Detailed Description
In addition, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a driver of a vehicle to leave a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S11, determining whether the vehicle satisfies a drivable condition;
for example, it is determined whether the vehicle is in a ready state (i.e., can drive), whether a gear of the vehicle is in a forward gear (D gear) or a reverse gear (R gear), and whether a handbrake of the vehicle is not used (e.g., the manual handbrake is not used, or the electronic handbrake system function is not activated);
step S12, judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition;
for example, whether the driver has an intention to leave the seat is determined. It is thus determined whether the door of the driving side is open, the seatbelt is not fastened, the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are not depressed, and the vehicle speed of the vehicle is less than a preset value (e.g., 3.5km/h, but not limited thereto).
And step S13, when the vehicle is judged to meet the driving condition and the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition, controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched to a parking gear.
For example, when it is determined that the vehicle is in a ready state, the gear of the vehicle is in the D range or the R range, the hand brake of the vehicle is not used, the door of the driving side is opened, the seat belt is not fastened, the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are not pressed, and the vehicle speed of the vehicle is less than a preset value, it is indicated that the vehicle can run, and the driver has an intention to leave, at which time, the control of the vehicle is easily lost, and thus the gear of the vehicle is controlled to be switched to the parking range (P range).
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method for driver off-position of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises:
step S21, determining whether the vehicle satisfies a drivable condition;
step S22, judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition;
specifically, step S21 and step S22 are the same as those in the previous embodiment, and are not repeated here.
And step S23, when the vehicle is judged to meet the driving condition and the driver off-position condition, controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched to a parking gear, sending a locking instruction to a parking gear locking mechanism, and controlling the torque of an engine to be cleared and the gear to be locked for a preset time.
For example, when it is determined that the vehicle satisfies the driving enabling condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver off-position enabling condition, in addition to controlling the shift position of the vehicle to be switched to the parking position as in the previous embodiment, a lock-up command is sent to the parking position lock mechanism (E-PARK), torque of the engine is controlled to be cleared, and the shift position is locked for a preset time (e.g., 2s, but not limited thereto), that is, a shift request of the shifter is not responded within the preset time.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method for driver off-position of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method further comprises:
step S31, determining whether the vehicle satisfies a drivable condition;
step S32, judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition;
step S33, when the vehicle is judged to meet the driving condition and the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition, controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched to a parking gear;
specifically, steps S31-S33 are the same as the above embodiments, and are not repeated here.
Step S34 of stopping controlling the shift position of the vehicle to be switched to the parking position when the vehicle satisfies the drivable condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver off-position condition;
for example, as described above, when the vehicle satisfies the travelable condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver off-location condition, the shift position of the vehicle is controlled to be switched to the P range in order to avoid losing control of the vehicle. However, if the driver still switches the P range to the D range or the R range, which indicates that there is a particular need for the driver, the vehicle still satisfies the driving conditions and the driver off-position conditions, but the shift range is not switched to the P range.
Step S35, judging whether the door of the driving side is closed;
and step S36, after judging that the door at the driving side is closed, re-judging whether the vehicle meets the driving condition and re-judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition, so as to control the gear of the vehicle to be switched into the parking gear when the vehicle meets the driving condition and the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition.
For example, if the door on the driving side is closed, and the driver off-position condition is not satisfied at this time, it indicates that the driver has no particular need, and therefore, the gear control function of the present invention may be reset, that is, it is determined again whether the vehicle satisfies the drivable condition and it is determined again whether the vehicle satisfies the driver off-position condition, so as to control the gear of the vehicle to be switched to the P gear when the next time the control of the vehicle is about to be lost.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a control device for controlling a driver of a vehicle to be out of position according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a determination unit 1 and a control unit 2, wherein the determination unit 1 is configured to: judging whether the vehicle meets a drivable condition; judging whether the vehicle meets the driver off-position condition; the control unit 2 is configured to control the gear of the vehicle to be switched to a parking gear when it is determined that the vehicle satisfies the drivable condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver off-position condition.
Further, the determining unit 1 is configured to: judging whether the vehicle is in a ready state, whether the gear of the vehicle is in a forward gear or a reverse gear and whether a hand brake of the vehicle is not used; and judging whether a vehicle door at a driving side is opened, whether a safety belt is not fastened, whether a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal are not stepped on and whether the vehicle speed is less than a preset value.
Further, the control unit 2 is configured to: and when the vehicle is judged to be in a ready state, the gear of the vehicle is in a forward gear or a reverse gear, a hand brake of the vehicle is not used, a door of a driving side is opened, a safety belt is not fastened, a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal are not stepped on, and the speed of the vehicle is smaller than a preset value, the gear of the vehicle is controlled to be switched to a parking gear.
Further, the control unit 2 is configured to: and when the vehicle is judged to meet the driving condition and the driver off-position condition, sending a locking instruction to a parking gear locking mechanism, and controlling the torque zero clearing of an engine and the preset time of a locked gear.
Further, the control unit 2 is configured to, after controlling the shift position of the vehicle to be switched to the parking position, stop controlling the shift position of the vehicle to be switched to the parking position when the vehicle satisfies the travelable condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver off-position condition; the determination unit 1 is configured to, after the control unit 2 determines that the door of the driving side is closed, re-determine whether the vehicle satisfies a travelable condition and re-determine whether the vehicle satisfies the driver disembarkable condition, so that the control unit 2 controls the gear of the vehicle to be switched to the parking gear when the vehicle satisfies the travelable condition and the vehicle satisfies the driver disembarkable condition.
The above-described embodiment of the control device for driver off-position of the vehicle is similar to the above-described embodiment of the control method for driver off-position of the vehicle, and is not repeated herein.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
