The control system comprises a main chip STM32, an optical coupler TLP281, a motor driver TA8429HQ, an electronic lock R4-EM-5, a Hall sensor PSC1805-NP and a micro switch V-152-1C25, wherein the optical coupler TLP281, the motor driver TA8429HQ, the electronic lock R4-EM-5, the Hall sensor PSC1805-NP and the micro switch V-152-1C25 are connected with the main chip, and the main chip is isolated through the optical coupler, so that the motor driver is controlled to realize that the motor rotates to a preset point position; the main chip obtains the current value of the current motor driver through the Hall sensor, and judges the fault state through the magnitude of the current value. The system consists of a turntable motion control box, a position sensor, a sensor switching box, a turnover screen turnover motor, a turntable rotating motor and a turntable motor driver, and is shown in fig. 14; the system action flow is to judge the action instruction firstly, then execute the erection, withdrawal or stop actions according to the action instruction, see fig. 15 for details; the schematic diagram of the control system circuit is shown in fig. 16.
When the control system is used, the control system has two control architectures, one control architecture is that a vehicle-mounted central control computer sends a control instruction to a controller, the vehicle-mounted central control computer is responsible for inputting the instruction, the controller is responsible for executing an action instruction, and the motor is controlled to finish the overturning of the overturning screen, the rotation of the turntable and the stop action. Meanwhile, the controller is responsible for feeding back the turntable in-place state information to the vehicle-mounted central control computer. The other type of manual key is operated to complete the input of control instructions, and the controller is also responsible for executing action instructions to control the motor to complete the overturning of the overturning screen, the rotation of the turntable and the stopping action. The controller can realize a key frame setting or withdrawing action, and the motion control system has the following core functions:
a) Motion control: the motion controller receives the action instruction, and the driving motor realizes the overturning of the overturning screen, the rotation of the turntable and the stopping action, and has the functions of one-key erection, one-key withdrawal and one-key stopping.
B) Motor current detection function: in the control system, the working current of the motor needs to be detected in real time, the working state of the motor is judged, whether the motor is in a normal working mode or in an overload mode is judged, and when the motor is in the overload condition, the controller needs to automatically stop to act so as to protect a motion system.
C) In-place automatic stop function: the turntable control system is provided with two sensor signal detection schemes, wherein one sensor signal is detected by a sensor switching box and is sent to the turntable controller through a CAN bus to be used as an action condition judgment, and the other sensor signal is directly connected to a sensor interface of the turntable controller to judge the turntable condition through directly reading the state of the sensor interface.
D) Alarm function: when the motor is overloaded, the turntable motion control system can automatically stop and send out an alarm to remind an operator that the motion system fails.
E) And (3) system state feedback and an upper computer communication function: the controller is provided with an Ethernet interface and is used for receiving an action instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted central control computer and reporting the in-place condition or the alarm condition of the turntable to the vehicle-mounted central control computer.
The main seat is positioned behind the main driver, the shared display is positioned in front of the right of the commander seat, and the shared display is embedded into the control table at ordinary times; meanwhile, based on a one-key withdrawing mode, the automatic resetting of the shared display is realized, and the method is highly in accordance with ergonomics.
The invention provides a thought and a method for an intelligent console based on human engineering, and the method and the way for realizing the technical scheme are numerous, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention, and it should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the invention, and the improvements and modifications are also considered as the protection scope of the invention. The components not explicitly described in this embodiment can be implemented by using the prior art.

Claims (6)

1. An intelligent control console based on human engineering is characterized by comprising an operation seat key (1), a control mechanism (2), an outer cover (3) and a controller (4); the operation seat key (1) is arranged on the side face of the outer cover (3), the control mechanism (2) is positioned at the rear end inside the outer cover (3), and the controller (4) is positioned at the front end inside the outer cover (3); the operation seat key (1), the control mechanism (2) and the controller (4) are connected through a circuit;
the control mechanism (2) comprises a turnover mechanism (5) for driving the display to turn over, an electric turntable (6) and a base (7); the electric turntable (6) is connected with the bottom of the turnover mechanism (5), and the turnover mechanism (5) is driven to horizontally rotate by the electric turntable (6), so that the rotation and turnover of the display are realized; the electric turntable (6) is fixedly connected with the base (7) below;
the turnover mechanism (5) comprises a display assembly (9), a cover plate (11), a host assembly (13) and a connecting rod structure; the bottom of the display assembly (9) is pivoted at a rear top position in the host assembly (13);
the host assembly (13) comprises a frame (24), a direct current brush motor (26) and a worm gear reducer (25), wherein the direct current brush motor (26) and the worm gear reducer (25) are arranged at the front end inside the frame (24); the cover plate (11) is covered on the top of the frame (24), and a window for overturning the display assembly (9) is reserved in the middle; the connecting rod structures are two groups and are respectively arranged at two sides of the frame (24), and each group of connecting rod structure comprises a driving connecting rod (16), a pin (15) and a driven connecting rod (14); one end of a driving connecting rod (16) is connected with one end of a driven connecting rod (14) through a pin (15), and the other end of the driven connecting rod (14) is connected with a tail end first connecting rod (34-1) at the end part of a rotating shaft at the bottom of the display assembly (9);
the input end of the worm gear reducer (25) is in driving connection with the direct current brush motor (26), and the output end of the worm gear reducer is connected with one end of the driving connecting rod (16) positioned at one side of the frame (24), so that the driving connecting rod (16), the driven connecting rod (14) and the display assembly (9) are sequentially driven by the direct current brush motor (26), and the display assembly (9) is turned over at the top of the host assembly (13);
a table plate assembly (10) is arranged in the frame (24), the table plate assembly (10) comprises a movable table plate (35), and connecting rod connectors (36) are arranged on two sides of the table plate (35); the two ends of the rear side of the table plate (35) are respectively and axially connected to a terminal second connecting rod (34-2) at the end part of the rotating shaft at the bottom of the display assembly (9); two sides of the frame (24) are respectively positioned at two ends close to the driven connecting rod (14), two sliding grooves (40) are correspondingly formed, and connecting rod connectors (36) at two sides of the table plate (35) are respectively arranged in the sliding grooves (40) at two sides of the frame (24) through two roller bearings (12); when the display assembly (9) is turned upwards and opened, the second connecting rod (34-2) at the tail end pulls the table plate (35) to move upwards along the sliding grooves (40) at the two sides, and finally, the window reserved in the middle of the upper cover plate (11) is filled; when the display assembly (9) is turned down and closed, the second connecting rod (34-2) at the tail end drives the table plate (35) to move downwards along the sliding grooves (40) at the two sides, and finally the table plate is folded inside the frame (24).

The intelligent control platform based on artificial engineering according to claim 1, wherein a first electromagnetic lock (22-1) is arranged on the inner side of the front end of the frame (24), and a second electromagnetic lock (22-2) is arranged on one side of the rear end; the front end of the display assembly (9) is provided with a first electromagnetic lock catch (8), one side of the bottom of the rear end is provided with a second electromagnetic lock catch (33), and when the display assembly (9) is turned down until the first electromagnetic lock catch (8) is buckled with the first electromagnetic lock (22-1), the trigger signal enables the direct current brush motor (26) to stop working; when the display assembly (9) is turned upwards and the second electromagnetic lock catch (33) is buckled with the second electromagnetic lock (22-2), the trigger signal enables the direct current brush motor (26) to stop working.

The intelligent control platform based on artificial engineering according to claim 1, wherein a group of rubber pads (21) for buffering and supporting the display assembly (9) when being turned down to the lowest position are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the frame (24); a power socket (20) and a signal socket (23) are arranged in the frame (24).

The ergonomic-based intelligent console of claim 1 wherein the display assembly (9) comprises a display (28) and a display mounting frame (31); one side of the display (28) is hinged to one side of the display mounting frame (31) through a damping hinge (32), the other side of the display (28) is locked in the display mounting frame (31) through a spring lock (29), and a display closing sensor (30) is arranged at a position, corresponding to the spring lock (29), of the display mounting frame (31); when the snap lock (29) is opened, the display (28) can be unscrewed from the display mounting frame (31) around a damped hinge (32) on one side; when the display (28) rotates into the display mounting frame (31), the display (28) is locked by matching the spring lock (29) with the display closing sensor (30).

The intelligent control platform based on artificial engineering according to claim 1, wherein the electric turntable (6) comprises a turntable (18) and a servo motor (19), the servo motor (19) drives the turntable (18) to rotate, and the turntable (18) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the turnover mechanism (5) so as to drive the turnover mechanism (5) to rotate together for angle adjustment; the turntable (18) and the servo motor (19) are both arranged on the base (7) below, the turntable (18) is in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the top of the turntable is provided with a flange fixed with the bottom of the turnover mechanism (5);
the turntable (18) is hollow, the photoelectric sensor (17) arranged on the base (7) is arranged in the turntable (18), the pointer (27) is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the turnover mechanism (5), and when the turntable (18) drives the turnover mechanism (5) to rotate, the pointer (27) at the bottom of the turnover mechanism (5) rotates to the corresponding photoelectric sensor (17), so that a corresponding in-place signal is triggered and fed back to the controller (4), and the control of the rotation angle is realized.

The intelligent control console based on artificial engineering according to claim 1, wherein the controller (4) comprises a box body (44), and a power switch (49), a rotary fault indicator (45), a turnover fault indicator (46), a control power indicator (47) and a power indicator (48) which are arranged on one side of the box body (44), an aviation socket (39), a terminal block (40), a thermal relay (41) and a grounding pile (37) are arranged on the other side of the box body, an electric turntable driver (38), a driver board (43) and a controller board (42) are arranged in the box body (44), and the controller (4) is connected with an operation seat key (1), a control mechanism (2) and a vehicle-mounted central control computer through input and output cables.
