一种图像传感器、摄像头以及电子设备，其中，图像传感器包括：至少一个像素块(10)，像素块(10)包括至少两个连续排列的像素单元(11)，像素单元(11)包括至少两个具有相同排列方向的像素(111)，排列方向包括第一排列方向和第二排列方向；像素块(10)包括至少一第一排列方向的像素单元(11)以及至少一第二排列方向的像素单元(11)，第一排列方向和第二排列方向垂直。本申请实施例优化了图像传感器的对焦性能，以及避免了像素(111)尺寸过小造成的图像传感器的工艺难度增大，也避免了同样尺寸下的像素单元包括过多数量的像素所造成的产品化难度增大。
