Determining a running washing barrel from the first washing barrel and the second washing barrel according to the first control signal, if the running washing barrel is the first washing barrel and only the first washing barrel is the first washing barrel, determining the first washing barrel as a target washing barrel, and determining the second washing barrel which is not in a working state as a non-target washing barrel; if the washing tub is operated and only if the washing tub is the second washing tub, the second washing tub is determined as the target washing tub, and the first washing tub which is not in the operating state is determined as the non-target washing tub.
103, the washing water in the target washing tub is drained to the non-target washing tub through the drainage.
And if the target washing barrel is the first washing barrel and the non-target washing barrel is the second washing barrel, discharging the washing water in the first washing barrel to the second washing barrel for temporary storage through the drainage device, and if the target washing barrel is the second washing barrel, discharging the washing water in the second washing barrel to the first washing barrel for temporary storage through the drainage device.
And 104, controlling the target washing tub to perform a dehydration process.
And after the washing water in the target washing barrel is discharged into the non-target washing barrel for temporary storage, controlling the target washing barrel to execute a dehydration program. And after the target washing barrel executes the dehydration program, the target washing barrel rotates to throw water on the washed objects in the target washing barrel out of the target washing barrel.
The control method of the washing equipment provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps: receiving a first control signal; determining a target washing barrel and a non-target washing barrel from the first washing barrel and the second washing barrel according to the first control signal; discharging the washing water in the target washing tub into a non-target washing tub through the drainage device; controlling the target washing tub to perform a dehydration process. Before a target washing tub in a washing apparatus provided with two washing tubs performs a dehydration process, wash water inside the target washing tub, which is required to be drained outside the washing apparatus, is drained to a non-target washing tub to balance the washing apparatus, so that vibration generated when the target washing tub performs the dehydration process can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flow chart of the control method of the washing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. The washing apparatus includes a first washing tub, a second washing tub, and a drain device, and the control method of the washing apparatus includes:
a first control signal is received 201.
The first control signal may be a control signal generated after a preset drainage program is executed, the preset drainage program may be any one or more drainage programs before the dewatering program, for example, a drain program, which is performed before the spin-drying program and is temporally adjacent to the spin-drying program, is set as a preset drain program, and the washing apparatus is exemplified to perform the entire washing program once, needs to be rinsed three times and then is dried, the drainage program after the third rinsing program is finished may be set as a preset drainage program, for example, the multi-draining process before the dehydrating process may be set as a preset draining process, and illustratively, the washing apparatus dehydrates after performing a complete washing process requiring rinsing twice, the drainage program performed after the two rinses are finished may be set as a preset drainage program, which may be set according to the capacity of the washing tub.
And 202, determining a target washtub and a non-target washtub from the first washtub and the second washtub according to the first control signal.
In some embodiments, if the operating washtubs are the first washtub and the second washtub, that is, the first washtub and the second washtub are both in a working state, because the first washtub and the second washtub both have loads, the overall weight of the washing apparatus is large, it is not necessary to determine the target washtub, and the program information to be executed by the first washtub and the second washtub is obtained. If the program to be executed by the second washing barrel is a dewatering program and the program to be executed by the first washing barrel is a water draining program or a water inlet program, the first washing barrel is controlled to execute the water draining program after the dewatering program of the second washing barrel is finished, or the second washing barrel is controlled to execute the dewatering program after the water inlet program of the first washing barrel is finished, so that when the dewatering program of the first washing barrel or the second washing barrel is executed, the washing water is stored in the other washing barrel, and the washing equipment is weighted. The vibration generated when the washing barrel is dehydrated is reduced, if the two washing barrels execute the same washing program in the same time, the washing barrel with lighter load (washings) can firstly execute the dehydration program by adjusting the time sequence of the dehydration program of the two washing barrels, so that the washing water of the washing barrel with heavier load is kept in the washing barrel, and after the dehydration program of the washing barrel with lighter load is finished, the washing water of the washing barrel with heavier load is discharged out of the washing barrel, and then the washing barrel with heavier load is dehydrated.
203, discharging the washing water in the target washing tub to the non-target washing tub through the drainage device;
and if the target washing barrel is the first washing barrel and the non-target washing barrel is the second washing barrel, discharging the washing water in the first washing barrel to the second washing barrel for temporary storage through the drainage device, and if the target washing barrel is the second washing barrel, discharging the washing water in the second washing barrel to the first washing barrel for temporary storage through the drainage device.
In some embodiments, the washing apparatus further includes a first drainage device and a second drainage device, the first washing tub is communicated with the second washing tub through the first drainage device, the second washing tub is communicated with the first washing tub through the second drainage device, and after a target washing tub is determined from the first washing tub and the second washing tub according to the first control signal, the target drainage device is determined from the first drainage device and the second drainage device according to the first control signal or the target washing tub; the washing water in the target washing tub is discharged into the non-target washing tub through the target drain.
For example, if the running washing tub has only the first washing tub, the target washing tub can be directly determined as the first washing tub and the target drainage device as the first drainage device according to the first control signal, or the target washing tub can be determined as the first washing tub according to the first control signal, and then the first drainage device as the target drainage device can be determined according to the first washing tub. The washing water in the first washing tub is discharged into the second washing tub through the first water discharge device.
For another example, if the operating washing tub has only the second washing tub, the target washing tub may be directly determined as the second washing tub and the target drainage device may be the second drainage device according to the first control signal, or the target washing tub may be determined as the second washing tub according to the first control signal, and then the second drainage device may be determined as the target drainage device according to the second washing tub. The washing water in the second washing tub is discharged into the first washing tub through the second water discharge device.
The first drainage device may include a first drainage pump, the first drainage pump includes a water inlet end and two water outlet ends, one of the water inlet ends is communicated with the first washing tub, one of the two water outlet ends is communicated with the outside of the washing equipment, the other water outlet end is communicated with the second washing tub, and water in the first washing tub may be drained to the outside of the second washing tub or the washing equipment by the first drainage pump. The second draining device may include a second draining pump, the second draining pump includes a water inlet end and two water outlet ends, wherein one water inlet end is communicated with the second washing tub, one water outlet end of the two water outlet ends is communicated with the outside of the washing equipment, the other water outlet end is communicated with the first washing tub, and water in the second washing tub can be discharged to the outside of the first washing tub or the washing equipment through the second draining pump. It is understood that the structure of the first and second water discharge devices is merely exemplary, and the water discharge device that may discharge the washing water in the first or second washing tub to the other washing tub is within the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure safety of the drainage, a locking state of a door body of a non-target washing tub is acquired before the drainage; if the door body of the non-target washing barrel is in a locked state, the washing water in the target washing barrel is discharged into the non-target washing barrel through the drainage device. If the door body of the non-target washing barrel is in a non-locking state, the washing water in the target washing barrel is discharged out of the washing equipment through the drainage device.
And 204, controlling the target washing tub to perform a dehydration process.
In the related art, after the dehydration program of the washing barrel is executed, in the acceleration process of the washing barrel from static to high-speed rotation, the water content of the washing in the process is larger, in the acceleration process of the driving motor of the washing barrel, under the action of the eccentric weight of a load, the washing barrel is easy to vibrate greatly, so that the washing equipment vibrates greatly, even the washing equipment displaces.
205, receive a second control signal.
And 206, discharging the washing water in the non-target washing tub to the outside of the washing apparatus according to the second control signal.
With respect to steps 205-206:
after the target washing tub dehydration process is finished, a second control signal may be generated, and the washing water in the non-target washing tub may be discharged to the outside of the washing apparatus according to the second control signal.
In some embodiments, the washing water in the non-target washing tub may not be discharged to the outside of the washing device, the washing water may be retained in the non-target washing tub, and the water in the non-target washing tub may be discharged to the outside of the washing device after the user triggers the drain button, so that the washing water may be reused according to actual needs. Is beneficial to the reutilization of resources.
According to the control method of the washing equipment provided by the embodiment of the application, the first control signal is received; determining a target washing barrel and a non-target washing barrel from the first washing barrel and the second washing barrel according to the first control signal; discharging the washing water in the target washing tub into the non-target washing tub through the drainage device; controlling the target washing tub to perform a dehydration process. And receiving a second control signal, and discharging water of the non-target washing barrel out of the washing device according to the second control signal. Before a target washing tub of a washing apparatus provided with two washing tubs performs a dehydration process, wash water inside the target washing tub, which is required to be drained outside the washing apparatus, is drained to a non-target washing tub to counter the washing apparatus, so that vibration generated when the target washing tub performs the dehydration process can be reduced. In addition, when the two washing barrels are in the running state at the same time, and one washing barrel executes the dehydration program, the other washing barrel is ensured not to execute the dehydration program, and the washing water is temporarily stored in the washing barrel. It is possible to reduce vibration generated when the washing tub performs the dehydration process.
