Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a floor brush 1 of a vacuum cleaner, comprising:
a bottom plate 10 provided with an airflow inlet 101 and a first air barrier 102;
the fan cover 20 is installed on the bottom plate 10, the fan cover 20 cooperates with the bottom plate 10 to define an airflow outlet 201 and an airflow channel for fluidly connecting the airflow inlet 101 and the airflow outlet 201, the fan cover 20 is provided with a second air isolating portion 202, and the second air isolating portion 202 and the first air isolating portion 102 are butted to form an air isolating structure so that the airflow channel is divided into a first airflow channel and a second airflow channel, and the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel are respectively disposed on two sides of a central line of the air channel.
According to the invention, the first wind-isolating part 102 and the second wind-isolating part 202 are in butt joint and matched to form the wind-isolating structure, the wind-isolating structure is not required to be arranged as an independent element, and the structure of the floor brush 1 is simplified.
In another embodiment of the invention, the floor brush 1 of the vacuum cleaner of the invention comprises an upper cover 40, and other components, such as a motor component and the like, are fixed between the upper cover 40 and the bottom plate 10.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first wind shielding part 102 and the second wind shielding part 202 are provided with wind guiding surfaces 203, the wind guiding surfaces 203 are symmetrically provided with respect to the center line of the wind channel, and the wind guiding surfaces are smooth and continuous rhombic wind guiding surfaces or arc wind guiding surfaces. In another embodiment of the present invention, the airflow inlet 101 includes a first airflow inlet and a second airflow inlet which are independent from each other, and the first airflow inlet is in fluid communication with the first airflow channel, and the second airflow inlet is in fluid communication with the second airflow channel.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the floor brush 1 of the vacuum cleaner includes a rolling brush 30, the rolling brush 30 is disposed in the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, and the first wind shielding part 102 and the second wind shielding part 202 are respectively partially wound outside the rolling brush 30. The rolling brush 30 includes a rolling body 31 and a rolling brush bristle 32 spirally wound on the rolling body. In order to reduce the gap between the first wind shielding part 102 and the second wind shielding part 202 and the rolling brush 30, the first wind shielding part 102 and the second wind shielding part 202 extend to between two adjacent rolling brush bristles 32. In another embodiment of the present invention, the rolling brush bristles 32 in the first air flow channel are arranged in a V-shape, and the rolling brush bristles 32 in the second air flow channel are arranged in a V-shape.
According to the invention, the rolling brush bristles 32 in the first air flow channel and the rolling brush bristles 32 in the second air flow channel are arranged in a V shape, so that dust is effectively collected and sucked at the central concentrated position of the rolling brush 30 in the first air flow channel and the central concentrated position of the rolling brush in the second air flow channel, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first wind-shielding portion 102 and the second wind-shielding portion 202 are provided with an annular wind-shielding groove 204, the rolling brush 30 is provided with a wind-shielding boss 304, a part of the outer edge of the wind-shielding boss 304 rotates in the annular wind-shielding groove 204, and the combination of the wind-shielding boss 304 and the annular wind-shielding groove 204 limits the flow rate of the gas between the first gas flow channel and the second gas flow channel. And a straight-through airflow channel vertical to the central line of the air channel does not exist between the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel, so that the straight-line circulation of air between the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel is greatly reduced, and the air isolation effect is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first wind shielding portion 102 and the second wind shielding portion 202 form a double-spigot abutting structure 1020 by a groove and a protrusion, the groove is disposed on one of the first wind shielding portion or the second wind shielding portion, and the protrusion is disposed on the other of the first wind shielding portion or the second wind shielding portion.

The first wind shielding part 102 and the second wind shielding part 202 are respectively and partially wound outside the roller brush 30, so that the air flow flowing through the roller brush 30 is divided.
