Abstract

一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,安装在一跑步机上,并穿置在一呈封闭轨迹转动的跑步带之间,包括有一木质基板、一耐磨薄层、以及一散热弹性层,其中,该耐磨薄层位于该木质基板上方,并设有贯通该耐磨薄层的上散热孔,该散热弹性层设置于该木质基板与耐磨薄层之间并设有多个贯穿该散热弹性层的顶、底面的散热孔,且该顶、底面形成有贯通该散热弹性层侧周缘的多个内凹流道,使该散热弹性层分别与耐磨薄层、木质基板之间形成有流通空间,同时,该内凹流道交集并贯通该散热孔上、下端;借此,当运动者踩踏跑步板时,借由压缩该散热弹性层,将热气由该散热孔经由该内凹流道排出该散热弹性层侧周缘之外,达到跑步板导流排气散热的实用目的。

具导流排气散热的跑步板
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,借由散热孔与内凹流道之间的交集贯通,将热气导流排出,达到导流排气散热的实用目的。
背景技术
跑步机的跑步带是在跑步板上呈封闭轨迹循环转动,供运动者在跑步板上不断地重力踩踏,由于跑步带、滚筒及跑步板之间长时间摩擦,使得跑步带与跑步板相互快速磨损而缩短其使用寿命,并且导致跑步带与跑步板表层之间摩擦阻力加大,增加马达电流负担,进而影响整个电子系统。因此,(1)、业者会利用纺织编织或塑料材料制造出耐滑带,并贴合于跑步带的内侧面;或者,在跑步板顶面贴固一美耐皿层,虽能较解决摩擦力的问题,但却有摩擦产生高温的问题。(2)、亦有业者在跑步板上贴一层耐磨耐高温的表层后,并在该表层上喷涂润滑油或腊,使跑步带与跑步板之间能够更滑顺降低磨擦力,以免因长时间摩擦产生阻力及高温。但,此种使用方式在使用一段时间后会因为润滑油或腊消失后需再由使用者添加。然而,大多数使用者使用一段时间后都会忘记补充,显然对使用者是极不方便且不合理的。
是以,如何开发一种有别于传统跑步机的跑步板,使跑步板具有散热的效果,相关业界所需努力研发的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,将跑步带与跑步板表层之间摩擦阻力产生的高温由该散热孔经由内凹流道,并排出该散热弹性层侧周缘之外,并使空气于该散热孔与内凹流道持续循环地排出与吸入,产生类似气垫的透气效果,使跑步板更具舒压性与柔软松弹,进而提升吸震缓冲效率。
为达上述目的,本发明一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,安装在一跑步机上,并穿置在一呈封闭轨迹转动的跑步带之间,其特征在于:包括:
一木质基板;
一耐磨薄层,位于该木质基板上方,并设有贯通该耐磨薄层的上散热孔;
一散热弹性层,设置于该木质基板与耐磨薄层之间,该散热弹性层具有一与该耐磨薄层相抵触的顶面、以及一与该木质基板相抵触的底面,并该散热弹性层设有多个贯穿该顶、底面的散热孔,该散热孔以垂直方向设置,且该顶、底面形成有贯通该散热弹性层侧周缘的多个内凹流道,使该散热弹性层分别与耐磨薄层、木质基板之间形成有流通空间,同时,该内凹流道交集并贯通该散热孔上、下端。
本发明的功效在于:当运动者踩踏跑步板时并压缩该散热弹性层时,可将热气由该散热孔经由该内凹流道,并排出该散热弹性层侧周缘之外,达到跑步板导流排气散热的实用目的;同时,借由反复地压缩、释放该散热弹性层,使空气于该散热孔与内凹流道持续循环地排出与吸入,产生类似气垫的透气效果,使跑步板更具舒压性与柔软松弹,进而提升吸震缓冲效率的目的。

具体实施方式
请综合参阅图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,安装在一跑步机上,并穿置在一呈封闭轨迹转动的跑步带之间,包括:
一木质基板10;
一耐磨薄层20,位于该木质基板10上方,并设有贯通该耐磨薄层20的上散热孔21;
一散热弹性层30,为发泡材料,并设置于该木质基板10与耐磨薄层20之间,该散热弹性层30具有一与该耐磨薄层20相抵触的顶面301、以及一与该木质基板10相抵触的底面302,并该散热弹性层30设有多个垂直贯穿该顶面301、底面302的散热孔31,且该顶、底面301、302形成有贯通该散热弹性层30侧周缘的多个内凹流道32,使该散热弹性层30分别与耐磨薄层20、木质基板10之间形成有横向的流通空间35、33,同时,该内凹流道32呈直线状态且其横截面呈凹弧面,并交集贯通该散热孔31上、下端。
其中,如图3所示,多个内凹流道32之间呈相邻的不规则排列。
借由上述的结构、组成设计,兹就本发明的各种实施方式说明如下:
当运动者踩踏跑步板并持续反复压缩散热弹性层30时,除了将热气由散热孔31上、下端经由该顶、底面301、302的内凹流道32形成的流通空间35、33排出该散热弹性层30侧周缘之外;同时,也将热气由散热孔31上端经由该耐磨薄层20的上散热孔21排出。
借上述具体实施例的结构,可得到下述的效益:
(一)、将热气由该散热孔31经由该内凹流道32形成的流通空间35、33后,再排出该散热弹性层30侧周缘之外、也可将热气由散热孔31上端经由该耐磨薄层20的上散热孔21排出,达到跑步板导流排气散热的实用目的。
(二)、当运动者踩踏跑步板时,借由反复地压缩、释放该散热弹性层30,使空气于该上散热孔21、散热孔31与内凹流道32形成的流通空间35、33流动并持续循环地排出与吸入(排出热空气与吸入冷空气),产生类似气垫的透气效果,使跑步板更具流动式导流排气散热、舒压性与柔软松弹,进而提升吸震缓冲效率的目的。
综上所述,本发明确能有效解决常见结构缺陋,并能为所属技术领域中普通知识者所理解而轻易实施,惟以上所述,仅为本发明的一较佳实施例而已,当不能以之限定本发明实施的范围;即大凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种具导流排气散热的跑步板,安装在一跑步机上,并穿置在一呈封闭轨迹转动的跑步带之间,其特征在于:包括:
一木质基板;
一耐磨薄层,位于该木质基板上方,并设有贯通该耐磨薄层的上散热孔;
一散热弹性层,并设置于该木质基板与耐磨薄层之间,该散热弹性层具有一与该耐磨薄层相抵触的顶面、以及一与该木质基板相抵触的底面,并该散热弹性层设有多个贯穿该顶、底面的散热孔,该散热孔以垂直方向设置,且该顶、底面形成有贯通该散热弹性层侧周缘的多个内凹流道,使该散热弹性层分别与耐磨薄层、木质基板之间形成有流通空间,同时,该内凹流道交集并贯通该散热孔上、下端。
2.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,该散热弹性层为发泡材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,多个内凹流道呈相邻的横向规则排列。
4.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,多个内凹流道呈相邻的直向规则排列。
5.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,多个内凹流道呈相邻的不规则排列。
6.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,该内凹流道的横截面呈凹弧面。
7.如权利要求1所述的具导流排气散热的跑步板,其特征在于:其中,该内凹流道呈直线的结构形态。
