A maintainable multifunctional irrigation device for hydraulic engineering is characterized by comprising a support plate (1), a movable handle (2), a controller (3), a ship-shaped switch (4), an irrigation water tank (5), a water injection tank (6), a switch cover plate (7), a filter screen (8), a support frame (9), a water injection hose (10), a first water pump (11), a protective box (12), a storage battery (13), a second water pump (14), a water suction pipe (15), a water injection hose (16), a secondary telescopic rod (17), a movable adjusting support frame structure (18) and an adjusting water injection seat pipe structure (19), wherein the movable handle (2) is mounted on a bolt on the right side of the upper surface of the support plate (1); the controller (3) is arranged on the right surface of the movable handle (2) through a bolt, and the right end of the controller (3) is electrically connected with a ship-shaped switch (4); the irrigation water tank (5) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the support plate (1) through bolts; the water injection tank (6) is welded in the middle of the upper end of the irrigation water tank (5), and a switch cover plate (7) is hinged to the upper end of the water injection tank (6); the filter screen (8) is arranged on the upper surface of the support frame (9) through bolts; the supporting frame (9) is welded at the lower part of the inner wall of the water injection tank (6); the water injection hose (10) is embedded at the left end and the upper end of the first water pump (11), and the water injection hose (10) is embedded at the upper part of the right end of the water injection tank (6); the first water pump (11) is arranged on the right side of the front part of the upper surface of the support plate (1) through a bolt; the protective box (12) is arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the support plate (1) through bolts, and a storage battery (13) is embedded in the protective box (12); the second water pump (14) is arranged on the left side of the front part of the upper surface of the support plate (1) through a bolt; one end of the water suction pipe (15) is welded on the left lower side of the front end of the water injection tank (6), and the other end of the water suction pipe is connected with a second water pump (14) through a flange; the water spray hose (16) is connected to the upper end of the second water pump (14) in a flange mode; the two-stage telescopic rod (17) is supported on the inner side of the adjusting water spraying base pipe structure (19), and the rear end of the adjusting water spraying base pipe structure (19) is connected with a water spraying hose (16); the movable adjusting support frame structure (18) is arranged on the periphery of the lower surface of the support plate (1); the movable adjusting support frame structure (18) comprises a connecting column (181), a connecting plate (182), a hoisting column (183), a movable wheel (184), a transmission stabilizing rod frame structure (185) and a driving adjusting rack structure (186), wherein the connecting plate (182) is welded at the left end and the right end of the connecting column (181), and the hoisting column (183) is welded at the upper end of the connecting plate (182); the moving wheel (184) is coupled at the rear side of the middle part in the connecting plate (182) in a shaft way; the transmission stabilizing rod frame structure (185) is arranged at the front end of the connecting column (181); the driving adjusting rack structure (186) is arranged at the upper end of the connecting column (181).
