The storage component 2 is arranged on the machine body and communicated with the interior of the machine body, so that the sundries treated by the functional component 9 can be recovered. The handle assembly 10 includes push rod 101 and operating device 102, and push rod 101 sets up the upper end at the organism, and operating device 102 sets up on push rod 101, and the operator pushes up push rod 101 and can realize the removal to garden instrument, and operator control operating device 102 just can realize the control to garden instrument, and wherein, operating device 102 is located the upper end of push rod 101, makes things convenient for the operator to operate. Wherein, the organism includes functional module 9 and main part 1, and wherein, functional module 9 sets up in the inside of main part 1, and the power transmission that main part 1 provided is to functional module 9 on, and functional module 9 is used for handling garden environment. The receiving assembly 2 communicates with the interior of the main body 1,
the operator usually stands at garden instrument's rear operation garden instrument, as shown in fig. 22, traditional garden instrument's storage component 2 sets up at the back of organism, storage component 2 is sack or foraminiferous frame structure usually, so garden instrument can spill over in the course of the work from storage component 2, lead to the operator to inhale a large amount of dust, operator's eyes can get into the dust, cause harmful effects to operator's health, let the operator unable see the surrounding environment clearly, inconvenient operator operates garden instrument. In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 1, the storage assembly 2 is located in front of the machine body, and since the storage assembly 2 is far away from the operator, even if dust overflows from the storage assembly 2, the dust can not directly enter eyes or respiratory tract of the operator, so that the health of the operator can be ensured, and the operation of the operator to the gardening tool is facilitated. Specifically, the machine body is provided with an opening 112 disposed forward, and the opening 112 communicates with a storage opening formed in the rear surface of the storage module 2, thereby recovering the sundries processed by the functional module 9. In addition, because the length direction of the annular conveying belt 143 is arranged at an acute angle with the backward direction of the gardening tool, the motor is positioned above the rear part of the functional component 9, the motor can be prevented from blocking sundries, and the sundries can be smoothly introduced into the accommodating component 2.
In order to realize the relatively stable connection between the storage component 2 and the machine body, and facilitate the detachment of the storage component 2 and the machine body, as shown in fig. 2, a hanging rod 22 is arranged on the storage component 2, as shown in fig. 3, a hook 111 is arranged at the front end of the main body 11, and the hanging rod 22 is hung on the hook 111. In order to further enhance the stable connection of the receiving assembly 2 with the main body 11, both sides of the back of the receiving assembly 2 are provided with hanging rods 22, each hanging rod 22 being arranged corresponding to one of the hooks 111.
Traditional garden instrument can't look over the degree of accomodating subassembly 2 accomodating debris, and after the operator needed operation garden instrument a period, will accomodate subassembly 2 and follow the organism and pull down the degree of accomodating of back observing accomodating interior debris of subassembly 2 for the operation is very complicated and loaded down with trivial details. In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the storage assembly 2 is provided with an observation port 21, the observation port 21 is located at the rear upper side of the storage assembly 2, and an operator can easily observe the storage amount of sundries stored in the storage assembly 2 through the observation port 21, and the storage assembly 2 is not required to be detached from the machine body, so that the operation of the gardening tool is very simple and convenient.
In order to facilitate the operator to mount and dismount the storage assembly 2 on the machine body, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a handle 23 is provided on the upper surface of the storage assembly 2, and the operator can mount and dismount the storage assembly 2 on the machine body by pulling the handle 23.
Traditional garden instrument can only realize single function, for example the lawn mower can only realize the function of mowing, and the scarifier can only realize the function of scarifying, and the comb grass machine can only be used for carding the operation to the meadow, and the scavenging machine can only be used for debris to clean the action. If an operator wants to realize a plurality of garden functions, he needs to purchase a plurality of garden tools, but in the first aspect, the cost of purchasing a plurality of garden tools is high; in the second aspect, a plurality of garden tools with different functions need a larger storage space, and are inconvenient to store; in the third aspect, if an operator wants to perform different gardening operations on the same operation site, a plurality of gardening tools need to be transported to the operation site, resulting in high transportation costs and low operation efficiency.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the gardening tool of the present embodiment includes a plurality of functional components 9, and different functional components 9 can realize different functions in cooperation with the main body 1, thereby realizing one machine of one gardening tool for multiple purposes. In the first aspect, operators do not need to purchase a plurality of garden tools, so that the cost can be greatly reduced; in the second aspect, an operator can realize multiple functions by purchasing only one garden tool, so that the storage space of the garden tool can be effectively reduced, and the garden tool can be conveniently stored by the operator. In the third aspect, when various garden functions are needed, an operator only needs to transport one garden tool to an operation site, and does not need to transport a plurality of garden tools to the operation site, so that the transportation cost can be effectively reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the functional modules 9 of the present embodiment include a first functional module 91, a second functional module 92, a third functional module 93 and a fourth functional module 94, where the first functional module 91 is used for cutting a lawn, the second functional module 92 is used for cleaning a ground with moss, stones and sundries, the third functional module 93 is used for combing grass on the lawn, and the fourth functional module 94 is used for loosening soil on the ground, so that the garden tool of the present embodiment can realize one machine for four purposes, and of course, in other embodiments, other functional modules 9 capable of realizing other garden operations can be introduced.
The below of main part 1 of traditional garden instrument is provided with the opening, and the operator changes dismouting to functional module 9 from the below of main part 1, and the operator only can realize the change to functional module 9 with main part 1 turn-over to the below face of main part 1 upwards, because main part 1's volume and weight are great, lead to functional module 9's change very inconvenient. In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 3, an opening 112 is provided on the main body 1, and an operator can take out the functional component 9 from the main body 1 through the opening 112, so that the operator can quickly replace the functional component 9 without turning the main body 1, thereby improving the replacement efficiency of the functional component 9 and reducing the operation difficulty of the operator.
In order to clearly understand the specific structure of the main body 1, as shown in fig. 6, the main body 1 includes a housing 11 and a driving mechanism 12, both the functional module 9 and the driving mechanism 12 are disposed in the housing 11, and the driving mechanism 12 is used for driving the functional module 9 to work. In order to realize the driving of the functional module 9 by the driving mechanism 12, the first functional module 91 is taken as an example, and is described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. As shown in fig. 7, the first functional module 91 includes a first mounting frame 911 and a first functional body 912, the first mounting frame 911 is disposed on the housing 11, the first functional body 912 is rotatably disposed on the first mounting frame 911, and the driving mechanism 12 can drive the first functional body 912 to rotate relative to the first mounting frame 911, so as to implement the cutting function of the first functional body 912 on the lawn.
In order to facilitate the operator to disassemble and assemble the functional module 9 into the housing 11, the first functional module 91 is taken as an example, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, a first handle 913 is provided on the upper portion of the first mounting frame 911, the first handle 913 extends toward the opening 112, the operator can grasp the first handle 913 conveniently by disposing the first handle 913 on the upper portion of the first mounting frame 911, and the operator can quickly disassemble and assemble the first functional module 91 into the housing 11 by pulling the first handle 913. In addition, if the handle of the first handle 913 is located in the front upper direction of the first functional body 912, it is inconvenient for the operator to apply force to the first handle 913 when holding the first handle 913; if the handle of the first handle is located at the rear front of the first functional body 912, it is inconvenient for the operator to grasp the first handle 913 due to the shielding of the first functional body 912. As shown in fig. 11, in this embodiment, the first handle 913 is disposed directly above the first functional body 912, so that on one hand, the operator can more save effort in taking the first handle 913, and on the other hand, the operator can grasp the first handle 913 conveniently. In order to achieve a more stable mounting of the first handle 913 on the first mounting frame 911, the first functional module 9 further comprises a mounting bar 914, the first handle 913 being fixedly mounted on the mounting bar 914, the mounting bar 914 being fixedly secured to the first mounting frame 911. To prevent the first handle 913 from rotating relative to the mounting bars 914, the number of mounting bars 914 is two and arranged in parallel, both mounting bars 914 passing through the first handle 913.
To facilitate understanding of the switching of the different functional components 9, switching of the first functional component 91 and the second functional component 92 is described. The fixing piece 33 is loosened from the first supporting seat 31, the second supporting seat 32 is opened from the first supporting seat 31, the first functional component 91 is pulled rightwards by holding the first handle 913, and the polygonal protrusion 132 on the first functional body 912 is separated from the polygonal groove 131 on the driving mechanism 12, so that the first functional component 91 is detached. The second handle 923 is held, the polygonal protrusion 132 of the second functional body 922 of the second functional component 91 is inserted into the driving mechanism 12, the second end of the second functional body 922 is placed on the first supporting seat 31, the second supporting seat 32 is put down, the first supporting seat 31 and the second supporting seat 32 are locked by the fixing piece 33, and the second output end of the second functional body 922 can rotate relative to the first supporting seat 31 and the second supporting seat 32.
Taking the first functional module 91 as an example, in order to ensure that the sundries processed by the functional module 9 can better enter the interior of the accommodating module 2 forward, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the first mounting frame 911 includes a baffle 9111, the baffle 9111 is located at the rear of the first functional body 912, and the baffle 9111 can prevent the sundries from entering the interior of the housing 11 backward, so that most of the sundries can be ensured to enter the interior of the accommodating module 2 forward. The baffle 9111 is the cambered surface form and cladding in the periphery of first function body 912, and the interval of baffle 9111 and the periphery of first function body 912 is 3mm ~ 10mm, can guarantee that baffle 9111 and functional module 9 are compacter in arranging of casing 11 under the prerequisite that can realize debris entering storage module 2, realizes the effect of baffle 9111 and functional module 9 make full use of casing 11, improves the space utilization of casing 11 inner space. In order to achieve uniformity of the intervals between the baffle 9111 and the outer periphery of the first functional body 912 at each position, the baffle 9111 is an arc plate, and the center of the arc plate is disposed concentrically with the first functional body 912.
As shown in fig. 22, the functional module 9 of the conventional garden tool is disposed at an intermediate position of the housing 11 in the front-rear direction, the housing module 2 is disposed at a rear end of the housing 11, and the housing 11 is further provided with a transmission channel 15 for transmitting the impurities generated at the functional module 9 to the housing 2, so that the volume occupied by the transmission channel 15 is large, resulting in a large volume of the housing 11, which is inconvenient for an operator to operate the garden tool. In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 3, the functional module 9 in this embodiment is disposed at the front of the housing 11 and is opposite to the housing opening formed at the rear of the housing module 2, and impurities processed by the functional module 9 can directly enter the housing module 2 through a short path, so that the path of the impurities passing through the housing module 2 from the functional module 9 is short, and the garden tool in this embodiment cancels the setting of the transmission channel 15, so that the volume of the housing 11 can be effectively reduced, thereby effectively reducing the volume of the garden tool, making the garden tool small in volume and light in weight, facilitating the operation of an operator, and improving the user experience.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the driving mechanism 12 is in transmission connection with the functional module 9 through a transmission mechanism 14, the driving mechanism 12 may be a motor, the transmission mechanism 14 includes a driving wheel 141, a driven wheel 142 and an annular conveyor belt 143, the motor is disposed on the housing 11, the driving wheel 141 is connected with an output end of the motor, the driven wheel 142 is connected with the first functional body 912, and the driving wheel 141 and the driven wheel 142 together tension the annular conveyor belt 143.
