Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, specific embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the cache sorting system is provided, and the system is suitable for sorting operation in the field of warehouse logistics, and replaces the operation mode of combining multiple through vertical warehouses with goods to a human picking station in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the buffer sorting system includes a hoist 1 and a buffer stocker system 2.
The cache shelf system 2 is a multi-layer cache shelf system.
Each layer of cache shelf system 2 is provided with a cache conveyor 2-1, a shuttle roadway 2-2, a shuttle 2-3 and a multi-runner fluent shelf 2-4. As shown in FIG. 1, the multiple runners of the multiple runner fluent shelf 2-4 are arranged in parallel.
In some preferred embodiments, the multiple sets of the multiple-runner fluent shelf 2-4 are arranged in parallel in a modularized manner, and each set of the fluent shelf is provided with multiple runners which can be expanded and extended according to actual sorting requirements.
As shown in fig. 3, the elevator 1 is used to lift a container 7 (tote or carton) input from the outside to convey the container 7 (tote or carton) to the buffer conveyor 2-1 of a specified floor. The containers 7 are all provided with unique codes, in the embodiment, a turnover box or a carton box (hereinafter referred to as a container 7) to be delivered enters the elevator 1 through the highest-layer input line body 5, before entering the elevator 1, the containers are scanned by the code scanning device 6, and the code scanning result is fed back to the order processing system of the upper computer. The order processing system sends an instruction to the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 according to the order information and the code scanning result, and the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 execute subsequent sorting operation according to the instruction.
The buffer conveyor 2-1 is provided with a first end 2-11 and a second end 2-12, the first end 2-11 is in butt joint with the elevator 1, and the second end 2-12 is in butt joint with the shuttle car 2-3 located at the goods taking point of the shuttle car. The buffer conveyor 2-1 is used for conveying the containers 7 conveyed by the elevator 1 to a shuttle pick-up point. In the embodiment, the buffer conveyor 2-1 is a roller conveyor, but those skilled in the art may select any other type or any configuration of conveyor according to actual requirements.
The shuttle lane 2-2 has a first end 2-21, the first end 2-21 being a shuttle pick-up point.
As shown in fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 2, each layer of shuttles 2-3 moves along its shuttle lanes 2-2. When the shuttle car 2-3 moves to a shuttle car pick-up point (a first end 2-21 of a shuttle car tunnel 2-2), the shuttle car 2-3 can be butted with a buffer conveyor 2-1 at the same layer, and a container 7 is conveyed to a runner inlet 2-41 of a specified multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4 according to an instruction issued by an order processing system, and a container 7 of an order or a container 7 of a customer is normally distributed to a runner; i.e. the shuttle cars 2-3 dispense the containers 7 of the same order or the containers 7 of the same customer on command to one flow path. In this embodiment, the shuttle 2-3 has a container access mechanism that is a roller conveyor access device that interfaces with the buffer conveyor 2-1 and the multi-lane fluent shelf 2-4.
The multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4 on each layer is butted with the shuttle vehicles 2-3 on the same layer. Each runner of the multi-runner flow-through pallet 2-4 has a runner inlet 2-41 and a runner outlet 2-42, and the runner inlet 2-41 is inclined from high to low toward the runner outlet 2-42 thereof for unpowered conveying the container 7 from the designated runner inlet 2-41 to the runner outlet 2-42 thereof. In order to facilitate the operator 8 to perform the subsequent operation, the runner entrance 2-41 of the multi-runner fluent shelf 2-4 is further provided with a goods taking platform 2-43, the goods taking platform 2-43 is parallel to the ground, the container 7 is directly moved from the runner of the inclined plane to the goods taking platform 2-43, and the order or the order of the customer is sorted. The operator 8 then takes the container 7 from the pick platform 2-43 and places it directly on a pallet or transfer device without the need for a palletizer to palletize, either directly for shipment or for storage.
According to the preferred embodiment, the working principle of the cache sorting system provided by the invention is as follows: the elevator 1 receives a container 7 from the outside (e.g., the highest level input line 5) and raises and lowers the container 7 to deliver the container 7 to the buffer conveyor 2-1 at the designated level. Before the containers 7 input from the outside enter the elevator 1, the containers 7 are scanned by the code scanning device 6 and the code scanning result is fed back to an order processing system of an upper computer. The order processing system sends an instruction to the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 according to the order information and the code scanning result, and the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 execute subsequent work according to the instruction. The buffer conveyor 2-1 conveys the container 7 to the shuttle pick-up point 2-21 on the same floor. The shuttle car 2-3 moves along the shuttle lane 2-2 to its shuttle pick-up point 2-21 and delivers the container 7 to the runner entry 2-41 of the same floor, designated multi-runner fluent shelf 2-4. The multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4 conveys the goods box 7 from the designated runner inlet 2-41 to the runner outlet 2-42 without power, and the sorting is completed. The operator 8 then removes the container 7 from the gate 2-41 and places it directly on a pallet or transfer device without the need for a palletizer to palletize, directly deliver it or cross the warehouse.
Preferably, to ensure that the container 7 can move from the gate 2-41 to the gate 2-42 by its own weight without collision between the container 7 and the container 7, the inclination angle of the gates of the multi-gate fluent goods shelves 2-4 is 1.5 to 2.5 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, as shown in fig. 2.
In certain preferred embodiments, the buffer conveyor 2-1 may allow at least 7 containers to be placed simultaneously; each runner of the multi-runner fluent shelf 2-4 may allow at least 7 containers (deep) to be placed simultaneously. Thus, the sorting requirements of multi-task orders (one order comprises a plurality of containers 7 or orders of one customer comprise a plurality of containers 7) can be met through reasonable length setting of the multi-channel fluent goods shelf 2-4 and reasonable length setting of the buffer conveyor 2-1; furthermore, the high peaks and the low valleys of the sorting can be effectively buffered by the large number of buffer containers 7, so that the sorting can be continuously carried out in a large number, and the sorting device is particularly suitable for sorting the A-type goods with the goods picking frequency and the goods picking quantity (the A-type goods: the products arranged in the front row in terms of the goods picking frequency and the goods picking quantity combined).
In addition, by reasonably setting the runner inclination angle of the multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4 and the length (depth) of the multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4, not only can a large number of containers 7 be cached on the runner, but also the moving speed of the containers 7 can be effectively controlled, so that an operator 8 can perform the operation of taking out the containers in the multiple runners by one person, and the labor cost and the labor intensity are reduced.
According to an improvement of the present invention, a sorting method is also proposed, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, said method being based on the aforementioned cache sorting system. The sorting method comprises the following steps:
the elevator 1 receives a container 7 from the outside 5 and raises and lowers the container 7 to convey the container 7 to the buffer conveyor 2-1. In the embodiment, before the container 7 input from the outside enters the elevator 1, the container 7 is scanned by the code scanning device 6 and the code scanning result is fed back to the order processing system of the upper computer. The order processing system sends an instruction to the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 according to the order information and the code scanning result, and the elevator 1 and the buffer storage rack system 2 execute subsequent work according to the instruction.
The buffer conveyor 2-1 transports the container 7 to the shuttle pick-up point.
The shuttle 2-3 moves along the shuttle lane 2-2 to its shuttle pick-up point and delivers the container 7 to the flow entry 2-41 of the designated multi-flow fluent shelf 2-4. Typically, a container 7 for an order or a container 7 for a customer is dispensed to a flow path; i.e. the shuttle cars 2-3 dispense the containers 7 of the same order or the containers 7 of the same customer on command to one flow path.
The multi-runner fluent goods shelf 2-4 conveys the goods box 7 from the designated runner inlet 2-41 to the runner outlet 2-42 without power, and the sorting is completed. The operator 8 then takes the container 7 from the flow channel access 2-41 and places it directly on a pallet or transfer device without the need for a palletizer to palletize, either directly for shipment or for passing over a warehouse.
According to the improvement of the invention, a sorting method is also provided, which is based on the cache sorting system with the multi-layer cache shelf system 2. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the method includes:
the elevator 1 receives a container 7 inputted from the outside, and lifts the container 7 to convey the container 7 to the buffer conveyor 2-1 of the designated floor.
The operator 8 then takes the container 7 from the flow channel access 2-41 and places it directly on a pallet or transfer device without the need for a palletizer to palletize, either directly for shipment or for passing over a warehouse.
The detailed operation of the article retrieving method and the above-mentioned buffer sorting system will not be described herein.
