In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a cleaning method comprising:
step S101, generating a first disinfection scheme and a second disinfection scheme according to case information, wherein the first disinfection scheme comprises the following steps: a cleaning implement, a sanitizing agent, a cleaning area, the second sanitizing protocol comprising: cleaning tools, disinfecting reagents, medical staff information; and sending the first disinfection scheme to a medical staff information terminal, and sending the second disinfection scheme to a cleaning appliance storage device.
And the server of the cleaning system is connected with the HIS system and the monitoring system of the hospital to acquire the latest diagnosis information of the patient. The tool patient diagnostic information (e.g., medical history information) generates different disinfection protocols for different patients. For example, the disinfection scheme of the new coronary pneumonia patient is a disinfection scheme A, and the disinfection scheme of the heart patient is a disinfection scheme B. Each disinfection program comprises corresponding disinfection tools, disinfection reagents and a cleaning area needing disinfection, and also comprises a disinfection step and the like. The details are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0003358603630000081
after the server generates the disinfection scheme according to the case information, medical staff can manually adjust the disinfection scheme according to the requirements.
The hospital will assign a cleaning person in charge to each ward, such as the cleaning person in ward 305 for cleaner A. The server acquires a corresponding ward according to the patient information, and then acquires a cleaning responsible person, such as a cleaning person A, corresponding to the ward.
After the server generates the disinfection solution according to the patient information, the disinfection solution needs to be sent to the cleaner and the cleaning tool storage device. The disinfection protocol sent to the medical staff (e.g. the smartphone of the medical staff) is a first disinfection protocol carrying the following: a disinfection protocol identification, a cleaning tool, a disinfection reagent, a cleaning area. The details are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0003358603630000091
the disinfection protocol sent to the cleaning implement storage device is a second disinfection protocol carrying the following: disinfection scheme sign, burnisher, disinfection reagent, sanitizer sign. The details are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0003358603630000092
and S102, the cleaning appliance storage device carries out identity verification on the medical staff according to the medical staff information in the second cleaning scheme, after the identity verification is passed, the cleaning appliance storage device opens a corresponding door, and the medical staff gets corresponding cleaning tools and disinfection reagents from the cleaning appliance storage device.
After receiving the first disinfection scheme, the smart phone of the cleaner A obtains corresponding articles such as cleaning tools and disinfection reagents from the cleaning tool storage device according to the information of the first disinfection scheme. Before articles are picked up, identity authentication needs to be carried out in the cleaning appliance storage device. The identity authentication can be carried out by adopting modes of face recognition, fingerprint recognition, IC card and the like. If the cleaner A is authenticated in a face recognition mode, the cleaning appliance storage device acquires face data of the cleaner A through a camera, then acquires face features through face recognition software, and acquires corresponding cleaner information according to the face features, such as the information of the cleaner A; and if the acquisition fails, namely the authentication fails, prompting the user that the identity authentication fails in an interface.
After the identity authentication is passed, the cleaning appliance storage device acquires a corresponding second disinfection scheme according to the information of the cleaner A, if the cleaner A has a plurality of second disinfection schemes, the plurality of second disinfection schemes are displayed in the display interface, and the cleaner selects one disinfection scheme. And after the cleaning tool storage device acquires a second disinfection scheme according to the information of the cleaner, the content of the second disinfection scheme is presented in the interface, and the cleaner is prompted to take the corresponding disinfection tool and the disinfection reagent.
Step S103, when the cleaning tool and the disinfection reagent are received, scanning the cleaning tool and the disinfection reagent received by the medical staff by using scanning equipment of the cleaning tool storage device to acquire information of the cleaning tool and the disinfection reagent; if the cleaning tool and/or the disinfecting agent picked up by the medical staff does not match the cleaning tool and/or the disinfecting agent in the second disinfecting protocol, prompting the medical staff to reselect the corresponding cleaning tool and/or disinfecting agent.
When a cleaning person picks up a cleaning tool and a disinfectant from a cleaning tool storage device, the picked-up cleaning tool and disinfectant are scanned on a scanning device (such as a scanning gun) of the cleaning tool storage device. The cleaning tool storage device obtains the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents which are taken by the cleaning staff according to the scanning information, then the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are compared with the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents in the second disinfection scheme corresponding to the cleaning staff, and if the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are the same, the user is prompted in an interface that the taken cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are correct; if not, the cleaner is prompted to receive the wrong cleaning tool and sanitizing agent, and the proper cleaning tool and sanitizing agent need to be received again.
Step S104, acquiring the position information of the cleaning tool, and judging whether the position information is in the cleaning area; sending a clean location exception message to the medical personnel if the cleaning implement is not within the clean area.
Install indoor positioner among the burnisher, indoor location scheme can be bluetooth location, wifi location, uwb location etc.. After the cleaner receives the cleaning tool and the disinfection reagent, the cleaning tool reports the position information to the background server in real time, and the server judges whether the position of the cleaning tool is in a disinfection area specified in the disinfection scheme or in a round-trip route between the cleaning tool storage device and the cleaning area. If the server judges that the cleaning tool is not in the areas, a prompt message is sent to a smart phone of a cleaner to prompt the cleaner that the cleaning tool is brought into a non-cleaning area, and the cleaner needs to wait for the cleaning tool to be in the designated area as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the background server records the position information of the cleaning tool in real time, so that the follow-up hospital infection events can be conveniently tracked, checked and the like.
And S105, acquiring a video image of the cleaning process of the medical staff in real time in the cleaning area, inputting the video image into a preset network model, and judging whether the cleaning process of the medical staff meets the requirements.
After the cleaner carries the disinfection tool and the disinfection reagent to reach the disinfection area, the video of the cleaner for cleaning in the disinfection area is obtained. Whether the cleaning person arrives at the cleaning area can be judged by the position information of the sterilizing tool.
And acquiring a video image of the cleaner in real time, and inputting a preset network model for judgment. And judging whether the disinfection process of the cleaner meets the requirements of the disinfection scheme.
The server deploys a preset network model, and the preset network model can be a convolutional neural network or a deep learning neural network. The embodiment is not limited to a specific network. The pre-set network model itself may have initial parameters, which may be parameters trained on the data set. In the first iterative training process, a preset network model is trained on the basis of initial parameters. And marking the images containing various disinfection actions, and then using the marked images for preset network model training.
Each disinfection scheme is provided with corresponding operation steps and operation schemes, whether a cleaner operates according to the specified operation requirements in the cleaning process is detected through a preset network model, and if the cleaner does not operate according to the specified operation requirements, the server sends a notice to the cleaner to prompt the cleaner to operate according to the specified operation steps.
Step S106, after the medical staff finishes cleaning work and returns the cleaning tools and/or the disinfection reagents, scanning the returned cleaning tools and/or the disinfection reagents by using scanning equipment of the cleaning tool storage device to acquire information of the returned cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents; if the returned cleaning tool and/or disinfecting agent does not match the cleaning tool and/or disinfecting agent in the second disinfecting protocol, prompting the medical personnel to return the correct cleaning tool and/or disinfecting agent.
After the cleaner has completed cleaning the designated cleaning area, the cleaning tools and sanitizing agents need to be returned to the cleaning implement storage unit. After the cleaner passes the authentication of the cleaning tool storage device, the cleaning tool storage device opens the corresponding door and prompts the cleaner to return the correct cleaning tool and the disinfection reagent. Each piece of cleaning tool or sanitizing agent is returned, requiring the cleaning tool or sanitizing agent to be scanned using the scanning device of the cleaning tool storage unit. The cleaning tool storage device obtains the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents returned by the cleaning staff according to the scanning information, then the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are compared with the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents in the second disinfection scheme corresponding to the cleaning staff, and if the cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are the same, the cleaning tool storage device prompts the user that the returned cleaning tools and the disinfection reagents are correct in an interface; if not, the cleaner is prompted to return the cleaning tool and sanitizing agent incorrectly, requiring the return of the correct cleaning tool and sanitizing agent.
