Abstract

A luminous fan comprises a fan frame, fan blades, a light source and a light guide piece. The fan frame comprises a frame body and a first assembling structure. The frame body comprises an outer wall body and an inner wall body. The outer wall body surrounds the inner wall body. The inner wall body surrounds the accommodating space. The first assembly structure comprises an extension block and an assembly column. The extension block protrudes out of the outer wall body of the frame body, and part of the extension block is separated from the outer wall body of the frame body to form a mounting groove. The assembly column protrudes out of one side of the extension block, which is far away from the outer wall body of the frame body. The fan blades are rotatably arranged in the fan frame in the accommodating space. The light source is positioned in the accommodating space. The light guide piece is clamped on the fan frame, and the light source is used for emitting light projected on the light guide piece. The light guide member comprises a wall body and a second assembly structure. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fan, and more particularly to a light-emitting fan.
Background
Because of the popularity of personal computers and the progress of information technology, the functions and roles of personal computers are not only simply used as office machines, but also used as multimedia playing devices and important entertainment devices in combination with rich peripheral devices and high-quality video and audio output devices.
At present, many cases or cabinets of personal computers are made of transparent materials (such as acrylic) or hollow structures, and are matched with multicolor Light Emitting Diode (LED) light bars or full-color LED light beads, so that the personal computers have rich and colorful appearances.
In order to generate dynamic and color changeable lighting effects, one of the conventional personal computers is to install a multi-color LED, a light bar or a full-color LED lamp bead on a computer fan. However, in the prior art, the light emitting diode is mainly installed on the fan frame or the ribs of the fan frame, and the light generated by the light emitting diode is directly irradiated on the blades of the fan to obtain the heat dissipating fan with the light emitting effect.
In general, the diaphragm of the fan is fixed to the fan frame by screws. However, the hole is formed in the fan frame to fix the diaphragm by the screw means, and the hole may damage the appearance of the fan frame, and may have a problem of light leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a luminous fan which can not only avoid damaging the attractive appearance of a fan frame and avoiding generating light leakage, but also maintain the convenience of assembly.
The luminous fan disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises a fan frame, a fan blade, at least one light source and a first light guide piece. The fan frame comprises a frame body and a plurality of first assembly structures. The frame body comprises an outer wall body and an inner wall body. The outer wall body surrounds the inner wall body. The inner wall body surrounds the accommodating space. Each first assembly structure comprises an extension block and an assembly column. The extension block protrudes out of the outer wall body of the frame body, and part of the extension block is separated from the outer wall body of the frame body to form a mounting groove. The assembly column protrudes out of one side of the extension block, which is far away from the outer wall body of the frame body. The fan blades are positioned in the accommodating space and can be rotatably arranged on the fan frame. The light source is positioned in the accommodating space. The first light guide piece is clamped on the fan frame, and at least one light source is used for emitting light projected on the first light guide piece. The first light guide member comprises a first wall body and a second assembly structure. The second assembly structure is connected to the first wall body and detachably mounted on the first assembly structure.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a luminescent fan includes a fan frame, a fan blade, at least one light source, and a first light guide. The fan frame comprises an outer wall body and an inner wall body which are arranged at intervals, the outer wall body is connected with the inner wall body through a plurality of first assembly structures, and the inner wall body surrounds a containing space. The fan blades are positioned in the accommodating space and can be rotatably arranged on the fan frame. The light source is positioned between the outer wall and the inner wall of the fan frame. The first light guide piece is arranged on the fan frame through the matched second assembly structure, and at least one light source is used for emitting light projected on the first light guide piece. The fan blades rotate relative to the fan frame by taking an axis as a rotation center line, and the first assembly structure is radially arranged by taking the axis as the center.
According to the luminous fan of the embodiment, the first light guide piece and the second light guide piece are jointly installed on the assembly column, so that holes on the fan frame can be avoided, the problems of attractive appearance and light leakage are avoided, and meanwhile, the convenience of assembly is maintained.

Please refer to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a luminescent fan according to a first embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an enlarged partial schematic view of fig. 2.
The light emitting fan 10 of the present embodiment is, for example, an axial fan, and includes a fan frame 100, a fan blade 200, a light source 300 and a first light guide 400. In addition, the lighting fan 10 may further include a second light guide 500.
The fan frame 100 includes a frame body 110 and a plurality of first assembly structures 120. The frame 110 includes an outer wall 110a and an inner wall 110b. The outer wall 110a and the inner wall 110b are, for example, two rings arranged concentrically and spaced apart. That is, the outer wall 110a surrounds the inner wall 110b, and the two rings are concentric and spaced apart. The outer wall 110a has an inner surface 111a and an outer surface 112a. The outer surface 112a faces away from the inner surface 111a. The inner wall 110b has an inner surface 111b and an outer surface 112b. The inner surface 111b of the inner wall 110b surrounds an accommodating space S1. The outer surface 112b of the inner wall 110b faces away from the inner surface 111b and faces the inner surface 111a of the outer wall 110a.
These first assembly structures 120 protrude from the inner surface 111a of the outer wall 110a of the frame 110. In detail, each first assembly structure 120 includes an extension block 121 and an assembly post 122. The extension block 121 is partially separated from the inner surface 111a of the outer wall 110a of the housing 110 to form a mounting groove S2. The assembly column 122 protrudes from one side of the extension block 121 away from the outer wall 110a of the frame 110, and is connected to the outer surface 112b of the inner wall 110b. That is, the outer wall 110a is fixed to the inner wall 110b through the first assembly structures 120.
In the present embodiment, the outer wall 110a is fixed to the inner wall 110b only through the first assembly structures 120, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the outer wall body may be fixed to the inner wall 110b through other extending structures besides the first assembling structures. In addition, in other embodiments, if the outer wall is fixed to the inner wall through other extending structures, the first assembling structures may be connected to only the inner surface 111a of the outer wall 110a or the outer surface 112b of the inner wall 110b.
The fan frame 100 may also include a plurality of mounting blocks 130. The mounting blocks 130 are connected to the outer surface 112a of the outer wall 110a of the frame 110, and have holes for example, so as to be locked to other components such as a motherboard and a casing by screws.
The fan blade 200 is located in the accommodating space S1, and includes a hub 210 and a plurality of blades 220. The hub 210 is rotatably mounted to the fan frame 100. The blades 220 are attached to the periphery of the hub 210.
The light source 300 is located in the mounting slot S2, and includes a circuit board 310 and a plurality of light emitting elements 320. The circuit board 310 is positioned in the mounting groove S2 and is fixed between the extension block 121 and the inner surface 111a of the outer wall 110a of the housing 110. The light emitting elements 320 are disposed on a side of the circuit board 310 facing away from the outer wall 110a of the frame 110 of the fan frame 100.
In the present embodiment, the number of the light sources 300 is single, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the number of light sources may be plural.
Please refer to fig. 4 and 5 additionally. Fig. 4 is a partial perspective cutaway schematic view of fig. 1. Fig. 5 is a partially exploded perspective view of one of the light guides of fig. 4.
The first light guide 400 is engaged with the fan frame 100, and the light source 300 is configured to emit light projected onto the first light guide 400. In this embodiment, the first light guide 400 includes a first wall 410 and a second assembly structure 440. In addition, the first light guide 400 may further include a second wall 420 and a third wall 430. The second wall 420 and the third wall 430 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the first wall 410, and the second wall 420 surrounds the third wall 430. The second wall 420 abuts against the outer wall 110a of the frame 110 of the fan frame 100 and covers one side of the light source 300.
The second assembly structure 440 is directly connected to the first wall 410 and interposed between the second wall 420 and the third wall 430. The second assembly structure 440 has an assembly groove 441, and the second assembly structure 440 is engaged with the assembly post 122 of the first assembly structure 120 through the assembly groove 441, such that the second assembly structure 440 is detachably mounted on the first assembly structure 120.
In the present embodiment, the second assembly structure 440 is between the second wall 420 and the third wall 430, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the second assembly structure may also be located on the third wall, that is, the second assembly structure is connected to the first wall 410 through the third wall 430.
In the present embodiment, the fan blade 200 rotates relative to the frame 110 with an axis a as a rotation center line. The first assembly structure 120 is radially disposed about the axis a, and the extending direction E of the assembly column 122 of the first assembly structure 120 is perpendicular to the axis a. However, the extending direction E of the assembly post 122 is not limited to the axis a, and in other embodiments, the extending direction of the assembly post may be non-parallel to the axis a and non-perpendicular to the axis a.
The second light guide 500 is engaged with the fan frame 100, and the light source 300 is configured to emit light projected on the second light guide 500. In this embodiment, the second light guide 500 includes a fourth wall 510 and a third assembly structure 540. In addition, the second light guide 500 may further include a fifth wall 520 and a sixth wall 530. The fifth wall 520 and the sixth wall 530 are connected to opposite sides of the fourth wall 510, respectively, and the fifth wall 520 surrounds the sixth wall 530 therein. The fifth wall 520 abuts against the outer wall 110a of the frame 110 of the fan frame 100 and covers the other side of the light source 300. In this way, the frame 110, the first light guide 400 and the second light guide 500 together surround the light source 300.
The third assembly structure 540 is connected between the sixth walls 530 to be connected to the fourth wall 510 through the sixth walls 530. The third assembly structure 540 has an assembly groove 541, and the third assembly structure 540 is clamped to the assembly column 122 of the first assembly structure 120 through the assembly groove 541, so that the third assembly structure 540 is detachably mounted on the first assembly structure 120.
In the present embodiment, the third assembly structure 540 is connected to the fourth wall 510 through the sixth wall 530, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the third assembly structure may also be located between the fifth wall 520 and the sixth wall 530.
In other embodiments, the light emitting fan may be designed in another way. For example, the luminescent fan 10 includes a fan frame 100, a fan blade 200, a light source 300 and a first light guide 400. The fan frame 100 surrounds an accommodating space S1. The fan blade 200 is disposed in the accommodating space S1 and rotatably mounted on the fan frame 100. The light source 300 is positioned in the installation groove S2. The first light guide 400 is mounted on the fan frame 100 through a matched assembly column 122 and a first assembly groove 441, and the light source 300 is used for emitting light projected on the first light guide 400. The fan blade 200 rotates relative to the fan frame 100 about an axis a. The direction of extension E of the assembly post 122 is non-parallel or perpendicular to the axis a.
Similarly, in another embodiment, the lighting fan 10 may further include a second light guide 500. The second light guide 500 is mounted on the fan frame 100 through a second assembly groove 541 and the assembly column 122.
According to the luminous fan of the embodiment, the first light guide piece and the second light guide piece are jointly installed on the assembly column, so that holes on the fan frame can be avoided, the problems of attractive appearance and light leakage are avoided, and meanwhile, the convenience of assembly is maintained.
In addition, the extending direction of the assembling column is not parallel or perpendicular to the axis, so that the problems of attractive appearance and light leakage can be further avoided, and meanwhile, the convenience of assembling is maintained.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, but rather, it should be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A luminescent fan, comprising:
the fan frame comprises a frame body and a plurality of first assembly structures, wherein the frame body comprises an outer wall body and an inner wall body, the outer wall body and the inner wall body are two ring bodies which are arranged in concentric circles and are spaced apart, the inner wall body surrounds the inner wall body, the inner wall body surrounds a containing space, each first assembly structure comprises an extension block and an assembly column, the extension block protrudes out of the outer wall body of the frame body, part of the extension block is separated from the outer wall body of the frame body to form a mounting groove, and the assembly column protrudes out of one side of the extension block, which is far away from the outer wall body of the frame body;
the fan blade is positioned in the accommodating space and can be rotatably arranged on the fan frame;
at least one light source positioned in the mounting groove; and
the first light guide piece is clamped on the fan frame, and the at least one light source is used for emitting light projected on the first light guide piece;
the first light guide piece comprises a first wall body and a second assembly structure, and the second assembly structure is connected with the first wall body and detachably arranged on the first assembly structure.
2. The luminescent fan of claim 1, wherein the outer wall has an inner surface and an outer surface, the outer surface of the outer wall faces away from the inner surface of the outer wall, the inner wall has an inner surface and an outer surface, the outer surface of the inner wall faces away from the inner surface of the inner wall and faces the inner surface of the outer wall, the inner surface of the inner wall surrounds the accommodating space, the extension blocks of the first assembly structures protrude from the inner surface of the outer wall of the frame, and the assembly posts are connected to the outer surface of the inner wall.

The luminescent fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the light source includes a circuit board and a plurality of luminescent elements, the circuit board is located between the mounting groove and the extension block and the outer wall of the frame, the plurality of luminescent elements are disposed on a side of the circuit board facing away from the outer wall of the frame of the fan frame, and the second assembly structure is an assembly groove and is engaged with the assembly post of the first assembly structure.
7. The luminescent fan of claim 1, wherein the fan blade rotates relative to the frame body about an axis as a rotation center line, and the assembly post extends in a direction non-parallel to the axis.
8. The luminescent fan of claim 7, wherein the assembly post extends in a direction perpendicular to the axis.
9. The luminescent fan of claim 3, further comprising a second light guide engaged with the fan frame, and the at least one light source is configured to emit light projected on the second light guide.
10. The luminescent fan of claim 9, wherein the second light guide comprises a fourth wall and a third assembly structure, the third assembly structure being connected to the fourth wall and detachably mounted to the first assembly structure.
11. The luminescent fan of claim 10, wherein the second light guide further comprises a fifth wall and a sixth wall, the fifth wall and the sixth wall are respectively connected to opposite sides of the fourth wall, the fifth wall surrounds the sixth wall, the fifth wall abuts against the outer wall of the frame of the fan frame, and the frame, the first light guide and the second light guide together surround the light source.
12. The luminescent fan of claim 2, wherein the fan frame further comprises a plurality of mounting blocks, the plurality of mounting blocks being coupled to the outer surface of the outer wall.
13. A luminescent fan, comprising:
