Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problem that in the prior art, when the quality of an air conditioner external fan is detected by adopting manual naked eyes, no quantitative standard can be relied on, so that great potential safety hazards are easy to occur, the embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device, equipment and a system for detecting the running state of the air conditioner external fan.
The following describes a method for detecting an operating state of an air conditioner external fan according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for detecting an operating state of an air conditioner external fan according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected in the running state detection process.
In one case, it can be collected by a tester that measures wind speed, for example, by a wind speed transmitter; in another scenario, wind speed data provided by a third party may also be received.
Step S102: and judging whether the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected reaches a set wind speed limit value or not.
Step S103: and if the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected does not reach the set wind speed limit value within the set time, the operation of the outer fan to be detected is abnormal.
For example, assuming that when a product is tested, the fan rotates 120 seconds after the test starts, and the wind speed is stabilized at 5m/s within 120 seconds to 130 seconds, the following settings are set: time to start detection: 120s, setting the detection time: 10s, set wind speed value: 5 m/s.
It can be understood that, for a normal air conditioner external fan, after the external fan is powered on, the external fan should be able to enter a normal operating state within a set time period, for example, the external fan reaches a set wind speed limit value, so if the wind speed of the external fan reaches the set wind speed limit value within the set time period, it may be determined that the external fan to be detected is operating normally, and if the wind speed of the external fan does not reach the set wind speed limit value within the set time period, it may be determined that the external fan to be detected is operating abnormally.
In one implementation manner, at least one of the information of the wind speed, the set time and the set wind speed limit value, and the detection result of the operation state of the external fan to be detected may be displayed.
In another implementation manner, a qualified lamp may be turned on when the operation state detection result indicates that the operation of the external fan to be detected is not abnormal; and when the operation state detection result indicates that the operation of the external fan to be detected is abnormal, a buzzer alarm is given.
When the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to detecting the running state of the external air conditioner fan, the received wind speed transmitter signal is logically judged and output, the currently detected wind speed and the corresponding wind speed limit value set according to different machine types are used for judging whether the wind speed test is qualified, and the wind speed detection process is standardized.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, another flowchart of a method for detecting an operating state of an air conditioner external fan according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S201: and acquiring the model of the external fan to be detected.
It should be noted that the model obtained here may be data obtained by direct acquisition, for example, a camera is used to shoot a nameplate of the fan to be detected, and information in an image of the nameplate is read based on an OCR technology, so as to obtain a model of the external fan to be detected; but may also be third party data obtained directly from inspection lists of the manufacturing line, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
Step S202: and determining the set parameters corresponding to the type of the external fan to be detected according to the preset corresponding relation between the type of the external fan and the set parameters, wherein the set parameters comprise set duration and set wind speed limit values.
Because the detection conditions of the external fans of different models are different, in order to improve the accuracy of the detection of the operating state of the external fan, the set time and the set wind speed limit value corresponding to the model of the external fan to be detected at this time need to be determined before the detection process of the operating state, and then the operating state detection is performed based on the determined set parameters corresponding to the model of the external fan to be detected.
Step S203: and acquiring the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected in the running state detection process.
Step S204: and judging whether the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected reaches a set wind speed limit value or not.
Step S205: and if the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected does not reach the set wind speed limit value within the set time, the operation of the outer fan to be detected is abnormal.
It should be noted that steps S203 to S205 in the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 are similar to steps S101 to S103 in the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and reference may be made to the method embodiment shown in fig. 1 for relevant points, which are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in addition to all the benefits of the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method embodiment shown in fig. 2 may also determine corresponding setting parameters, such as a set time length and a set wind speed limit, based on a preset corresponding relationship between a model of the external fan and the setting parameters before detecting the operating state of the external fan, and further detect the operating state of the external fan to be detected based on the corresponding setting parameters.
The following describes an operation state detection device for an external air conditioner fan according to an embodiment of the present invention.

and the operation state detection module 330 is configured to determine that the operation of the outer fan to be detected is abnormal if the wind speed of the outer fan to be detected does not reach the set wind speed limit value within the set time period.
