Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. Elements and features depicted in one drawing or one embodiment of the invention may be combined with elements and features shown in one or more other drawings or embodiments. It should be noted that the figures and description omit representation and description of components and processes that are not relevant to the present invention and that are known to those of ordinary skill in the art for the sake of clarity.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a logistics information acquisition method according to an embodiment of the invention. The logistics information method comprises the following steps:
s100: constructing a first logistics merchant waybill number according to the waybill number composition rule of the first logistics merchant;
s200: searching the constructed waybill number of the first logistics merchant in a waybill database of the first logistics merchant, if the constructed waybill number of the first logistics merchant is searched, acquiring complete routing information corresponding to the constructed waybill number of the first logistics merchant, and if not, returning to the step S100;
s300: retrieving a part of the acquired complete routing information from a second logistics merchant waybill database, if the part of the complete routing information is retrieved, acquiring logistics routing information correspondingly recorded in the second logistics merchant waybill database, and if not, returning to the step S100;
s400: and repeating the steps S100-S300 until all the waybill numbers meeting the waybill number rule of the first logistics merchant are traversed.
Wherein the second physical distribution merchant is another physical distribution merchant or merchants different from the first physical distribution merchant.
In the step S100, the order number of the logistics merchant is constructed by knowing the digit number, letter number and symbol number of the order number of the first logistics merchant and combining the order number composition rule. For example: through knowledge or analysis, some logistics merchants' waybill number rules are: 12 digits, merchant code number (two digits) + serial number (10 serial numbers). Such as: 45 xxxxxxxxxxxx, 66 xxxxxxxxxx; some logistics merchants 'waybill number rules are three digits in merchant code number, run number 10, totaling 13 digits, such as 888xxxxxxxxxx, and some logistics merchants' waybill number rules are two digits in merchant code number, run number 11, totaling 13 digits, such as 38xxxxxxxxxxx, 39 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Based on these composition rules, it is easy to virtually construct a policy-compliant waybill number.
In the step S200, complete routing information of the waybill of the first logistics merchant can be obtained through a web crawler technology. In order to facilitate the user to inquire and track the self waybill logistics progress information, the logistics merchant usually opens a self waybill database to the public on the internet for the user to inquire the waybill number. The method and the system utilize a web crawler technology, automatically simulate a user request by a software program, are connected to the waybill database of the first logistics merchant, and request the routing information of each constructed waybill number to be retrieved, so that the waybill database of the first logistics merchant automatically returns a retrieval result.
And when the retrieval result is empty, returning to the step S100, and constructing the next waybill number to continue the retrieval. And when the retrieval result of the routing information corresponding to the waybill number is acquired, performing subsequent operations of the step S200 to acquire the constructed complete routing information corresponding to the waybill number of the first logistics merchant.
Fig. 2 shows an example of a result of obtaining complete routing information by searching according to a constructed one-waybill number of a certain first logistics merchant. The constructed waybill number is 20272401138, and the result of retrieving the complete routing information by searching the waybill database of the first logistics merchant is shown in the figure. The complete routing information generally comprises information such as a member collecting call, a member collecting time, a member collecting network point, a logistics transit site name, a member sending call, a name of a sign-in person, a sign-in time and the like. In other cases where the complete routing information is actually retrieved, the name of the recipient, the name of the sender, the phone number of the recipient, the phone number of the sender, etc. are also included. Different search platforms may have different emphasis and mode of presentation for "complete routing information".
And according to a part of the routing information corresponding to the constructed waybill number of the first logistics merchant, continuously searching the part of the routing information in a waybill database of the second logistics merchant. According to a particular embodiment, the portion of the complete routing information retrieved in the second stream merchant's database includes the following information: the system comprises one or more of a receiver name, a sender name, a receiver mobile phone number, a sender mobile phone number, a logistics transportation network point short for name, a receiver address and a sender address. In order to improve the accuracy and speed of retrieval, said part of information may be selected from name or company name information, telephone number, time node and address of each logistics link. The data size is huge because all the waybill numbers in the waybill database of the first logistics merchant which needs to be constructed in a traversing mode, and therefore a part of information is automatically analyzed and obtained through a web crawler technology. After capturing a portion of the information, the retrieval performed in the second stream merchant waybill database may have various implementations. According to different access control permission degrees of the second logistics merchant family list database, the conventional search with a part of information as a key word can be performed, and the advanced search matched according to special fields can also be performed. For example, the order database of the second logistics provider may be directly searched regularly by using "xx 1370xxx 3452" as a keyword, or the high-level search may be performed by using a logical combination condition of "recipient" and "member telephone 1370xxx 3452".
Fig. 3 shows an example of a result of retrieving the acquired routing information in the second logistics merchant's manifest database according to a part of the routing information acquired in fig. 2. The search result is obtained by searching the second merchant waybill database according to "roxx", "xxxx" and "sand pond" in the routing information acquired in fig. 2.
And analyzing and comparing the two retrieval results to see that the second half section of the routing information retrieved and obtained in the waybill database of the first logistics merchant is the same as the basic logistics information of the result retrieved and obtained in the waybill database of the second logistics merchant. The basic logistics information refers to the occurrence time, the receiving time, the dispatching time and the transferring time of each logistics activity reflected in the waybill routing information, and the combination of one or more of the receiver name, the sender name, the receiver mobile phone number, the sender mobile phone number, the logistics transportation network point abbreviation, the receiver address and the sender address. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the case of shipping express items by combining a plurality of logistics merchants, the content of the middle section or the end section of the obtained routing information retrieved in the first logistics merchant waybill database substantially corresponds to the content of the whole section of the logistics information of the second logistics merchant. As shown in the logistics routing information in fig. 2 and fig. 3, since the constructed logistics task of the middle section or the latter half section of the waybill number of the first logistics merchant is actually completed by the second logistics merchant, the routing information of the middle section or the latter half section of the waybill number of the first logistics merchant is substantially consistent with the routing information of the second logistics merchant. During comparison, the comparison can be preferably started from the back-end logistics routing information to see whether the matching meeting the preset conditions exists. For example, when the name, address and receiving time information of the receiver are in contract, the receiver can be preliminarily judged as a transit receipt.
By the logistics information retrieval method, the waybill number and/or the routing information fragment of one logistics merchant constructed in the waybill database of different logistics merchants are retrieved in a crossed manner, so that the logistics routing information of the crossed part of different logistics merchants can be effectively acquired, and a foundation is laid for further screening and discriminating utilization information.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the step S300 further includes the following steps:
and comparing the acquired routing information corresponding to the constructed freight note number of the logistics merchant with the complete routing information of the corresponding record in the freight note database of the second logistics merchant, and if the time node information in the two routing information is matched, listing the routing information into an abnormal routing information record.
Here, matching includes exact matching or fuzzy matching. For example, the logistics information of the logistics merchant a includes the following time node information: "in 2017, 10, 16 months and 12:40 minutes, express mail is collected by a certain network point. The logistics information of the logistics merchant B also contains the same time node information or approximately the same time node information, for example, "10/16/2017/12/41: express, express mail is taken by a certain website for taking out the mail", and the two are also considered to be matched. The time node information matching is an indication that time nodes of the same event content (e.g., package, dispatch, transfer, and vehicle transfer) are substantially identical. An exact match may be considered a time match accurate to the order of minutes, and a substantial match may be considered a time match accurate to the order of hours. The comparison can be performed through a web crawler to obtain a result through text comparison.
And when the comparison result shows that the time node information in the two routing information is matched, listing the routing information into an abnormal routing information record. The situation that routes of the express mails of the two logistics merchants are overlapped or the routes mutually take a car is represented, and the abnormal route information records are listed, so that the investigation reason can be further tracked.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the above logistics information acquiring method further includes, after completing step S300, performing the following steps: and searching the service entrusted account information corresponding to the freight note number of the logistics merchant in a service database of the second logistics merchant, and listing the service entrusted account into an abnormal account record. For example, for a situation that a first logistics merchant can obtain a consignment offer of a second logistics merchant by delegating to perform waybill transfer transportation, after a service delegation account number of the customer obtaining the consignment offer for performing transaction with the second logistics merchant is checked, and the service delegation account number is verified to participate in assisted transfer transportation, the service delegation account number is listed in an abnormal account number record.
According to the route information analysis, the found business entrusted account is an account which is used for carrying out combined transportation by other logistics merchants by a lift, so that the found business entrusted account is listed in the abnormal account record, the registration contact information of the account is further inquired and positioned, and the business coordination between the specific operation bodies of the two logistics merchants is facilitated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, in the method for acquiring logistics information, the service delegation account information includes a service delegation account and contact information.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, after completing step S340, the method for acquiring logistics information further includes the following steps: and determining the network contact points of the second logistics merchant according to the abnormal routing information record and the service entrustment account information.
Therefore, the business communication and coordination between the two logistics merchant families can be facilitated.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the above logistics information obtaining method further comprises the following steps after the step S400 is completed: and analyzing and obtaining the competitive advantage area of the second stream merchant according to the statistical result of the abnormal routing information record. By analyzing the abnormal routing information acquired by the method, the area where the logistics cross-linking is concentrated can be found, which also means the area where the relative competitive advantages of different logistics merchants exist. For example, the dispatch sites of some common logistics merchants are often concentrated in two-line large and medium cities, while the logistics sites of some extra large logistics merchants are distributed in various levels of cities throughout the country, even county cities, towns and villages. Through the analysis of the lift combined transportation part of different merchants, the competitive advantages of each logistics merchant in each region or network can be obtained through analysis, and the self advantages of the logistics merchants can be fully known and exerted.
The present application further provides a logistics information acquisition apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
