Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing method comprises the following steps:
step S110: and responding to a dispatch abnormal query request sent by a receiving user side, and acquiring an order identifier of an order corresponding to the dispatch abnormal query request.
Specifically, the user terminal can be loaded on the user equipment in the form of an application program, an applet, a web page, and the like, so as to provide various interactive interfaces and functional interfaces related to online shopping for the user.
In some embodiments, the user may operate the user terminal to send a dispatch exception query request to the e-commerce platform server/logistics server. For example, the dispatch exception query request may be displayed in an interface such as a presentation interface of the order logistics information, an order detail interface, or the like, with a control such as a button. When the user operates the displayed control, the sending of the dispatch abnormal query request is executed.
In still other embodiments, the dispatch exception query request may be automatically generated in response to a failure of the user terminal to communicate with a dispatcher of the order. For example, when a user operates a communication identifier (such as a mobile phone number) of a delivery member provided in a display interface of order logistics information displayed on the user side, the communication identifier is displayed in a linked form, the user equipment automatically jumps to a communication application corresponding to the communication identifier to execute communication connection with the delivery member, and the user side can monitor whether communication between the user equipment and the delivery member is successful or not on the premise of user authorization. If the communication between the user equipment and the delivery person is failed, the user side can automatically generate a delivery abnormal query request and send the request to the e-commerce platform server/logistics server. For another example, when a package of an order is in a delivery stage, the client may automatically obtain a communication identifier of a delivery person, and monitor a communication condition between the user equipment and the delivery person on the premise of user authorization. The user can communicate with the dispatcher through the dispatcher's communication identification through a link interface other than the user side (such as through the dispatcher's communication identification provided in the received dispatch text message; pasting the communication identification by copying the dispatcher's communication identification and opening a communication application, etc.). At this time, the client side monitors the communication condition between the user equipment and the dispatching member through the monitoring result or the communication condition between the user equipment and the dispatching member, and if the communication failure between the user equipment and the dispatching member is monitored, the client side can automatically generate a dispatching abnormal query request and send the dispatching abnormal query request to the e-commerce platform server/logistics server. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
Specifically, the dispatch exception query request may directly include the order identification. In some variations, the dispatch exception query request may also include a communication identifier of the dispatcher and a user identifier, and the e-commerce platform server/logistics server corresponds to the order identifier of the user who is inserted in the dispatcher's dispatch through the communication identifier of the dispatcher and the user identifier.
Step S120: and inquiring the associated waybill identification according to the order identification.
Specifically, the e-commerce platform server/logistics server may store an association relationship between the order identifier and the waybill identifier. The e-commerce platform server may manage the user order based on the order identification. The logistics server can manage the waybill associated with the user order based on the waybill identification.
Step S130: and inquiring the logistics track information set of the order according to the waybill identification.
Specifically, when the e-commerce platform server executes step S130, the e-commerce platform server may call an interface provided by the logistics server to query a logistics track information set of the order; or the e-commerce platform server can also cache the logistics track information set of each order, so that the logistics track information set can be directly queried by the e-commerce platform server. When the logistics server executes step S130, since the logistics server itself stores and manages the logistics track information, the logistics server can directly query the logistics track information set according to the waybill identifier.
Specifically, the logistics track information set may include a plurality of pieces of logistics track information, each piece of logistics track information may include, but is not limited to, track update time, package arrival time, package departure time, node information, node operator information, and the like.
Step S140: and extracting the latest logistics track information from the logistics track information set.
Specifically, according to the update time of the physical distribution track information, a piece of physical distribution track information with the latest update time may be set as the latest physical distribution track information from the physical distribution track information set.
Step S150: and acquiring the communication identifier of the communication equipment of the dispatch node according to the latest logistics track information.
Specifically, since the dispatch abnormal query request is generated based on the abnormal condition of the dispatch stage, the latest logistics track information obtained in step S150 is the logistics track information of the dispatch of the express leaving the dispatch node, and the logistics track information includes the information of the dispatch node. Step S150 may obtain the communication identifier of the communication device of the dispatch node according to the information of the dispatch node.
Specifically, the communication identifier is one or more of a fixed telephone number, a mobile phone number, a mailbox, and an account of communication software, which is not limited in this application, and other communication identifiers are also within the protection scope of the application.
Step S160: and sending the communication identification to the user side, wherein the communication identification is used for the communication between the user side and the communication equipment of the dispatch node.
In some embodiments, the steps S120 to S150 may be executed in real time, and when the user actively sends the dispatch exception query request through the user terminal, the queried communication identifier may be sent to the user terminal in real time through a manner such as pop-up window, push, and the like. The above steps S120 to S150 may also be performed in a delayed manner within an allowed time range according to the system load condition, so that when the user actively sends the dispatch abnormal query request through the user terminal, the queried communication identifier may be sent to the user terminal through a short message, push, or the like. Further, when the user side generates and sends the dispatch abnormal query request through automatic sending, the communication identifier can be sent to the user side through any mode of popup, pushing, short message and the like. Therefore, the automatic sending of the communication identifier can be realized, manual inquiry of a user is not needed, and the convenience experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, step S160 may include the steps of: and enabling the communication identifier to be associated with a jump link so as to respond to the operation of a user on the communication identifier and automatically jump to a communication interface of a communication application corresponding to the communication identifier. For example, when the communication identifier is a cell phone/landline number, a direct jump to the telephony application may be made via a jump link to auto-dial/dial in response to a user selecting a dial button. When the communication identifier is a mobile phone number, the short message can be directly jumped to the short message application through the jump link to carry out short message communication. When the communication identifier is a mailbox, the mailbox can be directly jumped to a mailbox application through a jump link so as to carry out mail communication. When the communication identifier is the account number of the communication software, the communication software can be directly jumped to the corresponding communication software through the jump link so as to carry out voice and/or text communication according to the communication function provided by the communication software.
According to the above embodiment, the communication devices of the user side and the dispatch node may communicate in voice or text form. When communicating in text form, the e-commerce platform server/logistics server may provide the user with a text template (e.g., for a parcel with waybill number xxxx, currently in dispatch, but not contacting the dispatcher, asking the dispatcher to contact me as soon as possible) so that to jump to the communication software for text communication, the text template may be filled in directly to the input box. The user can edit and modify the text template in the input box, and can also directly send the text template to the communication equipment of the dispatch node. In some variations, multiple text templates may also be provided for the user (for example, for a package with an invoice number xxxx, the package is currently in a delivery state but not contacting a delivery member, and please contact me as soon as possible; for a package with an invoice number xxxx, the package is currently in a delivery state, and the package is expected to be delivered to the home but not contacting the delivery member, and please inform the delivery member of the indication; for a package with an invoice number xxxx, the package is currently in a delivery state, the package is expected to be placed in an express cabinet but not contacting the delivery member, and please inform the delivery member of the indication), so as to allow the user to select.
In some implementations of the foregoing embodiment, the skip link may include a transfer parameter, and the transfer parameter is assigned as the waybill identifier, so that, in response to a user end establishing a communication connection with a communication device of the dispatch node through the communication interface, the transfer parameter of the skip link is sent to the communication device of the dispatch node along with the establishment of the communication connection. In this embodiment, when the user communicates with the dispatch node, the dispatch node can learn the corresponding waybill identifier conveniently. The problem that in a query telephone, after a staff of a dispatch node inquires the waybill identifier, a user needs to operate a user side to query, and the waybill identifier can be provided for the staff of the dispatch node only in a number reporting mode, so that the operation is very inconvenient is avoided.
Specifically, in the step of sending the communication identifier to the user side, the communication identifier may be associated with a data feedback interface at the same time, so as to trigger the data feedback interface to collect communication information between the user side and the communication device of the dispatch node in response to an operation of the user on the communication identifier; and in response to the disconnection of the communication connection between the user side and the communication equipment of the dispatch node, stopping data acquisition by the data feedback interface, wherein the communication information acquired by the data feedback interface is used as an exception handling log to be associated with the waybill identifier and/or the order identifier for storage. In a specific implementation, the above steps may be performed after user authorization. Through the steps, the data feedback interface can conveniently collect communication information (including text information and voice information), and the voice information can be recognized as the text information during specific storage, so that the operation of the type can be conveniently executed with the text information. Further, the text information may be refined, such as by keyword matching, to store only the key information for exception handling, reducing the required storage requirements. The stored exception log may also be used to provide exception handling references to dispatch nodes. The stored exception handling log may include a communication identifier of the dispatch node, and when the server cannot query the communication identifier of the dispatch node in other ways, the server may also query the communication identifier through the exception handling log. Further, the data collection is stopped based on the disconnection of the communication connection, so that the privacy information of the user is protected.
In some implementations of the foregoing embodiment, the data feedback interface is released in response to the logistics track information of the order being updated to sign-in. When the package is signed, it can be understood that the user does not need to communicate with the dispatch node based on the dispatch abnormal request, so that the data feedback interface can be released, the number of the data feedback interfaces required to be managed is reduced while additional information acquisition is avoided, and the system load is reduced.
Specifically, after receiving the dispatch exception query request, the e-commerce platform server/logistics server may also automatically send a reminder (such as message pushing, short message, telephone, and other information) to the dispatcher or the dispatch node to remind the dispatcher or the dispatch node to contact the user within a set time range, so as to explain the situation. The setting time range can be set as required, and the application is not limited to this.
In the information processing method provided by the invention, when a dispatch abnormal query request sent by a user side is received, an order mark of an order corresponding to the dispatch abnormal query request is obtained, so as to query a logistics track information set of the order according to the order mark, thereby obtaining a communication mark of communication equipment of a dispatch node from the logistics track information set based on the latest logistics track information, and sending the communication mark to the user side, so that the user side can communicate with the communication equipment of the dispatch node through the communication mark. From this, convenience of customers directly communicates with the dispatch node to when solving parcel dispatch, can't contact the problem of dispatching personnel, and then when improving user's commodity circulation and experiencing, reduce the load pressure of the customer service system of electricity merchant platform.
The application also provides a plurality of different communication device communication identifier obtaining modes.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating obtaining a communication identifier of a communication device of a dispatch node according to the latest logistics track information according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S1511: and identifying a set field in the logistics track information.
In this embodiment, the latest logistics track information may include a communication identifier of a communication device of the dispatch node. Therefore, the position of the communication identifier in the logistics track information can be determined through the identification of the set field. The setting fields may include, for example, node phone number, node contact address, node cell phone number, etc. In some implementations, the set fields can be extracted from historical logistics trajectory information. For example, specific characters of 2 fields, 3 fields or 4 fields before the communication identifier of the communication device of the dispatch node are acquired for a plurality of pieces of historical logistics track information, and at least one set field is acquired after the acquired characters are cleaned, combined and aggregated.
Step S1512: and acquiring the multi-bit characters after the set fields in the logistics track information.
Specifically, the number of character bits to be acquired can be determined according to the setting field. In the embodiment of extracting the setting field through the historical logistics track information, the digits of the communication identification corresponding to the setting field can be extracted together and stored in a correlated manner. When the set field is recognized in step S1511, the number of bits corresponding to the stored communication identifier may be acquired, so as to perform the character acquisition of step S1512.
Step S1513: and using the acquired multi-bit character as the communication identification.
Therefore, the communication identification can be conveniently acquired in a keyword recognition mode through the mode.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating obtaining a communication identifier of a communication device of a dispatch node according to the latest logistics track information according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S1521: and forming a track character type sequence according to the logistics track information.
Specifically, the logistics track information can be converted into a track character type sequence corresponding to the character type according to the character type (characters, numbers, letters, symbols).
Step S1522: and matching the communication identification character type sequence from the track character type sequence.
In some specific implementations, the communication identifier may be extracted according to the historical logistics track information, and the communication identifier may be converted into a communication identifier character type sequence for matching in step S1522. For example, for a cell phone, the communication identifier character type sequence may be yxxxxxxxxxxxxx, where X indicates that the character type of the character is a number and Y indicates that the character type of the character is a symbol.
Further, a plurality of communication identifier character type sequences can be stored according to different types of communication identifiers, so that matching of the different types of communication identifiers is facilitated.
Step S1523: and acquiring multi-bit characters corresponding to the communication identification character type sequence in the logistics track information.
Step S1524: and using the acquired multi-bit character as the communication identification.
Therefore, the communication identifier can be conveniently acquired in a character type identification mode through the mode, and the matching identification efficiency of the character type sequence is higher due to the fact that the number of the character types is small, and the method is more suitable for a scene of providing the communication identifier in real time.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating obtaining a communication identifier of a communication device of a dispatch node according to the latest logistics track information according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S1531: and acquiring the identifier of the dispatch node according to the logistics track information.
Step S1532: and inquiring the communication identification of the dispatch node from the logistics server according to the identification of the dispatch node.
Specifically, in this embodiment, it is considered that the communication identifier of the dispatch node may not be included in the partial logistics track information. Therefore, the communication identification of the dispatch node can be obtained by inquiring the logistics server. The embodiment can avoid the condition that the communication identification of the dispatch node in the logistics track information is directly identified fails. Further, in some embodiments, it may also be preferable to select the acquisition mode of fig. 2 or fig. 3, and when the acquisition fails, the step shown in fig. 4 is executed to ensure successful acquisition of the communication identifier.
Referring now to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating obtaining the communication identifier of the communication device of the dispatch node according to the latest logistics track information according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 shows the following steps in total:
step S1541: and acquiring the identifier of the dispatch node according to the logistics track information.
Step S1542: and acquiring a historical exception handling log of the dispatch node according to the identification of the dispatch node.
Step S1543: and acquiring the communication identifier of the dispatch node from the historical exception handling log.
In this embodiment, considering that communication with the logistics server is required, but communication between the servers may be affected by a network situation, the communication identifier of the dispatch node may also be obtained from the exception handling log of the dispatch node through the steps in fig. 5, so as to improve the obtaining efficiency of the communication identifier of the dispatch node. In this embodiment, the information of the dispatch node that handles the abnormal logistics situation may be stored as an abnormal processing log (for example, may be stored locally in the e-commerce platform server), and the communication identifier of the dispatch node is stored in the abnormal processing log, so as to be obtained in step S1543.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementation manners of the information processing method of the present invention, and each implementation manner may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the flow charts of the present invention are merely schematic, the execution sequence between the steps is not limited thereto, and the steps can be split, combined, exchanged sequentially, or executed synchronously or asynchronously in other ways within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring next to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
