For a wet-dry cleaning device, the mode of injecting clean water into the cleaning member at present may include two modes, i.e., injecting the clean water into the cleaning member by a user according to needs and injecting the clean water into the cleaning member by a cleaning device according to a preset program. Wherein, when the cleaning device needs the user to pour the clear water into the cleaning member as required, the cleaning device can be provided with a water tank and a control button. The user can press the control button each time fresh water needs to be injected. Each time the control button is pressed, the cleaning device can control the water tank to inject a preset amount of water into the cleaning member. When the cleaning equipment needs to be filled with clean water according to a preset program, the cleaning equipment can start a preset water filling program when a user uses the cleaning equipment to start cleaning operation, and water is filled into the cleaning piece regularly and quantitatively according to the preset program.
However, if the cleaning piece needs to be added with water every time, the user needs to press the control button, and the problems of poor automation effect and poor user experience exist. And, rely on the user to judge the water content of cleaning member, there is the problem that judges the accuracy poor, leads to easily that cleaning performance is poor. If the cleaning member carries out the water injection according to preset program, then the water injection process is too mechanical, has the problem that can't combine together with the actual water content of cleaning member, leads to the problem that the cleaning member water content is too much or too little easily. Further, a problem of poor cleaning effect is easily caused.
In view of the above problems, the inventors propose a method for a cleaning apparatus to acquire a water content and a target liquid content interval of a cleaning member. After cleaning device acquires the water content of cleaning member, can be directly according to the water content of this cleaning member, carry out accurate regulation and control to the water content of cleaning member. Meanwhile, the cleaning device can also determine the target liquid content according to the cleaning property. The use of this target liquid content can help the cleaning device to determine the different requirements of the cleaning member for the water content under different cleaning properties, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device.
The technical means of the present application will be described in detail with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a scene schematic diagram of a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus 1 is an apparatus commonly used for cleaning of daily use, such as a mop, an electric mop, a vacuum cleaner, and the like. At least one cleaning member 11 may be included in the second cleaning apparatus. Wherein, the cleaning piece 11 is a component for cleaning on the cleaning device 1 and is positioned at the bottom of the cleaning device. The cleaning element 11 may be a mop swab of an electric mop, a roller brush of a vacuum cleaner, etc. When the cleaning elements 11 are mops, the cleaning device 1 may comprise one or more mops, i.e. may comprise one or more cleaning elements 11. The cleaning device 1 may also include a memory and a processor. Wherein the processor is adapted to replenish the cleaning member 11 with liquid in accordance with the liquid content of the cleaning member 11 and the target liquid content when a user performs cleaning using the cleaning apparatus 1.
In the present application, a cleaning apparatus is taken as an execution subject, and a control method of the cleaning apparatus of the following embodiment is executed. Specifically, the execution body may be a hardware device of the cleaning device, or a software application implementing the following embodiments in the cleaning device, or a computer-readable storage medium installed with the software application implementing the following embodiments, or code of the software application implementing the following embodiments.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a control method of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, with the cleaning device as the main implementation body, the method of this embodiment may include the following steps:
s101, historical cleaning information of the cleaning device is read from a memory of the cleaning device, and the historical cleaning information comprises a cleaning process of the last cleaning.
In this embodiment, the memory of the cleaning device stores historical cleaning information of the cleaning device in the last cleaning process. The historical cleaning information in the last cleaning process comprises information such as cleaning flow, cleaning time and the like.
S102, according to historical cleaning information, first liquid injection information of the cleaning piece is determined, the first liquid injection information is used for indicating liquid injection information of cleaning liquid injected into the cleaning piece for the first time before cleaning operation is started, and the first liquid injection information comprises a liquid injection indication and a target liquid injection amount.
In this embodiment, the cleaning apparatus can determine the current liquid content of the cleaning member based on the historical cleaning information. And then, the cleaning equipment determines first liquid injection information of the cleaning piece according to the current liquid content of the cleaning piece. The first liquid injection information is used for indicating whether the cleaning piece needs cleaning liquid injected into the cleaning piece or not before the cleaning device starts to perform cleaning operation. When the cleaning device needs to inject the cleaning liquid into the cleaning member, the first liquid injection information further includes a target liquid injection amount of the cleaning liquid that needs to be injected into the cleaning member.
In one example, when the completion node of the cleaning process of the last cleaning is drying, it is determined that the liquid injection instruction is required to inject liquid and the target liquid injection amount is the first liquid injection amount.
In this example, the cleaning device may obtain a cleaning flow of the cleaning device from the cleaning base station. The cleaning process includes cleaning nodes completed by the cleaning device. When the cleaning apparatus completes a wash node including drying, the cleaning apparatus may determine that the cleaning member is in a dry state. In this case, the liquid content of the cleaning elements during the cleaning process can be brought to a predetermined liquid content. The cleaning device is required to inject a first shot of cleaning liquid into the cleaning member before starting the cleaning operation so that the water content of the cleaning member can reach a preset liquid content. At this time, the cleaning apparatus determines the first shot amount as a target shot amount.
The first injection amount may be 65 seconds.
In another example, when a node of a cleaning process of the last cleaning is cleaning, it is determined that liquid injection is not required.
In this example, the cleaning process acquired by the cleaning apparatus from the cleaning base station includes each cleaning node completed by the cleaning apparatus. When the cleaning device completes a wash node including wash and not including dry, the cleaning device may determine that the cleaning members are in a wet state. The cleaning device can determine that the liquid content of the cleaning member can reach a predetermined liquid content. At this time, the cleaning device may determine that the first filling information of the cleaning device indicates that the cleaning liquid does not need to be filled.
Alternatively, the cleaning apparatus may determine the liquid content of the cleaning member from the rinse node. The cleaning device can determine the liquid injection amount required to be replenished according to the liquid content of the cleaning piece. At this time, the cleaning device may determine that the first filling information of the cleaning device indicates that the cleaning liquid needs to be filled. And the cleaning equipment can determine a third liquid injection amount to be injected according to the liquid content of the cleaning piece and the preset liquid content. The cleaning device determines that the third pour amount is the target pour amount.
The first injection amount may be 25 seconds.
And S103, when the liquid injection instruction indicates that liquid injection is required, controlling a liquid storage device of the cleaning equipment to inject cleaning liquid into the cleaning piece according to the target liquid injection amount.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning apparatus has determined a target pour amount of cleaning liquid that one cleaning member needs to pour in, according to the above-described steps. The cleaning device can control the liquid storage device to inject the cleaning liquid with the target liquid injection amount into the cleaning member. The liquid storage device can be provided with a valve. The cleaning device can control the amount of cleaning liquid injected into the cleaning member by the liquid storage device by controlling the valve.
According to the control method of the cleaning device, historical cleaning information of the cleaning device in the last cleaning process is stored in the memory of the cleaning device. The cleaning device can determine the current liquid content of the cleaning members based on the historical cleaning information. And then, the cleaning equipment determines first liquid injection information of the cleaning piece according to the current liquid content of the cleaning piece. The first liquid injection information is liquid injection information indicating that the cleaning member injects the cleaning liquid for the first time before starting to perform the cleaning operation. The first liquid injection information comprises a liquid injection instruction and a target liquid injection amount. The cleaning device can control the liquid storage device to inject the cleaning liquid with the target liquid injection amount into the cleaning member. In this application, through acquireing historical washing information, the current water content of cleaning member has been confirmed to confirm whether need inject cleaning fluid and inject cleaning fluid's target injection volume, make the cleaning fluid in the cleaning member can supply according to actual conditions, avoid the too much and too little condition of liquid content, improve cleaning device's clean efficiency.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a control method of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, with the cleaning apparatus as the main execution body, the method of this embodiment may include the following steps:
s201, reading historical cleaning information of the cleaning device from a memory of the cleaning device, wherein the historical cleaning information comprises a cleaning process of the last cleaning.
S202, according to the historical cleaning information, determining first liquid injection information of the cleaning piece, wherein the first liquid injection information is used for indicating the liquid injection information of the cleaning piece for injecting the cleaning liquid for the first time before the cleaning piece starts to execute the cleaning operation, and the first liquid injection information comprises a liquid injection indication and a target liquid injection amount.
And S203, when the liquid injection instruction indicates that liquid injection is required, controlling a liquid storage device of the cleaning equipment to inject cleaning liquid into the cleaning piece according to the target liquid injection amount.
Steps S201 to S203 are similar to steps S101 to S103 in the embodiment of fig. 2, and are not described again in this embodiment.
S204, second liquid injection information is obtained according to the current working mode of the cleaning equipment, the working mode is one of the cleaning modes, and the second liquid injection information comprises a liquid injection period and a second liquid injection amount.
In this embodiment, when the cleaning apparatus starts to perform the cleaning operation, the working mode of the cleaning operation is acquired. The cleaning device may determine second priming information of the cleaning device during execution of the cleaning operation according to the operation mode. Wherein the cleaning apparatus may comprise a plurality of cleaning modes. When the cleaning apparatus starts to perform a cleaning operation, a user needs to select one cleaning mode as an operation mode from a plurality of cleaning modes of the cleaning apparatus. The second liquid injection information may include a liquid injection period and a second liquid injection amount. The liquid injection period is used for indicating that the cleaning device needs to inject cleaning liquid into the cleaning piece periodically during cleaning operation, so that the stability of the liquid content of the cleaning piece is guaranteed.
In one example, the specific step of acquiring the second liquid injection information by the cleaning device may include:
In this step, a mapping table is stored in a memory of the cleaning apparatus. The mapping table includes a preset corresponding relationship between the working mode and the main business information. The cleaning device can determine second liquid injection information according to the mapping table and the working mode.
And 2, acquiring a temperature difference value between the current environment temperature and the reference environment temperature and a humidity difference value between the current environment humidity and the reference environment humidity.
In this step, the cleaning device may obtain the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity of the current environment in which the cleaning device is located through the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor. The cleaning device may determine a temperature difference value based on a difference between the ambient temperature and a reference ambient temperature. The cleaning device may also determine a humidity difference value based on a difference between the ambient humidity and a reference ambient humidity.
And 3, correcting the second liquid injection information according to the temperature difference value and the humidity difference value to obtain second liquid injection information.
In this step, the evaporation rates of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning member are different in different temperature environments and/or different humidity environments. For example, in an environment where the temperature is high and the humidity is low, the evaporation speed of the cleaning liquid of the cleaning member is high. And the evaporation speed of the cleaning liquid remained on the ground after cleaning is high in the process of executing the cleaning operation. Therefore, in this case, an appropriate increase in the liquid content of the cleaning member does not cause the residue of the cleaning liquid on the floor surface, and the cleaning ability of the cleaning apparatus can be improved. Therefore, the cleaning equipment can correct the second liquid injection information according to the temperature difference value and the humidity difference value, so that the liquid content of the cleaning piece is kept at a more proper value, and the cleaning capacity of the cleaning equipment is improved.
And S205, controlling the liquid storage device to inject liquid into the cleaning piece according to the second liquid injection information.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device can periodically control the liquid storage device to inject the second injection amount of cleaning liquid into the cleaning member according to the injection period. In one injection cycle, if a user controls the cleaning device to start and end the cleaning operation for multiple times, in the process, the calculation of the injection cycle may include the following steps:
In this step, the cleaning apparatus may accumulate the operating time period for performing the cleaning operation. Before the accumulated working time length does not reach the liquid injection period, the cleaning equipment can judge whether the working time length is greater than the preset time length after obtaining a working time period. When the duration of the working period is greater than the preset duration, the cleaning apparatus may accumulate the working duration to an accumulated working duration. The cleaning device may also record the operating period and apply the operating period to the calculations in the following steps. When the duration of the working period is less than or equal to the preset duration, the cleaning device may accumulate the working duration to an accumulated working duration. Meanwhile, the cleaning apparatus does not record the operating period.
And 2, judging whether the interval duration between two adjacent working time periods is less than a preset threshold value.
In this step, the cleaning device may calculate an interval duration between the most recently acquired working period and the last working period according to the recorded working period.
And 3, if so, controlling the liquid storage device to inject liquid into the cleaning piece when the accumulated working time reaches the working time corresponding to the liquid injection period.
In this step, when the interval duration is less than the preset threshold, the cleaning device controls the liquid storage device to inject liquid into the cleaning piece.
And 4, if not, prolonging the accumulated working time to obtain updated accumulated working time, and controlling the liquid storage device to inject liquid into the cleaning piece when the updated accumulated working time reaches the working time corresponding to the liquid injection period.
In this step, when the interval duration is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the cleaning device may accumulate the interval duration into the accumulated working duration. When the accumulated working time is longer than the liquid injection period, the cleaning equipment can execute one liquid injection operation.
According to the control method of the cleaning equipment, the cleaning equipment reads historical cleaning information of the cleaning equipment from the memory, and the historical cleaning information comprises a cleaning process of the last cleaning. And the cleaning equipment determines first liquid injection information of the cleaning piece according to the historical cleaning information. The first liquid injection information is used for indicating liquid injection information of the cleaning member for injecting the cleaning liquid for the first time before the cleaning member starts to perform the cleaning operation. The first liquid injection information comprises a liquid injection instruction and a target liquid injection amount. When the liquid injection indication is that liquid injection is required, the cleaning equipment controls the liquid storage device of the cleaning equipment to inject cleaning liquid into the cleaning piece according to the target liquid injection amount. The cleaning apparatus acquires the operation mode of the cleaning operation when the cleaning operation is started. The cleaning device may determine second priming information according to the operating mode. The cleaning device can periodically control the liquid storage device to inject the cleaning liquid with the second injection amount into the cleaning piece according to the injection period. In this application, annotate liquid information through using the second, make cleaning equipment can guarantee the stability of cleaning member liquid content during the cleaning operation of execution, further improved cleaning equipment's clean efficiency.

In this step, the historical cleaning information may include cleaning information for a plurality of times of cleaning. The cleaning apparatus may acquire the historical interval duration of each cleaning information. The historical interval duration is the interval duration between the cleaning corresponding to the cleaning information and the last cleaning corresponding to the cleaning information. The cleaning device may calculate the difference between the interval duration of this time and each historical interval duration. The cleaning apparatus may acquire cleaning information corresponding to a history interval duration in which an absolute value of the difference is smaller than a preset value. The cleaning apparatus determines the cleaning information as cleaning information satisfying the condition.
And 3, determining the estimated cleaning liquid consumption of the cleaning according to the historical cleaning liquid consumption in the cleaning information meeting the preset conditions.
In this step, the historical cleaning information may further include a historical cleaning liquid consumption amount corresponding to each cleaning. After the cleaning apparatus acquires the cleaning information satisfying the condition, a historical cleaning liquid consumption amount can be acquired from each cleaning information. The cleaning device may calculate an average of the historical cleaning liquid consumption. The cleaning apparatus may determine the average as an estimated cleaning liquid consumption amount for the present cleaning.

In this embodiment, the cleaning device may capture the amount of liquid remaining in the reservoir. The cleaning apparatus may compare the calculated estimated cleaning liquid consumption amount and the remaining liquid amount to determine whether the remaining liquid amount is sufficient.
And S303, outputting a water shortage prompt when the residual liquid amount is insufficient.
In this embodiment, when remaining liquid volume is insufficient in the stock solution device, cleaning equipment can export the water shortage and remind. This lack of water is reminded and can be lighted for the pilot lamp on the cleaning device, and the suggestion user adds clean liquid to the stock solution device. Or the water shortage reminder can also be broadcasted for the cleaning equipment in a language to remind a user of adding cleaning liquid into the liquid storage device. Or the water shortage reminder can also send reminding information to the user terminal equipment for the cleaning equipment through a network.
According to the control method of the cleaning device, historical cleaning information can be stored in a memory of the cleaning device, and the historical cleaning information can comprise historical cleaning liquid consumption of each cleaning operation. The cleaning device can estimate the estimated cleaning liquid consumption of the cleaning according to the historical cleaning liquid consumption. The cleaning device can take the remaining amount of liquid in the reservoir. The cleaning apparatus may compare the calculated estimated cleaning liquid consumption amount and the remaining liquid amount to determine whether the remaining liquid amount is sufficient. When the amount of liquid left in the liquid storage device is insufficient, the cleaning equipment can output a water shortage prompt. In this application, through obtaining historical clean information, confirm the cleaning device in this cleaning operation's prediction cleaning fluid consumption, realize the detection and the warning of surplus liquid volume in the stock solution device, improve user experience.
