Abstract
The invention provides a special adjustable tool for a wire outgoing galloping vehicle. The structure is as follows: the support of the pulley is fixed on a fixed support of the flying head through a connecting bolt, a feed rod is arranged on the support of the pulley, a plurality of through holes are arranged on a wheel disc of the pulley, the feed rod is matched with the through holes, an iron cable is hung on the fixed support of the flying head, a pulley base is hung at the bottom end of the iron cable, and a lock catch is respectively arranged on a head-end iron ring and a tail-end iron ring of the iron cable. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line maintenance, in particular to a special adjustable tool for a wire outgoing galloping car.
Background
At present, most of outgoing line runaway on a power transmission line is fixed and cannot be adjusted and changed, and 220 KV power transmission line wire arrangement modes in a daily overhauling process have both a horizontal arrangement mode and a vertical arrangement mode. The existing wire-outgoing gallows is mostly suitable for vertically-arranged wires, the existing wire-outgoing gallows is troublesome in the process of passing through sub-wire spacers for horizontally-arranged lines, operators are prone to rollover on the wires, and the risk of falling from a high place is increased.
In this case, the development of suitable safety tools is an important measure for avoiding such safety accidents. From practical experience, an ideal outlet pulley should meet two requirements: firstly, the arrangement mode of the wire outgoing galloping cars can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the arrangement mode of the field wires. An adjustable special tool for a line outgoing aerodyne is shown in fig. 1-5 and comprises an aerodyne head fixing support 1, a pulley 2, a connecting bolt 3, a feed rod 4, a through hole 5, an iron cable 6, a tackle base 7 and a lock catch 8, wherein a support of the pulley 2 is fixed on the aerodyne head fixing support 1 through the connecting bolt 3, the feed rod 4 is arranged on the support of the pulley 2, a plurality of through holes 5 are formed in a wheel disc of the pulley 2, the feed rod 4 is matched with the through holes 5, the iron cable 6 is hung on the aerodyne head fixing support 1, the tackle base 7 is hung at the bottom end of the iron cable 6, and the lock catch 8 is arranged on a head end iron ring and a tail end iron ring of the iron cable 6 respectively.

An adjustable special tool for a line outgoing aerodyne is shown in fig. 1-5 and comprises an aerodyne head fixing support 1, a pulley 2, a connecting bolt 3, a feed rod 4, a through hole 5, an iron cable 6, a tackle base 7 and a lock catch 8, wherein a support of the pulley 2 is fixed on the aerodyne head fixing support 1 through the connecting bolt 3, the feed rod 4 is arranged on the support of the pulley 2, a plurality of through holes 5 are formed in a wheel disc of the pulley 2, the feed rod 4 is matched with the through holes 5, the iron cable 6 is hung on the aerodyne head fixing support 1, the tackle base 7 is hung at the bottom end of the iron cable 6, and the lock catch 8 is arranged on a head end iron ring and a tail end iron ring of the iron cable 6 respectively. Wherein, the feed rod 4 is movably connected with the support of the pulley 2, and a spring is arranged between the feed rod 4 and the support of the pulley 2 in a cushioning way.
