According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a floor brush for a vacuum cleaner is provided, which may be, for example, an air floor brush.
Fig. 1 illustrates a floor brush according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The brush 10 may include a brush body 100 and a universal joint 200 to which the brush body is coupled.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the floor brush body 100 may include a top 101, a bottom 102, and sides 103. Although in the drawings in this disclosure, the floor brush body 100 is shown in the form of a rectangle, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that it takes any other suitable shape, such as square, oval, circular, triangular, etc. The universal joint 200 may be connected to the top 101 of the ground brush body 100. In addition, bumper strips 104 may be provided at the corners of the brush body 100 to protect the brush body 100 during cleaning.
As shown in fig. 3, the floor brush 10 may further include a dust collection opening 300, the dust collection opening 300 penetrating the floor brush body 100 and communicating the top 101 and the bottom 102, that is, the dust collection opening 300 has openings at the top 101 and the bottom 102, respectively.
In addition, the floor brush 10 may further include a dust suction opening 110, and the dust suction opening 110 is provided at or near a side of the floor brush body 100 so as to suck the cleaning-requiring garbage through the dust suction opening.
The dust suction opening 110 will be described with reference to fig. 3. Where the dust collection opening 110 is provided at least at or near two sides, the upper side in fig. 3 may be described as a first side 1031 (which may be the front side of the brush when cleaning), the lower side as a second side 1032 (which may be the rear side of the brush when cleaning), the left side as a third side 1033, and the right side as a fourth side 1034, for example.
The dust collection opening 110 is disposed at least on or near the first side 1031 and the second side 1032. Further, as shown, the dust collection opening 110 can also be disposed on or near the third side 1033 and the fourth side 1034.
In addition, more than two dust collection openings 110 may be provided with respect to the first side 1031 and the second side 1032. The dust suction opening 110 may penetrate the surface of the side portion. In this way, during cleaning of the floor brush 10, dust and other debris near the front face of the front side portion can be sucked through the dust suction opening 110 of the front side portion, and dust and other debris near the rear face of the rear side portion can be sucked through the dust suction opening 110 of the rear side portion.
Preferably, the dust suction opening 300 may be disposed at a substantially middle position of the floor brush body 100. The dust collection openings 110 of the first and second side portions 1031 and 1032 may be radially distributed with respect to the dust collection opening 300.
The floor brush 10 may further include a dust suction passage 120, wherein the dust suction passage 120 is provided at the bottom 102 of the floor brush body 100 and is recessed with respect to the surface of the bottom 102, and the dust suction passage 120 communicates the dust suction opening 110 with the dust suction opening 300, so that the cleaning-requiring dust is sucked through the dust suction opening 110, and then transferred to the dust suction opening 300 through the dust suction passage 120, and discharged into a dust suction pipe communicating with the dust suction opening 300 through the dust suction opening 300.
Each of the two or more dust collection openings 110 located on the same side corresponds to one dust collection channel 120, and adjacent dust collection channels 120 are spaced apart near the position close to the dust collection opening 110 (for example, may be spaced apart by the bottom of the floor brush body itself).
The suction channel 120 merges near a position close to the suction opening 300, for example, forming a suction channel 120, and finally opens into the suction opening 300.
Fig. 4 showsbase:Sub>A sectionbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, the dust collection channel 120 far from the dust collection opening 300 has a first distance D1 from the bottom surface of the floor brush body 100, and the dust collection channel 120 near to the dust collection opening has a second distance D2 from the bottom surface of the floor brush body 100, wherein the first distance D1 is smaller than the second distance D2. The suction channel 120 from the suction opening 110 to the suction opening 300 may be arranged in a slope-like manner, which slopes down toward the suction opening 300 in the view shown in fig. 3. By this arrangement, the dust collection efficiency can be effectively improved.
Further, the width of the dust collection channel 120 near the dust collection opening 110 may be greater than the width of the dust collection channel 120 far from the dust collection opening 110 so as to improve dust collection efficiency. Wherein, the width of one part of the dust collection channel 120 may be different, and the width of another part of the dust collection channel 120 may be the same. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the widths of the middle two dust collection channels 120 on the upper and lower sides may be different, and the widths of the two dust collection channels 120 on the sides may be the same.
Further, the dust suction passage 120 may be provided at the third and fourth side portions 1033 and 1034, wherein the dust suction passage 120 may or may not extend through the third and fourth side portions 1033 and 1034. Without penetration, the end of the dust collection channel 120 is at a distance from the third and fourth sides 1033, 1034.
The dust collection channels corresponding to the third and fourth sides 1033 and 1034 may also be the same as the dust collection channels corresponding to the first and second sides, and the width of the dust collection channel 120 near the dust collection opening 110 may be greater than the width of the dust collection channel 120 far from the dust collection opening 110 to improve dust collection efficiency. Wherein, the width of one part of the dust collection channel 120 may be different, and the width of another part of the dust collection channel 120 may be the same. The dust collection channel 120 far from the dust collection opening 300 has a first distance D1 from the bottom surface of the floor brush body 100, and the dust collection channel 120 near to the dust collection opening has a second distance D2 from the bottom surface of the floor brush body 100, wherein the first distance D1 is smaller than the second distance D2. The dust suction passage 120 from the dust suction opening 110 to the dust suction opening 300 may be provided in a slope shape. The suction channels converge near the location near the suction opening 300, for example forming a suction channel, and ultimately leading to the suction opening 300.
Wherein the above-described dust suction passage 120 may be used as a dust suction branch passage, and a dust suction passage provided near the dust suction port 300 may be used as a dust suction main passage. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a dust collection main passage 121 may be provided near the dust collection port 300, and dust or the like sucked through each dust collection opening is guided to the dust collection main passage 121 through the dust collection sub passage, and then enters the dust collection port 300.
According to a further embodiment of the present disclosure, the floor brush 10 for a vacuum cleaner further includes a suction port control part 500, and the suction port control part 500 can be detachably installed at the bottom and covers the suction port 300 and the suction channel 120 near the suction port 300 so as to increase the suction force of the suction port.
In a state where the suction port control part 500 is mounted at the bottom, the surface of the suction port control part 500 facing the suction port 300 is in the form of a ramp inclined toward the suction port 300 in the direction of the suction passage 120.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the suction port control section 500 (control valve). The suction port control part 500 includes a first surface 510, wherein the first surface 510 is a side surface opposite to a surface (a surface opposite to the floor) of the suction port control part 500 shown in fig. 2. The first surface is formed as a slope, and is formed to have a thin thickness near both sides of the suction port control part 500 and a thick thickness near the middle of the suction port control part 500.
When the suction port control part 500 is installed, the both side slopes 511 and 512 of the suction port control part 500 are engaged with the suction port 300 and the suction passage 120 near the suction port 300 to form both side passages, and the both side slopes 511 and 512 of the suction port control part 500 are engaged with the suction port 300 and the suction passage 120 near the suction port 300 to form a cavity. The size of the suction opening can be changed by providing the suction opening control part 500. For example, the height of the dust collection channel can be changed by setting the channel ramp, so that the size of the dust collection opening is changed.
The suction port control part 500 may include a release button 520, and a compression spring 530 may be provided at the tail of the release button 520, one end of the compression spring 530 may abut against the release button 520, and the other end may abut against a sidewall provided in the suction port control part 500. The head of the release button 520 may be protruded and the protrusion may be inserted into a recess provided on the floor brush body 100, so that the suction inlet control part 500 may be mounted to the floor brush body 100. In addition, according to the direction shown in fig. 5, a fixing protrusion (not shown) may be provided, which may be fixedly provided on the wall of the suction port control part 500 or integrally formed, and may be inserted into a corresponding recess provided on the floor brush body 100. Alternatively, the fixing protrusion may be in the form of a release button 520, that is, the mounting structure of both sides of the suction inlet control part 500 is identical.
By installing the suction port control part 500 on the suction port 300, the direction of the air flow can be changed, and the cavity formed by the ramp of the suction port control part 500 and the suction port can improve the suction efficiency, and after installing the suction port control part 500, the formed air flow passage inlet is smaller than the suction port.
When the garbage to be cleaned is larger than the inlet of the dust collection channel, the dust collection port control part 500 can be taken out, so that the large garbage can be cleaned.
With a general floor brush, only a front-back operation is possible, and such an operation has directionality.
