4. The GPS-based personnel alerting and positioning method of claim 1, wherein in the step of obtaining GPS positioning information for positioning, comprising the steps of:
after the early warning prompt is received, sliding to a GPS equipment positioning page, sending a recording instruction to personnel equipment needing early warning positioning, starting a recording function by the GPS equipment in the personnel equipment needing early warning positioning to record, and storing the recording function in a cloud server;
and selecting the personnel needing early warning positioning by other members of the group, checking the track of the personnel, directly using the navigation function and quickly finding the corresponding personnel.

The GPS-based personnel early warning and positioning method according to claim 1, wherein when a group member is added, an SOS number is added to the added group member at the same time, the group member dials the SOS number for help through GPS equipment when encountering danger, and the equipment of the member who is called sends out a call for help sends a recording instruction; or the navigation function is used for directly navigating to the position of the member sending the help; or directly dialing 110 calls to inform the police of specific position information.

The GPS-based personnel early warning and positioning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein an electronic fence is set by analyzing the trajectory of a member, the activity area of the group member is marked by the fence, when the activity range of the member exceeds the fence, the fence alarm is actively triggered to remind other members to pay attention to the safety problem of the member, the member is confirmed whether to be physically safe or not by carrying out dialogue through a micro chat function, and if so, the member is rescued by directly checking the positioning and navigation functions.
7. The GPS-based personnel early warning and positioning method according to claim 1, wherein the group members play the recording information file through the GPS device when receiving the recording information sent by the personnel device needing early warning and positioning.
8. A GPS-based personnel early warning and positioning device for early warning and positioning by using the GPS-based personnel early warning and positioning method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
the group building module is used for creating a group based on social software and adding the ID of the personnel equipment needing early warning positioning into the group according to the GPS equipment information;
the system comprises a member authority acquisition module, a GPS positioning module and a monitoring module, wherein the member authority acquisition module is used for acquiring the recording authority and the positioning authority of personnel equipment needing early warning positioning in a group, controlling the specified personnel equipment needing early warning positioning to record and receive a recording file, and acquiring corresponding GPS positioning information in real time;
and the early warning positioning module is used for monitoring the dynamic state of personnel needing early warning positioning in real time, giving early warning when the personnel are judged to be in a dangerous condition, and acquiring GPS positioning information for positioning.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1-7 when executing the computer program.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-7.
