1. The leg exerciser for the rheumatism patient is characterized by comprising a mounting plate (31), and a foot placing mechanism (32) and a leg massaging mechanism (33) which are arranged on the mounting plate (31) in an adjacent mode;
the foot placing mechanism (32) comprises a moving plate (321), a rotating shaft (322) and two pedals (323), wherein the moving plate (321) is vertically arranged on the mounting plate (31) and is in sliding connection with the mounting plate (31); the rotating shaft (322) penetrates through the moving plate (321) and can rotate around the moving plate (321); the two pedal plates (323) are respectively and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (322) and are positioned at two sides of the moving plate (321) and are oppositely arranged;
the leg massage mechanism (33) comprises a leg placing groove (331), two knee pads (332) and a plurality of rotating rods (333), wherein the leg placing groove (331) is arranged on the mounting plate (31); the two knee pads (332) are respectively arranged on both sides of the leg placing groove (331); the rotating rods (333) penetrate through the two opposite groove walls of the leg placing groove (331) at equal intervals along the horizontal direction, and a plurality of massage sleeves (336) are sleeved on each rotating rod (333).

The leg exerciser for rheumatism patients according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (31) is horizontally provided with a first sliding rail (34), and a first vertical plate (35) and a second vertical plate (36) are vertically arranged at two sides of the first sliding rail (34); and the first vertical plate (35) is positioned on one side of the moving plate (321) far away from the leg massage mechanism (33); the second vertical plate (36) is positioned between the moving plate (321) and the leg massage mechanism (33);
a first sliding block (324) matched with the first sliding rail (34) is arranged at the lower end of the moving plate (321), and the first sliding block (324) is in sliding connection with the first sliding rail (34); the upper end of the moving plate (321) is provided with a guide rod (325), and the guide rod (325) is arranged in parallel with the first sliding rail (34); two ends of the guide rod (325) are respectively arranged on the first vertical plate (35) and the second vertical plate (36) in a penetrating way;
hooks (37) are fixedly arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the first vertical plate (35) and the moving plate (321), and the two hooks (37) are arranged oppositely; and a tension spring (38) is arranged between the two hooks (37).
3. The leg exerciser for rheumatism patients as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of each rotating rod (333) is fixedly sleeved with a first gear (334), and each two adjacent first gears (334) are in meshed connection;
a plurality of tooth grooves (326) are formed in one end, close to the leg massage mechanism (33), of the guide rod (325) at equal intervals; a mounting groove (361) is formed in one side of the second vertical plate (36), and a second gear (4) is arranged in the mounting groove (361);
one side of the second gear (4) is in meshed connection with the tooth groove (326); a third gear (5) is connected to the other side of the second gear (4) in a meshed manner, a connecting rod (6) is fixedly arranged at one end, far away from the second gear (4), of the third gear (5), and a fourth gear (7) is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod (6);
the fourth gear (7) is connected to the first gear (334) closest to the foot placement mechanism (32) by a belt (8).
4. The rheumatism patient leg exerciser according to claim 1, wherein both of the knee pads (332) comprise:
a knee pad body (3321) having one end fixedly connected to one end of an elastic cord (3322), the other end of the elastic cord (3322) being fixedly connected to one side of the leg placement groove (331); elastic bandages (3323) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the kneepad body (3321), and the two elastic bandages (3323) are connected through magic tapes;
a contact layer (3324) provided on one side of the knee pad body (3321);
a plurality of massage balls (3325) disposed on the contact layer (3324) at equal intervals;
a vibrator (3326) disposed on the contact layer (3324).
5. The rheumatism patient leg exerciser according to claim 4, further comprising a control device (9), wherein the control device (9) comprises:
a permanent magnet generator (91) disposed at one end of the rotating shaft (322) for converting mechanical energy generated by the rotation of the pedal plate (323) into electrical energy;
a rechargeable battery (92) electrically connected to the permanent magnet generator (91);
a controller (93) electrically connected to the rechargeable battery (92) and the vibrator (3326);
and the adjusting panel (94) is electrically connected with the controller (93).

The leg exerciser for rheumatism patients as claimed in claim 5, wherein the movable plate (321) is pivotally connected at both sides with support bars (327), when the pivot is driven to rotate the support bars (327) to be perpendicular to the pedals (323), the support bars (327) just abut against the bottom of the pedals (323) to limit the rotation of the pedals (323); the pivot is provided with a driving motor (328), and the driving motor (328) is electrically connected with the controller (93).
7. The rheumatism patient leg exerciser according to claim 5, wherein a turning handle (335) is provided on the turning bar (333) farthest from the foot placement mechanism (32); the adjusting panel (94) is arranged on the rotating handle (335).
8. The leg exerciser for rheumatism patients according to claim 5, further comprising a base plate (1) and a lifting device (2); the lifting device (2) is vertically arranged at the lower end of the mounting plate (31);
the bottom plate (1) is horizontally arranged at the lower end of the lifting device (2).

The leg exerciser for rheumatism patients according to claim 8, wherein the lifting device (2) is an electric telescopic rod, the electric telescopic rod is arranged between the bottom plate (1) and the mounting plate (31), and two ends of the electric telescopic rod are fixedly connected with the bottom plate (1) and the mounting plate (31) respectively; and the electric telescopic rod is electrically connected with the controller (93).
10. The rheumatism patient leg exerciser according to claim 8 or 9, wherein two second sliding rails (39) are vertically arranged on the bottom plate (1), and the two second sliding rails (39) are oppositely arranged and positioned at two sides of the mounting plate (31);
the two sides of the mounting plate (31) are provided with second sliding blocks (311), and the second sliding blocks (311) are in sliding connection with the second sliding rails (39) corresponding to the second sliding blocks respectively.
