Abstract

A food sale cooking system comprises at least one sale checkout device, a control server and at least one food cooking device. The sales checkout apparatus can acquire commodity information of an edible commodity. The control server has a database storing cooking parameters for food items. The control server can receive the commodity information and select corresponding cooking parameters. The food cooking device comprises a cooking unit for cooking the food product, and can receive the cooking parameters to enable the cooking unit to cook the food product. After the sales checkout device finishes checkout operation and simultaneously obtains the commodity information, the commodity information is transmitted to the control server, the control server selects the cooking parameters and then transmits the cooking parameters to the food cooking device, and the food cooking device cooks the edible commodity, so that checkout and cooking processing procedures are conveniently finished.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cooking system, and more particularly, to a food selling cooking system capable of linking selling and cooking operations.
Background
At present, a retail store is often provided with a cooking device such as a microwave oven to simply cook food items immediately after the completion of payment for the food items. However, since each food product has a corresponding cooking condition, a person operating the cooking apparatus is often confronted with a situation where the cooking result is not optimal because of unfamiliarity with the cooking conditions. Furthermore, the cooking devices used in each retail outlet are different and often cause operational difficulties for the customer.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a food sales cooking system capable of solving the background art problems.
Accordingly, in some embodiments, the food sale cooking system of the present invention comprises at least one sale checkout device, a control server and at least one food cooking device. The sales checkout apparatus can acquire commodity information of an edible commodity. The control server is provided with a database, and the database stores cooking parameters of a plurality of different edible commodities. The control server may receive the commodity information transmitted by the sales checkout apparatus, and select a corresponding cooking parameter from the database according to the commodity information. The food cooking device comprises a cooking unit for cooking the food product, and the food cooking device can receive the cooking parameters sent by the control server and enable the cooking unit to cook the food product according to the cooking parameters. After the sales checkout device finishes checkout operation and simultaneously obtains the commodity information, the commodity information is transmitted to the control server, the control server selects the cooking parameters and transmits the cooking parameters to the food cooking device, and the food cooking device sends cooking instruction information and cooks the edible commodity.
In some embodiments, the sales checkout device obtains the merchandise information by at least one of barcode scanning, rfid signal scanning, image recognition, and weight detection.
In some implementations, the edible item includes a food information providing unit having at least one of a bar code, a radio frequency identification signal transmitter; the sale checkout device comprises a food information detection unit, wherein the food information detection unit is provided with at least one of a bar code scanner and a radio frequency identification signal detector and can acquire the commodity information of the edible commodity from the food information providing unit.
In some embodiments, the food cooking apparatus further comprises a prompting unit capable of sending out the cooking instruction information about the food product by at least one of text, image, light and sound according to the cooking parameter.
The invention has at least the following effects: by means of the linkage of the sales payment device and the food cooking device, after payment operation of the edible goods is completed, a salesperson or a customer can conveniently cook the edible goods at the food cooking device which is automatically selected by the system and automatically sets cooking parameters without manually setting the cooking parameters, so that the convenience in use is improved, and the cooking result is ensured to be in accordance with expectations. In addition, the prompting unit of each food cooking device can send out various cooking instruction information, so that an operator who is not familiar with the food cooking device can smoothly complete the cooking program of the edible product.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a food marketing cooking system 100 of the present invention is shown. The food sales cooking system 100 is adapted to cook an edible product 200 immediately after completion of a purchase payment operation for the edible product 200. The edible item 200 may be any type of food product and may be cooked in a variety of ways. In this embodiment, the edible product 200 is a food that can be quickly cooked in a microwave oven.
The food sale cooking system 100 comprises at least one sale checkout device 1, a control server 2 and at least one food cooking device 3. In the present embodiment, a plurality of sales accounting devices 1 and a plurality of food cooking devices 3 are described as an example, and two sales accounting devices 1 and two food cooking devices 3 are drawn as an example in fig. 1.
The sales checkout apparatus 1 is, for example, a sales terminal (POS) installed in a retail store, and can obtain commodity information of various edible commodities 200 by at least one of barcode scanning, radio frequency identification signal scanning, image recognition, weight detection, and the like.
In an embodiment of acquiring the commodity information by barcode scanning, each of the sales checkout devices 1 includes a food information detecting unit 11, the food information detecting unit 11 has a barcode scanner, and a food information providing unit 201 of each of the edible commodities 200 has a barcode pattern. In this way, when the sales settlement device 1 performs the settlement operation of the edible items 200, the food information detection unit 11 scans the bar code (food information providing unit 201) of each edible item 200, thereby obtaining the item information such as the item name, the item specification, and the item price of each edible item 200 from the computer system.
In an implementation aspect of acquiring the commodity information by means of RFID signal scanning, each sales checkout device 1 also includes a food information detecting unit 11, the food information detecting unit 11 has a RFID signal detector (RFID reader), and a food information providing unit 201 of each edible commodity 200 has a RFID signal transmitter (RFID tag). Accordingly, the sales checkout apparatus 1 can determine and acquire the product information of each edible product 200 by receiving the radio frequency identification signal (RFID) from the food information providing unit 201 by the food information detecting unit 11.
In an implementation aspect of acquiring the commodity information by image recognition, each sales checkout device 1 also includes a food information detecting unit 11, and the food information detecting unit 11 has a camera. When the sales settlement device 1 performs the settlement operation of each edible item 200, the food information detection unit 11 can acquire an image of the edible item 200, and then the food item 200 can be distinguished by the image feature recognition technology, so as to acquire the item information of each edible item 200.
In an embodiment of acquiring the commodity information by weight detection, each of the sales checkout devices 1 includes a food information detecting unit 11, and the food information detecting unit 11 has a weight sensor. Accordingly, when the checkout operation is performed through each sales checkout device 1, the weight of the edible product 200 can be detected by the food information detecting means 11, and the product information of each edible product 200 can be determined and acquired.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned manners of acquiring the product information are only some examples of the present invention, and one or a combination of a plurality of manners may be adopted in the actual implementation, and in addition, other manners not described in detail above may also be adopted to comprehensively identify the edible product 200 so as to effectively acquire the product information.
The control server 2 is in on-line communication with the sales transaction apparatus 1 and the food cooking apparatus 3 in a wired or wireless manner, and may specifically be a single server computer or a server system including a plurality of server computers. The control server 2 has a database storing cooking parameters of a plurality of different food items 200, the cooking parameters including heating power (power), heating time, and the like. After each sales settlement device 1 finishes the settlement operation, the control server 2 can immediately receive the commodity information sent by the sales settlement device 1 and select a corresponding cooking parameter from the database according to the commodity information for subsequent operation programs. The control server 2 can acquire the operation status of each food cooking device 3 to know whether it is operated or not.
The food cooking apparatus 3 is, for example, various cooking devices such as a microwave oven and an oven, and respectively includes a cooking unit 31 for cooking the food product 200 and a prompt unit 32 capable of giving various prompt messages to an operator. The food cooking apparatus 3 can receive the cooking parameter transmitted from the control server 2, and cause the cooking unit 31 to cook the edible product 200 according to the cooking parameter. In addition, the prompt unit 32 can send out cooking instruction information about the food product 200 by at least one of text, image, light and sound according to the cooking parameters. The cooking instruction information may be, for example, characters and images to display cooking conditions, cooking steps, operation modes, and the like for cooking the food product 200, or may be light rays or sound of different colors to prompt the current operation state of the operator.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the operation of the food sales cooking system 100 will be described.
In step S1, the salesperson operates each sales transaction device 1 to perform a transaction for each edible item 200, and at the same time, obtains the item information of each edible item 200 by means of the barcode scanning or the like. Specifically, after the food information detecting unit 11 obtains the preliminary detection data (for example, bar code data, RFID data, product image, weight value, etc.) of each edible product 200, the sales accounting device 1 can directly perform the product discrimination and the product information reading. In addition, the preliminary detection data may also be transmitted to the control server 2 or other computer systems for product identification and product information acquisition. On the other hand, since the sales transaction apparatus 1 is online with the control server 2, when the retail clerk operates the sales transaction apparatus 1, various items of information read from the control server 2, such as whether or not each cooking unit 31 is in the in-use state, which cooking unit 31 is set by the system to be used for cooking the food product 200 for the currently checked customer, the time required for the customer to wait when all the cooking units 31 are in the in-use state, and the like, can be known from the sales transaction apparatus 1, so that the retail clerk can grasp detailed information and provide the customer with appropriate arrangement and description.
In step S2, after obtaining the merchandise information obtained in step S1, the control server 2 can automatically search and select a cooking parameter corresponding to the food merchandise 200 from its database. In the case where the food cooking apparatus 3 is a microwave oven, the cooking parameter may be a cooking mode, a cooking power, a cooking time, or the like of the microwave oven. Subsequently, the control server 2 selects an inoperative food cooking apparatus 3 from the food cooking apparatuses 3 and transmits the cooking parameters to the food cooking apparatus 3.
In step S3, when the selected food cooking device 3 receives the cooking parameters from the control server 2, the presentation unit 32 issues default presentation information to present the salesperson or customer with the food product 200 in the cooking unit 31 to perform the cooking operation. In a case where the food cooking apparatus 3 is a microwave oven, the cooking unit 31 includes a not-shown electromagnetic tube, a waveguide, a rotating fan, a food heating space, and the like, and the prompting unit 32 may prompt an operator to place the edible product 200 in the food heating space by means of flashing of a light emitting element, displaying characters or images on a display screen, emitting a pointing sound from a speaker, and the like. Subsequently, the cooking unit 31 performs cooking of the food item 200 according to the received cooking parameters. During or after the cooking process, the prompting unit 32 can also send out information for prompting the operator in a default mode to complete the whole operation program.
That is, in the above process, after the sales settlement device 1 completes the settlement operation and simultaneously acquires the product information, the product information is transmitted to the control server 2, the control server 2 selects the cooking parameter and transmits the cooking parameter to the food cooking device 3, and the food cooking device 3 is caused to issue the cooking instruction information and cook the food product, thereby completing the entire execution program.
In summary, in the food sales cooking system 100 according to the present invention, by the linkage of the sales settlement device 1 and the food cooking device 3, after the settlement operation of the food product 200 is completed through the sales settlement device 1, the salesperson or the customer can cook the food product 200 in one food cooking device 3 in which the system automatically selects and automatically sets the cooking parameters. The checkout process is substantially the same as that of a general store, and requires no significant changes in software, hardware, or execution flow, and therefore, the checkout process is suitable for use in an existing store. In addition, since the cooking parameters of the food cooking device 3 are not set manually during the cooking process, the convenience of use can be improved, and the cooking result can be ensured to meet the expectation. On the other hand, the presentation unit 32 of each food cooking apparatus 3 can issue various cooking instruction information, and in addition to issuing instruction information to the food cooking apparatus 3 selected by the system after completion of payment, a customer can easily find and use the set food cooking apparatus 3 among the plurality of food cooking apparatuses 3 based on the character, image, or sound information issued by the presentation unit 32, and a customer who is not familiar with the food cooking apparatus 3 can smoothly complete the cooking process of the edible product 200, thereby reducing the occurrence of errors and improving convenience and safety of use. Therefore, the food sales cooking system 100 does achieve the object of the present invention.

Claims (4)

1. A food sales cooking system, comprising:
at least one sale checkout device capable of obtaining commodity information of the edible commodity;
a control server having a database storing cooking parameters of a plurality of different edible goods, the control server being capable of receiving the goods information transmitted by the sales checkout apparatus and selecting corresponding cooking parameters from the database according to the goods information; and
at least one food cooking device comprising a cooking unit for cooking an edible product, said food cooking device being capable of receiving said cooking parameters sent by said control server and causing said cooking unit to cook said edible product in accordance with said cooking parameters,
after the sales checkout device finishes checkout operation and simultaneously obtains the commodity information, the commodity information is transmitted to the control server, the control server selects the cooking parameters and transmits the cooking parameters to the food cooking device, and the food cooking device sends cooking instruction information and cooks the edible commodity.
2. The food product marketing cooking system of claim 1, wherein: the sales checkout device obtains the commodity information by at least one of bar code scanning, radio frequency identification signal scanning, image recognition and weight detection.

The food product marketing cooking system of claim 1, wherein: the edible goods comprise a food information providing unit which is provided with at least one of a bar code and a wireless radio frequency identification signal transmitter; the sale checkout device comprises a food information detection unit, wherein the food information detection unit is provided with at least one of a bar code scanner and a radio frequency identification signal detector and can acquire the commodity information of the edible commodity from the food information providing unit.
4. The food product marketing cooking system of claim 1, wherein: the food cooking device further comprises a prompting unit, and the prompting unit can send out the cooking instruction information about the edible commodity by at least one of characters, images, light rays and sound according to the cooking parameters.
