a first molding step for molding an outer main body, which comprises providing a first mold having a first upper mold base and a first lower mold base, forming a first molding space in the first mold, and injecting molding material into the first molding space to form the outer main body, so that the outer main body has a generally annular sound emitting portion, an outer wall portion surrounding the sound emitting portion and adapted to be attached to the human ear canal, and a connecting portion connected between the sound emitting portion and the outer wall portion, and a hollow chamber is formed in the outer main body, and at least one first air guide hole is formed in the connecting portion;
a second molding step for molding an inner main body, providing a second mold with a second upper mold base and a second lower mold base, forming a second molding space in the second mold, injecting molding material into the second molding space to form the inner main body, so that the inner main body is provided with an installation part and an umbrella part which extends outwards from the installation part and surrounds the outer side of the installation part, and at least one second air guide hole is formed on the umbrella part; and
a combining step, removing the first lower die holder to leave the outer main body on the first upper die holder, removing the second upper die holder to leave the inner main body on the second lower die holder, then mutually molding the first upper die holder and the second lower die holder to mutually joint the adjacent end surfaces of the sound outlet part and the mounting part, mutually jointing one end surface of the umbrella part and one inner wall surface of the outer wall part, so as to form at least one pressure regulating cavity which is respectively communicated with the first air guide hole and the second air guide hole between the outer main body and the inner main body, and form the earplug through the outer main body and the inner main body.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the molding material is silicone.
8. The molding method of an earplug with a pressure regulating chamber as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the bonding step, the sound emitting portion and the mounting portion and the umbrella portion are bonded to each other by secondary vulcanization.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the first vent hole and the second vent hole are located in different centers, such that the first vent hole and the second vent hole are offset from each other.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the first and second air vents have a diameter of 0.1-1 mm and the pressure chamber has a volume of 10-100 μ l.
