While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the application to those skilled in the art.
It is noted that unless otherwise indicated, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
A washing liquid dispensing control method, apparatus, laundry treating device, and storage medium according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a washing liquid throwing control method, which is applied to clothes treatment equipment, wherein the clothes treatment equipment can be a single-drum washing machine, a double-drum washing machine or a washing machine with more washing drums, and the washing mode of each washing drum of the clothes treatment equipment can be drum type or impeller type. The clothes treatment equipment is provided with a washing liquid throwing device, and the washing liquid throwing device comprises a liquid storage box, a liquid conveying pipe and a throwing pump. The liquid storage box is used for storing washing liquid, and the washing liquid can be a detergent, a softener, a leavening agent and the like. The dispensing pump is used for pumping the washing liquid out of the liquid storage box, controlling the dosage of the pumped washing liquid, and can be a peristaltic pump. The liquid storage box is connected with the washing cylinder through the liquid conveying pipe, and the liquid storage box is used for enabling washing liquid in the liquid storage box to flow into the washing cylinder from the liquid conveying pipe. For a laundry treatment apparatus having a plurality of washing drums, the washing liquid dispensing device further comprises a reversing valve for changing the direction of the infusion tube so that washing liquid can be dispensed to different washing drums through the infusion tube.
Because the transfer line has certain length, when laundry treatment device uses washing liquid dispensing device for the first time, part of washing liquid can remain in the transfer line when washing liquid flows through empty transfer line for really dispensing the washing liquid in the wash bowl reduces, has reduced the washing effect of first use. Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a washing liquid throwing control method, which performs empty pipe compensation of a liquid conveying pipe when the washing liquid is thrown for the first time, ensures that enough washing liquid is arranged at the first time of throwing so as to cover the dosage of filling the liquid conveying pipe and the dosage required by clothes washed for the first time, avoids insufficient dosage of the washing liquid thrown into a washing cylinder caused by the empty liquid conveying pipe, and ensures the washing effect of the clothes washed for the first time.
Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes:
step 101: and detecting a washing liquid throwing request, and obtaining a first throwing flag bit.
The laundry treatment apparatus is provided with a display panel on which a plurality of control keys such as a power key, a start key, a water level setting key, etc. are provided. When a user washes laundry using the laundry treating apparatus, a washing course is started through the display panel. The display panel transmits a starting instruction and a washing liquid throwing request to a main control board corresponding to the washing cylinder, and the main control board controls the washing program to be executed. After the main control board detects the washing liquid throwing request, a first throwing flag bit is obtained from a memory of the clothes treatment equipment and is used for marking whether the washing liquid is thrown for the first time currently. In the embodiment of the application, the first preset identifier is used for representing non-first delivery, and the second preset identifier is used for representing first delivery, for example, the first preset identifier can be 1, and the second preset identifier can be 0.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the laundry treating apparatus has a plurality of washing drums, there may be a case where a plurality of washing drums need to be filled with washing liquid, but the laundry treating apparatus may have only one washing liquid filling device, and each washing drum cannot be filled with washing liquid at the same time. Therefore, the embodiment of the application also sets a resource zone bit which is used for marking the working state of the washing liquid throwing device, wherein the working state of the washing liquid throwing device comprises two states of free state and busy state. A busy state may be identified using character 1 and an idle state may be identified using character 0.
When the main control board detects a washing liquid throwing request, the resource zone bit can be acquired first, and the working state of the washing liquid throwing device is determined according to the value of the resource zone bit. And if the value of the resource zone bit indicates that the washing liquid throwing device is in an idle state, acquiring the first throwing zone bit and carrying out subsequent washing liquid throwing control operation. If the resource zone bit indicates that the washing liquid throwing device is in a busy state, waiting is carried out until the washing liquid throwing device is in an idle state, the first throwing zone bit is acquired, and subsequent washing liquid throwing control operation is carried out.
Step 102: and obtaining the load capacity in the washing cylinder.
The load capacity may be the weight of the laundry, specifically, a weight sensor may be disposed at the bottom of the washing drum of the laundry treatment apparatus, and after the user puts the laundry into the washing drum, the weight of the laundry in the washing drum may be detected by the weight sensor, and the main control board corresponding to the washing drum obtains the detected weight of the laundry from the weight sensor; in one possible embodiment, the weighing of the laundry is achieved by current detection of the motor; in another possible embodiment, the load is the laundry volume; in particular, laundry volume detecting means, such as infrared ray detecting means or the like, are provided in the laundry treatment apparatus for detecting the volume of laundry in the drum.
Step 103: and according to the first-time throwing flag bit, the current first-time throwing is indicated, and according to the load quantity and the preset empty pipe parameters corresponding to the infusion pipe, the washing liquid is thrown into the washing barrel.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset empty pipe parameters can include the time required by the pouring pump to pump the washing liquid to fill the infusion pipe or the corresponding empty pipe capacity of the infusion pipe, wherein the empty pipe capacity is the dosage of the washing liquid contained when the infusion pipe is filled with the washing liquid. The operation process of putting the washing liquid into the washing cylinder is different when the preset empty pipe parameters are different, and the following specific description is given.
First, the preset empty pipe parameters include the pumping duration required by pumping the washing liquid to fill the infusion pipe.
After determining that the first delivery is the present, controlling the delivery pump to start the pumping time, wherein the pumping time can be 50s or 55 s. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the extraction time, and in practical application, the actual extraction time required by the filling of the infusion tube can be measured according to the capacity of the infusion tube, the extraction power of the delivery pump and the like.
After the feeding pump is controlled to be started for the pumping time, determining the detergent dosage corresponding to the load according to the current load, and controlling the feeding pump to feed the detergent of the detergent dosage into the washing cylinder. According to the embodiment of the application, the detergent doses corresponding to different load intervals can be preset in the main control board, the main control board determines the load interval to which the load belongs according to the current load, and then the detergent dose corresponding to the load interval is obtained. And then controlling a delivery pump to pump the washing liquid in the amount of the washing liquid to be delivered into the washing cylinder.
Before the washing liquid with the dosage corresponding to the loading capacity is put into the washing cylinder, the empty transmission pipe is filled with the washing liquid by starting the pump for a preset pumping time. Therefore, in the process of adding the washing liquid with the dosage corresponding to the loading capacity into the washing cylinder, the quantity of the washing liquid finally added into the washing cylinder is not reduced because the washing liquid is remained in the transmission pipe because the transmission pipe is filled with the washing liquid, the washing liquid with the dosage required by the loading capacity is ensured, and the washing effect in the first washing is improved.
Second, the preset empty pipe parameters include empty pipe capacities corresponding to the infusion pipes.
After the current first delivery is determined, determining the detergent dosage corresponding to the load according to the load. The determining process of the amount of the washing liquid corresponding to the loading amount is the same as the determining process of the amount of the washing liquid corresponding to the loading amount in the first mode, and will not be described herein.
After determining the detergent amount corresponding to the load, calculating the sum of the detergent amount and the preset empty pipe capacity, and determining the sum as the first-time dosing amount. Controlling the pump to pump the washing liquid with the first feeding amount.
Because the first-time input quantity covers the volume of the empty pipe corresponding to the infusion tube and the detergent corresponding to the load, when the input pump pumps the detergent of the first-time input quantity, the dosage of the detergent finally input into the washing cylinder is not influenced, the condition that the finally input dosage is less than the dosage required by the load due to the fact that the detergent remains in the infusion tube is avoided, and the washing effect of the clothes for first washing is improved.
After washing liquid is put into the washing barrel in the first mode or the second mode, the first-time put-in zone bit is set to be a first preset identifier, and the first preset identifier is used for indicating non-first-time put-in. The first-put flag bit is then stored in a memory. If the washing liquid is fed later, the clothes treatment equipment can be determined to be fed non-first through the value of the first feeding flag bit, and the infusion tube is filled with the washing liquid, so that the empty tube compensation scheme in the embodiment of the application is not required to be executed, and the feeding pump can be directly controlled to feed the washing liquid with the dosage corresponding to the loading amount into the washing cylinder.
In the embodiment of the application, the main control board acquires the first-time throwing flag bit every time when detecting the washing liquid throwing request, and the washing liquid with the dosage corresponding to the load capacity is thrown into the washing cylinder only by determining that the first-time throwing flag bit indicates that the washing liquid is not thrown for the first time.
Since the laundry treatment apparatus may perform a test of a washing function before shipment, it is necessary to deliver a washing liquid into the washing tub, but it is necessary to restore the laundry treatment apparatus to a state of first delivery before shipment. After the clothes treatment equipment leaves the factory, the clothes treatment equipment may be in fault, and the clothes treatment equipment needs to be restored to the first-time put-in state after maintenance. The embodiment of the application presets the preset key for triggering the function of recovering the first-time putting state, wherein the preset key can be realized in a mode of combining keys, and is triggered by synchronously pressing a power key and a starting key. When the display panel detects a flag bit clearing request triggered by the pressing of a preset key, a flag bit clearing instruction is transmitted to the main control panel. The main control board receives the zone bit clearing instruction, sets the zone bit of the first delivery as a second preset identifier, and the second preset identifier is used for indicating the first delivery. If the subsequent main control board detects the washing liquid throwing request again, the current position can be confirmed to be thrown for the first time according to the first throwing flag bit, and the empty pipe compensation of the transmission pipe is carried out through the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application.
In order to facilitate understanding of two empty pipe compensation schemes provided by the embodiment of the application. The following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings, respectively. As shown in fig. 2, A1: and detecting a washing liquid throwing request, and obtaining a first throwing flag bit. A2: and judging whether the first-time throwing flag bit indicates that the first-time throwing is current, if so, executing the step A3, and if not, executing the step A5. A3: setting the first-time put-in zone bit as a first preset identifier, wherein the first preset identifier is used for indicating non-first-time put-in, and storing the first-time put-in zone bit in a memory. A4: and controlling the opening of the dispensing pump to fill the infusion tube with the required pumping time length. A5: according to the current load, determining the detergent amount corresponding to the load, and controlling a delivery pump to deliver the detergent of the detergent amount into the washing cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3, B1: and detecting a washing liquid throwing request, and obtaining a first throwing flag bit. B2: and judging whether the first-time throwing flag bit indicates that the first-time throwing is current, if so, executing the step B3, and if not, executing the step B7. B3: setting the first-time put-in zone bit as a first preset identifier, wherein the first preset identifier is used for indicating non-first-time put-in, and storing the first-time put-in zone bit in a memory. B4: and determining the detergent amount corresponding to the load according to the load. B5: and calculating the sum of the detergent and the preset empty pipe capacity of the infusion tube, and determining the sum as the first administration amount. B6: controlling the pump to pump the washing liquid with the first feeding amount. B7: and determining the detergent amount corresponding to the load according to the load, and controlling the delivery pump to deliver the detergent of the detergent amount into the washing cylinder.
