Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail. However, these examples are exemplary, and the invention is not limited thereto, but rather by the scope of the claims.
In the chemical formulae of the present specification, unless a specific definition is otherwise provided, when a chemical bond is not drawn at a position that should be given, the hydrogen bonds at the position.
In this embodiment, the emulsifier includes lecithin (Lecithine) and Acrylic polymer. In addition, the acrylic polymer includes carbomer, ionic copolymer or a combination thereof, and the lecithin and the acrylic polymer are in powder form, so that the emulsifier of the embodiment achieves the conditions of optimizing the emulsification range, the acid-base tolerance and the consistency range by using the acrylic polymer including carbomer, ionic copolymer or a combination thereof, thereby having the advantage of emulsification. In addition, the lecithin and the acrylic polymer used as the emulsifier are in powder form, so that the emulsifier can be used conveniently. Further, the acrylic polymer is easy to operate in the whole process and in some embodiments, compared to the conventional system, the emulsifier: the oil is about 1:5 to 10, the emulsifier of this example can reach the emulsifier: the oil is about 1: 50, and thus has an advantage in emulsification, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the emulsifying power of the emulsifier may be determined according to the actual design requirements as long as the emulsifying power is superior to that of the emulsifier: the oil ratio is 1:5, which belongs to the protection scope of the invention. Furthermore, the powdered emulsifier can be easily weighed, taken and stored due to the solid characteristic, so compared with the traditional aqueous solution type acrylic emulsifier, the emulsifier of the invention has the advantages of convenient use and lower carbon emission in production, manufacture, transportation and storage, can solve the problem of layered precipitation of the water-containing liquid acrylic emulsifier for a long time, and ensures that the product manufactured by the emulsifier can be maintained in a high-quality state every time. In addition, the use of lecithin can effectively improve the permeability of the emulsifier of the present invention, for example, in a permeability experiment, even a large molecular weight molecule has 11% of permeability effect after six hours due to the presence of the emulsifier of this embodiment, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the emulsifier of the present embodiment may form an emulsion (liquid) together with alcohol, or the emulsifier of the present embodiment may form an emulsion (milky) together with alcohol and sweet almond oil, and when the emulsion including alcohol is applied to a skin care composition (such as a cosmetic or a hand cream) contacting skin, a protective film may be formed on the skin, so that irritation may be relieved to have a protection and repair function on the skin, and the milky emulsion may have a better moisturizing effect. In addition, because the alcohol has the effects of sterilization, disinfection and drying, and the emulsifier component has the effects of moistening and promoting repair of epidermal tissues, the skin care composition can be applied to the skin of pets in addition to the human skin, and can relieve or reduce the conditions of interdigital inflammation, foot ball friction thick skin and the like of the pets, but the invention is not limited to the condition, and the emulsifier in the embodiment can also be applied to other products which do not contact with the skin.

Formula (2)
In some embodiments, the carbomer is crosslinked, the ionic copolymer is crosslinked, or a combination of the carbomer and the ionic copolymer is crosslinked, for example, the different above-mentioned branches in the carbomer, the ionic copolymer, or a combination thereof are crosslinked (crosslink) with monomers that form in their hydrated or ionic state and polymerize into Random copolymers or Block polymers, wherein the invention is not limited to the joining of specific branches or molecules, which can be any suitable branching or molecular joining within the carbomer, within the ionic copolymer, or between the carbomer and the ionic copolymer. Here, the hydrated state may be slightly polarized in a polar solution state, such as slightly positive or slightly negative, and the ionic state is a state in which a functional group is obtained by obtaining or losing hydrogen, such as COOH group is obtained by losing hydrogen, so that the molecule in the hydrated state or ionic state may be reacted, polymerized and crosslinked, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Further, the random polymer is a polymer in which two structural units A and B appear at random as shown in the following formula (3), and the block polymer is a polymer composed of a long segment having only the structural unit A and a long segment having only the structural unit B as shown in the following formula (4).
Formula (3)
-A-B-B-B-A-B-A-B-A-A- (3)。
Formula (4)
-B-B-B-B-B-A-A-A-A-A-(4)。
It should be noted that the viscosity and pH of the ionic copolymer are not limited in the present invention, and can be determined according to the actual design requirements.
In some embodiments, the acrylic polymer has a molecular weight of 106To 109But the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the acryl-based polymer includes 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer (2-acrylamidodo-2-methyl-propane sulfonic acid copolymer), Ethyl-2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer (Ethyl-2-acrylamidodo-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer), 2-Acrylamido-2, 3-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer (2-acrylamidodo-2, 3-methyl-propane sulfonic acid copolymer), or Poly [ 2-acrylamidodo-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-co-propylene ] (Poly [ 2-acrylamidodo-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid-co-propylene ]), but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the weight ratio of the acrylic polymer to the emulsifier is between 50% and 100%.
In summary, the emulsifier of the present invention achieves the conditions of optimizing the emulsification range, acid-base tolerance and consistency range by using the acrylic polymer comprising carbomer, ionic copolymer or a combination thereof, thereby having advantages in emulsification. Furthermore, as the lecithin and the acrylic polymer used in the emulsifier are in powder form, compared with the traditional aqueous solution acrylic emulsifier, the emulsifier of the invention has the advantages of convenient use and lower carbon emission in production, manufacture, transportation and storage, can solve the problem of layering and precipitation of the water-containing liquid acrylic emulsifier for a long time, and ensures that the product manufactured by the emulsifier can be maintained in a high-quality state every time. In addition, the use of lecithin can effectively improve the permeability of the emulsifier. On the other hand, the emulsifier of the present invention is effective in improving the condition of rich hands when mixed with alcohol.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
