The discharge base 500 is provided with a vertical rod 502, a beam 510 is arranged on the upper part of the vertical rod 502, a drag chain 508 is arranged on the beam 510, and a driving part 509 for driving the drag chain 508 to move is arranged on the beam 510, the drag chain 508 is fixed with a sliding plate 506 arranged at the bottom of the beam 510, the sliding plate 506 is fixed on a discharge slide rail 507, and the discharge slide rail 507 is fixed at the bottom of the beam 510. A first air cylinder 505 is arranged at the lower part of the sliding plate 506, an air cylinder push rod 504 on the first air cylinder 505 and the suction cup 503 are fixed, when the scanning unit scans that the carrier 501 has an article, the control end controls the driving part 509 to move to drive the drag chain 508 to move, the drag chain 508 moves to drive the sliding plate 506 to move, the sliding plate 506 moves to drive the suction cup 503 at the lower part of the first air cylinder 505 to move to the article at the upper part of the carrier 501, the first air cylinder 505 drives the suction cup 503 to move downwards by the push rod 504 to suck the article, the first air cylinder 505 drives the push rod 504 to move upwards, and the article is conveyed to the first access assembly 6A or the second access assembly 6B.
The first access assembly 6A or the second access assembly 6B has the same structure, and each access assembly includes a moving unit 60 disposed on a sliding rail, a vertical column 600 is disposed on the upper portion of the moving unit 60, a fixing plate 603 is disposed on the top of the vertical column 600, a second air cylinder 605 is disposed on the upper portion of the fixing plate 603, and an air cylinder push rod 604 on the second air cylinder 605 passes through the fixing plate 603 and is fixed to the access assembly.
The fetching component fixedly comprises an accessing base 602, a rotating motor 610 is arranged on the accessing base 602, the rotating motor 610 is connected with a rotating seat 608 through a shaft rod 609, a third air cylinder 607 is arranged on the rotating seat 608, a reciprocating push rod 606 is arranged on the third air cylinder 607, and a clamping jaw 601 is arranged on the reciprocating push rod 606.
The method is based on bar code information on an article/goods package, when the bar code information is stored, a scanning device scans the bar code information and sends the bar code information to a server, and an analyzing unit acquires the bar code information from a storage unit and analyzes an attribute value of the bar code information according to the bar code information; classifying the articles based on the attribute values, and writing classification values into the attribute values to form classification information; planning a storage path of the article based on the classification information, and storing the storage path in a second storage area of the storage unit; according to each storage path forms a plurality of continuous fragment formula access commands, the basis access command accomplishes the access of article with control transfer ware and accessor action, among the above-mentioned, what this application adopted utilizes and establishes storage path when the storage, and storage path is established according to the difference of goods, no matter be storage process like this or take out the process, homoenergetic realizes automatic control, when certain article is got to needs, from the client retrieval that the server is connected, when retrieving the storage information of article, send by the client and take out the order and send to the server, the server matches its storage path and sends to the control end according to taking out the order, the control end forms according to storage path and takes out control signal control emission unit, mobile unit, lift unit and access unit action completion are taken out.
Meanwhile, the application establishes an integrated storage device according to the automatic control system, the integrated storage device comprises a plurality of modularized storage bins which are arranged in parallel, each modularized storage bin is provided with a plurality of storage sub-bins,
each storage sub-bin is provided with an electronic brand which is correspondingly stored in a third storage area of the server, and the electronic brand plans a storage path of the article through the server based on the bar code information of the article; the transfer device comprises a sorting unit and a transferring unit, guides the sorting unit to finish sorting according to the storage path, and guides the transferring unit to convey the articles to the storage area; and the accessor is arranged along the modular storage bins, all the modular storage bins form a continuous access system, and the accessor is guided to store or take out the articles conveyed by the loader from the storage sub-bins based on the storage path planned by the server. Based on the configuration, automatic memory access is completed.

1. A control system, comprising:
a server;
the client is connected with the server;
the scanning device is provided with a communication unit, the communication unit is connected with the server, and the scanning device scans the bar code established on the article in real time and sends the bar code information to the server according to the time sequence;
the server is internally provided with a storage unit, an analysis unit, a classification unit, a path planning unit and a control unit,
the storage unit is used for receiving the bar code information sent by the scanning device and storing the bar code information in a first storage area;
the analysis unit is connected with the storage unit to acquire the bar code information and analyzes the attribute value of the bar code information;
the classification unit is connected with the analysis unit, classifies the articles based on the attribute values, and writes the classification values into the attribute values to form classification information;
the path planning unit is connected with the classification unit, plans a storage path of the article based on the classification information, and stores the storage path in a second storage area of the storage unit;
and the control unit forms a plurality of continuous segment-type access commands according to each storage path, and controls the movement of the transfer device and the access device to finish the access of the articles according to the access commands.
2. The control system of claim 1, wherein the access command comprises a first command and a second command having an association with the first command,
the first command is used for guiding the transfer device to finish sorting and transferring according to the first command;
the second command is used for guiding the accessor to put articles in or take articles out after the first control command is executed;
the transporter comprises a sorting unit and a transferring unit, guides the sorting unit to finish sorting according to the first command, and guides the transferring unit to convey the articles to the storage area;
the storage area is provided with a plurality of modular storage bins, and each modular storage bin is provided with a plurality of storage sub-bins;
and the accessor is provided with a plurality of modular storage bins, is constructed along the modular storage bins, forms all the modular storage bins into a continuous access system, and guides the accessor to store or take the articles conveyed by the loader into or out of the storage sub-bins based on the second command.
3. An integrated stocker incorporating the control system of any one of claims 1-2, comprising:
a plurality of modularized storage bins arranged in parallel, each modularized storage bin is provided with a plurality of storage sub-bins,
each storage sub-bin is provided with an electronic brand which is correspondingly stored in a third storage area of the server, and the electronic brand plans a storage path of the article through the server based on the bar code information of the article;
the transfer device comprises a sorting unit and a transferring unit, guides the sorting unit to finish sorting according to the storage path, and guides the transferring unit to convey the articles to the storage area;
and the accessor is arranged along the modular storage bins, all the modular storage bins form a continuous access system, and the accessor is guided to store or take out the articles conveyed by the loader from the storage sub-bins based on the storage path planned by the server.
4. The integrated stocker of claim 3, wherein the modular storage bins have a transfer robot, a CCD unit, a discharge unit, an access unit and a control end;
the middle part of the modular storage bin is provided with a passage, the storage sub-bins are distributed along the passage, a track is arranged on the passage and constructs all the storage sub-bins into an independent unit,
a moving unit is arranged on the track, a lifting unit is arranged at the upper part of the moving unit, and an access assembly is arranged at the bottom of the lifting unit;
the discharging unit is arranged at the front end of the modular storage bin and used for receiving the articles taken down by the transfer manipulator through the accessor and transferring the articles to the access assembly through the discharging unit;
the transfer manipulator is arranged at one end of the discharge unit and is used for receiving the articles conveyed by the accessor;
the control end is communicated with the server and backups a storage path of a corresponding article by the server;
the CCD unit is arranged on the upper portion of the discharge unit and connected with the control end, when the CCD unit detects that an article exists on the discharge unit, the CCD unit scans the bar code on the article at the same time and sends the bar code to the control end, the control end matches the storage path of the control end according to the bar code information, and an access control signal is formed according to the storage path to control the discharge unit, the moving unit, the lifting unit and the access unit to move to complete storage or taking out.
5. The integrated storage device according to claim 3, wherein when an article is required to be taken, the article is retrieved from a client connected with the server, when the storage information of the article is retrieved, a taking command is sent by the client and sent to the server, the server matches a storage path of the article according to the taking command and sends the article to the control end, and the control end forms a taking control signal according to the storage path to control the discharge unit, the moving unit, the lifting unit and the access unit to move to complete taking.
