receiving operation data sent by air purification equipment through a WeChat applet;
calculating user behavior data and equipment consumption data according to the operation data;
obtaining the current state of the air purification equipment according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data;
acquiring a device use suggestion corresponding to the current state;
and sending the device use suggestion to the WeChat applet for display.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
judging whether a potential fault component exists in the air purification equipment according to the equipment consumption data;
when the potential fault component exists, inquiring product information of the potential fault component;
and sending the inquired product information to the WeChat applet for display.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
acquiring the unused time of the air purification equipment;
when the unused time of the air purification equipment is greater than a first preset value, acquiring the water evaporation capacity of the air purification equipment in the unused time;
and when the water evaporation capacity is larger than a second preset value, sending a flushing instruction to the air purification equipment through the WeChat applet, wherein the flushing instruction is used for instructing a vibrator in the air purification equipment to vibrate and enabling the air purification equipment to flow water for flushing.
In one embodiment, before receiving, by the wechat applet, the operation data sent by the air purification apparatus, the method further includes:

According to the air purification equipment control method, the air purification equipment control device, the computer equipment and the readable storage medium, the operating data sent by the air purification equipment are received through the WeChat applet, and the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data can be obtained through calculation according to the operating data, so that the current state of the equipment can be obtained according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data, equipment use suggestions can be conveniently given according to the current state of the equipment, the equipment can be prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the user operation is not standard, and the service life of the equipment is greatly prolonged.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The control method of the air purification equipment can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein a user terminal 102 communicates with a server 104 over a network. The user terminal 102 is also communicated with the air purification equipment 106, wherein a WeChat applet is installed in the user terminal 102, the user terminal 102 receives the operation data sent by the air purification equipment 106 through the WeChat applet and forwards the operation data to the server 104, and the server 104 calculates the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data according to the operation data after receiving the operation data; obtaining the current state of the air purification equipment according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data; acquiring a device use suggestion corresponding to the current state; the device use suggestion is sent to the WeChat applet for display, so that the corresponding use suggestion can be displayed at the user terminal 102, so that the user can use the air purification device in a standardized manner, and the service life of the air purification device can be prolonged. The user terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided an air cleaning apparatus control method, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202: and receiving the operation data sent by the air purification equipment through the WeChat applet.
Specifically, the wechat applet is installed in the user terminal, and a user can open the wechat applet in the user terminal first, log in the wechat applet, then pair with the corresponding air purification device through the wechat applet, and after the pairing is completed, the wechat applet can receive the operation data sent by the air purification device, wherein the pairing mode can adopt bluetooth pairing and the like.
The operation data is working data of the air purification equipment during operation, the air purification equipment can store the generated operation data in real time during operation, and the stored operation data is sent to the user terminal after the air purification equipment is connected with the user terminal. The operation data may include an operation time, a vegetation water consumption amount, a combined water consumption amount, a washing water consumption amount, and the like.
S204: and calculating to obtain user behavior data and equipment consumption data according to the operation data.
Specifically, after receiving the operation data sent by the user terminal, the server may calculate, according to the operation data, user behavior data and device consumption data, where the user behavior data is data used for representing habits of users in using the air purification device, and the device consumption data is data used for representing device consumption energy and component loss degrees. User behavior data can be obtained according to the running time in the running data, data of the component loss degree can be obtained according to the running time in the running data, data of the energy consumption of equipment and the like can be obtained according to the consumption of various liquids and the like in the running data, and a specific calculation mode can be referred to as follows.
S206: and obtaining the current state of the air purification equipment according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data.
Specifically, the server may establish a correspondence between the user behavior data and the device consumption data and the current state of the air purification device in advance, for example, the server may collect historical operation data, and may calculate the corresponding historical user behavior data and the historical device consumption data according to the historical operation data, and then give the corresponding device state according to the historical user behavior data and the historical device consumption data, so that the server may learn. For example, the same historical user behavior data and the same historical device consumption data may indicate the same device state, so that when the server acquires the user behavior data and the device consumption data, the server may query the correspondence to obtain the current state of the device.
The state of the device may include a normal operation state, a fault state (a state where a certain component is damaged), a waste state, a shutdown state, and the like.
S208: a device usage recommendation corresponding to the current state is obtained.
Specifically, the server presets the corresponding relation between each current state and the equipment use suggestion, after the corresponding current state is obtained, the corresponding use suggestion can be inquired, and the equipment use suggestion is pushed to the corresponding user terminal.
S210: and sending the device use suggestion to the WeChat applet for display.
Specifically, after the server acquires the corresponding device use suggestion, the device use suggestion is sent to the corresponding user terminal, so that the user terminal can display the device use suggestion on the WeChat applet to prompt the user to correct the use method in time.
According to the control method of the air purification equipment, the operating data sent by the air purification equipment is received through the WeChat applet, and the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data can be obtained through calculation according to the operating data, so that the current state of the equipment can be obtained according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data, equipment use suggestions can be conveniently given according to the current state of the equipment, the damage to the equipment caused by the fact that the user operation is not standard can be prevented, and the service life of the equipment is greatly prolonged.
In one embodiment, the air purification device using method further comprises the following steps: judging whether a potential fault component exists in the air purification equipment according to the equipment consumption data; when the potential fault component exists, inquiring product information of the potential fault component; and sending the inquired product information to the WeChat applet for display.
In one embodiment, the air purification device using method further comprises the following steps: when the current state is a fault state, acquiring a first geographical position of the air purification equipment; acquiring a current second geographic position of a maintenance worker; calculating a distance between the first geographic location and the second geographic location; acquiring a maintenance terminal identifier of a maintenance worker corresponding to a second geographic position with a distance smaller than a third preset value; and sending the first geographical position and the fault state to a maintenance terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the calculating the user behavior data and the device consumption data according to the operation data may include: acquiring the operation time, the plant liquid consumption, the mixed water consumption and the washing water consumption of each operation from the operation data; calculating according to the running time to obtain a user use time period and a use frequency as user behavior data; calculating the consumption of the mixed solution according to the consumption of the plant liquid and the consumption of the mixed water; the consumption amount of the washing water and the consumption amount of the mixed liquid are used as the equipment consumption data.
In one embodiment, the air purification device using method further comprises the following steps: acquiring historical user behavior data, historical equipment consumption data and the state of air purification equipment; and establishing the historical user behavior data and the corresponding relation between the historical equipment consumption data and the state of the air purification equipment.
In one embodiment, before receiving, by the wechat applet, the operation data sent by the air purification apparatus, the method may further include: the user terminal provided with the WeChat applet is paired with the air purification equipment, and the association relationship between the first identifier of the air purification equipment and the second identifier of the user terminal after pairing is established.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a timing diagram of an air purification device using method in an embodiment, where a server may pre-establish a corresponding relationship between historical user behavior data, historical device consumption data, and a state of the air purification device, and the established process may be that the air purification device collects historical operation data of the air purification device in real time and stores the historical operation data, and optionally, after the air purification device is connected to a user terminal each time, the stored historical operation data may be sent to the user terminal, and the user terminal establishes an association relationship between an identifier of the air purification device and the historical operation data, and sends the association relationship to the server for storage, so that the server may obtain the historical operation data of each air purification device, and the server calculates and obtains the historical user behavior data, the historical operation, Historical equipment consumption data and the like, and acquiring the state corresponding to the historical operating data, so that the corresponding relation among the historical user behavior data, the historical equipment consumption data and the state of the air purification equipment can be established. The method for obtaining the historical user behavior data and the historical device consumption data by calculation according to the historical operation data can be referred to as the following.
Specifically, in actual operation, after the user terminal is equipped with the wechat applet, the user terminal may pair with a nearby air purification device, for example, pair with bluetooth or pair with an air purification device in the same local area network, and after the pairing is completed, send the association relationship between the first identifier of the air purification device and the second identifier of the user terminal to the server for storage, so that the user terminal may perform normal communication with the air purification device.
After the pairing is completed, the air purification equipment can acquire current operation data in real time and send the current operation data to a WeChat applet of the user terminal, so that the user terminal can display the operation data and send the operation data to the server for processing.
The server can calculate and obtain user behavior data and equipment consumption data according to operation data sent by the user terminal, specifically, the server can select operation time, plant liquid consumption, mixed liquid water consumption and rinsing water consumption of each operation from the operation data, wherein the server can calculate and obtain a user use time period and use frequency according to the operation time as the user behavior data, namely, the time period is obtained by obtaining the time period of each operation, and then the number of times of each day use is calculated as the use frequency; for example, a certain air purification apparatus has a one-day operation time including a section a, a section B, a section C, and a section D, and thus the use frequency is 4 times/day. The operation time period is the time of the A section, the B section, the C section and the D section. The user behavior data is the user usage time period and the usage frequency. The server may further calculate device consumption data according to the plant fluid consumption amount, the mixed water consumption amount, and the washing water consumption amount, wherein the mixed fluid consumption amount may be calculated according to the plant fluid consumption amount and the mixed water consumption amount, for example, corresponding flow meters may be provided in a water pipe through which the mixed water flows and a water pipe through which the plant fluid flows, so that the air purification device may accurately obtain the corresponding plant fluid consumption amount and the mixed water consumption amount, and thus the mixed fluid consumption amount may be obtained. In addition, the server can calculate the washing water consumption which is used for representing the water consumption, wherein the water consumption can be obtained by adding the mixed water consumption and the washing water consumption, so that the water filtering amount of the front interface can be judged, and the loss degree of the front interface can be represented.
After the server calculates the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data, the current state of the air purification equipment can be obtained according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data, an equipment use suggestion corresponding to the current state is obtained, and the equipment use suggestion is sent to the WeChat small program to be displayed. And optionally, the server can also judge whether the air purification equipment has a latent fault component according to the equipment consumption data, for example, the mixed water consumption and the rinsing water consumption obtain the water consumption, whether the front interface has a fault or not can be obtained according to the water consumption, the total operation time can also be obtained according to the time of each operation, then whether the fan and the ultrasonic atomizer of the equipment have a fault or not can be judged according to the total operation time, whether the plant liquid tank, the mixing tank and the like have a fault or not can also be judged according to the plant liquid consumption, the mixed water consumption and the rinsing water consumption, if the latent fault exists, even if the time greatly exceeds the preset time or the abrasion exceeds the preset value, whether the product information corresponding to the latent fault component exists or not can be inquired, if the product information exists, the product information can be pushed into a corresponding WeChat small program, therefore, the user can purchase corresponding parts in time, and the normal operation of the air purification equipment is ensured.
Optionally, when the air purification device fails, in order to timely maintain the air purification device, the air purification device may collect a current own first geographical position, and send the first geographical position to the user terminal, so that the user terminal sends the first geographical position to the server, and the server allocates a corresponding maintenance worker to perform maintenance on the home according to the first geographical position. For example, the server may obtain a second geographic position of the maintenance worker currently in the working state, and then calculate a distance between the first geographic position and the second geographic position, so as to obtain a maintenance terminal identifier of the maintenance worker corresponding to the second geographic position having the distance smaller than the third preset value, and optionally, when there is no second geographic position having the distance smaller than the third preset value, select a maintenance terminal identifier of the maintenance worker corresponding to the second geographic position having the smallest distance from the first geographic position, so that the server sends the first geographic position and the fault state to the maintenance terminal corresponding to the maintenance terminal identifier, so that the corresponding maintenance terminal may obtain the corresponding first geographic position and the fault state, and timely reaches the first geographic position to perform maintenance and the like.
The above embodiment provides a complete control method for the air purification device, which receives the operation data sent by the air purification device through the WeChat applet, and calculates the user behavior data and the device consumption data according to the operation data, so that the current state of the device can be obtained according to the user behavior data and the device consumption data, and a device use suggestion can be provided according to the current state of the device, thereby preventing the device from being damaged due to the fact that the user operation is not standard, and greatly prolonging the service life of the device.
In one embodiment, the air cleaning apparatus control method may further include: acquiring the unused time of the air purification equipment; when the unused time of the air purification equipment is greater than a first preset value, acquiring the water evaporation capacity of the air purification equipment in the unused time; and when the water evaporation amount is larger than a second preset value, sending a flushing instruction to the air purification equipment through a WeChat small program, wherein the flushing instruction is used for instructing a vibrator in the air purification equipment to vibrate and enabling the air purification equipment to flow water for flushing.
Specifically, the server may calculate the unused time of the air purification apparatus according to each running time of the air purification apparatus, and then determine whether the unused time of the air purification apparatus is greater than a first preset value, if so, the server indicates that the air purification apparatus is not used for a long time, so that the server may obtain the water evaporation capacity of the air purification apparatus in the unused time, where the water evaporation capacity may observe the depth of a water layer of a certain area of a water surface reduced by evaporation within a time interval to determine the evaporation capacity in millimeters, that is, the water evaporation capacity may be determined by setting a water level detector in a mixing tank or a plant liquid tank, and then the server sends the air purification apparatus to a WeChat applet of the user terminal and sends the water evaporation capacity to the server through the user terminal, and the server determines whether the water evaporation capacity is greater than a second threshold, and if the water evaporation capacity is greater than the second threshold, it indicates that condensation exists in the air purification apparatus, the server sends a washing instruction to the user terminal, and the user terminal sends the washing instruction to the air purification equipment through the WeChat applet, so that the air purification device can start a vibrator in the air purification equipment to vibrate according to the washing instruction, and start a corresponding electromagnetic valve to enable water flow to flow through the plant liquid tank and the mixing tank, and the pipeline is prevented from being blocked.
In the embodiment, whether the air purification equipment is blocked or not is determined according to the unused time of the air purification equipment and the water evaporation amount, and the air purification equipment is timely flushed when the possibility of blockage exists, so that the normal operation of the air purification equipment is ensured.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the operating data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an air cleaning apparatus control method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving operation data sent by air purification equipment through a WeChat applet; calculating to obtain user behavior data and equipment consumption data according to the operation data; obtaining the current state of the air purification equipment according to the user behavior data and the equipment consumption data; acquiring a device use suggestion corresponding to the current state; and sending the device use suggestion to the WeChat applet for display.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: judging whether a potential fault component exists in the air purification equipment according to the equipment consumption data; when the potential fault component exists, inquiring product information of the potential fault component; and sending the inquired product information to the WeChat applet for display.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring the unused time of the air purification equipment; when the unused time of the air purification equipment is greater than a first preset value, acquiring the water evaporation capacity of the air purification equipment in the unused time; and when the water evaporation amount is larger than a second preset value, sending a flushing instruction to the air purification equipment through a WeChat small program, wherein the flushing instruction is used for instructing a vibrator in the air purification equipment to vibrate and enabling the air purification equipment to flow water for flushing.
In one embodiment, before the computer program is executed by the processor to receive the operation data sent by the air purification device through the WeChat applet, the computer program may further include: the user terminal provided with the WeChat applet is paired with the air purification equipment, and the association relationship between the first identifier of the air purification equipment and the second identifier of the user terminal after pairing is established.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the current state is a fault state, acquiring a first geographical position of the air purification equipment; acquiring a current second geographic position of a maintenance worker; calculating a distance between the first geographic location and the second geographic location; acquiring a maintenance terminal identifier of a maintenance worker corresponding to a second geographic position with a distance smaller than a third preset value; and sending the first geographical position and the fault state to a maintenance terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the calculation of the user behavior data and the device consumption data from the operational data, when performed by the processor, may include: acquiring the operation time, the plant liquid consumption, the mixed water consumption and the washing water consumption of each operation from the operation data; calculating according to the running time to obtain a user use time period and a use frequency as user behavior data; calculating the consumption of the mixed solution according to the consumption of the plant liquid and the consumption of the mixed water; the consumption amount of the washing water and the consumption amount of the mixed liquid are used as the equipment consumption data.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring historical user behavior data, historical equipment consumption data and the state of air purification equipment; and establishing the historical user behavior data and the corresponding relation between the historical equipment consumption data and the state of the air purification equipment.
