Therefore, the operation parts required to be operated by the user in each operation step can be controls on the display screen of the intelligent counter, and can also be physical parts on the body of the intelligent counter. The operation components that need to be operated by the user in different operation steps may be predefined and stored in advance corresponding to the operation steps, for example, in the form of configuration files. If different services correspond to different configuration files, the configuration file corresponding to the first service comprises information used for indicating operation components which need to be operated by a user in each operation step in the plurality of operation steps of the first service. The intelligent counter can obtain operation parts, which are required to be operated by the user, of each operation step of the first service according to the configuration file of the first service.
For example, the first service is "modify bank card password" as an example. In connection with the example shown in fig. 1, the physical components on the intelligent counter body include: card slot (card slot 1 and card slot 2 in fig. 1), camera and fingerprint groove etc.. The card slot 1 is used for inserting a bank card, and the card slot 2 is used for inserting an identity card. After the user inserts the card into the corresponding card slot, the intelligent counter can be matched with the card slot to read related information in the card, such as identity information and bank card information. The fingerprint groove is used for gathering user's fingerprint, and after the user placed the fingerprint groove with the finger, user's fingerprint information was gathered to the intelligence sales counter accessible fingerprint groove for fingerprint verification. The camera is used for collecting images, such as face images of users. An interface in the service handling process may be displayed on a display screen of the intelligent counter, and the interface may include controls operable by a user, such as a control 1, a control 2, and a control 3 in an interface a, and a control 4 and a control 5 in an interface B, shown in fig. 4. For the above "modify bank card password" service, the configuration file of the service includes information indicating the operation components that the user needs to operate in each of operation steps 1 to 8 in the above example. The intelligent counter can obtain the operation parts corresponding to each operation step in the business of 'modifying bank card password' according to the configuration file of the business. If the intelligent counter acquires that the operation part corresponding to the operation step 1 is the card slot 1, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 2 is the card slot 2, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 3 is the camera, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 4 is the control 1, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 5 is the control 2, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 6 is the control 3, the operation part corresponding to the operation step 7 is the fingerprint slot, and the operation part corresponding to the operation step 8 is the control 4.
S303, determining a first corresponding relation according to the plurality of operation steps of the first service and the operation component which needs to be operated by the user in each operation step in the plurality of operation steps.
The first corresponding relation is used for indicating the corresponding relation between a plurality of operation steps and operation components of the first service.
In some embodiments, after acquiring an operation component that needs to be operated by a user in each of a plurality of operation steps of the first service, the intelligent counter may determine or establish a correspondence between the plurality of operation steps and the plurality of operation components, that is, establish the first correspondence, according to the acquired plurality of operation steps and the operation component that needs to be operated by the user in each operation step.
For example, the above-mentioned "modify bank card password" service is taken as an example. With reference to the example shown in S302, the intelligent counter acquires that the operation component corresponding to operation step 1 is the card slot 1, the operation component corresponding to operation step 2 is the card slot 2, the operation component corresponding to operation step 3 is the camera, the operation component corresponding to operation step 4 is the control 1, the operation component corresponding to operation step 5 is the control 2, the operation component corresponding to operation step 6 is the control 3, the operation component corresponding to operation step 7 is the fingerprint slot, and the operation component corresponding to operation step 8 is the control 4. Thus, based on the obtained result, the intelligent counter can establish the correspondence relationship between operation steps 1 to 8 and the operation parts, i.e., the first correspondence relationship. For example, the first correspondence relationship may be established as shown in table 1 below:

As an example, the S304 may specifically include: and aiming at the operation parts corresponding to the operation steps of the first service, acquiring a coordinate set of the operation parts on the intelligent counter, and acquiring the operation positions of the operation parts according to the acquired coordinate set.
As described in the foregoing embodiments, the operation component corresponding to each operation step may be a control on the display screen of the intelligent counter, or may be a physical component on the intelligent counter body. And under the condition that the operation part is a control on the intelligent counter display screen, the coordinate set of the operation part can comprise the coordinates of the control on the upper left corner and the coordinates of the control on the lower right corner of the intelligent counter display screen. Correspondingly, the operation position can be a rectangular area with the coordinates of the control on the upper left corner and the coordinates of the control on the lower right corner of the intelligent counter display screen as diagonals.
For example, taking the control 2 in the interface a as an example, the intelligent counter may collect the coordinates of the control 2 in the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the intelligent counter display screen according to the resolution of the intelligent counter display screen. For example, taking the resolution of the display screen of the intelligent counter as 1600 pixels by 900 pixels as an example, the intelligent counter may establish a planar rectangular coordinate system with the upper left corner of the display screen as an origin, the horizontal right direction as an x-axis, the vertical downward direction as a y-axis, and 1 pixel as a unit. As shown in fig. 5, the intelligent counter may collect a control 2 on the display screen according to the resolution of the display screen of the intelligent counter, and under the above-mentioned rectangular plane coordinate system, the coordinates of the upper left corner and the coordinates of the lower right corner, for example, the collected coordinates of the upper left corner of the control 2 are (500 ), and the collected coordinates of the lower right corner of the control 2 are (1200,600). Then, the intelligent counter can determine the operation position of the control 2 according to the collected coordinates of the control 2 at the upper left corner and the lower right corner on the display screen of the intelligent counter, for example, the operation position can be recorded as a rectangular area with coordinates of the upper left corner being (500 ), the length being 700 and the width being 100. Similarly, the process for obtaining the operation positions of the controls on the other display screens may refer to the above process, for example, the intelligent control may obtain that the operation position corresponding to the control 1 in the interface a is a rectangular region with coordinates of the upper left corner (250,500), the length of 700 and the width of 100, the operation position of the control 3 in the interface a is a rectangular region with coordinates of the upper left corner (1300,700), the length of 200 and the width of 100, and the operation position of the control 4 in the interface B is a rectangular region with coordinates of the upper left corner (500,400), the length of 400 and the width of 100.
In the case that the operation component is a physical component on the body of the intelligent counter, S304 may specifically include that the intelligent counter may obtain a setting position, or a mounting position, of the physical component on the body, where the setting position is an operation position corresponding to the operation component.
For example, in connection with the example shown in fig. 1, the setting position of the card slot 1 on the body is the card slot on the left side of the front of the body, the setting position of the card slot 2 on the body is the card slot on the right side of the front of the body, the setting position of the camera on the body is the region in the center of the body directly above the display screen, and the setting position of the fingerprint slot on the body is the groove of the body directly above the display screen. In this way, the intelligent counter can obtain the operation positions of the operation parts corresponding to the operation steps 1, 2, 3 and 7 according to the setting positions of the physical parts.
S305, determining a second corresponding relation according to the operation component corresponding to each operation step in the plurality of operation steps and the operation position of each operation component.
The second corresponding relation is used for indicating the corresponding relation between the operation components and the operation positions corresponding to the plurality of operation steps of the first service.
In some embodiments, after the intelligent counter acquires the operation positions of the operation parts, the intelligent counter may determine or establish a correspondence relationship between the operation parts and the operation positions corresponding to the operation steps of the first service, that is, the second correspondence relationship, according to the operation parts and the operation positions of the operation parts corresponding to the operation steps in the acquired operation steps.
For example, with reference to the example of S304, the operation position of the operation component card slot 1 corresponding to operation step 1 obtained by the smart counter is a card slot on the left side of the front of the machine body, the operation position of the operation component card slot 2 corresponding to operation step 2 is a card slot on the right side of the front of the machine body, the operation position of the operation component camera corresponding to operation step 3 is an area in the center of the machine body right above the display screen, the operation position of the control 1 in the operation component interface a corresponding to operation step 4 is a rectangular area with coordinates of the upper left corner on the display screen of (250,500), the length of 700 and the width of 100, the operation position of the control 2 in the operation component interface a corresponding to operation step 5 is a rectangular area with coordinates of the upper left corner on the display screen of (500 ), the length of 700 and the width of 100, the operation position of the operation component control 3 corresponding to operation step 6 is a rectangular area with coordinates of the upper left corner on the display screen of (1300,700), the length of the rectangular area is 200, the width of the rectangular area is 100, the operation position of the fingerprint groove of the operation part corresponding to the operation step 7 is the groove of the upper left body of the display screen, and the operation position of the operation part control 4 corresponding to the operation step 8 is the rectangular area with the coordinate (500,400) on the display screen, the length of the rectangular area is 400 and the width of the rectangular area is 100. Thus, based on the obtained result, the intelligent counter can establish the corresponding relationship between the operation components and the operation positions corresponding to the operation steps 1 to 8, that is, the second corresponding relationship. The second correspondence relationship as established may be as shown in table 2 below:

After the intelligent counter determines the first corresponding relationship and the second corresponding relationship, the first corresponding relationship and the second corresponding relationship may be stored in the intelligent counter in correspondence with the first service. Similarly, for other services supported by the intelligent counter, the relevant correspondence relationship can be obtained by executing the above S301-S305, and the correspondence relationship with the service is stored in the intelligent counter for use by the intelligent counter. For example, after the first corresponding relationship and the second corresponding relationship of the first service are obtained at the intelligent counter, in the process of handling the first service by the user using the intelligent counter, the prompt information can be output at the operation position according to the operation of the user, the corresponding relationship between the operation of the user and the operation component, and the corresponding relationship between the operation component and the operation position, so as to realize the function of assisting the user in handling the service. That is, the above-described "business transaction assistance flow" is executed. The "business transaction assistance process" may include the following S306-S310.
S306, determining a second operation step according to the first operation step and the time sequence relation.
The first operation step is a service which is supported by the intelligent counter and transacted, and the first service comprises one of a plurality of operation steps with time sequence relation. The first operation step may be a step which is being operated by the user when the user transacts the business on the intelligent counter or may be an operation step which is completed by the user, and the second operation step is a next operation step of the first operation step in the plurality of operation steps and may be referred to as a standby operation step.
The intelligent counter can determine the next operation step of the first operation step, namely the second operation step (or the step to be operated) according to the time sequence relation between the first operation step and the plurality of operation steps of the first service. The time sequence relationship may be obtained and stored in the intelligent counter when the intelligent counter executes the above S301.
For example, continuing to take the first service of the user as the service of "modifying bank card password", as described in the foregoing embodiment, the first service includes the following 8 operation steps: operation step 1, inserting a bank card; operation step 2, inserting the identity card; operation step 3, photographing; operation step 4, inputting the password for the first time; operation step 5, inputting the password again; operation step 6, confirming the modification; 7, auditing by staff; operation 8. confirm modification is complete ". And the time sequence relation among the 8 operation steps is stored in the intelligent counter. When the user transacts the 'bank card password modification' service through the intelligent counter, the intelligent counter can determine the step to be operated according to the currently operated operation step or the currently completed operation step and the time sequence relationship of the operation steps of the first service. For example, the first operation step is the above operation step 4. The intelligent counter can determine that the next operation step of the operation step 4 is the operation step 5 according to the time sequence relation among the plurality of operation steps of the service, namely, the step to be operated is the operation step 5. It should be noted that, for the first operation step of the first service, when the user starts to handle the first service, the intelligent counter may directly determine the first operation step as the to-be-operated step, and does not need to determine the first operation step according to the time sequence relation and the previous operation step. When the first operation step is an operation step other than the first operation step, the implementation of S306 is similar to that when the first operation step is operation step 4.
And S307, determining the part to be operated according to the second operation step and the first corresponding relation.
And the part to be operated is an operation part corresponding to the second operation step. The member to be operated may be: physical components of the intelligent counter, or controls on the display screen of the intelligent counter.
After the second operation step, namely the to-be-operated step, is determined, the intelligent counter can determine the operation part corresponding to the to-be-operated step, namely determine the to-be-operated part.
In some embodiments, after determining the to-be-operated step, the intelligent counter may determine, based on the first corresponding relationship stored in the intelligent counter, the operation component corresponding to the to-be-operated step, that is, the to-be-operated component, according to the corresponding relationship between the plurality of operation steps of the first service and the operation component.
For example, continuing with the above example as an example, after determining that the to-be-operated step is "operation step 5" and the password is input again, "the intelligent counter may determine" operation step 5 "and the operation component corresponding to the password input again" is the control 2 of the on-screen interface a, that is, determine that the to-be-operated component is the control 2 of the on-screen interface a, according to the first corresponding relationship stored in the intelligent counter, such as the corresponding relationship shown in table 1. Similarly, if the to-be-operated step is another operation step, such as "operation step 3. take a picture", according to the corresponding relationship shown in table 1, the intelligent counter may determine that the operation component corresponding to "operation step 3. take a picture" is a camera arranged on the machine body, that is, determine that the to-be-operated component is a camera.
And S308, determining the position to be operated according to the component to be operated and the second corresponding relation.
The position to be operated is an operation position corresponding to the part to be operated. After the intelligent counter determines the part to be operated, the operation position corresponding to the part to be operated can be determined, namely the position to be operated is determined.
In some embodiments, after determining the operation component corresponding to the to-be-operated step, that is, the to-be-operated component, the intelligent counter may determine, according to the second correspondence stored in the intelligent counter, the operation position corresponding to the to-be-operated component, that is, the to-be-operated position, according to the correspondence between the operation component and the operation position corresponding to the plurality of operation steps of the first service. In the case that the to-be-operated component is a control on the display screen of the intelligent counter, the to-be-operated position may be a display position of the control on the display screen of the intelligent counter. In the case where the to-be-operated part is a physical part of the intelligent counter, the to-be-operated position may be a setting position of the physical part on the intelligent counter body.
For example, continuing with the above example as an example, the step to be operated is "operation step 5. enter password again". After the intelligent counter determines that the to-be-operated control corresponding to the operation step 5 is the control 2 in the interface a, the intelligent counter may determine, according to a second correspondence existing in the intelligent counter, as shown in the correspondence shown in table 2, that the operation position corresponding to the control 2 in the interface a is a rectangular area with the coordinate of the upper left corner on the display screen being (500 ), the length being 700, and the width being 100, that is, that the to-be-operated position is a rectangular area with the coordinate of the upper left corner on the display screen being (500 ), the length being 700, and the width being 100. When the user clicks any position in the rectangular area, the function of the control at the position can be triggered, for example, a password is input in the control 2.
And S309, outputting prompt information at the position to be operated for prompting the user to operate at the position to be operated so as to complete the second operation step.
After the intelligent counter determines the position to be operated, prompt information can be output at the position to be operated to prompt a user to operate at the position.
In some embodiments, when the to-be-operated component is a control on the display screen of the intelligent counter, the to-be-operated position is a rectangular area with the coordinates of the control on the upper left corner and the coordinates of the lower right corner on the display screen of the intelligent counter as diagonal lines, and S306 may specifically be configured to display a prompt message on the rectangular area for the intelligent counter, where the prompt message is a specific icon or a specific action, and is used to prompt the user to operate the control on the display screen at the position, so as to complete the next operation.
For example, continuing with the above example as an example, after the intelligent counter determines that the position to be operated is a rectangular area with coordinates of (500 ) at the upper left corner on the display screen, a length of 700 and a width of 100, the intelligent counter may display a specific icon (such as a dynamic finger effect shown in fig. 6) at the position of the rectangular area on the display screen, or display a specific action (such as a highlight effect shown in fig. 7) at the position of the rectangular area, so that the intelligent counter may prompt the user to operate at the position, so as to implement a function of assisting the user to handle business autonomously by the intelligent counter.
And under the condition that the part to be operated is a physical part on the intelligent counter body, the position to be operated is the setting position of the part to be operated on the body. The intelligent counter displays prompt information at the set position of the part to be operated, and the prompt information can be specific light so as to prompt a user to operate at the physical part at the position.
For example, after the intelligent counter determines that the position to be operated is the setting position of the camera on the machine body, the intelligent counter displays specific light (such as the light flickering effect shown in fig. 8) in the region of the center of the machine body right above the display screen, and prompts a user to shoot at the position of the flickering light.
In some embodiments, the intelligent counter can send out voice prompt while outputting prompt information at the position to be operated, so as to further improve the auxiliary function of the intelligent counter.
For example, continuing to use the example in which the control to be operated is the camera, the intelligent counter may perform an effect prompt of light flashing at the setting position of the camera, and may also perform voice broadcast along with the effect prompt, for example, if the voice broadcast content is "please the user to face the camera to perform portrait collection", so as to further improve the auxiliary function of the intelligent counter.
It should be understood that, in the case that the first operation step is an operation step currently being operated by the user, the intelligent counter may output a prompt message at the determined position to be operated after the user completes the first operation step. That is, in the case where the first operation step is an operation step that the user is currently operating, S306-S308 may be performed during the user performs the first operation step, and S309 may be performed after the user completes the first operation step. Therefore, after the user finishes the first operation, the user can be prompted with the operation position of the next operation step in time, and the efficiency of assisting the user to handle the service is higher. Alternatively, in the case where the first operation step is an operation step that the user is currently operating, S306 to S309 are each executed after the user completes the first operation step. In the case where the first operation step is an operation step that the user has completed, S306 to S309 are each executed after the user has completed the first operation step. The embodiment is not particularly limited herein.
It should be noted that the above embodiment is described as an example in which the "business transaction preparation process" is executed by an intelligent counter. In a scenario where the "service handling preparation process" is executed by the server, a specific implementation process is similar to the implementation process of S301-S305, except that after the server determines the first corresponding relationship and the second corresponding relationship, the first corresponding relationship, the second corresponding relationship, and the first service may be sent to the intelligent counter, so that the intelligent counter stores the first corresponding relationship, the second corresponding relationship, and the first service in the intelligent counter, which facilitates assistance when a client handles the first service. Because the calculation capacity of the server is greater than that of the intelligent counter, the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation are established by the server, so that the time spent in establishing the corresponding relation can be reduced, the calculation resources of the intelligent counter are saved, and better auxiliary service handling experience is provided for users. Moreover, after the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation are established, the server can send the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation to a plurality of intelligent counters supporting the business handling so as to be used for realizing the auxiliary business handling function of the intelligent counters, independent configuration on each intelligent counter is not needed, and the operation and maintenance difficulty of an equipment administrator is greatly reduced.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects that according to the time sequence relation of each operation step in the business handled by the user and one operation step, the intelligent counter can determine the next operation step of the operation step, and determine the part needing to be operated by the user in the next operation step and the operation position of the part according to the corresponding relation. And then, the intelligent counter can output prompt information at the operation position of the part, and can prompt the user to operate the specific position to be operated next, so as to assist the user to complete the corresponding operation steps, and the intelligent degree of the intelligent counter is improved. Therefore, for clients needing to handle services, even old people or clients with little literacy do not need to be guided by a hall service manager, the services can be handled independently and autonomously smoothly with the assistance of the intelligent counter, the service handling efficiency of the clients is improved, the clients can sense the convenience of the intelligent counter, and good experience is brought to the users.
Furthermore, the scheme establishes a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the operation steps and the operation parts and establishes a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the operation parts and the operation positions, so that the operation steps correspond to the operation positions through the corresponding operation parts, the intelligent counter can prompt the operation positions of the next operation steps of the user in time, the response speed is high, the accuracy of the prompt positions is high, the prompt function of voice broadcasting is further provided, the efficiency of handling services by the user is improved, and meanwhile, the intelligent degree of the intelligent counter is further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides an auxiliary service handling apparatus. The auxiliary business handling device can comprise one or more functional modules for implementing the auxiliary business handling method of the above method embodiment.
For example, fig. 9 is a schematic view of an auxiliary service handling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the supplementary service transaction apparatus includes: the device comprises a determining module 901 and a prompting module 902, wherein the determining module 901 is connected with the prompting module 902. The determining module 901 may be referred to as an operation-control relationship binding module or a control coordinate maintenance module. The prompt module 902 may be referred to as an operation assistance module.

In some embodiments, in the case that the part to be operated is a control on the display screen of the intelligent counter, the position to be operated is a rectangular area with the coordinates of the control on the upper left corner and the coordinates of the control on the lower right corner of the display screen of the intelligent counter as diagonals;
the prompt module 902 is specifically configured to display a prompt message in the rectangular area, where the prompt message is a specific icon or a specific animation.
In some embodiments, the determining module 901 is further configured to determine the first corresponding relationship according to the multiple operation steps and the operation component that needs to be operated by the user in each of the multiple operation steps; and the second corresponding relation is determined according to the operation component corresponding to each operation step in the plurality of operation steps and the operation position of each operation component.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: an obtaining module 903, wherein the obtaining module 903 may be called a current operation obtaining module or an operation definition and maintenance module; an obtaining module 903, configured to divide a service transaction flow of the first service according to a time sequence relationship, and obtain a plurality of operation steps; the operation component is also used for acquiring operation steps in the multiple operation steps which need to be operated by a user; and the operation position of the operation part corresponding to each operation step in the plurality of operation steps is acquired.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 903 is specifically configured to, for an operation component corresponding to each operation step: collecting a coordinate set of an operating part on an intelligent counter; acquiring the operation position of the operation part according to the coordinate set; and under the condition that the operation part is a control on the intelligent counter display screen, the coordinate set of the operation part comprises the coordinates of the control at the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the intelligent counter display screen.
In some embodiments, the first operation step is an operation step that has been completed by the user, or an operation step that is currently being operated by the user, and the prompt module 902 is specifically configured to output a prompt message at the position to be operated after the user completes the operation of the first operation step.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides an electronic device, which may be the auxiliary business handling apparatus or the intelligent counter in the foregoing method embodiment. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a business assistance transaction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the service assistance transaction apparatus may include: a processor 1001 and a memory 1002; the memory 1002 stores instructions executable by the processor 1001; the processor 1001 is configured to execute the instructions such that the electronic device implements the method as described in the aforementioned method embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to implement a method as described in the preceding embodiments. The computer readable storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides a computer program product, which when run on a computer, causes the computer to execute the above related method steps to implement the business assistance handling apparatus method in the above embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for facilitating transaction, the method comprising:
determining a second operation step according to the first operation step and the time sequence relation; the first operation step is one of a plurality of operation steps with the time sequence relation, which are included in a first business which is supported and transacted by the intelligent counter, and the second operation step is the next operation step of the first operation step in the plurality of operation steps;
determining a component to be operated according to the second operation step and the first corresponding relation; wherein the first corresponding relationship is used for indicating a corresponding relationship between the plurality of operation steps and an operation component, the component to be operated is an operation component corresponding to the second operation step, and the operation component includes: the physical part of the intelligent counter is a control on a display screen of the intelligent counter;
determining a position to be operated according to the component to be operated and the second corresponding relation; the second corresponding relation is used for indicating the corresponding relation between an operation component and an operation position corresponding to the operation steps, and the position to be operated is the operation position corresponding to the component to be operated;
and outputting prompt information at the position to be operated for prompting a user to operate at the position to be operated so as to finish the second operation step.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the case that the part to be operated is a control on the intelligent counter display screen, the position to be operated is a rectangular area with the coordinates of the control on the upper left corner and the coordinates of the lower right corner on the intelligent counter display screen as diagonal lines;
the outputting of the prompt information at the position to be operated comprises:
and displaying the prompt information in the rectangular area, wherein the prompt information is a specific icon or a specific dynamic effect.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before said determining a second operation step from said first operation step and said timing relationship, the method further comprises:
determining the first corresponding relation according to the plurality of operation steps and an operation component which needs to be operated by a user in each operation step in the plurality of operation steps;
and determining the second corresponding relation according to the operation component corresponding to each operation step in the plurality of operation steps and the operation position of each operation component.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to obtaining the first and second correspondences, the method further comprises:
dividing the service handling process of the first service according to the time sequence relation to obtain the plurality of operation steps;
acquiring an operation component which needs to be operated by a user in each operation step in the plurality of operation steps;
and acquiring the operation position of the operation part corresponding to each operation step in the plurality of operation steps.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining the operation position of the operation member corresponding to each of the plurality of operation steps comprises:
operation means corresponding to each operation step:
acquiring a coordinate set of the operating part on the intelligent counter;
acquiring the operation position of the operation part according to the coordinate set;
and under the condition that the operating part is a control on the intelligent counter display screen, the coordinate set of the operating part comprises the coordinate of the control at the upper left corner and the coordinate of the control at the lower right corner on the intelligent counter display screen.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first operation step is an operation step that has been completed by a user or an operation step that is currently being operated by a user;
in a case that the first operation step is an operation step currently being operated by a user, the outputting a prompt message at the position to be operated includes:
and after the user finishes the operation of the first operation step, outputting the prompt information at the position to be operated.
7. A transaction assistance apparatus, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a determining module and a prompting module; the determining module is connected with the prompting module;
the determining module is used for determining a second operation step according to the first operation step and the time sequence relation; the first operation step is one of a plurality of operation steps with the time sequence relation, which are included in a first business which is supported and transacted by the intelligent counter, and the second operation step is the next operation step of the first operation step in the plurality of operation steps;
the determining module is further configured to determine a component to be operated according to the second operation step and the first corresponding relationship; wherein the first corresponding relationship is used for indicating a corresponding relationship between the plurality of operation steps and an operation component, the component to be operated is an operation component corresponding to the second operation step, and the operation component includes: the physical part of the intelligent counter is a control on a display screen of the intelligent counter;
the determining module is further configured to determine a position to be operated according to the component to be operated and the second corresponding relationship; the second corresponding relation is used for indicating the corresponding relation between an operation component and an operation position corresponding to the operation steps, and the position to be operated is the operation position corresponding to the component to be operated;
and the prompting module is used for outputting prompting information at the position to be operated and prompting a user to operate at the position to be operated so as to finish the second operation step.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the determining module is further configured to determine the first corresponding relationship according to the plurality of operation steps and an operation component that needs to be operated by a user in each of the plurality of operation steps;
the determining module is further configured to determine the second corresponding relationship according to the operation component corresponding to each of the plurality of operation steps and the operation position of each operation component.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: a processor and a memory;
the memory stores instructions executable by the processor;
the processor is configured to, when executing the instructions, cause the electronic device to implement the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium comprising: computer software instructions;
the computer software instructions, when executed in an electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the method of any of claims 1-6.
