(1) the user simulates the state switching of the reclosing equipment according to the live-line work requirement on the looped network single line diagram, and the system automatically generates an operation instruction ticket meeting the requirements of a regulation rule and a safety rule according to a live-line work looped network single line diagram operation simulation ticket forming algorithm. The problems that the description of the operation ticket filled by the dispatcher manually is not standard, the name of the equipment is wrong and the like are solved. The working efficiency of live working billing is greatly improved.
(2) Through a standard live-line work execution flow, three clients of a scheduling APP, a substation APP and a district APP are used for information transfer, and 16-step standard execution processes of signing for, quitting reclosing (scheduling simulation ticket, scheduling order issuing, power transformation repeating, power transformation reporting, scheduling order receiving, district confirmation, live-line work starting, live-line work ending, drawing issuing and district confirmation), and putting into reclosing (scheduling simulation ticket, scheduling order issuing, power transformation repeating, power transformation reporting, scheduling order receiving/system closed loop) in a live-line work district are completed.
(3) The execution process of live working adopts an on-line ordering mode to replace the traditional telephone ordering mode, short message notification is automatically sent to related personnel, dispatching log record of the live working process is automatically completed, execution information filling of a live working work order is automatically completed, the problem of single-line butt joint of the ordering mode of the dispatching telephone is greatly solved in a full-automatic information interaction mode, and the dispatching working efficiency is improved.

the dispatching APP is used for performing information interaction with the substation APP and the regional office APP according to an operation instruction input by a dispatching person so as to complete live working of a dispatching end; the substation APP is used for performing information interaction with the scheduling APP and the regional office APP according to an operation instruction input by a maintenance center worker so as to complete live-line work of a substation end; the regional office APP is used for performing information interaction with the dispatching APP and the substation APP according to an operation instruction input by regional office operation and maintenance personnel so as to complete live working at a regional office end;
the operation instruction ticket of live working is generated by a scheduling APP according to the current ring network single line diagram reclosing operation simulation of a scheduling person.
2. The intelligent dispatching management method for distribution network live working realized by the intelligent dispatching management system for distribution network live working according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S10, executing quit reclosing, including executing scheduling draft, scheduling command, power transformation repeating, power transformation reporting, scheduling command receiving, district office confirming, live-line work starting, live-line work ending, releasing a new looped network single line diagram, and district office confirming in sequence;
and step S20, executing the input reclosing, including executing scheduling draft, scheduling order issuing, power transformation repeating, power transformation reporting and scheduling order receiving in sequence.
