Furthermore, the device may be otherwise positioned (e.g., rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
Fig. 1 shows a rolling pet brush 100 provided by the present utility model that can be used attached to a corresponding vacuum cleaner for a user to comb the hair of a pet and to pick up fine debris such as scraps, fur, etc. attached to the hair of the pet. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the rolling pet brush 100 includes an upper cover 1, a base 2 provided at the lower side of the upper cover 1, and a plurality of rolling cleaning members 3 rotatably provided at the bottom of the base 2.
The upper cover 1 has an inner cavity 11 defined therein and a docking portion 12 formed at the top, the docking portion 12 being configured to dock with an external fluid conduit of a corresponding vacuum cleaner. The docking portion 12 has a suction opening 121 exposed to the outside and through which a vacuum cleaner can apply a negative pressure, the inner chamber 11 being in fluid communication with the suction opening 121. The upper cover 1 further comprises a locking member 13 provided at the lower side of the docking portion 12, the locking member 13 being capable of locking the rolling pet brush 100 to the corresponding vacuum cleaner. Wherein the top portion of the upper cover 1 is configured to be held in one hand by a user.
The inner chamber 11 is configured to be open-bottomed. The base 2 is detachably sleeved on the lower part of the upper cover 1, and when the base 2 is detached, the inner cavity 11 is exposed outwards, so that a user can clean the inner cavity 11 and the inside of the base 2 conveniently. Further, the base 2 is further provided with a quick release 21 exposed to the outside to facilitate the user's disassembly of the base 2. In embodiments thereof, the base and the upper cover may be detachably connected by a threaded connection, a magnetic connection, or the like.
The base 2 defines a base cavity 22 communicating with the inner cavity 11, and the base cavity 22 has a plurality of bottom openings (not shown) penetrating through the bottom of the base 2 and exposed to the outside, each of the bottom openings extending in the left-right direction and being arranged in order from the front to the back. Wherein the number of bottom openings is the same as the number of rolling cleaning elements 3, in this embodiment, both are three.
Each rolling cleaning piece 3 extends left and right and is arranged in sequence. Each rolling cleaning piece 3 is respectively arranged at each bottom opening, and at least partially penetrates through the corresponding bottom opening and is exposed out. The rolling cleaning member 3 includes a pair of roller portions 31 provided right and left, and a sliver 32 and a support portion 33 extending right and left between the pair of roller portions 31. The pair of roller portions 31 and the sliver 32 are fixedly disposed on the supporting portion 33.
A lower portion of each roller portion 31 is exposed outward from the corresponding bottom opening. When the rolling pet brush 100 moves back and forth on the pet skin, the friction force generated between the pair of roller parts 31 and the pet skin can drive the corresponding rolling cleaning elements 3 to rotate back and forth. Further, the outer peripheral portion of each roller portion 31 is provided with circumferentially extending gear teeth to increase the friction coefficient between the roller portion 31 and the contact surface.
Each sliver 32 is serrated, having a first position exposed outwardly from the corresponding bottom opening and a second position received within the base cavity 22. When in the first position, the sliver 32 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane to facilitate combing of pet hair; when the sliver 32 is in the second position, the corresponding bottom opening is at least partially open to facilitate entrainment of a portion of the pet hair by the sliver 32 into the base cavity 22. It will be appreciated that the sliver 32 of the present embodiment is driven by the pair of roller portions 31 to switch back and forth between the first position and the second position, and in other embodiments, the sliver position may be switched manually or electrically.
Further, a plurality of stoppers (not shown) are provided on the base 2, each of which restricts the rotation of the sliver 32 between the first position and the second position with the first position being located on the front side of the second position. Thus, when the user pulls the rolling pet brush 100 rearward, the sliver 32 is maintained in the first position; the user maintains sliver 32 in the second position as the user pushes forward on the rolling pet brush 100.
The following describes the operation of the rolling pet brush 100: the rolling pet brush 100 is attached to the respective vacuum cleaner by the docking 12, and the bottom opening, the base cavity 22, the interior cavity 11 and the suction opening 121 form a fluid path for suction flow from the outside into the vacuum cleaner. The user may pull the rolling pet brush 100 back to comb the pet hair and then push the rolling pet brush 100 forward to cause the combed pet hair to enter the base cavity 22 so that the suction flow sucks on the debris on the hair. It will be appreciated that the portion of pet hair entering the base cavity 22 is relatively clean and spaced from one another to facilitate the suction flow to pick up debris.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles, principal features and advantages of the utility model. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present utility model is not limited to the foregoing embodiments, which have been described in the foregoing embodiments and description merely illustrates the principles of the utility model, and various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims, specification and their equivalents.
