Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a preheating control method of a water heater.
Referring to fig. 1, the water heater includes a mixing valve 500, a cold water pipe 300, a hot water pipe 200, a return valve 400, and a water heater body 100, a first inlet of the return valve 400 is connected to the cold water pipe 300, a second inlet of the return valve 400 is connected to the hot water pipe 200, and when a preheating function of the water heater body 100 is turned on, water preheated by the water heater body 100 is controlled to circulate in a circuit composed of the hot water pipe 200, the return valve 400, the cold water pipe 300, and the water heater body 100 to perform cyclic preheating; the water return valve may be implemented by an H valve, and of course, in other embodiments, may be implemented by other valve bodies that can implement the flow of the cold water pipeline 300 into the hot water pipeline 200.
The water heater main body 100 may be a gas water heater main body with a zero cold water function, a dual-purpose wall-mounted boiler, or the like, or may be other gas water heater main bodies. The water heater main body 100 may further be provided with a built-in water pump and a gas control valve, and the built-in water pump may be disposed on a water flow path in the water heater main body 100, specifically, may be disposed at a water inlet end position of the cold water pipe 300. When the preheating function of the water heater main body 100 is on, at this time, since the water mixing valve 500 is not opened, water flowing into the hot water pipe 200 may flow into the cold water pipe 300 through the water return valve 400, and the water in the cold water pipe 300 is pumped back into the water heater main body 100 by the built-in water pump. Thus, the water preheated by the water heater body 100 may be controlled to circulate in the circuit composed of the hot water pipe 200, the water return valve 400, the cold water pipe 300, and the water heater body 100 to perform cyclic preheating. Specifically, after the built-in water pump is started, the hot water pipeline 200, the water return valve 400, the cold water pipeline 300 and the water heater main body 100 form a circulation pipeline, the gas control valve is opened, and the gas enters the water heater main body 100 to be ignited, so that the water in the circulation pipeline is heated. In daily life water, the zero cold water function of the gas water heater main body 100 is mainly applied to a bathing scene at present, and the function well improves the experience of a user during bathing. However, when the user needs water for washing dishes, brushing teeth, washing faces, etc., the existing bath zero-cooling water function is not suitable for application scenes such as washing dishes, brushing teeth, washing faces, etc. because the water consumption time is shorter than the bath time and the water consumption temperature is lower than the bath temperature.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a preheating control method of a water heater with a washing zero cold water function, referring to fig. 2, the preheating control method of the water heater includes the following steps:
step S100, acquiring the time of hot water reaching a water point and a first target temperature;
in this embodiment, the time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point is the zero cold water circulation time for washing, and in some embodiments, because the heat in the pipeline is partially absorbed by the pipeline and the heat may radiate the air through the pipe wall, there is a certain temperature drop when the water heated first reaches the water mixing valve. When the washing zero cold water circulation time of the water heater main body is calculated, the circulation preheating time of the water heater main body can be corrected according to the preset circulation compensation time, so that the water consumption comfort can be further improved. Specifically, the sum of the time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point (the time elapsed by the heated water flowing through the hot water pipeline) and the preset circulation compensation time can be used as the washing zero cold water circulation time of the water heater. The zero cold water circulation time of washing can be used for just obtaining hot water from the shower head when a user opens the water mixing valve at the water use end. That is, when the water heater is started to perform the preheating function, if the preheating time of the water heater is lower than the washing zero cold water circulation time, the water at the water tap is still cold water when the user opens the water mixing valve at the water end; if the water heater is preheated for a period of time greater than the zero cold water cycle time for washing, then excess water will enter the cold water line. The first target temperature is set corresponding to the function of cold water of washing zero, and the temperature suitable for human body during face washing is usually 30-37 ℃ in consideration of health and comfort; the water temperature is about 35 ℃ when brushing teeth; the water heater provides proper warm water for users, so that the comfort of the human body can be improved, and vegetables, fruits and the like can not be scalded without freezing hands. It will be appreciated that during the flow of hot water from the outlet of the water heater through the hot water line to the mixing valve, the hot water line may absorb some of the heat, or further increase the temperature drop due to the difference between the hot water line and the ambient temperature, resulting in a lower temperature of the mixing valve than the outlet of the water heater. In order to compensate for the water temperature of the hot water pipe, the first target temperature of the present embodiment may be set according to the length of the hot water pipe, the ambient temperature, etc., and may specifically be set to 40 ℃. For example, in winter, the set temperature may be 40 to 42 ℃, and in summer, the set temperature may be 38 to 39 ℃. When the hot water pipeline is longer, the temperature can be set to 40-42 ℃, and when the hot water pipeline is shorter, the temperature can be set to 38-39 ℃. In practical application, the device can be adaptively adjusted according to the ambient temperature, the length, the material and the like of the hot water pipeline, and the device is not limited. For the water heater, the water heater has multiple functions, such as a bath zero cold water function, a one-key start zero cold water function, and the washing zero cold water function provided by the embodiment, the preheating time and the target temperature corresponding to each function are different, so when receiving the zero cold water function start instruction sent by the preheating function key, the remote controller and the like, according to the different instructions, the first target temperature is acquired, and the time for the hot water corresponding to the washing zero cold water function to reach the water consumption point and the first target temperature need to be acquired first.
Step 200, determining a first preheating time according to the obtained time for the hot water to reach a water point and a first target temperature, and controlling a water heater main body to circularly preheat the first preheating time;
according to the different environments, waterways and the like of the user's home in the use process, the required cyclic preheating time is different. If the preheating time is too short, the waiting time of the user is increased; if the preheating time is longer or the backwater reaches the set value to finish preheating, the surplus preheated hot water can enter the circulating pipeline, and the waste of the hot water is caused. Therefore, in this embodiment, after determining that the user needs to start the zero washing cold water function, according to the time when the obtained hot water reaches the water point and the first target temperature, the first preheating time for performing cyclic preheating when the water heater main body realizes the zero washing cold water function may be determined. At this time, the water mixing valve is not opened, water stored in the hot water pipeline can flow into the cold water pipeline through the water return valve, and under the action of the built-in water pump, the stored water in the cold water pipeline and the stored water in the hot water pipeline are pumped back to the main body of the water heater, so that washing zero cold water functional circulation is performed. The first preheating time is the time which can ensure that when a user turns on the hot water switch, cold water in the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline is pumped out completely, heated hot water is in the hot water pipeline and cannot flow back to the cold water pipeline through the water return valve, so that the user can use the hot water in the fastest time, and zero cold water discharge during washing is realized. The hot water can be used without discharging cold water in the hot water pipeline like the prior art, the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline all pipe sections can be filled with hot water like the existing zero cold water function, and the washing zero cold water function can enable the hot water to just reach a water consumption point. In the water heater main body with the water return valve connected between the cold water pipeline and the hot water pipeline, the situation that hot water flows out from a water point when a user opens the water mixing valve to open cold water can be avoided, and the requirements of the user cannot be met. And after the first preheating time is determined, the time that the hot water just reaches the water consumption point can be determined, and the water heater main body can be conveniently and rapidly preheated according to the first preheating time, so that the water outlet temperature of the water mixing valve can meet the requirements of users, the preheating waiting time is reduced, the waste of hot water can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
And step S300, starting timing when the user starts to use water is detected, adjusting the first target temperature to the second preset temperature after timing the second preset time, and controlling the water heater main body to heat at the second target temperature.
In this embodiment, whether the user uses water may be determined according to the flow rate in the hot water pipe, for example, a water flow sensor is disposed in the hot water pipe to detect the water flow rate flowing through the hot water pipe. After the user is determined to start using water according to the water flow rate flowing through the hot water pipeline, the timer can be used for starting timing. When a user uses certain hot water, namely the hot water flows through the hot water pipeline from the main body of the water heater, and after the hot water is discharged for a certain time through the water mixing valve, the loss of heat absorbed by the hot water pipeline is smaller and smaller, so that the water temperature of the water mixing valve is basically consistent with the water temperature of the water outlet of the main body of the water heater. At this time, the heating temperature of the water heater main body may be adjusted from the first target temperature to the second target temperature. The second target temperature may be set to 35 ℃, and the second preset time may be set according to the length, the diameter, the material, and the like of the hot water pipe, which may be set to 20s in this embodiment.
According to the preheating control method of the water heater, when a washing zero cold water function starting instruction is received, the time of hot water reaching a water consumption point and a first target temperature are obtained; determining a first preheating time according to the obtained time of the hot water reaching the water point and the first target temperature, so as to control the main body of the water heater to circularly preheat the first preheating time; when the user starts to use water, starting to count time, adjusting the first target temperature to the second preset temperature after counting the second preset time, and controlling the water heater main body to heat at the second target temperature. The invention can be aimed at scenes with small temperature fluctuation and hot water (no hand freezing) in a short time, such as: the hot water quick reaching, water saving and gas saving can be realized by washing the face, brushing teeth, washing vegetables and the like. Moreover, the hot water can be circularly preheated when reaching the water point, so that a small amount of hot water enters or even does not enter the cold water pipe connected with the water return valve, and the problem that the hot water flows out when the cold water is opened by the water point is effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, after the step of controlling the water heater body to heat the first preheating time according to the obtained time for the hot water to reach the water point and the first target temperature in step S200, the preheating control method of the water heater further includes:
Step S400, after the water heater main body is controlled to circularly preheat for the first preheating time, and when the fact that the user does not start water is detected, the water heater main body is controlled to circularly preheat for a third preset time.
It can be understood that after the user needs to use hot water and starts the zero cold water washing function, the first preheating time for circulating preheating is needed when the water heater main body realizes the zero cold water washing function according to the time for the obtained hot water to reach the water point and the first target temperature, and after the first preheating time is heated, the hot water in the hot water pipeline meets the use requirement of the user at the moment, and the user can open the water mixing valve to use the hot water. If the user does not reach the water point for the main body of the water heater or does not open the water mixing valve for using hot water for other reasons, namely, the hot water in the main body of the water heater reaches the water point, and the user does not timely boiled water, the hot water possibly enters the cold water pipeline, and when the user uses cold water, the hot water is discharged. Meanwhile, in order to avoid that a user needs to use hot water after a certain time from the first preheating time, the embodiment controls the water heater main body to circularly preheat the hot water in a circulating pipeline formed by a hot water pipeline, the water return valve, the cold water pipeline and the water heater main body again for a third preset time. The third preset time can be set to 30s, after the hot water in the water heater main body is enabled to realize washing zero cold water circulation, the hot water cannot enter the cold water pipeline, the water temperature can be kept at the first target temperature, and the user can meet the requirements of the user when the water mixing valve is opened in a short time to use the hot water.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after step S400, after controlling the main body of the water heater to circularly preheat for a first preheating time and detecting that the user does not turn on water, the preheating control method of the water heater further includes:
and S500, starting timing after the third preset time is controlled to circularly preheat the main body of the water heater, and controlling the main body of the water heater to stop working when the timing reaches the fourth preset time and the fact that the user still does not start water is detected.
In this embodiment, after the second cycle is completed, that is, after the water heater main body is controlled to circularly preheat for a third preset time, if it is detected that the water is still not started by the user, the water mixing valve is not started in a short time, so that the heating cycle can be stopped after the ring is preheated for the third preset time, and after the heating cycle is stopped, the water heater main body is controlled to stop working after waiting for a fourth preset time, so that it is confirmed that the user does not need to use the water again.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, step S400, when receiving a cold water function start command of washing zero, the step of obtaining the time when the hot water reaches the water point and the first target temperature specifically includes:
Step S410, when the water heater main body starts the water heater main body preheating function for the first time, detecting the return water temperature of the water inlet end of the water heater main body in real time, and storing the return water temperature detected for the first time as an initial return water temperature;
in this embodiment, a temperature sensor may be disposed at the water inlet end of the water heater main body to detect the water temperature flowing into the water heater main body, that is, the return water temperature of the water inlet end of the water heater main body. In some embodiments, the water heater main body is connected to the cold water pipe via a water inlet end, and by detecting the return water temperature of the water inlet end of the water heater main body, it is also possible to determine when the heated water reaches the water inlet end of the water heater main body.
Step S420, when the difference value between the current backwater temperature of the water inlet end and the initial backwater temperature reaches a preset difference value, controlling the main body of the water heater to stop preheating, and obtaining the duration of heating the main body of the water heater to enable the initial backwater temperature of the water inlet end to reach the current backwater temperature, wherein the duration is used as the first preheating time of the water heater;
in this embodiment, the return water temperature of the water inlet end is increased gradually along with the heating of the main body of the water heater, and after the circulation between the hot water pipeline, the return water valve, the cold water pipeline and the circulation pipeline formed by the main body of the water heater, the return water temperature of the water inlet end is detected in real time, when the difference between the detected current return water temperature (the increased return water temperature) and the initial temperature is calculated and the difference between the detected current return water temperature (the increased return water temperature) and the initial temperature is greater than a preset difference, for example, when the return water temperature is increased by 2 ℃ than the initial temperature, the heated water can be determined to reach the water inlet end of the main body of the water heater, then the main body of the water heater can be controlled to stop preheating, and the time from the first starting of the main body of the water heater to the stop preheating of the main body of the water heater, namely the first preheating time of the water heater is obtained.
Before starting timing, the water pump can be controlled to work, water in the cold water pipeline is pumped back to the main body of the water heater under the action of the built-in water pump, so that the air in the hot water pipeline or the cold water pipeline can be prevented, when the water heater main body preheats the water in the circulating pipeline due to the existence of the air, dry heating occurs, misjudgment occurs in temperature detection of the water inlet easily, and the obtained main body of the water heater is heated, so that the initial backwater temperature of the water inlet end reaches the current backwater temperature for a long time without accuracy, and the time of the first preheating time is error.
Step S430, determining the time for the hot water to reach the water point according to the first preheating time.
In this embodiment, the first preheating time may include the time elapsed by the heated water flow through the hot water line and the cold water line, and thus the time elapsed by the heated water flow through the hot water line may be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water line and the cold water line. It can be understood that, because the temperature of the water heated first drops in the pipeline, when the time (the washing zero cold water function circulation time) of the hot water of the water heater main body reaching the water consumption point is calculated, the washing zero cold water function circulation time of the water heater main body can be corrected according to the preset circulation compensation time, so that the water consumption comfort can be further improved. The sum of the time elapsed by the heated water flowing through the hot water pipeline and the preset circulation compensation time can be used as the washing zero cold water function circulation time of the water heater main body. In this embodiment, after the cycle time of the cold water function of the rinse zero is obtained by calculation, the cycle time of the cold water function of the rinse zero may be stored in the memory, and when the user needs to start the cold water function of the rinse zero, the cycle time of the cold water function of the rinse zero may be directly read from the memory.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the step of calculating and obtaining the time for the hot water to reach the water point according to the first preheating time specifically includes:
step S431, obtaining the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline;
in this embodiment, the manner of obtaining the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe may be that after the user performs actual measurement, the actual measurement is input into the processor through the terminal, the remote controller, a user input circuit (a key, a touch screen, etc.) provided on the main body casing of the water heater, so as to obtain the lengths of the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe. Or, the length of the hot water pipeline and the length of the cold water pipeline can be obtained according to the time from the time of timing the unit flow rate and the unit water flow rate to the time of re-entering the water inlet through the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline.
Step S432, calculating the time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point according to the obtained lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline and the first preheating time of the water heater by using a first preset formula:
time T of hot water reaching water point=first preheating time T of the water heater, the hot water pipeline length Li/total length L of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline.
In this embodiment, the first preheating time may include the time elapsed by the heated hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline, and therefore, the time elapsed by the heated hot water pipeline, that is, the time t when the hot water reaches the water consumption point, may be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline. In order to test the influence of the temperature change of the inlet water (constant temperature and constant pressure water) on the arrival time of the hot water and the outlet water temperature of the water point, the following tests of different water points are performed, as shown in fig. 8, wherein fig. 8 shows the test results of the water flow of 7L/min and the water point of 10m, the inlet water temperature is different, and fig. 9 shows the test results of the water flow of 7L/min and the water point of 20m, and the inlet water temperature is different. According to the test result, under the condition of a certain water flow, the time for the farther water consumption point to reach the preset temperature is shorter than the time for the closer water consumption point to reach the preset temperature at the same temperature. Under the same water consumption point, the time from the current temperature with smaller difference value with the preset temperature to the preset temperature is short, and the time from the current temperature with larger difference value with the preset temperature to the preset temperature is short. From theoretical and experimental data: the single circulation time of the hot water is irrelevant to the water flow, and is related to the length of the pipe section and the lift of the water pump, so that the time of the heated water flowing through the hot water pipeline can be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline under the condition that the lift control of the water pump is unchanged. The invention is beneficial to shortening the waiting time of users when water is needed by accurately calculating the time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point, saves water and gas, and saves resources and the use cost of the users.
In one embodiment, the step of calculating and obtaining the time for the hot water to reach the water point according to the first preheating time specifically includes:
time T of hot water reaching water point=first preheating time T/2 of the water heater.
It can be understood that the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline are basically consistent, and under the condition that the cold water pipeline and the hot water pipeline cannot be known, the time of the heated water flowing through the hot water pipeline can be set to be half of the first preheating time, namely T/2, and the time T when the hot water reaches the water consumption point is calculated due to the fact that the temperature of the water heated in the pipeline is reduced, the circulating preheating time of the main body of the water heater can be corrected according to the preset circulating compensation time, so that the water consumption comfort can be further improved. The sum of the time elapsed by the heated water flow through the hot water pipeline and the preset cycle compensation time can be used as the cycle preheating time of the water heater main body, and the cycle compensation time can be determined according to the use season, the ambient temperature, the pipeline length and the like of the water heater main body, and is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the duration of the water flow through the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline may be obtained by determining the flow rate, the water pressure, the temperature, etc. It should be noted that, for different users, the layout and the area of the room may be different, so if the room is judged according to the preset time, when the hot water route is short, the hot water is heated too much, so that the repeated heating after the hot water circulation is caused, and the energy is wasted; and when the hot water route is long, it is not necessarily guaranteed that the hot water reaches the most distal end of the hot water pipe 200. In this embodiment, by obtaining the time period when the water flows through the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline, and then reasonably configuring the time t when the hot water reaches the water consumption point, the hot water pipeline is just filled with hot water, and when the cold water pipeline 300 is also filled with cold water, the hot water can be used, that is, the hot water pipeline is filled with hot water, and the heating time is short, so that when zero cold water is realized, the user can use the hot water in the fastest time, and the user can use the hot water only after waiting for the heating of the hot water pipeline, the cold water pipeline and the residual cold water in the water inlet pipeline, and the heating efficiency is greatly improved.
In an embodiment, when the instruction for turning on the cold water function of the washing unit is received, the step of obtaining the time when the hot water reaches the water point and the first target temperature specifically further includes:
and receiving a preheating setting instruction of a user, and setting the time for the hot water to reach the water point according to the setting instruction of the user.
In this embodiment, the user may also set the time t for the hot water to reach the water consumption point by himself, that is, the time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point is customized according to the user's requirement, for example, when the user needs water after setting the preset time, the user may control the hot water to perform cyclic preheating at the target temperature according to the preset preheating time set by the user. In some embodiments, the user can also set up the cold water function of washing one's face and rinsing one's mouth and opening the instruction (wherein, can include preheating time, target temperature etc.) at terminal, remote controller, perhaps set up button, touch-sensitive screen etc. on the water heater main part casing for when the user arrived the water consumption point, hot water also reached the water consumption point, can preheat the control to the water heater main part according to the preheating time that the user set up conveniently and swiftly, guarantees that the play water temperature of mixing valve can satisfy user's demand, thereby reduce the time of preheating the waiting, can also avoid the waste of hot water, be favorable to improving user experience.
