Optionally, the binding process refers to that the cloud printing technology adopts an authority control system, a mapping association relationship is established between physical printing equipment and specific organization datamation, and the printing equipment driven by the cloud printing server can be associated to a target user group through a uniform binding process.
Optionally, the printer driver is based on a microsoft operating system, and the Window system provides a Print background processing service of the Print spooller, and the Print background processing service can receive a reserved command to trigger the system driver and issue an instruction to the physical printer.
As an optional embodiment, a file to be printed is uploaded to a cloud print server, the cloud print server pushes first identification information of a cloud print client and second identification information of a printing device to a computer terminal, and the computer terminal generates an identification code based on the first identification information and the second identification information, so that the second client establishes a binding relationship between a target user group created on the first client and the second client through the identification code, and then the cloud print client running a shared printing service can be triggered to execute a print task by one key in the second client after the binding relationship is established.
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining of the parameter information included in the identification code includes:
step S302, obtaining an identification code from a terminal, wherein the terminal is provided with the first client;
step S304, performing decryption processing on the identification code to obtain parameter information included in the identification code, where the parameter information included in the identification code at least includes: first identification information of the first client, and second identification information of the plurality of printing devices.
