When the end cover body 110 is disposed at the top end of the door body 10, the cover plate 1133 is located right above the opening 1132, that is, the sound outlet 1131 is located in the longitudinal extending direction of the opening 1132; the outer contour of the cover plate 1133 is smaller than the outer contour of the opening 1132 close to the cover plate 1133, so that the inner surface of the peripheral side of the cover plate 1133 and the outer contour of one end of the opening 1132 close to the cover plate 1133 form a sound outlet 1131, and the sound outlet 1131 is located right above the opening 1132, when the sound emitted by the horn 111 is transmitted to the outer contour of the opening 1132 close to the cover plate 1133, the sound can be transmitted to the outside of the end cover body 110 through the sound outlet 1131, the sound transmitted by the horn 111 is short in transmission distance, and the sound playing effect of the end cover body 110 with the horn 111 inside is good. When the end cover body 110 is disposed at the bottom end of the door body 10, the cover plate 1133 is located right below the opening 1132, that is, the sound outlet 1131 is located in the longitudinal extending direction of the opening 1132; the size of the outer contour of the cover 1133 is smaller than the size of the outer contour of the opening 1132 close to the cover 1133, and the sound emitting principle and effect of the sound emitting hole 1131 are the same as those of the end cover body 110 disposed at the top end of the door body 10.
In another embodiment, when the end cover body 110 is disposed on the top end of the door body 10, the sound outlet 1131 is located obliquely above the opening 1132; or, when the end cover body 110 is disposed at the bottom end of the door body 10, the sound outlet 1131 is located obliquely below the opening 1132. The size of the outer contour of the cover plate 1133 is larger than the size of the outer contour of the opening 1132 close to the cover plate 1133, the opening 1132 cannot be seen from the outer surface of the cover plate 1133, the sound outlet hole 1131 formed by the cover plate 1133 and the outer surface of the peripheral side of the opening 1132 is channel-shaped, the transmission time of the sound emitted by the horn 111 in the sound outlet hole 1131 after being transmitted out from the opening 1132 is increased, and the distance from the sound emitted by the horn 111 to the outside of the end cover body 110 is increased.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the outer contour of the cover plate 1133 is circular, the outer contour of the opening 1132 near one end of the cover plate 1133 is circular, and the center axis of the cover plate 1133 coincides with the center axis of the opening 1132. The diameter of the outer contour of the cover plate 1133 is smaller than the outer contour of the opening 1132. The outer protrusion 1132 is inclined from the middle portion toward the circumferential side in a direction away from the horn 111, and guides the sound emitted from the horn 111 to be transmitted to the sound outlet 1131 along the inclined surface of the outer protrusion 11331. Further, the middle portion of the external protrusion 11331 extends into the opening 1132, so as to shorten the distance between the middle portion of the external protrusion 11331 and the sound emitting portion 1113 of the speaker 111, so that the sound emitted by the speaker 111 is rapidly transmitted to the surface of the middle portion of the external protrusion 11331 and then transmitted to the sound emitting hole 1131 along the inclined surface of the external protrusion 11331, and the sound gathering effect is achieved to a certain extent, that is, the sound emitted by the speaker 111 is rapidly gathered and transmitted to the sound emitting hole 1131, and the sound emitting effect is good.
Further, the outer circumferential side of the outer protrusion 11331 extends in the horizontal direction to form a joining portion 11332 for transmitting the sound emitted from the horn 111 in the circumferential direction of the cover 1133. When the sound emitted from the speaker 111 is transmitted to the vicinity of the sound outlet hole 1131 along the inclined surface of the external protrusion 11331, if the sound is transmitted along the inclined surface of the external protrusion 11331, most of the sound is transmitted along the longitudinal direction of the end cap body 110, and the transmission direction of the sound is changed after the sound contacts a blocking object, so that the sound effect is greatly reduced when the sound is transmitted to the user. By providing the engaging portion 11332, the engaging portion 11332 extends in the horizontal direction, and the sound transmitted along the outer protrusion 11331 changes the transmission direction when being transmitted to the engaging portion 11332, and the sound is transmitted to the sound outlet 1131 in the horizontal direction, so that the sound transmitted from the sound outlet 1131 can be transmitted to the peripheral direction of the cover plate 1133 more, thereby ensuring the sound effect transmitted to the user.
Further, a sound emitting unit 11333 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the joining unit 11332; the inner surface of the amplification part 11333 is inclined outward toward the direction away from the opening 1132, so that the sound passing through the cover plate 1133 can be transmitted not only to the circumferential direction of the cover plate 1133, but also to the circumferential direction of the cover plate 1133 away from the surface of the end cover body 110 to some extent, and the sound is diffused to some extent, so as to avoid the occurrence of noise.
Further, the outer surface of the cover plate 1133 is recessed to form a recess, so that the streamline structure of the inner surface of the cover plate 1133 is the same as or similar to the streamline structure of the outer surface, and the cover plate 1133 has a uniform thickness, and has a uniform sound insulation effect on the sound transmitted to the horn 111 on the inner surface of the cover plate 1133. In addition, the outer surface of the cover plate 1133 in the concave structure has a certain stereoscopic impression, and the appearance attractiveness is improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the opening 1132 extends toward the cover 1133 to form an extension 11321, so that the sound outlet hole 1131 protrudes from the outer surface of the peripheral side of the opening 1132, so as to prevent the sound transmitted from the sound outlet hole 1131 from rapidly contacting the outer surface of the peripheral side of the opening 1132 to change the transmission direction, which affects the sound effect transmitted to the peripheral side of the cover 1133.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a second groove 1135 is formed in the second cover 113, and the opening 1132, the cover plate 1133 and the connecting portion 1134 are disposed in the second groove 1135, so that the outer surface of the cover plate 1133 is flush with the outer surface of the peripheral side of the second groove 1135, thereby improving the flatness and the aesthetic appearance of the outer surface of the second cover 113.
