The infusion needleless connector with the positive pressure elastic valve as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the inner side of the shoulder part (112) is provided with a first concave surface (31), and the upper base part (21) is provided with a second sealing part (32) matched with the first concave surface (31).

The infusion needleless connector with the positive pressure elastic valve as claimed in claim 7, wherein: a second concave surface (41) which is in smooth transition with the inner cavity (12) is arranged below the first concave surface (31), a convex ring (42) which is matched with the second concave surface (41) is arranged on the lower base part (22), a second gap (33) is formed between the inner side of the shoulder part (112) and the lower part of the second sealing part (32), and a third gap (34) is formed in the inner cavity (12) at the lower part of the convex ring (42).
