Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for monitoring a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a terminal monitoring system to implement online real-time monitoring and management of terminals in a jurisdiction. The terminals (hereinafter, controlled terminals) may include terminals with relatively fixed positions, such as office equipment including desktop computers, printers, scanners and the like, terminals of various smart homes including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and the like, and terminals located outdoors, such as electric meter equipment terminals, cameras, various measuring instruments and the like; besides, the terminal may also be a portable terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a telephone watch, smart glasses, a smart bracelet, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step 110, a previously generated monitoring management table is obtained.
The monitoring management table is used for managing data of a plurality of controlled terminals to be monitored. For example, the data of the controlled terminal may include first terminal information, and the first terminal information may include at least a terminal identifier (e.g., a terminal ID) of each controlled terminal, a network state (e.g., an online or offline state), location information (a location where the controlled terminal is currently located), an identifier of an exchange to which the controlled terminal is connected, and the like.
In implementation, the monitoring management table may be a data table automatically generated by the system after acquiring and analyzing the data of the terminal, or may be a data table imported after manually performing offline configuration, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 120, obtaining first switch information from a plurality of switches according to a preset interval, wherein the first switch information includes a terminal identifier accessed to a current switch.
The terminal monitoring system of this embodiment may communicate with switches in a jurisdiction area to collect information of the switches, that is, first switch information from each switch, where the first switch information may include, for example, a terminal identifier accessed to a current switch and account-standing information of the switch, and the account-standing information may include a brand, a model, a serial number, a device type, a location, an IP address, and the like of the switch. When the system and the switch are implemented, the system and the switch can communicate through a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Protocol.
The system can periodically acquire the first switch information of each switch according to a certain interval, and update the monitoring management table in time according to the acquired first switch information, so as to realize dynamic update of the monitoring management table.
It should be noted that the preset interval may be set according to an actual service requirement, or may be an empirical value determined according to historical data, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 130, judging whether the network state or the location information of the controlled terminal changes according to the first switch information.
After the first switch information of each switch is obtained, which terminals are mounted under one switch can be obtained according to the terminal identifiers accessed to the current switch in the first switch information, and which switch a terminal is mounted under can also be obtained, and then whether the network state or the position information of each controlled terminal changes or not is further analyzed based on the mounting condition.
In an embodiment, whether the network state of the controlled terminal changes may be determined as follows:
matching the terminal identification of each controlled terminal in the first switch information to judge whether the controlled terminal is accessed into the switch; determining the latest network state of the controlled terminal according to the judgment result; and if the latest network state of the controlled terminal is inconsistent with the network state recorded in the monitoring management table, judging that the network state of the controlled terminal changes.
Specifically, each controlled terminal recorded in the monitoring management table may be traversed, matching is performed in all the collected first switch information for the currently traversed controlled terminal, and if matching is successful, it is indicated that the currently traversed controlled terminal is accessed to a certain switch for network connection, that is, the currently traversed controlled terminal is in an online state. If the matching fails, it indicates that the currently traversed controlled terminal is not accessed to a certain switch for network connection, that is, the currently traversed controlled terminal is in an offline state. Comparing the latest network state (the online state or the offline state obtained by the judgment) of the currently traversed controlled terminal with the network state of the controlled terminal recorded in the monitoring management table, and if the latest network state and the network state are consistent, indicating that the network state of the controlled terminal is not changed; if the two are not consistent, the network state of the controlled terminal is changed.
In an embodiment, whether the location information of the controlled terminal changes may be determined as follows:
if the controlled terminal is accessed into the switch, acquiring the position information of the switch accessed by the controlled terminal as the latest position information; and if the latest position information of the controlled terminal is inconsistent with the position information recorded in the monitoring management table, judging that the position of the controlled terminal changes.
In this embodiment, if the currently traversed controlled terminal is in an online state, the location of the switch may be obtained from the first switch information of the switch to which the controlled terminal is connected, and the location is used as the latest location information of the currently controlled terminal. Then comparing the latest position information of the current controlled terminal with the position information of the controlled terminal recorded in the monitoring management table, and if the latest position information of the current controlled terminal is consistent with the position information of the controlled terminal recorded in the monitoring management table, indicating that the position of the controlled terminal is not changed; and if the two are not consistent, the position of the controlled terminal is changed.
On the other hand, if the currently traversed controlled terminal is in an offline state, it may be determined that the position of the controlled terminal has not changed.
And step 140, recording the changed position information or network state in a corresponding position of the monitoring management table.
In this step, if the location information of the controlled terminal changes, the changed location information may be recorded in the corresponding location of the monitoring management table; if the network state of the controlled terminal changes, the changed network state can be recorded in the corresponding position of the monitoring management table.
In implementation, the changed data may be added to the monitoring management table in an incremental manner, for example, each time the position is changed, a column may be added after the position information recorded last time for recording the changed position information. In order to make the monitoring management table more concise and easier to view and manage, a data record field before change and a data record field after change can be set in the monitoring management table. For example, a position record field before change and a position record field after change are set, and each time when a change in position is detected, the originally recorded data in the "position record field after change" is moved to the "position record field before change", and the newly obtained position information after change is recorded in the "position record field after change".
In an embodiment, when it is determined that there is a change in the network state or the location information of the controlled terminal, the embodiment may further include the following steps:
and generating a notification message based on the changed position information or network state, and sending the notification message to the related authorized personnel.
For example, in the asset management scenario, if it is monitored that the location of the terminal changes, for example, the terminal device is stolen or the terminal device moves from one department to another department, the embodiment may acquire information of the terminal where the location changes occurs, generate a notification message based on the acquired information, and send the notification message to related people. Therefore, related personnel can timely know the change condition of the assets so as to conveniently make related countermeasure operation, for example, if the related personnel know that the position of the assets changes and feel that the assets are suspected to be stolen, the related personnel can timely carry out alarm processing. Or when the assets are checked or changed, the change condition of the assets is timely known so as to change the record or retrieve the assets.
In another example, by notifying the change of the network state of the terminal to the relevant person in time, the relevant person can know the real-time state of the terminal in time, for example, if the terminal device that needs to be continuously started is in an offline state, the relevant person can know that the device fails in time. For another example, the on-duty or off-duty condition of the employee can be known in time by detecting the on-line or off-line condition of the terminal. Or, if the staff knows that a certain terminal device is online in the non-working time, the possible security leakage risk can be judged, and the like.
For another example, in a non-working time period (such as a working hour or a vacation), relevant personnel can check the terminal in an online state through the monitoring management table, for example, check which computer is not turned off, so as to shut down the online terminal, and achieve the effects of saving power and energy.
In an embodiment, the present embodiment may further include the following steps:
and when the monitoring management table is displayed, the data records of the controlled terminal in which the network state or the position information changes in the latest preset time period are displayed in a distinguishing way.
In this embodiment, each time the monitoring management table is displayed, related data records (such as changed portions or changed whole data records) in which the network status or the location information has changed in the last period of time may be displayed differently. The distinctive display may include, for example, highlighting, adding an annotation frame, adding a label, and the like.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a query keyword input by a user; searching in the monitoring management table according to the query key words to generate query results; and displaying the query result.
In the embodiment, the system can show a search entry to a user through an interactive page, receive a query keyword input by the user through the search entry, and then generate a search command according to the query keyword to search in the monitoring management table to obtain a query result. The query results are then presented to the user via an interactive page.
In this embodiment, a monitoring management table is used for monitoring a plurality of controlled terminals, in the monitoring process, terminal identifiers accessed to each switch are obtained from the switches according to preset intervals, then switches mounted in real time by each terminal are obtained according to the condition of the terminals mounted under each switch, so that whether the network state or the position information of the terminal changes or not is judged, and the changed position information or the network state is recorded in the monitoring management table in real time when the change occurs, so that the on-line condition and the position condition of the terminal are monitored in real time. By combining the supervision management table and the interaction with the switch and other means, the connection condition of the terminal and the switch in the whole link can be associated and inquired, the operation and maintenance management capacity and efficiency of the controlled terminal can be improved, the asset account management of the terminal equipment is enhanced, and equipment loss, equipment idling and equipment random movement can be effectively avoided.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for generating a monitoring management table according to a second embodiment of the present application, and this embodiment explains a process of generating the monitoring management table on the basis of the first embodiment. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 210, a terminal information table imported by a user is obtained, where the terminal information table includes second terminal information of a plurality of controlled terminals, and the second terminal information at least includes a terminal identifier of the controlled terminal.
When the terminal information is collected, a terminal information table imported by a user can be obtained, and the terminal information table can include second terminal information of a plurality of controlled terminals. The second terminal information may at least include terminal account information of the controlled terminal, such as terminal identification, model, brand, serial number, user information (including user identification, user location, and use position). The second terminal information may include information such as a network status of the terminal, an access switch identifier, an IP address, and a MAC address, among others.
The terminal information table may be a data table for recording all terminal information in the jurisdiction, and for example, the terminal information table may include an asset information table, a terminal management table, and the like.
Step 220, obtaining second switch information from a plurality of switches, where the second switch information includes a terminal identifier accessed to a current switch and location information of the switch.
The collected data can also obtain second exchange information from the exchange besides the terminal information table. Illustratively, the second switch information may include an identification of a terminal accessed to the current switch and ledger information of the switch, which may include a brand, a model number, a serial number, a device type, a location, an IP address, and the like of the switch. In implementation, the system and the switch may communicate via the SNMP protocol.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the success rate of parsing, different parsing codes may be used to parse the packets transmitted by the switches of different types.
And step 230, matching the terminal identifier in the terminal information table with the terminal identifier recorded in the second switch information to determine whether the controlled terminal is connected to the switch.
In this step, by matching the terminal identifier in the terminal information table with the terminal identifier recorded in the second switch information, which terminals are accessed in one switch can be obtained, which switch is accessed by one terminal can also be obtained, or whether a terminal is accessed in the switch or not can be obtained.
When matching is performed, batch matching can be performed through the unique mapping relation of the MAC addresses, so that matching efficiency is improved.
And 240, determining the network state of the controlled terminal according to the judgment result.
The network status may include an online status and an offline status. If a certain controlled terminal is not connected to any switch, the controlled terminal can be judged to be in an offline state; if some controlled terminal has access to the switch, it can be determined that the controlled terminal is in an online state.
Step 250, if the controlled terminal is accessed into a switch, obtaining a switch identifier and position information of the switch accessed by the controlled terminal, and using the position information as the position information of the controlled terminal.
In this step, the location information of the controlled terminal may be determined according to the location of the switch. Specifically, according to the switch identifier accessed by the controlled terminal, the second switch information of the switch can be acquired, and then the location information is extracted from the second switch information as the location information of the controlled terminal.
Step 260, generating the first terminal information of the controlled terminal according to the second terminal information of the controlled terminal, the network state, the switch identifier of the accessed switch and the location information.
After determining the network state of the controlled terminal, the accessed switch identifier and the location information, the information can be combined with the second terminal information of the controlled terminal to generate the first terminal information of the controlled terminal.
And 270, generating a monitoring management table based on the first terminal information of each controlled terminal.
After the first terminal information of each controlled terminal in the terminal information table is obtained, the first terminal information can be recorded in the monitoring management table.
The content in the monitoring management table can be changed according to the change of the terminal information table, and in addition, the system can also dynamically update the monitoring management table by periodically acquiring the switch information from each switch. For example, when it is detected that a controlled terminal is added to a switch and the terminal identifier of the controlled terminal is not recorded in the terminal information table and the monitoring management table, the terminal information of the controlled terminal is obtained according to the packet of the switch and is recorded in the monitoring management table in a manner of adding a new record.
In this embodiment, the monitoring management table is generated by collecting the terminal information and the switch information and performing matching analysis on the terminal information and the switch information. Through the monitoring management table, the system systematically, specifically and real-timely masters the network connection condition of each controlled terminal, so that the terminal equipment and the network equipment connection condition are managed through an informationized and intelligent means, the operation condition of the terminal equipment is monitored in real time, the efficiency and the quality of operation and maintenance services are improved, and the operation safety of the terminal equipment is guaranteed.
