The invention discloses an anti-whipping mechanism of an automobile seat, which comprises a control module, an air pump, a waist support air bag, a headrest air bag, a hollow headrest rod and a rear collision detection sensor, wherein the control module is connected with the air pump; the control module is arranged in a central control large screen of the vehicle body, and the air pump and the waist support air bag are arranged in the seat backrest; the air pump is connected with the waist support air bag through a first air pipe; the headrest air bag is arranged in the seat headrest; the headrest air bag is connected with the air pump through a second air pipe; the waist support air bag is connected with the headrest air bag through a third air pipe; two hollow headrest rods are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower part of the seat headrest; the seat headrest is arranged on the top of the seat backrest through a hollow headrest rod; the rear collision detection sensor is arranged at the tail of the automobile and connected with the control module. When the automobile is in rear-end collision, the air bag of the headrest is quickly inflated, the distance between the head and the headrest is reduced, and the damage of whiplash injury is further reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to an anti-whipping mechanism of an automobile seat.
Background
With the great increase of the automobile holding capacity, various traffic accidents are in a high-level situation, particularly rear-end collisions often occur, in the rear-end collision of the automobile, a front automobile subjected to rear-end collision is subjected to forward acceleration, the seat can push the trunk of a passenger forward, the head of the passenger can generate lag due to inertia, the lag enables the neck of the passenger to lean backwards until the limit is reached, then the head is accelerated by the neck to throw forwards like a whip tip, and the whip effect is the whip effect which causes the neck of a human body to be damaged. The anti-whipping mechanism of the automobile seat is simple in structure, judges the relative distance and speed of the automobile and the rear automobile through a rear collision detection sensor arranged at the tail of the automobile, transmits signals to a control module, determines whether rear-end collision of the automobile occurs or not through calculation and analysis of the control module, transmits signals to an electromagnetic valve and a one-way control valve if rear-end collision of the automobile occurs after evaluation, inputs air to a headrest air bag through the electromagnetic valve by an air pump, and simultaneously compresses the waist support air bag due to impact of the back of a passenger on a backrest of the seat, so that the air in the waist support air bag enters the headrest air bag through the one-way control valve, the headrest air bag is inflated rapidly, the distance between the head and the headrest is reduced, and further the damage of whiplash injury is reduced.

According to the above aspect, as a further preferable aspect of the above aspect, a lumbar support plate is provided inside the seat back; the waist support air bag is fixedly arranged at the front part of the waist support plate.

the anti-whipping mechanism of the automobile seat is simple in structure, judges the relative distance and speed of the automobile and the rear automobile through a rear collision detection sensor arranged at the tail part of the automobile, transmits signals to a control module, determines whether automobile rear-end collision occurs or not through calculation and analysis of the control module, transmits signals to an electromagnetic valve and a one-way control valve if the automobile rear-end collision occurs after evaluation, inputs air to a headrest air bag through the electromagnetic valve by an air pump, and simultaneously compresses the waist support air bag because the back of a passenger impacts a seat backrest, so that the air in the waist support air bag enters the headrest air bag through the one-way control valve, the headrest air bag is rapidly inflated, the distance between the head and a headrest is reduced, and further the damage of whiplash injury is reduced; and the manufacturing requirement is low, the cost is low, the weight is light, and the oil consumption of the whole vehicle can be reduced.

According to the invention, the relative distance and speed of the vehicle and the rear vehicle are judged by the rear collision detection sensor 6 arranged at the tail part of the automobile, signals are transmitted to the control module 1, whether rear-end collision of the vehicle occurs or not is determined by calculation and analysis of the control module 1, if rear-end collision of the vehicle occurs after evaluation, the signals are transmitted to the electromagnetic valve 13 and the one-way control valve 14, the air pump 2 inputs air to the headrest air bag 4 through the electromagnetic valve 13, and meanwhile, the waist support air bag 3 is compressed due to the impact of the back of a passenger on the backrest of the seat, so that the air in the waist support air bag 3 enters the headrest through the one-way control valve 14, the headrest air bag 4 is inflated rapidly, the distance between the head and the headrest is reduced, and further the damage of whiplash injury is reduced.
Further, in another embodiment, a waist rest 12 is provided inside the seat back 7; the waist support air bag 3 is fixedly arranged at the front part of the waist support plate 12.
Further, in another embodiment, said second air duct 10 is inserted inside one of the hollow headrest rods 5; the third air pipe 11 is inserted into the other hollow headrest rod 5.
Further, in another embodiment, the rear collision detecting sensor 6 is a radar sensor provided on a rear bumper of the vehicle tail.
