In the step of moving the spray head 120 to the periphery of the insulator to be washed, the height of the water supply assembly 110 is adjusted by the scissor 320, the height of the cantilever assembly 220 is adjusted by the vertical lifting assembly 210, and then the position of the spray head 120 is adjusted by rotating the telescopic rod 222 and stretching. In the sub-step of aligning the shower head 120 toward and with the insulator to be washed, the tilt angle of the shower head 120 is adjusted by the opening member 230 so that the shower head 120 is aligned with the insulator. And after water is supplied to the spray head 120, the washing operation is performed until the insulator washing is completed, and water is supplied to the spray head 120 through the water supply assembly 110 so as to wash the insulator.
Referring to fig. 5, preferably, the present invention further provides an insulator cleaning method, including the following steps:
s1: initializing an electric control system: returning the positioning mechanism 200, the lifting mechanism 300 and the waterway adjusting device 100 to zero positions, and initializing various data on an operation interface 620 of the remote control device 600;
s2: inputting a control command: a controller for inputting a control command through the remote control device 600 and transmitting the control command to the control device 500;
s3: the controller analyzes the command: the controller analyzes the task-level control command and sends the task-level control command to the driving unit;
s4: the drive unit controls the allocation: the driving unit controls and manages the positioning mechanism 200, the lifting mechanism 300 and the waterway adjusting device 100;
s5, positioning movement of the positioning mechanism 200: when the vertical lifting component 210, the rotating device 218 and the telescopic rod 222 act, the opening and closing component 230 at the end of the positioning mechanism 200 is driven to realize lifting, pitching and telescopic motions, so that the positioning motion of the nozzle 120 component installed on the opening and closing component 230 is realized;
s6, lifting and lowering movement of the lifting mechanism 300: when the scissor truck 320 of the lifting mechanism 300 lifts, the lifting platform 310 is driven to do linear lifting motion, so that the function of height matching with the water supply assembly 110 is realized;
s7: the waterway regulation device 100 is started, stopped and pressure-regulated: when the high-pressure cleaning pump 112 of the waterway adjusting device 100 receives the switching signal of the control device 500, the high-pressure cleaning pump 112 is driven to start and stop, and when the pressure regulating valve of the waterway adjusting device 100 is controlled, the water outlet pressure of the nozzle 120 is adjusted;
s8: cleaning state monitoring: an operator observes the real-time image through the operation interface 620 of the remote control device 600 and judges the condition of the completion of the insulator cleaning state of the spray head 120;
s9, repeatedly executing: S2-S7 actions;
and S10, finishing the cleaning task: and completing the insulator cleaning task.

Claims (10)

1. An insulator cleaning machine, comprising:
the water path adjusting device comprises a water supply assembly and a spray head, and the water supply assembly is used for supplying water to the spray head;
the spray head is connected with the positioning mechanism, and the positioning mechanism is used for adjusting the position and the orientation of the spray head; and
the lifting mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the water supply assembly.
2. The insulator cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism includes a vertical lift assembly and a boom assembly, one end of the boom assembly being connected to the vertical lift assembly, the spray head being connected to the other end of the boom assembly, the vertical lift assembly being adapted to adjust the height of the boom assembly.
3. The insulator cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein the boom assembly includes a telescoping rod, one end of the telescoping rod is pivotally connected to the vertical lift assembly, the spray head is connected to the other end of the telescoping rod, and the telescoping rod is configured to drive the spray head away from or toward the vertical lift assembly.

The insulator cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein the cantilever assembly further comprises a retractable support rod, one end of the support rod is connected to the retractable rod, and the other end of the support rod is connected to the vertical lifting assembly and spaced from the end of the retractable rod connected to the vertical lifting assembly.

The insulator cleaning machine according to claim 4, wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises an opening and closing member, the opening and closing member is connected to one end of the telescopic rod, which is far away from the vertical lifting assembly, the spray head is connected to the telescopic rod through the opening and closing member, and the opening and closing member is used for adjusting the orientation of the spray head.

The insulator cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the water supply assembly comprises a high-pressure cleaning pump, a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline, the high-pressure cleaning pump is fixedly connected to the lifting mechanism, the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the high-pressure cleaning pump to supply water to the high-pressure cleaning pump, one end of the water outlet pipeline is communicated with the high-pressure cleaning pump, the other end of the water outlet pipeline is communicated with the spray head, and the high-pressure cleaning pump is used for supplying water to the spray head in a pressurizing mode.

The insulator cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting platform, a scissor truck and a driving device, the lifting platform is fixedly connected to a lifting end of the scissor truck, the water supply assembly is fixedly connected to the lifting platform, and the driving device is used for driving the scissor truck to perform lifting movement.

The insulator cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a camera device and a control device, wherein the camera device is connected to the positioning mechanism and used for shooting a washing position of the spray head, the control device is electrically connected with the water supply assembly, the positioning mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the camera device respectively, and the control device is used for receiving information transmitted by the camera device and controlling the water supply assembly, the positioning mechanism and the lifting mechanism to operate.
9. The insulator cleaning machine of claim 8, further comprising a remote control device for sending control commands to the control device.
10. The insulator cleaning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
moving the water supply assembly to the height of the insulator to be rinsed;
independently moving the spray head to the periphery of the insulator to be washed;
independently adjusting the direction of the spray head and aligning the spray head to the insulator to be washed;
and after water is supplied to the spray head, flushing work is carried out until the insulator is flushed.
