Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
Hereinafter, a water inlet control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a water inlet control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
The water inlet control method of the clothes treatment device is applied to the clothes treatment device. The laundry treatment device may be a laundry treatment device having two or more drums, for example, a drum washing machine having two or more drums, a pulsator washing machine, or other types of laundry treatment devices, which is not limited thereto.
In an embodiment of the present application, the laundry treatment apparatus may include a first laundry treatment module and a second laundry treatment module, and the first laundry treatment module and the second laundry treatment module may be disposed up and down, or may be disposed left and right, or may be disposed front and back, which is not limited thereto.
For example, the first laundry treating module and the second laundry treating module are disposed up and down, and the first laundry treating module is located above the second laundry treating module.
As shown in fig. 1, the water inlet control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, a water inlet request of a first clothes treatment module of a clothes treatment device is obtained.
The water inlet request may be a water inlet request of the first laundry processing module of the laundry processing apparatus in a washing stage, a rinsing stage, or a water inlet request during water replenishment, which is not limited herein.
As a possible scenario, when the first laundry processing module needs to feed water into the washing drum at the beginning of the washing or rinsing process, the main control board of the first laundry processing module sends a water feeding request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the water feeding request of the first laundry processing module.
As another possible scenario, when the first laundry processing module of the laundry processing apparatus needs to replenish water into the washing drum during the washing or rinsing process, the main control board of the first laundry processing module sends a water inlet request to the logic processor, so that the logic processor obtains the water inlet request of the first laundry processing module.
In response to the water inlet request, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module of the laundry treatment apparatus is not in the water inlet state, step 102.
Wherein, the water inlet state is any one of a washing water inlet state, a rinsing water inlet state or a water replenishing water inlet state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet request is acquired from the first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device, whether the clothes treatment module is in the water inlet state at present is judged in response to the water inlet request.
In one possible case, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is not in the water-in state in response to the water-in request. That is, when the first laundry treating module sends the water inlet request, the remaining laundry treating modules of the laundry treating apparatus are not being supplied with water.
Step 103, controlling the first laundry treatment module to feed water.
In the embodiment of the application, when it is determined that the first clothes treatment module requests water inflow and the second clothes treatment module is not in the water inflow state, the first clothes treatment module is controlled to inflow water.
As a possible implementation manner, the water filling level threshold may be determined according to the washing object information, the water filling level of the washing drum is monitored in real time when the water inlet valve of the first laundry processing device opens to feed water into the washing drum, and the water inlet valve is controlled to stop feeding water into the first laundry processing module when the water filling level reaches the water level threshold. Wherein the water level threshold is determined according to the amount of water required for the washing or rinsing process.
In a first possible scenario, the water inlet request may be sent by the first laundry treatment module before washing the laundry, in which case, the water injection amount required in the washing process may be determined according to the weight of the laundry to be washed, so as to determine the water level threshold according to the water amount. And in the process of controlling the water inlet valve to open to fill water into the first clothes treatment module, monitoring the water filling level of the washing drum in real time, and controlling the water inlet valve to stop filling water into the first clothes treatment module when the water filling level is determined to reach a water level threshold value.
In a second possible scenario, the water inlet request may be sent by the first laundry treatment module before the laundry is rinsed, in which case, the amount of water required in the rinsing process may be determined according to the weight of the laundry of the object to be rinsed, so as to determine the water level threshold according to the amount of water. And in the process of controlling the water inlet valve to open to fill water into the first clothes treatment module, monitoring the water filling level of the washing drum in real time, and controlling the water inlet valve to stop filling water into the first clothes treatment module when the water filling level is determined to reach a water level threshold value.
In a third possible scenario, during the washing or rinsing process, the water level in the washing drum is lowered due to the clothes absorbing water, and in such a case, the first clothes treatment module needs to be refilled with water. In the process of water replenishing and water inlet of the first clothes treatment module, the water filling level of the washing drum is monitored in real time, and when the water filling level is determined to reach a water level threshold value, the water inlet valve is controlled to stop water inflow to the first clothes treatment module.
It can be understood that, when the first laundry treatment module is controlled to supply water, it is necessary to determine the conduction direction of the reversing valve as the first laundry treatment module, and then, control the main wash valve to open to supply water to the first laundry treatment module.
As an example, assuming that the laundry treating apparatus includes an upper drum and a lower drum, when a water inflow request transmitted from the upper drum is acquired, it is determined that the lower drum is not in a water inflow state in response to the water inflow request, in one possible case. In this case, the upper cylinder is controlled to directly feed water. Therefore, the purpose of rapid washing is achieved by carrying out water inlet according to the water inlet sequence requested by the upper and lower cylinders and preferentially feeding water to the washing cylinder requested by priority.
Similarly, when the water inlet request sent by the lower barrel is acquired, the upper barrel is determined not to be in the water inlet state in response to the water inlet request. In this case, the lower cylinder is controlled to directly feed water.
According to the water inlet control method of the clothes treatment device, the water inlet request of the first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device is obtained; in response to the water inlet request, determining that a second laundry treatment module of the laundry treatment apparatus is not in a water inlet state; controlling the first laundry treatment module to supply water. Therefore, the clothes treatment module which gives a priority request to water inlet is preferably subjected to water inlet, frequent switching of water inlet components is avoided, and the stability of the clothes treatment device is improved. On the basis of the above embodiment, when the water inlet request of the first laundry treatment module is obtained, the second laundry treatment module may be in a water inlet state, in this case, the second laundry treatment module may be controlled to continue to inlet water, and after the water inlet of the second laundry treatment module is finished, the first laundry treatment module is controlled to inlet water. The above process is described in detail with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another water inlet control method of a laundry treatment module according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the water inlet control method may include the steps of:
step 201, a water inlet request of a first clothes treatment module of a clothes treatment device is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation process of step 201 may refer to the implementation process of step 101 in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In step 202, in response to the water inlet request, it is determined that the second laundry treatment module is in the water inlet state.
In the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet request of the first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device is acquired, the second clothes treatment module is determined to be in the water inlet state in response to the water inlet request. That is, when the first laundry treating module requests the water intake, the second laundry treating module is the water intake.
And step 203, controlling the second laundry treatment module to continue water inflow.
In the embodiment of the application, after the water inlet request of the first clothes treatment module is acquired, the second clothes treatment module is determined to be in the water inlet state. In this case, in order to ensure that the laundry treatment module that has requested the water inflow preferentially can guarantee the preferential water inflow, the second laundry treatment module may be controlled to continue the water inflow.
And step 204, switching the water inflow from the second clothes treatment module to the first clothes treatment module to supply water to the first clothes treatment module when the water inflow of the second clothes treatment module is detected to be finished.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process that the second clothes treatment module continues to feed water, the water feeding state of the second clothes treatment module is monitored in real time, and when the second clothes treatment module is monitored to feed water, the water feeding state is switched from the second clothes treatment module to the first clothes treatment module so as to feed water to the first clothes treatment module.
As an example, assuming that the laundry treating apparatus includes an upper drum and a lower drum, when the upper drum sends a water inlet request, the lower drum is determined to be in a water inlet state, and the lower drum is controlled to continue water inlet, and the upper drum waits for water inlet. And after the water inlet of the lower barrel is monitored, the conduction direction of the reversing valve is switched from the lower barrel to the upper barrel, and the main washing valve is controlled to be opened so as to feed water into the upper barrel. Therefore, the lower barrel which sends the water inlet request preferentially is ensured to inlet water preferentially, the aim of uniform distribution of staggered water inlet time is fulfilled, frequent switching of water inlet components can be avoided, and the stability of the clothes treatment device is improved.
Similarly, when the lower barrel sends a water inlet request, the upper barrel is determined to be in a water inlet state, the upper barrel is controlled to continuously feed water, and the lower barrel waits for water inlet. And after the water inlet of the upper barrel is monitored, the conduction direction of the reversing valve is switched from the upper barrel to the lower barrel, and the main washing valve is controlled to be opened so as to feed water into the lower barrel. Therefore, the upper barrel which sends the water inlet request preferentially is ensured to inlet water preferentially, the aim of uniform water inlet distribution due to staggered water inlet time is fulfilled, frequent switching of water inlet components can be avoided, and the stability of the clothes treatment device is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, in the water inlet process of the second clothes treatment module, the conduction direction of the reversing valve is the second clothes treatment module. And after the water inflow of the second clothes treatment module is monitored to be finished, switching the conduction direction of the reversing valve from the second clothes treatment module to the first clothes treatment module, and controlling the opening of the main washing valve to supply water to the first clothes treatment module.
According to the water inlet control method of the clothes treatment device, the water inlet request of the first clothes treatment module of the clothes treatment device is obtained, the second clothes treatment module is determined to be in the water inlet state in response to the water inlet request, the second clothes treatment module is controlled to continue water inlet, and when the water inlet of the second clothes treatment device is monitored to be finished, the water inlet is switched from the second clothes treatment module to the first clothes treatment module so as to supply water to the first clothes treatment module. Therefore, when the first clothes treatment module requests water inflow, the second clothes treatment module which is in water inflow is controlled to continue water inflow, the principle that the clothes treatment module which preferentially requests water inflow preferentially enters water is realized, frequent switching of water inflow components is avoided, and the stability of the clothes treatment device is improved.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the water inlet request of the second laundry processing module of the laundry processing apparatus may also be obtained, and the water inlet state of the first laundry processing module of the laundry processing apparatus is determined in response to the water inlet request.
In a possible case, when the water inlet request of the second clothes treatment module is acquired, the second clothes treatment module is determined not to be in the water inlet state, and the water inlet of the second clothes treatment module is controlled. For the water inlet process of the second laundry treatment module, reference may be made to the water inlet process of the first laundry treatment module in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
In another possible case, when the water inlet request of the second clothes treatment module is acquired, the second clothes treatment module is determined to be in the water inlet state, and the first clothes treatment module is controlled to continue water inlet. When it is monitored that the first laundry treatment module is finished to supply water, the water supply is switched from the first laundry treatment module to the second laundry treatment module to supply water to the second laundry treatment module.
In order to realize the above embodiments, the present application further provides a water inlet control device of a clothes treatment device.
