The invention relates to a vehicle component, and provides a vehicle seat, a backrest component thereof and a vehicle, wherein the backrest component comprises an upper assembly and a lower assembly, the lower assembly can rotate between a seat position and a bed seat position relative to a cushion part of the vehicle seat, the upper assembly can move between a first position and a second position relative to the lower assembly, in the first position, a front surface of the upper assembly is smoothly connected with a front surface of the lower assembly, and in the second position, the upper assembly is protruded relative to a rear surface of the lower assembly. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle component, in particular to a backrest assembly of a vehicle seat, and to a vehicle.
Background
When a user drives a vehicle out and needs to rest, if a rest place cannot be found, the user needs to rest in the vehicle, and therefore a bed body structure for rest needs to be built in the vehicle.
In the prior art, the bed body is generally formed by flatly placing the backrest of the front row seat towards the rear, or an air mattress is arranged on the rear row seat. The size of the bed body structure that these modes formed is not enough, is difficult to satisfy the higher crowd's of height rest demand.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a backrest assembly of a vehicle seat, so as to solve the problem of insufficient size of the vehicle seat after being converted into a bed body.

a backrest assembly for a vehicle seat, wherein the backrest assembly comprises an upper assembly and a lower assembly, the lower assembly being rotatable relative to a cushion portion of the vehicle seat about a horizontal first axis of rotation between an upwardly projecting seat position and a forwardly projecting bed position, the upper assembly being movable relative to the lower assembly between a first position corresponding to the seat position in which a front surface of the upper assembly is smoothly connected with a front surface of the lower assembly, and a second position corresponding to the bed position in which the upper assembly is raised relative to a rear surface of the lower assembly.
Further, in the first position, the upper assembly and the lower assembly are engaged with each other, and in the second position, the upper assembly and the lower assembly are spaced apart from each other.
Further, the rear surface of the lower assembly is provided with a support plate that is movable between a third position abutting the rear surface of the lower assembly and a fourth position extending from the lower assembly to the upper assembly.
Further, one of the upper assembly and the lower assembly is provided with a rotating shaft extending from the upper assembly toward the lower assembly, and the other is provided with a sleeve capable of accommodating the rotating shaft to rotate.

The backrest module and the substantially horizontally disposed seat cushion are coupled to each other to form a vehicle seat, and the backrest module may be coupled to a rear side of the seat cushion to provide support for a back of a seated person.
In this solution, referring to fig. 1, the backrest module comprises an upper assembly 1 at the upper part and a lower assembly 2 at the lower part, wherein the lower assembly 2 can rotate around a first rotation axis relative to the seat cushion part, i.e. the backrest module rotates around the first rotation axis. Wherein the lower assembly 2 is in a seat position when extended upwardly, allowing an occupant to sit on the seat cushion and be supported on the back assembly; when the lower assembly 2 is rotated to the forwardly extending bed-chair position, its rear surface can serve as a bed surface for supporting a passenger upwardly, i.e. the backrest assembly occupies the space originally occupied by the passenger in the sitting position to form a bed structure, and in particular the rear side of the seat is provided with other support structures which can form a bed body of larger size together with the backrest assembly. Further, the rear surface of the lower assembly 2 is provided with a support plate 3 movable between a third position attached to the rear surface of the lower assembly 2 and a fourth position extending from the lower assembly 2 to the upper assembly 1. As shown in figure 4, the support plate 3 is attached to the lower assembly 2 and is in a third position, as shown in figure 2, when the upper assembly 1 is extended relative to the lower assembly 2 and is spaced from the lower assembly 2, the support plate 3 can be moved to the spacing between the upper assembly 1 and the lower assembly 2 to form part of a bed to provide upward support for a user. The supporting plate 3 can be connected to the lower assembly 2 in a sliding or rotating manner, and correspondingly, a sliding rail or rotating shaft structure is arranged on the lower assembly 2; and a structure, such as a snap structure or a magnetic attraction structure, which can be attached to the support plate 3 is provided on the lower assembly 2, so that the support plate 3 can be stably held at the third position.
In addition, one of the upper assembly 1 and the lower assembly 2 is provided with a rotation shaft 4 extending from the upper assembly 1 toward the lower assembly 2, and the other is provided with a bushing 5 capable of accommodating the rotation shaft 4 to rotate. As shown in fig. 3, the pivot shaft 4 is located close to the rear surface of the lower assembly 2, so that the front surface and the rear surface of the upper assembly 1 are flush with the front surface and the rear surface of the lower assembly 2, respectively, when in the first position, and protrude with respect to the rear surface of the lower assembly 2 when pivoted to the second position, in which configuration the front surface of the upper assembly 1 can be used to support the head of an occupant in both the first position and the second position. In other embodiments, the rotating shaft 4 may not be provided with a rotating guide rib, and the distance between the upper assembly 1 and the lower assembly 2 is kept constant when the upper assembly rotates around the rotating shaft 4 relative to the lower assembly.
In other embodiments, the upper assembly 1 may be arranged to move in a forward-rearward direction relative to the lower assembly 2, and likewise may be such that the front surface of the upper assembly 1 is flush with the front surface of the lower assembly 2 when in the first position, and the rear surface thereof projects relative to the rear surface of the lower assembly 2 when moved rearwardly to the second position, to act as a head-supporting pillow.
Further, a spiral guide rib 6 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 4, and a slide groove for accommodating the guide rib 6 is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 5. In this configuration, as the upper assembly 1 rotates relative to the lower assembly 2 about the axis of rotation 4, the guide ribs 6 slide in the slide slots, which allows the upper assembly 1 to be extended or retracted relative to the lower assembly 2, allowing the upper assembly 1 to engage the lower assembly 2 in a first position and be spaced from the lower assembly 2 in a second position. In other embodiments, the rotating shaft 4 may be caused to move axially relative to the upper assembly 1 or the lower assembly 2, such that the upper assembly 1 may be moved directly relative to the lower assembly 2 toward the lower assembly 2 or away from the lower assembly 2.
Wherein one of the upper assembly 1 and the lower assembly 2 is provided with a locking member extending from the upper assembly 1 towards the lower assembly 2, and the other is provided with a first locking structure and a second locking structure spaced along the first axis of rotation, the first locking structure locking the locking member in the first position and the second locking structure locking the locking member in the second position. By the engagement of the locking member with the first locking structure or the second locking structure, the lower assembly 2 and the upper assembly 1 can be locked to each other, preventing the upper assembly 1 from rotating relative to the lower assembly 2, so that the upper assembly 1 is stably held in the first position or the second position.
Wherein said locking member comprises a lock shaft 7 extending from said upper assembly 1 to said lower assembly 2, said first locking structure comprises a first clamping member 8, said second locking structure comprises a second clamping member 9, in said first position said first clamping member 8 clamps said lock shaft 7, in said second position said second clamping member 9 clamps said lock shaft 7. As shown in fig. 4, the lock shaft 7 is disposed on the lower assembly 2, and the first clamping member 8 and the second clamping member 9 are disposed on the upper assembly 1, but of course, the lock shaft 7 may also be disposed on the upper assembly 1, and the first clamping member 8 and the second clamping member 9 are disposed on the lower assembly 2, and both the first clamping member 8 and the second clamping member 9 are clamping structures capable of being unlocked and opened. Wherein the lock shaft 7 is substantially parallel to the rotation axis 4, it may be fixed to the upper assembly 1 by means of a first clamping member 8 or a second clamping member 9, thereby restricting the rotation of the upper assembly 1 relative to the lower assembly 2 around the rotation axis 4. In other embodiments, the lock shaft 7 may be in the form of an axial movement, and the first and second locking structures may be bushings or holes that allow the lock shaft 7 to be axially inserted or withdrawn, which may also have the effect of locking the upper assembly 1 to the lower assembly.

Claims (10)
1. A backrest assembly of a vehicle seat, characterized in that it comprises an upper assembly (1) and a lower assembly (2), said lower assembly (2) being rotatable relative to a cushion portion of the vehicle seat about a horizontal first axis of rotation between an upwardly projecting seat position and a forwardly projecting bed seat position, said upper assembly (1) being movable relative to said lower assembly (2) between a first position corresponding to said seat position, in which a front surface of said upper assembly (1) is in smooth connection with a front surface of said lower assembly (2), and a second position corresponding to said bed seat position, in which said upper assembly (1) is projecting relative to a rear surface of said lower assembly (2).
2. The backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 1, characterized in that in the first position the upper assembly (1) and the lower assembly (2) are engaged with each other and in the second position the upper assembly (1) and the lower assembly (2) are spaced from each other.
3. Backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 2, characterized in that the rear surface of the lower assembly (2) is provided with a support plate (3) movable between a third position abutting the rear surface of the lower assembly (2) and a fourth position extending from the lower assembly (2) to the upper assembly (1).

Backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the upper assembly (1) and the lower assembly (2) is provided with a rotation shaft (4) extending from the upper assembly (1) towards the lower assembly (2), the other being provided with a bushing (5) able to accommodate the rotation shaft (4) in rotation.

The backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 4, characterized in that a spiral-shaped guide rib (6) is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft (4), and a slide groove for receiving the guide rib (6) is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the boss (5).

Backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 2, characterized in that one of the upper assembly (1) and the lower assembly (2) is provided with a lock extending from the upper assembly (1) towards the lower assembly (2), the other one being provided with a first locking structure and a second locking structure spaced along the first axis of rotation, in the first position the first locking structure locking the lock, and in the second position the second locking structure locking the lock.
7. Backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 6, characterized in that said locking member comprises a lock shaft (7) extending from said upper assembly (1) towards said lower assembly (2), said first locking structure comprising a first clamping member (8) and said second locking structure comprising a second clamping member (9), said first clamping member (8) clamping said lock shaft (7) in said first position and said second clamping member (9) clamping said lock shaft (7) in said second position.
8. The backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle seat is a rear seat and the rear surface of the lower assembly (2) in the bed seat position is engageable with an upper surface of a spare tire cover (10) of a vehicle.
9. A vehicle seat, characterized in that it is provided with a backrest assembly of a vehicle seat according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. A vehicle, characterized in that the vehicle is provided with the vehicle seat of claim 9.
