The slurry leakage of the barrel body of the rod mill not only wastes a large amount of raw material coal, but also seriously affects the stable operation of equipment, reduces the service life of the equipment, and simultaneously causes floating of plant coal dust after the coal water slurry is dried and fixed, so that flash explosion risk exists. After the leaked coal water slurry is air-dried, the leaked coal water slurry needs to be manually cleaned, so that the expenditure of labor cost is increased. After the rod mill cylinder body leaks, the rod mill cylinder body is stopped for leakage elimination, and 720 bolt sealing points are arranged on each rod mill cylinder body, so that the maintenance workload is large, the replacement of consumed spare parts is more, and the cost is higher. According to the operation standard, the main motor of the rod mill is required to be powered off every time leakage is eliminated, power is supplied after the leakage elimination operation is finished, the voltage of the main motor of the rod mill is 6kV, the main motor is frequently powered off and started and stopped after maintenance, and serious potential safety hazards exist.
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a bolt seal structure for a rod mill barrel that solves or overcomes the above-mentioned problems.
