Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of mobile terminal technologies, and in particular, to a mobile terminal and a middle frame.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
In order to ensure the aesthetic appearance of a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) and facilitate operation, part of the function keys of the mobile terminal are installed on the side wall of the housing of the mobile terminal, such as a power-on/off key, a volume adjusting key and the like. The mobile terminal comprises a side key and a side key, wherein a flexible circuit board (FPC board) is arranged inside the mobile terminal, an electric control element corresponding to a function key on a side wall is arranged on the flexible circuit board, the side key of the mobile terminal is matched with the electric control element on the flexible circuit board, and when a user presses the side key, the side key triggers the electric control element corresponding to the side key so as to realize corresponding functions. In the related art, the outgoing line of the flexible circuit board penetrates out from the back of the middle frame (the back is close to one side of the rear cover of the mobile terminal), and other parts, such as a battery, a main board and the like, are further mounted in the space of the back, so that the space of the back of the middle frame is small, and a reliable sealing structure, such as a waterproof structure, is difficult to design, so that the mobile terminal of a mobile phone cannot realize common life water resistance.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the related art, the entire structure of the side key circuit board 2 ' is located on the back surface of the middle frame 1 ', the side key circuit board 2 ' includes a main board connection portion 21 ', a lead 22 ' and a key connection portion 23 ', and the waterproof structure 6 ' can only waterproof-seal the key connection portion 23 ' of the side key circuit board 2 '. In the related art, for the mobile terminal using the above structure, to achieve the waterproof effect of the IP68 grade, only professional waterproof designs such as liquid silicone injection molding can be adopted, so that the production cost of the mobile terminal using the above structure is high, and the mobile terminal is not suitable for popularization and use.
The present disclosure provides a mobile terminal, which is an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc. Referring to fig. 3-7 or fig. 8-11, the mobile terminal includes a middle frame 1, and a side key 3 and a side key circuit board 2 mounted on the middle frame 1, the side key circuit board 2 including a key connecting portion 23, a main board connecting portion 21, and a lead 22, wherein the key connecting portion 23 is mated with the side key 3, the main board connecting portion 21 is mated with a main board of the mobile terminal, and the lead 22 is used for connecting the key connecting portion 23 and the main board connecting portion 21. For example, the sealing layer 4 includes a waterproof cover plate, which can be bonded to the mounting groove 13 by foam and/or glue dispensing to ensure the sealing effect of the lead 22 at a low cost. Because the back of the side key groove 12 directly forms the sealed waterproof structure 6, the lead 22 can be sealed only by arranging the waterproof cover plate on the front of the middle frame 1, and a high waterproof effect can be achieved.

In one embodiment, the first bending portion 221 and the second bending portion 222 form an included angle of 90 °, and the included angle can be adaptively adjusted according to the actual structure of the middle frame 1, so as to facilitate the wiring.
The present disclosure also provides a middle frame, as shown in fig. 3-7 or 8-11, the middle frame 1 is provided with a through hole structure 11, the through hole structure 11 includes a through hole, the through hole penetrates through the middle frame 1, the main board connecting portion 21 is located on the back of the middle frame 1, the back of the middle frame 1 is a side close to the mobile terminal, the lead 22 penetrates through the through hole structure 11, the second end of the lead 22 is connected with the key connecting portion 23, and the first end of the lead 22 is connected with the main board connecting portion 21. The middle frame 1 comprises a side key groove 12, the key connecting part 23 is positioned in the side key groove 12, and the end face of the side key groove 12 is matched with a device at a corresponding position in the mobile terminal to form a waterproof structure 6.
This center 1 can realize that the partial structure of lead wire 22 arranges in center 1's front, and then can guarantee that the terminal surface of side keyway 12 is identical with the inside device that corresponds position department of mobile terminal, forms waterproof construction 6, and this waterproof construction 6 can play better water-proof effects to realize higher waterproof performance through lower cost, for example satisfy the waterproof dustproof requirement of IP 68.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is provided a middle frame including the structure of the middle frame described above, and in the middle frame, as shown with reference to fig. 8 to 11, the through hole structure 11 includes a first through hole 111 and a trace region 112, one notch of the side key groove 12 faces the front surface of the middle frame 1, and the lead 22 at the main board connection portion 21 passes through the first through hole 111 and mates with the trace region 112.
It should be noted that the side key grooves 12 include other notches for accommodating the side keys 3 in addition to the above-described notch facing the front surface of the center frame 1.
In one embodiment, the key connection portion 23 is first installed in the side key groove 12, and then the main board connection portion 21 is passed through the first through hole 111, so that the main board connection portion 21 is disposed on the back surface of the middle frame 1, one opening of the side key groove 12 faces the front surface of the middle frame 1, and at the same time, a partial structure of the lead 22 is disposed on the routing area 112, and the lead 22 passes through the first through hole 111.
The middle frame 1 can realize that the main board connecting part 21 is arranged on the back surface of the middle frame 1, wherein the back surface of the middle frame 1 is the opposite surface of the front surface of the middle frame 1, one opening of the side key groove 12 faces the front surface of the middle frame 1, namely, the back surface of the position, used for installing the key connecting part 23, on the middle frame 1 is a complete sealing surface, and the sealing surface directly forms the waterproof structure 6 without arranging other waterproof structures 6, so that the cost can be reduced, and the waterproof effect of the middle frame can be improved. In addition, the wiring area 112 for installing the lead 22 is also located on the front surface of the middle frame 1, which provides convenience for installing the lead 22 and the sealing structure of the key connection part 23, and facilitates the setting of the waterproof setting of the lead 22 and the key connection part 23, so as to realize higher waterproof performance with lower cost.
In one embodiment, based on the structure of the middle frame 1, the sealing layer 4 is disposed at the through hole structure 11, the sealing layer 4 is disposed at the front surface of the middle frame 1, the sealing layer 4 covers the through hole structure 11 and the notch of the side key groove 12 facing the front surface of the middle frame 1, and the sealing layer 4 is used for sealing the first through hole 111, the trace area 112 and the side key groove 12 to prevent dust or liquid from entering the back surface of the middle frame 1 through the first through hole 111, the trace area 112 and the side key groove 12 and the like.
In addition, just because of the above structural design of the middle frame 1, the sealing layer 4 can be arranged on the front surface of the middle frame 1, so that the arrangement of the sealing layer 4 is more convenient, the sealing layer 4 is matched with the waterproof structure 6, the waterproof performance of the mobile terminal provided with the middle frame 1 can be better improved, and the realization of achieving a higher waterproof grade with lower cost is more convenient.
In one embodiment, on the front surface of the middle frame 1, the middle frame 1 is formed with a mounting groove 13 along the circumferential edge of the through hole structure 11, the mounting groove 13 is used for mounting the sealing layer 4, the plane of the mounting groove 13 is flush with the portion of the routing area 112 facing the front surface of the middle frame, which not only can ensure good sealing and waterproof effects, but also can ensure the smoothness of the whole structure formed by the middle frame 1 and the sealing layer 4, and facilitates the installation and arrangement of other structures of the mobile terminal. Because the back of the side key groove 12 directly forms the sealed waterproof structure 6, the lead 22 can be sealed only by arranging the waterproof cover plate on the front of the middle frame 1, and a high waterproof effect can be achieved.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is provided a middle frame, which is different from the above-mentioned middle frame in that, in the middle frame, as shown with reference to fig. 3 to 7, the through hole structure 11 includes a first through hole 111, a routing area 112, and a second through hole 113, one notch of the side key groove 12 faces the back surface of the middle frame 1, the first end of the lead wire 22 passes out from the back surface of the middle frame 1 to the front surface of the middle frame 1 through the second through hole 113, and then passes through the routing area 112 and the first through hole 111 again to the back surface of the middle frame 1 in sequence, wherein the back surface is the side close to the rear cover of the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that the side key grooves 12 include other notches for accommodating the side keys 3 of the mobile terminal, in addition to the above-mentioned notch facing the back of the middle frame 1.
In one embodiment, the key connecting portion 23 is first installed in the side key slot 12, and then the main board connecting portion 21 sequentially passes through the second through hole 113 and the first through hole 111, so that the main board connecting portion 21 and the key connecting portion 23 are both disposed on the back surface of the middle frame 1, meanwhile, the lead 22 passes through the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 113, and a partial structure of the lead 22 is disposed in the routing area 112.
This center 1 can realize, mainboard connecting portion 21 and button connecting portion 23 all are located the back of center 1, but lead wire 22 passes the connection that realizes mainboard connecting portion 21 and button connecting portion 23 by the front of center 1, and then can guarantee that the terminal surface of side keyway 12 is identical with the inside device that corresponds position department of mobile terminal, forms waterproof construction 6, and this waterproof construction 6 can play better water-proof effects to realize higher waterproof performance through lower cost.
In one embodiment, based on the structure of the middle frame 1, a sealing layer 4 is disposed on the front surface of the middle frame 1, and the sealing layer 4 is disposed at the through hole structure 11 for sealing the first through hole 111, the trace area 112, and the second through hole 113 to prevent dust or liquid from entering the back surface of the middle frame 1 through the first through hole 111, the trace area 112, the second through hole 113, and the like. In addition, because this center 1 can be established at the front of center 1 by sealing layer 4, consequently make things convenient for the arrangement of sealing layer 4 more, this sealing layer 4 cooperates with waterproof construction 6, can improve this mobile terminal's waterproof performance better, is convenient for more reach higher waterproof grade with lower cost realization.
In one embodiment, an installation groove 13 is formed in the front surface of the through hole structure 11 along the circumferential edge of the through hole structure 11 of the middle frame 1, the installation groove 13 is used for installing the sealing layer 4 so as to ensure that the surface of the sealing layer 4 is flush with the surface of the middle frame 1, and the plane of the installation groove 13 is flush with the part of the routing area 112 facing the front surface of the middle frame, so that good sealing and waterproof effects can be ensured, and the flatness of the integral structure formed by the middle frame 1 and the sealing layer 4 can be ensured.
Because the back of the side key groove 12 directly forms the sealed waterproof structure 6, the lead 22 can be sealed only by arranging the waterproof cover plate on the front of the middle frame 1, and a high waterproof effect can be achieved.
In one embodiment, set up waterproof flexible glue layer at the back of center 1, waterproof flexible glue layer and the terminal surface adhesive connection of side keyway 12, waterproof flexible glue layer covers side keyway 12, forms waterproof construction 6, and the notch that will incline keyway 12 through waterproof flexible glue layer is sealed to avoid dust or liquid to enter into the back of center 1 through the notch of side keyway 12. The waterproof glue layer is matched with the sealing layer 4, so that a higher waterproof grade is achieved at lower cost.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is provided a middle frame, which comprises the structure of any one of the middle frames described above, as shown with reference to fig. 3-7 or 8-11, the middle frame 1 further comprises a key mounting structure for mounting the side keys 3 of the mobile terminal, and mounting through holes 5 for mounting the side keys 3, the side keys 3 being electrically connected to the key connecting portions 23.
When the side key 3 is pressed, a signal corresponding to the pressing action is transmitted to the key connecting portion 23, and the key connecting portion 23 transmits the signal to the main board connecting portion 21 through the lead 22 and transmits the signal to the main board through the main board connecting portion 21, so that a corresponding function is realized.

Claims (17)
1. A mobile terminal, comprising:
the middle frame, and a side key circuit board which are arranged on the middle frame;
the side key circuit board comprises a key connecting part, a main board connecting part and a lead, wherein the lead is used for connecting the key connecting part and the main board connecting part;
the middle frame is provided with a through hole structure, the through hole structure comprises a through hole, the through hole penetrates through the middle frame, the mainboard connecting part is positioned on the back surface of the middle frame, the lead wire penetrates through the through hole structure, the second end of the lead wire is connected with the key connecting part, the first end of the lead wire is connected with the mainboard connecting part, and the back surface of the middle frame is one side close to a rear cover of the mobile terminal;
the middle frame comprises a side key groove, the key connecting portion is located in the side key groove, the end face of the side key groove is matched with a device at a corresponding position inside the mobile terminal, and a waterproof structure is formed.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the via structure comprises a first via and a routing area, one notch of the side key slot faces the front face of the middle frame, and the lead passes through the first via and mates with the routing area.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 2, comprising a sealing layer covering the through-hole structure, and wherein the side key slot is a notch in a front face of the bezel.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the via structure comprises a first via, a routing area, and a second via, one notch of the side key slot faces the back side of the middle frame, and the lead passes through the first via and the second via.
5. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein a key switch is disposed on the key connection portion, and the key switch is engaged with the side key.
6. The mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein a sealing layer is disposed at the through hole structure, and the sealing layer is disposed on a front surface of the middle frame.
7. The mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the middle frame is formed with a mounting groove at a circumferential edge of the through hole structure at a front surface of the middle frame, the mounting groove being for mounting the sealing layer.
8. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 7, wherein the plane of the mounting slot is flush with a portion of the routing area facing the front surface of the middle frame.
9. The mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the sealing layer is adhesively connected with the middle frame by foam and/or glue.
10. A mobile terminal according to claim 3 or 6, wherein the sealing layer comprises a waterproof cover plate.
11. A mobile terminal according to claim 3 or 6, wherein the surface of the sealing layer is flush with the surface of the middle frame.
12. The mobile terminal according to claim 2 or 4, wherein the plane of the trace area is lower than the surface of the middle frame.
13. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, further comprising a waterproof soft adhesive layer, wherein the waterproof soft adhesive layer is adhesively connected to the end surface of the side key groove, and the waterproof soft adhesive layer covers the side key groove to form the waterproof structure.
14. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the middle frame further comprises a key mounting structure and a mounting through hole, the key mounting structure is used for mounting a side key of the mobile terminal, the mounting through hole is communicated with the key mounting structure and the side key groove, the mounting through hole is used for mounting the side key, and the side key is electrically connected with the key connecting portion.
