本发明涉及电力监测技术领域,公开了一种适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,包括:局部放电监控系统、DTU监控系统、以及主站系统,局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输,DTU监控系统与主站系统通过无线通信方式进行数据传输,实时监测环网箱局部放电的运行状态,将局部放电的实时运行状态通过主站系统直观的反馈给运维人员,有效的提高了配电网供电的可靠性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力监测技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置。
背景技术
配电网环网箱电缆局部放电现象是判断电力设备是否出现绝缘缺陷的重要依据,是保证电力设备安全可靠供电的基础,对电力设备安全稳定运行具有非常重要的现实意义和经济效益。现有的局部放电监控装置基本上在主网中应用,在配电网中还未存在应用,根据主网中的应用情况发现存在以下问题:问题一:传统的局部放电监控装置成本高,对于配电网点多面广,经济性不高,可复制性不强;问题二:传统的局部放电监控方法对环境要求高且容易受到高频信号干扰,不适用于环境复杂的户外环网箱。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过如下的技术方案来实现:
第一方面,本发明提供一种适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,包括:局部放电监控系统、DTU监控系统、以及主站系统,所述局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输,DTU监控系统与主站系统通过无线通信方式进行数据传输。
可选地,所述局部放电监控系统包括依次连接的高精度音频传感器、信号接收处理器、智能检测终端。
可选地,所述高精度音频传感器包括电容式驻极体话筒,电容式驻极体话筒包含声电转换和阻抗部分,用于采集环网箱电缆室内局部放电音频信号,将采集到的局部放电音频数据通过同轴电缆传输给信号接收处理器。
可选地,所述信号接收处理器将采集到的数据进行分间隔整理处理,然后将处理后的数据传输给智能检测终端。
可选地,所述DTU检测系统包括依次连接的局放管理模块、主控模块、以及通信模块。
有益效果:
本发明提供的适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,包括:局部放电监控系统、DTU监控系统、以及主站系统,局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输,DTU监控系统与主站系统通过无线通信方式进行数据传输,实时监测环网箱局部放电的运行状态,将局部放电的实时运行状态通过主站系统直观的反馈给运维人员,有效的提高了配电网供电的可靠性和安全性。

为了解决环网箱局部放电安装成本高、采集信号易受干扰等问题,针对技术背景中局部放电在应用过程中存在的问题,本发明通过对局部放电音频信号的进行分析,提出了一种基于音频识别的局部放电监控装置,可以应用于配电网户外环网箱中,实时监测环网箱局部放电的运行状态,将局部放电的实时运行状态通过主站系统直观的反馈给运维人员,有效的提高了配电网供电的可靠性和安全性。
请参见图1-图2,本申请实施例提供一种用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,包括:局部放电监控系统、DTU监控系统、以及主站系统,局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输,DTU监控系统与主站系统通过无线通信方式进行数据传输。
可选地,局部放电监控系统包括依次连接的高精度音频传感器、信号接收处理器、智能检测终端。
可选地,高精度音频传感器包括电容式驻极体话筒,电容式驻极体话筒包含声电转换和阻抗部分,用于采集环网箱电缆室内局部放电音频信号,将采集到的局部放电音频数据通过同轴电缆传输给信号接收处理器。
可选地,信号接收处理器将采集到的数据进行分间隔整理处理,然后将处理后的数据传输给智能检测终端。
可选地,DTU检测系统包括依次连接的局放管理模块、主控模块、以及通信模块。
本申请具体实施方式如下:
电容式驻极体话筒由声电转换部分和阻抗部分组成,所述高精度音频传感器采集电缆室放电声波,声波使电容式驻极体话筒内的薄膜震动,导致电容变化,从而产生对应变化的微小电压。高精度音频传感器采集到的数据实时传输给信号接收器。
进一步的信号接收器将采集到的数据进行汇总整理,整理后的数据传输给智能检测终端。
进一步的智能检测终端根据需求将采集到的数据与设定控制值进行比对,判断环网柜的运行状态,将判断结果分别传输给局放管理模块和本地人机界面。
上述设定控制值为参数变量,根据现场实际情况设定。
局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输。
局部放电监控系统与本地人机界面通过RS-485通信线进行数据传输。
进一步的局放管理模块将局部放电监控系统上传的数据进行解密处理,并判断环网箱所处的运行状态,将结果上传至主控模块。
进一步的主控模块将收到的数据根据点表进行分类整理,将整理后的数据上传至主站系统。
DTU系统与主站系统通过光纤/无线通信模块进行数据传输。
进一步的主站系统将数据进行解析,通过人机交互界面将环网箱电缆室中局部放电的运行状态反馈给运维人员,
运维人员通过人机交互界面查看后备电源的运行状态,同时还可以通过主站系统对局部放电的局放检测软压板、局放设定值和检测延时时间进行远程控制和修改。
本发明专利提供一种行之有效的环网柜局部放电监控方法,有效的解决了现有环网柜局部放电运维难度大、安全可靠性差等问题,为环网柜局部放电提供了安全稳定的运行环境,减少了运维人员的日常维护工作量,既节省了人力物力,提高了安全性,又有效降低了维护成本,同时也可以为日后的检修计划安排提供依据,为电网的安全稳定运行提供了保证。

1.一种适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,其特征在于,包括:局部放电监控系统、DTU监控系统、以及主站系统,所述局部放电监控系统与DTU监控系统通过网口网络通信线进行数据传输,DTU监控系统与主站系统通过无线通信方式进行数据传输。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,其特征在于,所述局部放电监控系统包括依次连接的高精度音频传感器、信号接收处理器、智能检测终端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,其特征在于,所述高精度音频传感器包括电容式驻极体话筒,电容式驻极体话筒包含声电转换和阻抗部分,用于采集环网箱电缆室内局部放电音频信号,将采集到的局部放电音频数据通过同轴电缆传输给信号接收处理器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,其特征在于,所述信号接收处理器将采集到的数据进行分间隔整理处理,然后将处理后的数据传输给智能检测终端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于环网箱的局部放电监控装置,其特征在于,所述DTU检测系统包括依次连接的局放管理模块、主控模块、以及通信模块。
