the ionization grounding electrode is arranged on the holding part or is adjacent to the holding part, the ionization grounding electrode is provided with a discharge end exposed in the air so as to ionize the surrounding air, and an insulation protection part is arranged around the discharge end so as to protect the hand of a human body when the holding part is held by the hand of the human body.

The handheld electric electrostatic spray gun of claim 1, wherein the insulation protection member comprises an insulation holder, a discharge end of the ionization ground electrode is disposed in the insulation holder, and the other end of the ionization ground electrode is connected to the high voltage electrostatic generator.

The hand-held, electrically-powered, electrostatic spray gun of claim 2 wherein said dielectric shield assembly further comprises a dielectric shield, said dielectric shield and said dielectric support forming a space for embedding a discharge end of said ionizing electrode, and said dielectric shield having a plurality of through holes therein.
4. The hand-held, powered electrostatic spray gun of claim 3 wherein the ionizing ground electrode is a carbon fiber wire, wherein the discharge end of the ionizing ground electrode is a mass of carbon fiber filaments exposed to air.

The hand-held, electrically-powered electrostatic spray gun according to any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the liquid charging electrode is a carbon fiber wire, one end of the liquid charging electrode is connected to the high voltage electrostatic generator and the other end of the liquid charging electrode is a discharge end in direct contact with the liquid to be atomized, the discharge end being a population of exposed carbon fiber filaments.

The handheld electric static spray gun according to claim 5, comprising a reservoir for storing a liquid to be atomized, a water pump for pumping the liquid to be atomized from the reservoir, a water suction line disposed between the reservoir and the water pump, and a water outlet line connected to an water outlet end of the water pump, wherein the liquid charging electrode is disposed on the water suction line or the water outlet line.

The handheld electric electrostatic spray gun of claim 6, wherein the liquid charging electrode is disposed on the water suction pipeline or the water outlet pipeline in a tight fit manner through an insulating three-way housing, wherein plugs are disposed at upper and lower ends of the insulating three-way housing for facilitating connection with the water suction pipeline or the water outlet pipeline, and a discharging end of the liquid charging electrode is disposed in the insulating three-way housing through a middle end of the insulating three-way housing.
8. The handheld electric static spray gun according to claim 7, wherein the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the spray head through the water outlet pipeline, wherein the spray head is provided with a thread for detachable connection with the spray nozzle.
9. The hand-held, powered electrostatic spray gun of claim 8 wherein said nozzle is made of a stainless steel metallic material.

The hand-held electric static spray gun according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the hand-held electric static spray gun comprises a lithium battery power source for supplying an operating power source to the high voltage static generator and the water pump, and further comprises a manipulation switch for controlling the power supply of the lithium battery power source, the manipulation switch being provided at the grip portion.
