information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the request transaction information is multimedia information, and the blockchain network hashes the multimedia information to obtain a hash value corresponding to the multimedia information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the multimedia data is image data, the method further comprising:
obtaining image characteristic information of the image data;
the receiving the maintenance schedule information includes:
receiving the maintenance schedule information determined based at least on image feature information.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
requesting access rights from the blockchain network for the maintenance requester and the maintenance requester;
receiving public keys respectively distributed by the block chain network for the maintenance requester and the maintainer;
obtaining the digital certificates of the maintenance requester and the maintenance party according to the public key;
storing the user personal information and the request transaction information into a blockchain network under the condition that the digital certificate of the maintenance requester passes verification;
and storing the maintenance schedule information into the blockchain network under the condition that the digital certificate of the maintenance party passes the verification.
8. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving evaluation or acceptance information aiming at the maintenance result information uploaded by a third terminal corresponding to a third party, and sending the evaluation information to a consensus node of the block chain network so that the consensus node performs consensus based on the maintenance result information and the evaluation or acceptance information; wherein the maintenance result information is verified when the consensus passes.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining credential data for the maintenance plan information comprises:
generating the credential data;
or, receiving the credential data allocated by the blockchain network for the maintenance schedule information.
10. A property management platform based on a blockchain network, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the user personal information and the request item information uploaded by the first terminal corresponding to the maintenance requester;
a first storage unit, configured to store the user personal information and the request transaction information in a blockchain network;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving maintenance plan information which is uploaded by a second terminal corresponding to a maintenance party and is obtained aiming at the request item information of the maintenance requesting party;
a second storage unit, configured to store the maintenance schedule information in the blockchain network;
an obtaining unit configured to obtain credential data for the maintenance plan information;
a third receiving unit, configured to receive a data query request, where the data query request carries the credential data;
and the response unit is used for responding to the data query request, querying the block chain network and receiving a query result returned by the block chain network.
11. The platform of claim 10, further comprising:
the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the maintaining content information and/or the request item information at least once based on the voucher data to obtain an adjusting result;
a third storage unit, configured to store the adjustment result in a block chain network;
accordingly, the response unit is configured to:
and responding to the data query request, and querying the adjustment result stored in the blockchain network.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A property management platform based on a blockchain network, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
