Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described herein, which may be embodied in many different forms. The described embodiments are intended only to be exhaustive and complete of the disclosure and to fully convey the concept of the disclosure to those skilled in the art. Features of the various embodiments described may be combined with each other or substituted for each other unless expressly excluded or otherwise excluded in context.
As described above, most of music played in the existing elevator car is general background music, and the light is only used for the lighting function, and the atmosphere of the elevator (for example, the type of music and the color of the light) is not associated with the personality or the preference of the elevator user, and cannot bring personalized and comfortable experience to the user.
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an elevator control method, an elevator control system, and an elevator system, in which a user can issue a call request (i.e., a call request) for an elevator from a client, and the elevator control system receives user information associated with the user while receiving the above-described elevator call request from the client. User information can characterize user's hobby to a certain extent to elevator control system can generate the elevator atmosphere information with user's hobby assorted based on this user information, and then makes the elevator atmosphere that elevator application and elevator atmosphere information correspond, provides individualized elevator car for the customer, brings the experience of forgetting.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a scenario 100 applied in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 1, a client 110, an elevator control system 120, an elevator call device 130, and an elevator 140 according to an embodiment of the disclosure are shown. The client 110 may be any terminal device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc., for issuing an elevator call request. The client 110 may make an elevator call request or other interaction with the elevator control system 120 through software or an application loaded thereon or an applet on social software or the like. The elevator control system 120 and the elevator call device 130 can be any processing system or device having a processor and a memory for generating elevator atmosphere information and calling an elevator and controlling its elevator atmosphere, respectively. For example, the elevator control system 120 can be a remote cloud server and the elevator call device 130 can be a control device local to the elevator. The elevator 140 may include one or more elevators, such as 140-1, 140-2, 140-3 … … 140-N, each of which may receive calls from the elevator call device 130 and apply a corresponding elevator ambiance.
An example of providing a personalized elevator atmosphere for a user according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is as follows. The user issues a call for an elevator through his client 110, e.g. requesting to take an elevator of a certain building to floor 10. In addition, the client may also emit user information associated therewith, such as the user's avatar, nickname, and the like. The elevator control system 120 receives the user information, determines the preference of the user using the user information, and generates elevator atmosphere information matching the preference of the user. For example, if the received user information is the user's avatar, which is a picture of the earth, the elevator control system 120 determines that the user may like nature, blue, or astronomy, thereby generating elevator atmosphere information in which the light in the elevator is sky blue and/or outdoor music is played. The elevator control system 120 transmits the generated elevator atmosphere information to the elevator calling device 130 together with the above-described elevator calling request. The elevator call device 130 calls one of the elevators 140, e.g. elevator 140-2, based on the elevator call request and controls the elevator ambience of the elevator 140-2 based on the elevator ambience information. Accordingly, the user of the client 110 is given an intuitive experience of being assigned to travel on elevator 140-2 to reach floor 10 of a building, and when traveling on elevator 140-2, the user may be able to play sky blue lights and/or play outdoor music in the elevator car, thereby experiencing a personalized memorable experience.
Therefore, the elevator control system 120 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can provide a personalized elevator car to the customer, bringing an impressive experience.
Further, it is understood that the elevator calling device 130 may be implemented as an integrated device or may be implemented as a separate device. That is, the above-described functions of calling an elevator and controlling an elevator atmosphere of the elevator calling device 130 may be implemented by one device or may be implemented by separate devices. In case of being implemented by separate devices, the elevator calling device 130 can be implemented, for example, as a calling device 130-1 (not shown) calling one of the elevators 140 based on an elevator call request and an atmosphere control device 130-2 (not shown) controlling the elevator atmosphere of the called elevator based on elevator atmosphere information. The present disclosure is not limited to the embodiment of the elevator call device 130.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an elevator control system 120 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the elevator control system 120 may include an information acquisition module 121, an atmosphere information generation module 122, and an information transfer module 123, and, optionally, the elevator control system 120 may further include an elevator atmosphere model management module 124.
The information acquisition module 121 may receive an elevator call request and user information from the client 110. As described above, the user can issue an elevator call request through the client 110, which may be a call request of the user for an elevator to travel in a certain building to a certain floor therein. The client 110 may also issue user information, which may be associated with, for example, personalization information of the user, so that the user's preferences may be characterized.
In one embodiment, the user information may include an avatar. In addition to the example above where the avatar is a picture of the earth, the avatar may also be, for example, an image in an emoticon, which may characterize the atmosphere that the user may like lively. As another example, the avatar may be a photo of a person, such avatar may characterize the user's confidence, praise, and may like a hot atmosphere.
In one embodiment, the user information may include a nickname. For example, if a nickname for a user is a real name, such a user is generally conservative and cautious, and thus such a nickname may characterize an atmosphere that the user may prefer to be quiet. As another example, if a user's nickname is a combination of names and states, such as "little plum for running," "little Ming in Beijing," etc., such users are generally lively, harmonious, and thus such nicknames may characterize the atmosphere in which the user may enjoy liveness. As another example, if the nickname of the user is an english name, or an english version of a certain movie character, novel name, for example, such a user generally pursues a tasteful life, and thus such a nickname can represent that the user may like an agreeable atmosphere.
In one embodiment, the user information may include gender. Ambiance preferences are generally differentiated between men and women. For example, if the user's gender is female, it may be considered that this characterizes the user as likely to like an agreeable ambiance; whereas if the user's gender is male, it may be considered that this characterizes an atmosphere that the user may like to be hot.
In one embodiment, the user information may include a region where the user is located. The preferences of people in different regions for ambience are generally different. For example, if the user is in the United states, it may be assumed that this characterizes an atmosphere that the user may like to be hot; whereas if the user is in germany, it can be considered that this characterizes that the user may like a quiet atmosphere. For another example, if the user is in a city in south china, it may be assumed that this represents an agreeable mood that the user may like; and if the user is located in a city in northern china, it can be considered that this represents an atmosphere that the user may like to be hot.
In one embodiment, the user information may include the time of transmission of the elevator call request. People's preferences for atmosphere at different times may also be differentiated. For example, if a user calls an elevator at night, a quiet atmosphere may be preferred; whereas if the user calls the elevator in the morning, a hot atmosphere may be preferred.
In one embodiment, the user information may include one or more of the above-mentioned avatar, nickname, gender, region in which the user is located, and transmission time of the elevator call request. Any combination of the above-described avatar, nickname, gender, area of the user, and time of transmission of the elevator call request may better characterize the user's preferences. For example, in the case where the user information includes both an avatar and gender, if the avatar of the user is a picture of the earth and the gender is a woman, it can be considered that this characterizes an atmosphere that the user may like nature.
Further, as described above, the user may call an elevator, for example, through software on the user's client or an applet (e.g., a WeChat applet) on social software, or the like. In this case, the user information may be associated with personal information in the user social software. For example, the avatar, nickname, gender, and region where the user is located may be corresponding information among personal information of the social software.
The above description regarding the association between one or more of the avatar, the nickname, the gender, the user's region, the transmission time of the elevator call request, and the atmosphere liked by the user is merely exemplary, and does not limit the present disclosure.
The atmosphere information generating module 122 may generate elevator atmosphere information using an elevator atmosphere model based on the user information received by the information acquiring module 121. Here, the elevator atmosphere model is a model representing an association between user information and elevator atmosphere information, which is information indicating an elevator atmosphere, for example, indicating at least one of light and music in an elevator car. In one embodiment, the elevator atmosphere model may be an artificial intelligence neural network model, which may be created using any type of artificial intelligence neural network, such as a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), a recurrent neural network, and so on, for example. The artificial intelligence neural network model may be trained via a training set (including training inputs and corresponding training outputs), and the trained artificial intelligence neural network model may generate output data based on the input data.
Such artificial intelligence neural network models may be trained in advance and stored in the ambience information generation module 122. In an embodiment, the elevator control system 120 may be equipped with training capabilities itself, in which case optionally the elevator control system 120 may also include an elevator ambience model management module 124. The elevator atmosphere model management module 124 may obtain a training set of user information and corresponding elevator atmosphere information and train an artificial intelligence neural network model based on the training set. The training set may include user information of a plurality of users and elevator atmosphere information (representing user's preference for light and/or music) corresponding to each user, train an artificial intelligence neural network model (e.g., CNN model) using the information as a training input and a training output, respectively, and use the trained artificial intelligence neural network model (e.g., CNN model) as the elevator atmosphere model. In one embodiment, the training input may be represented as:
the training output may be expressed as:
the elevator ambience model management module 124 trains an artificial intelligence neural network model, i.e. an elevator ambience model, based on a plurality of such training inputs V1 and training outputs V2. Then, the atmosphere information generating module 122 may generate elevator atmosphere information using the elevator atmosphere model (e.g., CNN model) described above, using the user information received by the information acquiring module 121 as input data.
The presentation forms of the input data and the elevator ambience information are similar to the training input V1 and the training output V2, respectively, described above. In the case where the received user information includes only a part of the above-described various types of user information (i.e., avatar, nickname, gender, region where the user is located, transmission time of the elevator call request), the information not included may be set to zero or other fixed value by default. For example, if the received user information does not include an avatar, a portion of the input data corresponding to the avatar is set to zero.
For example, the received user information V3 includes that the user's avatar is a picture of the earth, the gender is a woman, the atmosphere information generating module 122 generates elevator atmosphere information V4 corresponding to a natural elevator atmosphere based on such user information V3 and the elevator atmosphere model, such elevator atmosphere information V4 may indicate that the light is sunlight and the music is nature music, for example. Depending on the difference in the input data (user information), the generated elevator ambience information V4 may correspond to different elevator atmospheres. For example, the elevator atmosphere information V4 may correspond to an elevator atmosphere that is pleasant, and such elevator atmosphere information V4 may indicate, for example, that light is warm light and music is jazz. For another example, the elevator atmosphere information V4 may correspond to a hot elevator atmosphere, and such elevator atmosphere information V4 may indicate that the light is a light red light and the music is a light rock, for example. As another example, the elevator atmosphere information V4 may correspond to a quiet elevator atmosphere, such elevator atmosphere information V4 may for example indicate that the light is light blue and the music is a sea wave sound.
The information delivery module 123 may transmit the elevator call request received from the information acquisition module 121 and the elevator atmosphere information generated by the atmosphere information generation module 122 to the elevator call device 130. The elevator call device 130 then calls one of the elevators 140 (e.g., call elevator 140-2) based on the elevator call request and controls the elevator ambience of the called elevator (e.g., call elevator 140-2) based on the elevator ambience information. The called elevator (e.g., calling elevator 140-2) accepts the call from the elevator call device 130 and applies the corresponding elevator ambiance. For example, if the elevator ambience information V4 corresponds to a quiet elevator ambience, the called elevator (e.g. calling elevator 140-2) emits a bluish light, playing a sea wave sound. As described above, the elevator call device 130 may be implemented as an integrated device or as a separate device.
Further, the user may also evaluate the elevator ambience within the riding elevator car, based on which the elevator control system 120 may refine (i.e., further train) the elevator ambience model. For example, the elevator ambience model management module 124 may receive user input of an evaluation of the elevator ambience from the client 110. Such an evaluation may for example comprise whether the user likes the elevator ambience and, if the elevator ambience is not liked, what the user likes (including light and/or music) the elevator ambience. The elevator atmosphere model management module 124 further updates the elevator atmosphere model based on the user's evaluation, i.e. the elevator atmosphere model management module 124 further trains the elevator atmosphere model using the user information of the user and the favorite elevator atmosphere of the user as training input and training output, respectively.
It is understood that the elevator control system 120 according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by any computing system or server, such as a cloud server. In a cloud server embodiment, elevator control system 120 may be implemented on one or more cloud computing nodes, where each cloud computing node includes a respective computing system.
As described above, the elevator control system according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can provide a customer with a personalized elevator car, thereby bringing an improved experience to the user.
Fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an elevator system 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, an elevator system 300 can include the elevator control system 120, elevator call device 130, and elevator 140 described above. The elevator call device 130 can receive an elevator call request and elevator ambience information from the elevator control system 120 and call an elevator 140 (e.g., call elevator 140-2) based on the elevator call request and control the elevator ambience of the called elevator (e.g., elevator 140-2) based on the elevator ambience information. The called elevator (e.g., elevator 140-2) receives the call of the elevator call device 130 and applies a corresponding elevator ambiance in response to control of the elevator call device 130.
It is understood that the elevator call device 130 may be implemented as an integrated device or as a separate device. That is, the above-described functions of calling an elevator and controlling an elevator atmosphere of the elevator calling device 130 may be implemented by one device or may be implemented by separate devices. Thus, in one embodiment, the elevator call device 130 included in the elevator system 300 can receive an elevator call request and elevator ambience information from the elevator control system 120 and call an elevator 140 (e.g., call elevator 140-2) based on the elevator call request and control the elevator ambience of the called elevator (e.g., elevator 140-2) based on the elevator ambience information. In another embodiment, instead of the elevator call device 130, the elevator system 300 can include a call device 130-1 (not shown) for receiving an elevator call request from the elevator control system 120 and calling the elevator 140 (e.g., calling elevator 140-2) based on the elevator call request; the elevator system 300 may further comprise an ambience control device 130-2 (not shown) for receiving elevator ambience information from said elevator control system and controlling the elevator ambience of the called elevator, e.g. the elevator 140-2, based on the elevator ambience information. The present disclosure is not limited to the embodiment of the elevator call device 130.
In the case where multiple users issue elevator call requests sequentially (or simultaneously) in a short period of time, the elevator call device 130 may assign the same elevator to a portion of the multiple elevator call requests, meaning that the same assigned elevator may be controlled by multiple different elevator ambiance information generated by the elevator control system 120. In this case, in order to avoid discomfort to the user due to frequent use of different elevator atmospheres in the same elevator, it is necessary to control the use of the elevator atmosphere information in the elevator, and such control may be performed on the elevator 140 side or on the elevator calling device 130 side.
In the case where the above-described control is implemented on the elevator 140 side, for example, the called elevator (e.g., elevator 140-2) may not respond to the re-control of the elevator calling device 130 with a change in the elevator atmosphere for a predetermined time (e.g., one minute) after the corresponding elevator atmosphere is applied in response to the one-time control of the elevator calling device 130. That is, the called elevator applies a certain elevator atmosphere for a predetermined time before applying a new elevator atmosphere in response to the control of the elevator calling device 130.
In the case where the above-described control is implemented on the elevator calling device 130 side, for example, the elevator calling device 130 may not change the elevator atmosphere of the called elevator (e.g., the elevator 140-2) based on the newly received elevator atmosphere information within a predetermined time (e.g., one minute) after controlling the elevator atmosphere of the called elevator (e.g., the elevator 140-2) based on the elevator atmosphere information. That is, the elevator calling device 130 does not control the elevator atmosphere of the called elevator (e.g., the elevator 140-2) based on the subsequently received elevator atmosphere information for a predetermined time after controlling the called elevator (e.g., the elevator 140-2) to apply the corresponding elevator atmosphere.
As described above, the elevator system according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can provide a customer with a personalized elevator car, thereby bringing an improved experience to the user.
Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of an elevator control method 400 according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The elevator control method 400 may be applied to an elevator control system, such as the elevator control system 120 described above. The elevator control method 400 includes steps S410-S430. In step S410, an elevator call request and user information are received from a client. In step S420, elevator atmosphere information is generated using an elevator atmosphere model based on the user information. In step S430, the elevator call request and the elevator atmosphere information are sent to the elevator call device for the elevator call device to call the elevator based on the elevator call request and to control the elevator atmosphere of the called elevator based on the elevator atmosphere information. The above steps may be performed by any suitable hardware or hardware in combination with software of the elevator control system. For example, the elevator control system may include the above-described information acquisition module 121, the atmosphere information generation module 122, and the information delivery module 123. The step S410 may be performed by the information acquiring module 121, the step S420 may be performed by the ambience information generating module 122, and the step S430 may be performed by the information delivering module 123.
In one embodiment, the elevator atmosphere model may be an artificial intelligence neural network model.
In one embodiment, the elevator control method 400 may further comprise receiving from the client an evaluation of the elevator ambience entered by the user, and updating the elevator ambience model based on the evaluation. The above-described receiving evaluation and updating steps may also be performed by any suitable hardware or hardware in combination with software of the elevator control system, e.g. by the above-described elevator ambience management module 124.
In one embodiment, the user information may include one or more of an avatar, a nickname, a gender, a region in which the user is located, and a transmission time of the elevator call request.
In one embodiment, the elevator atmosphere may include at least one of light and music.
In one embodiment, the user information may be associated with personal information in the user's social software.
In one embodiment, the elevator control method 400 further includes obtaining a training set of user information and corresponding elevator ambience information, and training the artificial intelligent neural network model based on the training set. The above-described acquiring of the training set and the training steps may also be performed by any suitable hardware or hardware in combination with software of the elevator control system, e.g. by the above-described elevator ambience management module 124.
