In the embodiment of the application, the cloud print server encrypts the data of the equipment information of the printer and provides the data in an identification code in a data coding mode, then the mobile terminal scans the identification code through an application APP (e.g. a communication client) with specific identity authority information to obtain the equipment information and the identity authority information of the printer contained in the identification code, when the identity authority information meets the preset authority requirement, a binding relation can be established between a printing client and a target user group created on the communication client logged in by a user according to the equipment information of the printer, and the purposes of remotely printing files and remotely managing a printing flow are achieved, so that the technical effect of improving the processing efficiency of paper printing in an office scene is achieved, and the technical problem that an ordinary user cannot conveniently control the cloud printer to print by operating the cloud printer only by an administrator with enterprise management authority is solved.
It should be noted that, an execution subject of the method for establishing a binding relationship provided in the embodiments of the present application is a mobile terminal, for example, a smart phone; the first client is a cloud printing client (e.g., a distributed printer client) installed in a computer terminal, and the second client is a communication client installed in a mobile terminal.
As an optional embodiment, an association relationship is pre-established between the cloud printing client and the communication client, where the cloud printing client is configured to control a plurality of printing devices, and is configured to provide a shared printing service for a user, and optionally, the printing device is a printer.
In an alternative embodiment, the embodiment of the present application provides an implementation mode of an alternative cloud printing architecture, as shown in fig. 3, by setting a transit cloud printing server (for example, a central printer server), where the cloud printing server is connected to a plurality of local USB printers or local area network printers (such as the printer 1, the printer 2, the printer 3, and the printer … shown in fig. 3) and is used to provide a printer driving function, and provide a service mode of the cloud printer to the outside; the cloud print server is also connected with the mobile terminal, the cloud print server encrypts the data of the equipment information of the printer and provides the data in an identification code, and then the mobile terminal scans the identification code by adopting a specific application APP (e.g. a communication client) with the identity authority information to obtain the equipment information and the identity authority information of the printer contained in the identification code.
Optionally, the identification code may be a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or a bar code, and as an optional embodiment, taking the identification code as an example, after the application program APP with the identity information feature performs code scanning identification on the two-dimensional code, the device information of the printer and the identity authority information of the current login user can be detected in real time.
As shown in fig. 4, a computer terminal PC equipped with a cloud print client scans all available printers in a local or current local area network, encrypts data of device information of the printers through a cloud print server, and provides the encrypted data in an identification code, then a mobile terminal scans the identification code by using an APP (e.g. a communication client) with specific identity authority information to obtain parameter information and identity authority information contained in the identification code, and when the identity authority information meets a preset authority requirement, a binding relationship is established between the cloud print client and a target user group (e.g. an enterprise, a group, etc.) created on the communication client according to the parameter information contained in the identification code and the identity authority information.
Optionally, the above binding procedure refers to that the cloud printing technology adopts a permission control system to establish a mapping association relationship between a physical printing device and a specific organization datamation, and the printing device driven by the cloud printing server can be associated to the target user group through a uniform binding procedure.
Optionally, the printer driver is based on a microsoft operating system, and the Window system provides a Print propeller Print background processing service, and the Print background processing service can accept the reserved command to trigger the system driver and issue a command to the physical printer.
As an optional embodiment, by uploading a file to be printed to a cloud print server, the cloud print server pushes first identification information of a cloud print client and second identification information of a print device to a computer terminal, the computer terminal generates an identification code based on the first identification information and the second identification information, so that the second client establishes a binding relationship between a first client and a target user group created on the second client through the identification code, and further, after the binding relationship is established, the cloud print client running with the shared print service can be triggered in one key in the second client to execute a print task.
In an alternative embodiment, acquiring the parameter information contained in the identification code includes:
step S302, an identification code is obtained from a terminal, wherein the terminal is provided with the first client;
step S304, the identification code is decrypted to obtain the parameter information contained in the identification code, wherein the parameter information contained in the identification code at least comprises: first identification information of the first client, second identification information of the plurality of printing apparatuses.
Optionally, the terminal is a user terminal, the first identification information is a product serial number SN code of the cloud printing client, and specifically, the first identification information may be generated according to information such as a local MAC address of the first client; the second identification information is a list ID identification of the printing device, and specifically, the second identification information may be generated according to information such as a MAC address, a product model, a brand, and the like of the printing device.
In the above alternative embodiment, a computer terminal PC equipped with a cloud print client scans all available printers in a local or current local area network, encrypts the first identification information and the second identification information by using a cloud print server, and provides the encrypted first identification information and the encrypted second identification information in an identification code in a data coding form, then a mobile terminal obtains the identification code, and uses a second client (for example, a communication client, including an enterprise login state, for example, enterprise communication software) with specific identity authority information to scan the identification code for decryption processing, so as to obtain parameter information and identity authority information included in the identification code, and then the mobile terminal establishes a binding relationship between the cloud print client and a target user group (for example, an enterprise, a group, etc.) created on the communication client according to the parameter information and the identity authority information included in the identification code.
In the above optional embodiment, the computer terminal encrypts the first identification information of the first client and the second identification information of the plurality of printing devices to obtain the parameter information contained in the identification code, and presents the parameter information contained in the identification code in the form of the identification code, so that an administrator or a common user can be prompted to use the second client to scan the identification code to decrypt the identification code, and then the process of establishing the binding relationship between the first client and the target user group is differentially solved by identifying two channel scenarios in which the logged-in user is the administrator or the common user.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises: obtaining aging token information from parameter information contained in the identification code, wherein the aging token information is used for controlling the updating frequency of the identification code; and updating the identification code according to the aging token information.
In the above alternative embodiment, taking the identification code as an example of a two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code may include multiple items of data information, for example, first identification information of the first client, second identification information of the multiple printing devices, and so on. In addition, in order to avoid that the identification code is stolen maliciously and control the updating frequency of the identification code conveniently, the identification code can also comprise aging token information issued by a cloud server, and the second client can update the identification code according to the aging token information after acquiring the aging token information in the identification code, and specifically, the updating frequency of the identification code can be controlled according to the aging token information.
As an alternative embodiment, since the update in the identification code needs to be synchronized with the cloud print server, in order to avoid causing excessive pressure on the cloud print server, in the update upgrade processing of the identification code in this embodiment of the present application, spiral update processing may be adopted, for example, the update of the identification code is more frequent at the beginning, and the update speed of the identification code is gradually slowed down with the gradual increase of the subsequent step size.

step S404, when the identity authority information is determined to be the manager identity authority information, the binding relationship is established between the first identification information and the third identification information.
In the above-mentioned alternative embodiment, in the office scenario of the enterprise, not only it is to confirm whether the identity information of the user triggering the printing action is legal, but also it is necessary to further manage and control the visible, operable, parameter configurable and other identity authority information of the printer according to the enterprise organization relationship of different target user groups, that is, whether a cloud printer can establish a binding relationship with a target user group, and it is necessary for the target user group to perform authorization and permission.
As shown in fig. 5, only the administrator account by default has the management authority, and the authority management function may be set, for example, authority management of the ordinary user, approval setting, approval flow, and the like may be managed, and after the administrator passes the authority of the ordinary user, the ordinary user may print a file or the like using the printer.
As shown in fig. 6, after the user scans the two-dimensional code by using the communication client, the identity authority information of the user in the current login state can be detected in real time, that is, whether the user in the login state has the authority to execute the establishment of the association relationship between the current cloud print server and the organization is detected, only the enterprise administrator has the authority by default, and when the identity authority information is determined to be the identity of the administrator, the binding relationship is established between the first identification information and the third identification information.
In an optional embodiment, establishing the binding relationship between the first client and the target user group according to the parameter information and the identity authority information included in the identification code includes:
