The structure of the high-voltage oil-filled cable mainly comprises two forms of a self-contained oil-filled cable and a steel tube oil-filled cable, the oil-filled cable has many advantages compared with a common cable, and because certain pressure is kept in the cable insulation, external moisture and air cannot enter the insulation from the cable body or accessories, the long-term operation reliability of the oil-filled cable is not a problem as long as the oil pressure is normal, and the service life of the oil-filled cable can reach forty-five years. The cable insulation with the natural mineral oil as the main body has high stability in an electric field. Even if the oil-filled cable has the abnormal phenomena of oil leakage caused by damage to the protective layer due to external force damage, grounding of the protective layer, short-time overload, high temperature and the like, operating personnel can take measures to process according to the abnormal oil pressure indication and the action of the alarm device in time, and accidents are avoided. If the oil leakage is not large, the oil supply device can maintain the oil pressure to continue to operate, and the treatment is carried out when the planned power failure is waited.
The existing oil-filled cable has many disadvantages: the insulating oil for oil-filled cables is a combustible liquid, and the common insulating oil has a low flash point (the Min point of low-viscosity oil is generally below 140 ℃), so that the oil can easily catch fire; the termination operation requires the use of open-fire equipment such as a torch, which can cause ignition without much attention, and if the oil-filled cable line in operation is ignited by external reasons or explosion of the cable head, serious fire can be caused by the 'flame retardance' of the cable. Secondly, the common oil-filled cable has high condensation point and pour point, and the lowest temperature can reach-50 ℃ in winter in the north of China, which has considerable potential safety hazard on the normal operation of a power system, so that the materials and the construction mode of the oil-filled cable need to be deeply researched to improve the normal work of the cable, improve the stability of the power system and prevent accidents.

The novel self-contained oil-filled cable provided by the invention is provided with two leads which are respectively positioned in the center of the cable and the outer ring of an oil duct, and the oil-through oil duct is positioned between the two leads to play a role in insulating and transferring heat; the pressure type cable is a self-contained pressure type cable which takes nano insulating oil as a pressurized fluid and can enable the oil to freely flow in the cable. The novel self-contained oil-filled cable has excellent insulating property, can bear high working electric field intensity, and has low dielectric loss, good heat dissipation, reliable protective layer protection and joint accessories.
